You guys... I love MM 99% of the time. Tonight I waited forever on an order I called in ahead. After 20 minutes found out no one ever started making it. Finally got it, drove the 6-8 minutes home and it is somehow ice cold in the middle. It's winter - the heat is on, plus I turn my seat heaters on to keep food hot when I get to-go food. The salad is fine (hey, it's supposed to be cold, so nailed it), but my calzone is like... like it was a frozen item they didn't heat through all the way. Like when you microwave something and it has a cold spot in the middle. I'm so disappointed. I still tipped well despite the wait of course, but I shouldn't have had to pay full price for this crap. Guess I'll go have Chef Mike fix it... Chef Mic? My microwave. Or maybe it will get to see the inside of an oven for the first time?

I have to say, Mellow Mushroom is literally my go-to spot for pizza! Their cheese pizza is THE BEST - I mean, it's like they've perfected the art of cheesy goodness! The crust is always perfectly crispy, the sauce is tangy and sweet, and don't even get me started on the cheese blend. It's like a party in your mouth! What really sets Mellow Mushroom apart, though, is their love and care for their customers. I've been going there with my husband and the staff always makes us feel like family! If you're looking for a solid, delicious pizza joint, look no further than Mellow Mushroom! Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Each time we come here we have a great time! The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly! We always come to try something new on the menu! This night, we were hoping to get another recommendation from Jackson, but he wasn't there. So shout out to Jackson because he's one of the best waiters there! They're Cloud 9 chicken wings are delicious, and I wished we ordered more! They always have really good drinks. I ordered a sunrise or a sunset and asked the bartender if she could put peach rings for me, and she did! We also order a small half and half pizza: The Funky Q Chicken and The Pacific Rim! Both are really good! We ate them before we realized we hadn't taken a picture! Sorry!

Best Pizza place or been to in a while. And I'll only get pizza from here, unless I can find a good deep dish pizza place.

Really nice people, that are willing to go out of their way to make sure you get what you came in for. Had some pretzel bites with the beer cheese sauce, the pretzels were really good but I think the sauce needed to be a bit thicker My wife and I ordered the cloud 9 wings (10/10) it was perfect (saucy,garlicky) We split a small pizza. Half was the pacific rim, and the other half was the bbq pizza Pacific rim was sweet yet salty at the same time great combo (I don’t recommend it if your not a fan of pineapple) Funky Q(bbq chicken) I added extra chicken, how can you go wrong with bbq chicken

Another great meal at mellow mushroom, we ordered the meatball side and cheese bread. My wife had a small salad. All of it was quite filling we even took some home . If you haven't already tried other items on the menu other than pizza, I would definitely give it a try. Top notch..

For a pick up order…past few orders the wings have been dry no sauce…no carrots no celery and one of the wings had been in the crematory as it was one crispy critter….they use to give lots of sauce and never an issue…maybe they will fix this? Pizza was fine no problems.

One of our favorite places for girls night out. We usually order the Pretzel Bites, Spinach Artichoke Dip, or Cheesy Bread. We got the pretzel bites with beer cheese (maybe next time we will be up to try the spicy beer cheese). Funny thing is, 4 out of 5 of us never usually order pizza. Our go to is usually the steak and cheese hoagie or the smash burger. I decided to go a different route today and try something new. I ordered the Pepperoni Mellow Rollz. It comes either 4 or 8 pieces. The 4 piece order allows you to choose 2 difference sauces. I went with the Vodka sauce and the garlic aioli. The Mellow Rollz are just basically a giant pizza roll. I like that it's cheesy and I think my favorite sauce out of the 2 that I choose is the vodka sauce. Nice deep flavor and not as acidic as a normal marinara. Our party all arrived at different times and the server was patient and checked on us ever so often just in case we needed anything. Next time, I will definitely try a pizza and report back.

I went to Mellow Mushroom Hiram twice over the past few months on a Saturday afternoon. The service was good both times, but the food is hit and miss and a bit pricey for the inconsistent result. I personally like the full size greek salad with the included dressing and their mellow bitez. The pizza is also good, but I think the other items were not as good. I did not like their wings, the steak hoagie was a little bland and the tots were probably some of the worst I tried leaving an aftertaste in my mouth. Overall, this is a good option for families with kids especially if you are ordering pizza and salad, but I would not recommend trying most of the oven baked apps. I absolutely love Mellow Mushroom and this location is no different. I love that they have so many different and unique options as well as a ton of vegan choices. One of my favorite options is the ability to split the pizza into two different flavor choices. The servers are great. On this past visit we were there several hours and our server was just the right amount of attentive. The bathrooms are clean and the restaurant is colorful and inviting. Solid choice when that pizza craving hits.

