Wow!! Simply spectacular food!! Every individual meat cut was server to perfection with amazing taste and flavor. One of the best smoked houses I have ever been to. This place is a must visit in Paris. Thank you for the fantastic lunch experience.

WOW! I saw this on my Instagram in Canada and we had to come! The brisket YUM especially with the BBQ dipping sauce. The smoked chicken, delicious. The mushrooms are a must. The layer of wine pairs perfectly. Spare ribs also great. No resos for less than 6. We arrived at 7:30 and were in the door by 7:50. This is a well oiled machine. The staff is incredible and work very hard. Make sure to tip. I came all the way from Canada (Alberta) to have Texas BBQ and took a 20€ uber (could have easily trained for 2.50€) from the Louvre area but my BF was lazy and NFL was on lol. We enjoyed INCREDIBLE BBQ while watching Sunday night football on our cell in Paris! It just doesn’t get better than that. Come check this place out. You will NOT be disappointed!

‏Melt Slow Barbecue is a fantastic spot for smoked meat lovers. Everything we tried was on point! The meats are perfectly smoked and incredibly juicy, the sauces add just the right kick, and the burgers come with soft, fresh buns that taste amazing. Their BBQ meat/brisket is packed with flavor, the ribs are on another level, and even the starters are delicious (especially the mushrooms; a must try) A must-visit if you’re craving authentic barbecue in Paris! Highly recommended

TRY THIS PLACE if you want to eat quality smoked meat. MELT is really a nice place to have quality time with your friends, with great food, and fair prices. The place is also family-friendly and offers multiple choices suited for each person.🗺 The atmosphere is nice and cozy, so it would also be a nice place to date, if your date is a meat lover, of course.🔥 The service is nice, but the waiting line takes somewhat longer than expected, but it's worth it.🥰 Overall, this is a place for you to explore new options.

Google
5 stars all around. Only comment would be to add baked beans to the menu. Brisket was delicious. Corn bread was to die for. Seriously even in America it’s not easy to find corn bread this good. Sauce, sides, meat, drinks… Everything top top. Amazing.

🥩If you LOVE meat, this is THE place. Food was perfect. The meat was as soft as butter, and the smell of it could kill you before your food arrives😂 I got a brisket bun. It was a huge amount of meat with some special onion and cucumber pickles, and a super delicious barbecue sauce. The staff were great. Friendly, polite and responsible (and what do you want more?) The cook was giving away meat sometimes to the people waiting on the line. ⏱️I got there at 8:30 pm and I had o stand in a line for around 20 mins. I propose not to go later because when I was leaving lots of the items were not available anymore. Give it a go for sure, and as they say: “SMOKE MEAT EVERYDAY”

Second time dinning in MELT First time in this location Admittedly my experience wasn’t as good as the first. The food came quite quick but wasn’t hot, just warm - which means it wasn’t as enjoyable. Im not sure if this was due to us being one of the first people when it opened (our reservation was at 7pm) - so for that at the price we paid, quite steep. Having said that, it is a good BBQ place and a good range of meats and sides to choose from Recommend: Beef cheeks, brisket & smash potato 🍖🥔

Google
Great and seemingly very popular spot for barbeque in Paris. We arrived fairly early when the line to get seated was modest. Tried the brisket, beef cheeks, and pulled pork plus some sides - the magic mushrooms were the best! Super tasty and tender meat.

Yelp
So delicious!!! We had tri tip, brisket, and beef rib and for sides smashed potatoes and beans! We absolutely loved the beef rib and brisket ... they were so tender that it just MELTed oh, also I really enjoyed the Paloma Service was great! Friendly staff ... I know tip isn't as customary in France as it is in US but we just had to because it was well deserved! Ambiance was lively! The place was super packed even at 9:00 pm on Wednesday. There was a very short wait for when we got there but well worth the wait for such delicious food!

Yelp
We were craving BBQ when we got to Paris and were surprised to see this place close to our hotel (the restaurant has connections to Pecan Lodge in Dallas). The place is pretty small inside but we were able to get a table quickly. We ordered a variety of items off of the menu and everything tasted fine although the meats were a bit dry. Keep in mind that certain meats sell out pretty quickly and get taken off the menu throughout the day. Overall, this place hit the spot - the service deserves a shout out too!

