We were at a conference across the street from the Meiwah Restaurant, so we went there for lunch (on a Saturday). It was busy, but not crowded. We were given a couple of different menus ... the main menu, the Pho menu, another menu, and a wine menu. My friend ordered General Tso's Chicken, Steamed Broccoli and White Rice. I had the Sesame Chicken and Fried Rice. She said her food was really good, and mine was pretty good as well. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was super friendly: ✔️ Hostess ✅ Waiters (one male waiter was a lot of fun and funny) ✔️ Guy from the kichen The decor was unique and the restaurant was very clean. The only minus was they gave me cabbage with a cherry on top, which was odd to me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊

A Very bad experience! After a day of driving on the road, we’ve finally settled down in the hotel in the DC area... It was around 8pm, kind of late. We looked through those food ordering apps, trying to find something good for us to enjoy while resting in our hotel. We’ve come a crossed this Chinese Restaurant that’s only less than 5 minutes away from us... We’ve ordered two dishes along with a soup through their online portal, waited hungry in our hotel for or foods. An hour past, nobody showed up or called us... So I decide to give the restaurant a call, 30 minutes before they close(they close at 10pm), trying to see what’s going on... A lady picked up the phone. After hearing this is a delivery, she kept saying that “this is not their problem, it’s not their responsibility. Since we are just two blocks away, we could come pick up the order ourselves...”

I liked prawn fried rice and vegetable spring roles. Lemon chicken was too sweet.

The best Mongolian Beef in town. Meiwah is inexpensive and the food is fresh and great tasting. A must visit for Chinese food lovers.

Food and service are both excellent, and prices are very reasonable, especially considering quality and quantity of food. One of my go to spots in Georgetown.