Definitely my favorite place to eat in Hiram. The only thing better than the delicious food and tasty cocktails has to be the warm and welcoming staff. I love Mellow Mushroom in Hiram, Georgia.

$14 for the saddest salad ever? Not even a protein added? And no pita?! Lollll. Embarrassing. I forgot to change my location on Uber Eats to NOT be Hiram and paid the price.

My granddaughter and I love to go to MM for their great pizza! The waitresses are always nice, friendly, and accommodating. When we go, after the lunch crowd, the place is warm, inviting, and quiet. We always get a small half and half pizza. The crust is delicious, and the toppings are fresh. So glad that this MM is so close to our home in Silver Springs Village!

It is seriously a great spot for a pizza joint! You don't want the typical pizza with marinara sauce, toppings, and cheese? Come here. Every flavor I tried here is an ultimate umami and I love how they have options to do half and half on their already made flavors. Servers are nice and I think it's a great spot to come with family, a date. Or even if you just want to catch up with a friend. My only tip, check your order if it's going to be a to-go order. They've forgotten my appetizer twice. Parking, you don't have to worry. It's a big lot and you got plenty of space.

Ist time, long time for this location. Renovation makes the dining experience delightful. Lots to look at. If you love yellow, the enclosed patio is for you. Overall, decent visit. Free pretzel bites (thanks Yelp coupon) were more like almost undercooked bread/pizza crust bites. In the words from my friend, "don't think these got the pretzel bath treatment." Spicy beer cheese. All the spicy sank to the bottom. We figured it out half way through. House works pizza. Lots of great toppings. Ratio to cheese not balanced. Loved having toppings on toppings. Just missed the cheese and sauce. Pizza was cooked, but barely. Overall. I'd come back. Server was sweet southern hospitality,at its finest.

We've been twice in the past month. Mellow Mushroom is a fave of ours for pizza. LOVE that crust. Pies are always cooked to perfection. Favorite is the buffalo chicken w/ blue cheese. Service at this location is hit or miss; it's always friendly but sometimes you feel forgotten. Their biggest problem is at the hostess station where the inexperience/immaturity shows. Last time we were seated at an obviously dirty table. Drink selection is good here, plenty of beer and signature cocktails to choose from. With appetizers, it's best to stick with a salad (again, their blue cheese rocks!). Meatball app is dry and seems microwaved or freezer burned, definitely a miss.

Honestly, I wanted some good pizza so I drove here because i've heard nothing but great reviews. I ordered a spinach and mushroom cheese pizza, my usual order at any pizza place. Order was ready when I got there, drive was about 30 from me. The person who brought it out to my car was so nice. The food smelled and looked amazing. However, I ate a few slices and threw up shortly after. Either there was like some cross contamination and there was nuts in the dough or something or it was a bad batch because I was completely fine before I ate it. Overall, this pizza was good but I don't recommend people with sensitive stomachs or allergies to eat here.

Hubby called and said let's have lunch. Do I turn down dates with the hubby? Nope. We ended up at Mellow Mushroom and I was very glad we did. Very good for vegans. They have great options there. Vegans and vegetarians will not be disappointed. Drinks are always good no matter what time of the year you go. All of the food we had was vegan from the cheese to the meat options. Certainly going back for more.

First time I have been here in a while and I will be back soon. Great beer selection. Sat at the bar and got the super pepperoni. Pepperoni with peppers, honey and ricotta. It was awesome.

Love the vibe...went while traveling alone for work and had great service. Food was amazing..size of the pizza for 1 was more than adequate. Wine suggestion by my server..delicious.

Mellow mushroom to the rescue, they were super busy tonight but we got seated quick , our drinks fast and our pizza hot and tasty! Highly reccomended!

I have been here a few times and the pizza is always consistently good! I like the house special pizza and the holy shiitake. Good customer service. My go to pizza place.