Yelp
I can see where Melt gets its name--the food melted in my mouth! I was truly surprised to find such excellent BBQ in France. The smash chili cheese was our favorite, and I enjoyed the brisket immensely. My husband loved the half smoked chicken. It's a very busy place where you order at the counter, take a number, and then find a seat while they bring the food to you. Paying the bill at the end via the app makes it easy to split costs in a group. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Melt has hands down the best Texas bbq in Paris. The meat is always well smoked and falls right off the bone. The bbq sauce is tangy and delicious and the chili cheese fries are a better quality take on the usual dish with chili made with bbq brisket. The service is pretty good, though you do have to order at the counter before finding a place to sit. The vibes of the restaurant are exactly what you would expect from a bbq restaurant, rustic and casual.

Yelp
We LOVED this restaurant!!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend is from the south and he said they were the best ribs he ever had. We also loved the smashed potatoes. Really good positive energy here. Dynamite.

Yelp
What's Melt? Well, it's a Texas BBQ that's as big as a computer from the 1980s, where masterful meats are slowly smoked (up to 15 hours) under the attuned nostrils of owners Jean and the two Pauls, going on to tantalize XXL appetites as the meat truly falls right off the bone. In the dining room decorated with hanging plants and vintage light wood tables and chairs, people devour the tender meats (pork ribs, beef ribs, pulled pork, the legendary brisket) with their bare hands. And for those who might be tired these great classics, the house has its specials as well. The night we went an incredible beef picanha (or rump) made an appearance, smoked for two hours and still incredibly bloody. To go with it, there's a creamy Mexican salad of corn, avocado, feta, cilantro and lime, and an opulent corn bread, followed by a perfect dark chocolate and pecan cookie for dessert

Yelp
No lie one of my favorite places to eat in Paris. When ya boy is feeling nostalgic for some dank bbq I go here! The lunch special is a good deal! I could eat here every day! Tri tip , brisket and pulled pork are some of my favorites! Good quality meat!

Yelp
I don't know how many people reviewing this place have actually had "Texas BBQ" in Texas, but I have driven many miles for the cause. My guy tells me that burnt ends were as good as Pecan Lodge in Dallas, but we were there at 9pm on a Friday, which is unheard of in Texas. He's excited to try the brisket next time. As a vegetarian, this place is way better than anywhere in Texas. There are a load of sides that don't have bacon mixed in *cough, Pecan Lodge mac n' cheese, cough* Cauliflower puffs sound gross but are really tasty, and the fries and slaw plus potato salad means a whole veggie meal. Plus there's wine, which is very nice! They also have Dr Pepper, which was my test for just how Texan this place was. Service was friendly, even to a vegetarian, which has gotten me the stinkeye in Lockhart...

Yelp
Texas BBQ done CORRECT! Fine, let's start by framing this with a bit of history, who doesn't love history? I've been in Paris for 10 years. When I first arrived I was starved for BBQ and honestly the only place you could get a plate of bbq'd meat was at Planet Hollywood, yes, I know, sad. Fast forward six years and you had a place called Blue's BBQ that offered up great BBQ but alas they had a poor location and eventually closed a few months ago. Meanwhile you also had a restaurant called Beast open and if you've been there, you know the place, while serving 'ok' bbq, fails in their sides dishes, beer selection, technique for ordering and finally fails in presentation of the food itself. Enter the newest contender, Melt. I had a chance to eat there last night with four friends and it was fantastic. When you arrive, you walk to the counter and place an order. Hanging on the wall are the different meats, sides and drinks. The star of the show at Melt is 100% their beef brisket which is claimed to be cooked for 15 hours. For us, we all ordered the same thing, beef brisket sandwiches, hot links, slaw and roasted corn on the cob. Unlike the aforementioned beast, the plate arrived with excellent presentation. The food itself was delicious. The meat on the sandwich was served in a large portion size and accompanied with pickled onions, pickle slices and jalepenos. We had both wine and beer and were definitely not disappointed. The beer they offered was called Pelican and was light and refreshing. Wine was of the Cote de Rhone variety and was a great match for the smokey bbq. Finally we had a chance to meet Jeff, the man from Texas who is responsible for the delicious smoked brisket. Great guy with a passion for BBQ and will to talk shop when he had a free moment. Hands down this is the best BBQ you will find in Paris France, no question.

