"Mejekawi is a magical restaurant in a glass-fronted space along the shoreline of Seminyak. The design and the views—over the ocean—are both incredible, especially around sunset. The plating here is innovative—even the bread is brilliant. The tasting menu changes all the time, but courses might include yellowfin tuna with sumac and radish, dry-aged duck roasted on the crown, and Bubur Injin, a take on a classic Indonesian dessert. Mejekawi is as impressive as it gets in Bali—it's smart and laid-back, with views that can't be beat. People are here for a special evening, so you'll rub elbows with enthusiastic foodies who love to try lots of different flavors." - CNT Editors

Exceptionally good food! Had one of the best dinners ever! I went there for a wedding dinner. Had some drinks on the bar on the other balcony, was treated with good appetizers... Then the real main dishes and side dishes, side desserts... Also my wife couldn't eat dairy so she had some 'rearranged' dishes. Neat! (see photos- match dishes with menu).

Summary: Nice ambience, superb service. On the same premises as Ku De Ta. The food is average. Had high hopes for the food, the starters were good but from the mains onwards it was down a slippery slope. The short rib was tender but cold, and the swordfish was forgettable. There are better restaurants in Bali to try

Had an amazing degustation dinner with wine pairing, Exec Chef Benjamin Cross himself was present there and prepared the food right before us in the open kitchen. I’d recommend coming around sunset so you could enjoy the dinner as you watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean...my favourite’s got to be the Prawn & Crab Agnolotti with Asian twist and the palate refresher Granite. Most recommended if you’re looking for a degustation experience in one of Seminyak’s most recognized establishment!

When things are beyond perfect you run out of words to describe about it. That's all I've got to say about the divine gastronomy journey we experienced here. Thank you so much for the lovely birthday surprise, I was really touched by that kind gesture.

Our waiter "Tuday" and the very talented, unsung chefs were exceptional tonight. The ability to tantalize your senses, whilst being subtle in flavour and elegantly plated, is an art. You weren't just a table number, you felt special. The price is worth the view, the high standard of service, and the delectable 5 course menu. I recommend it! Thankyou!

One of the most stunning and romantic places to catch the sunset in Bali. We had the 5 course dinner and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff were extremely attentive and took pride in the dishes they served. The dress code was smart casual, but it was not heavily enforced as I saw other diners dressed much more casually (e.g. Bermuda, slippers, etc.). The whole restaurant was quite warm, and made me wish that I was also more comfortably dressed. It slightly soured the overall experience of our dinner. This is also one of the more expensive places to visit in Bali. Overall, we still enjoyed our dining experience here.

I have a memorable dinner. Highly recommended. Wine paring with 5 course is about SGD300 only.