Still operating through COVID, which is nice! They had us wait for a table that was properly distanced from others, but we did wait quite a while. It was the weekend and dinner time, so that was to be expected. Our server was friendly and wore a mask. She promptly took our drink order and gave us an ample amount of time to peruse the menu. One thing I wasn't fond of was that you had to view the menu on your phone. I'm not super tech savvy and it was kind of inconvenient to sort through the pages of a tiny, digital menu. No matter, we ordered food either way. Our table definitely was not clean. I'm not sure who was there before us but everything was sticky like someone had spilled their drink. I normally wouldn't have cared, but this is a time when things are supposed to be extra, extra clean and I had our 6 month old with us. Our server did bring a rag over and wiped my side of the table when I asked. Food was hot, but didn't seem as good as it normally is. I always get the buffalo chicken pizza and my husband gets a calzone. Everything was okay, but not good enough to justify the price we paid. Perhaps it was just too busy for the kitchen at that time. Either way, I'll most likely be back because it's my one of my husband's favorite places to eat while visiting family in this area.

Ordered to-go during covid-19. We picked up the order via curbside service, which was convenient. I ordered the tofu teriyaki full sized vegan hoagie on pita bread. I ended up getting teriyaki tempeh. Not sure why I was given a different protein than what I ordered, but it was delicious nonetheless so I did not return it. The sandwich came with vegan cheese, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, green peppers and caramelized onions and mushrooms. The only disappointment were the chips. They were the most flavorless chips I have ever consumed in my life. I would eat here again.

The shark pizza is delicious hot n cheesy garlic touch to crust the salads fresh the wings juicy not dry the strawberry lemonade was thick and too sweet

The inside was very welcoming and very cool! The staff were very friendly and polite. The food was great, the wings were good but the sauce was bland. Overall the place was very nice! Will be returning soon!

We have been here a few times; it may be a chain, but they make a good pie. Like the selection of beers, and that you can taste them before ordering. Their beer cheese with the pretzel bites are awesome, the spin artichoke dip is tasty. While they rock the pizza world. Their sandwiches are also really good. Service has always been pretty on point. Expect a wait on the weekends.

We stopped in this mellow mushroom location on a Friday night pretty late after shopping for a quick dinner. With it being close to closing and "Covid" season we didn't know what to expect, but the food and service here was spectacular. This restaurant is pretty Covid safe and allows you to sit in open booths and tables away from crowded areas. Their menu is available via QR code which I love and I can tell they are keeping the space clean. We started our meal off with pretzels as an appetizer which were amazing! The red sauce is definitely a great dipping sauce for these. We shared a pizza and got half meat and half Funky Q which is their BBQ pizza and it was great! The food was fresh as usual and the drinks were good as well! They have a great drink selection and offer beverages made out of all fruit and natural products which I love. We enjoyed our experience and most definitely will be returning!

This location was perfect to stop by and get a quick slice (or two) or pizza ! It didn't take long for the pizza to come out and the service was tremendous as always. Overall very nice experience

Nope. Never again. I really wanted to like this place. There are not too many places in Hiram for great pizza. And, Mellow Mushroom is not it either. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza with wings. I received a pizza with hardly any cheese. Looks like they forgot to put cheese on one side and not enough on the other. The wings were too small to even offer as wings. They look like they came from a chicken that was not fully developed. I had previously frequented this location and had ordered a pizza which was great. Two weeks later I ordered a steak and cheese calzone. It was soooo undercooked and under seasoned. It was so disgusting. So, I went back to the pizza and that wasn't what it was before. Nope. Never again. Would not recommend.

Who would have thought you could get a delicious burger at a pizza spot? The Ritz burger is one of my favorites. I also love their spinach artichoke dip. The servers are friendly and accommodating.

Mellow mushroom is always a hit! Went with a bunch of colleagues and we were under a time crunch, we were in and out in good time!

We have been to just about every MM location in this area and today was our first time at the Hiram location. Walked in to a very retro cozy place and got greeted and sat immediately. Rachel was our server and she was fantastic and very attentive. Our soda refills were without us asking which is a good sign of great service. We had Caesar salad which was pretty good and the cheese bread which left a little bit to be desired as it had very little cheese and it was unevenly spread. The pizza came and it was different than the other locations we frequent but i thought it was great. Lots of cheese and mushrooms but lacking pepperoni, nevertheless the taste was great and we left full and happy. Will definitely go back for more.

Food was pretty good. I guess our initial pizza must've cooked too fast and burned so they advised us and apologized and brought out the pizza but stated another was coming out shortly. No biggie. It tasted pretty good. We boxed up the rest and took it home. Everyone was very personable and attentive. Also we sat at the bar during this outing. The drinks were good also.