Yelp
Great barbecue in Paris with amazing sauce. Not much of a wait if you come around opening and service is fast. I had the beef brisket on a roll and didn't need to add extra sauce..the meat was just like back home. Try the lemon curd dessert and the cauliflower parmesan balls!

Yelp
Paris, France meets Paris, Texas (or Dallas or Austin or etc) just as polite as a Texan. Only difference is in the strength of the Euro over the USD. But same price, same food.

Thomas E P.

Yelp
As a Texan I can say that this BBQ is very good. The meat is some of the best bbq meat I've had but where it lacks is all the fixins (sides) but I think the sides are a good blend of French and Texan cuisine and it more boils down to preference. The brisket sandwich was amazing and reminded a Texan that's far from home what it's like to be back in Austin or Dallas eating some good meat with a cold drink (in this case Lone Star (!!)) to wash it all down. I'm giving it four stars because the inside was lacking some decoration and they didn't have any music (would have been nice to hear some Willie Nelson or some other country tunes). I fully expect this place will be a 5 star experience in a year or two and I'm looking forward to my return.

Yelp
THE perfect restaurant if you want to enjoy good quality and perfectly cooked bbq meats! I had the brisket and it was melting in my mouth! I really recommend this amazing place! The service was great as well. The waiters were all really nice. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was already packed with people and we had to wait some time before we could get a table but you don't need to worry about waiting because you can give your name and then go chill and get a drink at a bar next to the restaurant and then they'll come get you as soon as a table is available. What's even greater is that the guys at the restaurant know the bar's owner so if you haven't finished your drink when they come get you, that's ok because you can easily take your drink with you! Overalls, an incredible dining experience and there's no doubt that I'll be back soon!

Yelp
Authentic BBQ; brisket was as good as it gets (even vs. US competition); worth the trip.

Yelp
Amazing bbq! Super cute decor and very friendly service. Will be back again before we head back to Texas. My favorite part was the brisket chili cheese fries. Plan to try the ribs on our next trip. My husband loved the pulled pork! Overall wonderful experience.

Yelp
Fork tender brisket and 5 star service for a party of three with very rusty French and teenager in tow. Cole slaw game needs works but zucchini fritters were . Lime zest on the peach crumble whipped topping was genius.

Tamara B.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the service was amazing!!! My only issue was they ran out of cornbread and chicken by the time we arrived. The flavor was magnificent

Yelp
Albeit the only Texas style BBQ place I know in Paris, it's definitely, positively awesome! Brisket is soo juicy, pork ribs tasty etc etc. Portions are great and so is the service! Do come early as cuts run out and there is always a queue... worth every minute of the wait though!

Angel S.

Yelp
Found this restaurant while walking through Paris. As a Texan I can say this is real B-B-Q. Great customer service!

Yelp
Spot on BBQ! I would favorably compare the Brisket and sauce to highly acclaimed Smoque BBQ in Chicago. Pickled onions, slaw and fries very good as well. Out of this world corn bread. Moist in the middle, crunchy and sweet on top. Per the gentleman at the counter the beef is brought in from the states, based on my experience in Europe I would agree.! If the pit master is on site stop and say hello. Very friendly and attentive staff. Melt receives my highest recommendation! Thank you for a wonderful meal.

Antoinette P.

Yelp
We visited for the first time last night and our experience was a great one. The meat was oh so tender and seasoned nicely. The BBQ sauce that comes with it was delicious. We ordered the brisket and smaller portion of the beef bone, fries and pistachio shakes (YUM!). It met expectations and ALL the staff were great. We'll be returning.

Yelp
So if you like meat, it's the place to go. The concept is very funny because it's canteen style. You eat on a tray, and share tables with people. Honestly, it's agreeable, but personally, this is not my favorite. Come here with a lot of friends instead!
