Lukewarm soup with soggy croutons and a handful of huge nuts on top and a side salad swimming in exceptionally bitter dressing. No soup spoon was given - ate soup with a teaspoon of:( Food wasn’t good.

Pleasantly surprised about the food here. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken was well seasoned. Our server was also super nice. Couldn't have asked for a better place to sit and eat

8:45am order on a weekday, with a generous 20% tip. Does NOT come with silverware, have to wait 5 minutes with the food in front of me getting cold. Water glass is missing, have to be asked/reminded . French toast is burnt ($18). Overall this is a lackluster, pathetic establishment.

I had delicious butternut squash soup and fresh green salad! My server ”OSA” had the best attitude! I didn’t tip her by mistake, and she just smiled and said ” leave a review!” Melange is lucky to have her!!

The service was friendly, and the chocolate chip cookie was acceptable. Unfortunately, the butter croissant was incredibly dense and doughy. That's about what I'd expect from someone learning to bake, not from a professional.

40 minutes to get an entree. Was told 20. 3% NJ employee retention charge gets you listening to employees talk about how they “are outta here in 5 minutes” all QR code ordering which is fine for most part but the 3% to listen to employees personal lives and hand you food late without apology is ridiculous. I would not recommend tipping on the app when ordering as requested. I would wait until you finish your dining experience.

I’ve promised myself to never leave a bad review unless it is truly earned. And this one earns it. Typical no care, dry, tasteless overpriced pastries. Bought about 6 different things and straight to the trash they went. Should have known better, I feel bad for the people who maybe have less to spend and fall for this kind of food in airports.

Stopped on my way to my gate to buy pastries to bring home to family and friends. Asked the guy at the counter for recommendations and was given a rude remark "choose, whatever you want" and turned his back. Another employee took my order. Name on the receipt says Jessica. She was very rude too, not even looking at you, keeps sighing like you are bothering her, banged the sliding glass open, annoyed over something and keep saying "that's it?". Then after ringing my order, stacked them in a box, did not even hand me the box or the receipt, no thank you, nothing. Such a shame staff here are very unprofessional as the location is nice. Had a different expectation. Very disappointing. Cookies are ok. Doughnuts are dry, not sure if they were baked fresh that day. Not going back.
