Mellow Mushroom

Customer service was awesome. They were very nice and helpful. The hummus plus pita was simple, what i expected, pretty good. However, the pizza (gluten free) took 1 hour and 35 minutes to make. And after all of that, the pizza barely had any tomato sauce. The layer of cheese was so thick all you could taste was cheese and crust. And it was a small! Waste of time, usually the pizza here is good. By the way, it was a cheese pizza with no toppings on top.

The pizza is amazing and is definitely a must try. the ingredients are so fresh. The decor of the restaurant is so neat neat. here are even TVs in the booths. When it is cool , the balcony seating is nice. We eat here often and like every restaurant we have ran into a problem or two with service being slow or pizza being overcooked on the bottom, but other than that we have enjoyed this place as our to go pizza dinning place!

Had a great experience! And the pizza was gourmet status! They had accidentally cooked the pizza extra crispy confused with another order but that was fine with us, we love crispy! In addition the manager gave us extra to take home free of charge. Highly recommend this place, will definitely be back!

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant but I was very disappointed when I finally went. The restaurant itself is nice as far as decor goes. But the energy was lacking. It was quiet and just strange. You'd expect a little more energy in a place that has musiacl instruments and lively art all over the place. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. She disappeared for a long time without checking if we needed anything. She was very stand-offish. I was not happy with her service. Then the food came out and my pizza had no flavor and it was very dry. My daughter enjoyed her calzone but my friend was not impressed as we ordered the same thing. Anyway, my first impression was that this place needs a little more energy and maybe improve some of their food options. Will I go again? Maybe, just to see if the experience is any better.

The day of my event I was told they had double booked the balcony, so I was offered the private room instead. It wasn’t ideal but I rolled with it. They were obviously not prepared for 2 parties because it took 20+ minutes for a single pitcher of sangria or beer to come out. For some reason they only wanted to have out one pitcher at a time for 40+ people. Pizza took twice as long to come out as what we were told. And this was after preordering everything! They knew exactly when we would be there and when we wanted the food and drinks. People were constantly waiting for food and drinks to come out. The microphone they had given us did not work as they explained and people kept getting interrupted by music. We had one waitress assigned to us who I think did the best she could, but I would not recommend Mellow Mushroom to anyone for a party.

Great place. They hosted an end of season banquet for our rugby team. Food was great, service was solid, and the venue is excellent. Very easy to work with them to plan the event. This was the second year here and we'll surely be back!.

I always love going to Mellow Mushroom. I am a lover of specialty pizzas, and the atmosphere is great. Normally, I'd give 4 stars unless something remarkable happened. I'm giving 5 stars because of our waitress. She was sweet, attentive, and complimentary. Complimenting parents on their parenting and the behavior of their child is worth the extra star. I only wish I'd have gotten her name. She gave us the idea of bringing playing cards with us to restaurants to play with our kids instead of disappearing into electronics like she said she sees so often. This was after my wife taught our son to make a paper football and "kick" it back and forth across the table while we waited for our food. Good hire, Mellow Mushroom, and as always, great pizza.
