Completely disappointed ! Supposed to b a happy xmas dinner. First 2 dishes are fine but the third one, a mixed warm veggie, was way too sour and i cant taste their hokkaido flavour. the fourth one, a yellowtail, was over cooked, hard and tasteless. it s such a waste! the fifth one, a pork chop which was better and taste normal. service seemed amateur as the staff crowded around the chef's counter for nothing! waiters/ waitresses running around but not waiting tables

we came as a group of 24 pax for a dinner all the way from abroad. Our orders got seriously messed up tonight. We were served incorrect dishes, and many dishes did not arrive. We reminded them about 5 times in total what orders we made that weren’t served yet, and even after almost 2 hours by the end of the meal, they still failed to serve us some of the dishes we ordered - 3 of us in the group did not have dinner tonight. All the staff could say was sorry, “we will do better next time”, as though we were going to be dining here again (or coming to Niseko again) soon. We had to cancel the outstanding orders at the end as some of us had to leave, only then did they serve the outstanding dishes in takeaway boxes for us. This is unacceptable service. The restaurant was not even half full. I don’t know how they could service a full restaurant if they cannot handle our orders on a quiet night like this.

After weeks of Japanese cuisines we want to try something different and choose Meli Melo attracted by their pasta and pizza selections. The pastas are fantastic! Ravioli is thinner than normal so can taste the filling with yummy sauce. The crab pasta is one of the best I ever tasted, home made pasta, fresh blue crab and a very tasty sauce made it outstanding. The freshly fried Hokkaido potato chips is also very good, goes well with some ricotta cheese on it. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, thanks for the great service! There’re lots of space in the restaurant so it’s comfortable with any group size. It’s located inside Setsu Niseko, parking right under the hotel so pretty convenient. Overall a very good experience, strongly recommended.

The waitstaff was very sweet and helpful and explained everything very nicely. The food was excellent but quite pricey, although not unexpected for a resort. I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome place for dinner if you are in Niseko. Food was tasty and portion was perfect. If you are with children, the kids meal will be a feast for them. Friendly service staff, could be a little more attentive but forgivable as it was a busy night. They even had a live DJ who really set the atmosphere for the restaurant. Music was great and not too loud so you and your family/ friends could chill and hold a conversation. It's was the place to be after a long day of snow boarding.

We had a the new years course when we arrived and was greeted with excellent service and food! This hidden gem of a restaurant also has music / dj to give very relaxing vibes in this ski town. Will definitely come back again!!!

I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The prices listed online (including Google Maps/website) did not match the actual bill. When the order arrived, the total was higher than expected, and only then did I notice the difference. On top of that, the pizza quality was not good, far below expectations, especially considering the price charged. What’s even more disappointing is that local people told me that in the low season (as it is now), prices are usually decreased compared to the normal ones, while here we experienced the opposite: an increase compared to the listed prices. Transparency on pricing and consistency in food quality are both very important. It feels misleading to advertise one price online and then charge another upon delivery, especially when the quality does not justify it. I hope the management updates their online menus, aligns the pricing fairly, and works on improving the food standards for customers ordering delivery.

What a night to be here? Great experience with the service and foods delivered. We just love it. Thank you the chef, Tsubasa-san prepared a special menu for us. And the manager, Aki-san and the team for the extraordinary service prodived. Will be back🙏🙏
