"After nearly a decade of touring North America chasing great beer, longtime craft-beer fans Alexandre Pontbriand and David Goudreau opened an 80-seater taproom in Rosemont–La-Petite-Patrie that instantly felt community-driven: opening weekend (May 1–2) drew roughly 800 people, about a third of them local.
