I ordered from Melange prior to our flight to The Bahamas in August. About 5 minutes or less after I placed an order totaling $105.81, I was forced to cancel as our flight was let. I total to waitress to
please cancel the order and I quickly explained why before running to the gate to
Chat our flight. My card was still charged, we received no food and since I returned to the US, I have been fighting for a refund. To my avail, I paid for food I never received.
BE Careful ordering from Melange at Newark airport, the management does not care about customers. They don’t deserve 1 star.