Had dinner here last night with my boyfriend and was excited until we had to wait a good while only for our pizza to come out with hair in it...we notified the server since my boyfriend barley missed eating it and noticed it then. The pizza gets taken and we wait yet again for a good while. Finally we get the pizza and near to the end of dinner I noticed another hair on my plate... I never said anything because they obviously weren't wearing beard nets while in the kitchen and neither I or my boyfriend have black hair. Kinda disappointed since I havent been to one in years and this was my experience:/

We recently stopped into the Hiram MM. The staff were busy refilling ice, etc meaning getting drinks and food was slow. Our guy was nice but we saw staff on their phones instead of CS. The restaurant wasn't full at all. The pizza tasted good but the toppings didn't even cover half of the dough. See pics. If we wanted bread sticks we would've ordered them. Stingy on the marinara and ranch sauces. The music wasn't that great. You know sometimes there's just a vibe - not today. Don't know that we'll be back.

I personally love Mellow Mushroom. The service every time I have been has been really good! Super friendly staff, fast, attentive, and clean facility. Food: Variety of vegan options. I tend to get the veg out pizza (sub roma tomatoes for sundried tomato) Always comes out good! You can also do half and half , so (half veg out | half whatever other pizza) This location offers free pretzel bites if you have this app and check in!

I've always loved Mellow Mushroom and used to work at the one in Douglasville when it was open years ago. The service and food at the Hiram location are great! My family and I eat here a couple times a month.

Twice in a row!! Joe the bartender is simply AMAZING!!! He was master of the weeds as he easily handled his tables, the bar, and the plethora of drink orders!!! The food was awesome as well!

Went for my 72nd birthday knowing my grands would like it. Everyone ordered something different n great reviews by all. Service was great accommodating our large group. Friendly n fast service. It was a rainy day n waitress came out with umbrella for my handicapped husband. Thank you. Go on in n enjoy.

My family and I go here often! I enjoy the atmosphere and food is great. We have always had good customer service but tonight it was exceptional. I believe the servers' name was Jackson- but he was amazing. Definitely my favorite pizza place!

Soooo I LOVE MM. my only advice is verify that the wood oven is not too dark for you. Sometimes it gets a bit charred. The Greek SALAD is amazing! I love that it is VEGGIE HEAVY!! So often salads are just all lettuce . You won't go wrong adding this to your dinning experience!!

Had a big group of family there this weekend. Waiter was amazing and very attentive! Even with a large group every order was right and delicious!

Truly enjoyed the pizza here. And the cocktails and the ambiance. The fact that they have all the right ingredients that I enjoy on the build you'll own pizza menu.

This has always been my go to spot when I'm craving a good pizza that's slightly healthy! . For the past few years I've been addicted to the veggie pizza & then I add some ground beef to it. It has always hit the spot, but I finally changed it up & tried the BBQ chicken pizza . It was so amazing & packed with flavor. It wasn't so over done with BBQ sauce, that you couldn't taste the chicken. We also enjoy their amazing Greek salad. They have one of the best restaurant salads out there. If you're craving dessert give there cinnamon pretzels a try & drizzle those bad boys with honey! This'll blow your taste buds out of the park! Make sure the pretzel is warm!

Out of pizza dough, wait what??? Only had small pre-made dough. Pizza was average, nothing great. Service was mediocre at best. Not a place I would come back to.

Just got back after wintering in Wesley Chapel Florida. Hungry for our favorite pizza, we headed out to Mellow Mushroom in Hiram. We ordered our standard go to pizza, the Shiitake Mushroom. Joe took our order at the bar. Joe was excellent!! But, the pizza was less than expected. We ordered it with no Aoli but, when it came, it had Aoli on it. It looked more like a cheese pizza with mushrooms than a mushroom pizza. It was greasy and the crust did not rise. Yuk. Definitely not worth $25. As we were with someone we just met and they had their pizza, we did not want to delay them eating by sending it back. As we were eating early (5 PM), we think they may have recycled a pizza crust from the lunch crowd but that's just our guess. In any case it was no where near as good as at our normal location. We have comparison photos but can't see a way to include them. Don't think we will go back.

Pizza is amazing, don't usually eat crust but mellow mushroom is so tasty. The atmosphere is cool and unique. Also enjoy the wings, subs, and beers if the month. We visit at least 3 times a month!

Too bad we can no longer get the Thai/dyed or baked potato pizzas but these are some killer pies. Crust is to dye for.

We've never had a bad pizza in there. However we did one time get a pizza with hair in it we sent it back the manager was phenomenal at making it right he actually comped are entire dinner and give us an extra pizza we understand things like that happen this is by far one of the best mellow mushrooms out of all of them
