Melt Revival is a community-focused spot with a welcoming vibe and a vegan-friendly menu. Orders are placed at the counter before seating. From the brunch menu, the tofu scramble was a clear standout - flavorful curry seasoning, great texture, and well paired with sautéed potatoes and house-made tomato sauce. A comforting and flavorful meal all around.

The food and the service was excellent. The grilled cheese was undescribably delicious. I had dined here before. About a year ago And I will definitely keep it on my favorites list.

The food was great. While the greeters were adequate, not all seemed as welcoming. However, our server was friendly and enthusiastic.

Google
By far the best sandwich I have ever had from a restaurant! A wonderful selection of awesome desserts. The place was nicely sized and quiet for the number of people inside. Nicely decorated. The staff is very knowledgeable of the menu and the food being prepared. They are excited about their jobs and do very well at waiting on their customers. The staff as a whole were very kind. They just were not personable. It was still an absolutely great place to eat and will be visited again and again when visiting Cincinnati.

Melt Revival is a true gem for vegans and food enthusiasts alike in Cincinnati. From the moment you step in, the cozy and welcoming ambiance sets the stage for a delightful dining experience. The menu is impressively diverse, offering a creative mix of vegan and vegetarian options that cater to all taste preferences. I was particularly impressed by their signature sandwiches—each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. tangy slaw and fresh bread. The side of sweet potato fries was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the perfect accompaniment. What really sets Melt Revival apart is the quality of ingredients. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The portions are generous, making it a great value for the price. The staff is also very knowledgeable about vegan options and are more than happy to accommodate dietary preferences. For dessert, the vegan Carmelita is a must-try. Rich, moist, and just the right amount of sweetness—it was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Melt Revival is a must-visit for anyone in Cincinnati, whether you're vegan or simply looking to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere makes it a standout spot in the city. I’ll definitely be returning to try more from their menu!

I've been here a few times and it's always delicious! This time we ate next door at Higher Gravity and they brought our food to us to-go style. We got the Gobbler and subbed in potatoes. Service is always quick and friendly.

Google
I ordered the redskin potatoes and vegetarian cheesesteak. The redskin potatoes were DELICIOUS! Very well seasoned and tender. The only complaint is the ketchup/sauce does not have much flavor and is quite thin. You have to pack it on to taste anything. Other than that, amazing potatoes! The vegetarian cheesesteak was also pretty good but I felt it was missing something. It needed more zing or seasoning of some sort but I couldn't put my finger on it. Maybe onion powder? Italian seasoning? Not too sure, but regardless I had never tried the vegetarian meat option on this cheesesteak and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I also loved the amount of peppers on there. Additionally, my husband ordered the nachos so I got to take some (a lot) of bites. They were also very tasty. My only complaint is the toppings aren't layered on the chips. This means you eat the top layer and are left with naked chips on the bottom. I give the food overall a 4/5! The pricing was nice for the portions. No complaint there, especially considering the allergy friendly options that we ordered due to my mom's gluten allergy. The atmosphere was chill. There were a decent amount of people there but for a group of 3 it was hard to find seating. We only had one option: put 2 small tables together, and there were only 2 small tables left. The staff was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. I'm pregnant and was worried I couldn't try my husband's nachos (queso is usually a watchout for pregnant women), but the staff reassured us that the queso was vegetarian/vegan (can't remember which one). Very nice and friendly people for sure. Would I come back to this establishment? Yes! It's not my typical food style but my mom has been wanting to try it and I was pleasantly surprised as well. I recommend you try it too.

Yelp
Perfect breakfast place. Simple, stylish, and fun interior and staff. Unique tasty and affordable food for meat, vegetarian, and vegan diners plus alcohol options. Avg Price $17 after tip. Rating 10/10 Pros: Value, ambiance, food, everything. Cons: Somewhat limited menu but everything was good so not a big issue.

Yelp
breakfast/brunch place in Northside! Service: 5/5 You need to order before getting a seat. I love this service style because it speeds up the whole process--no waiting for servers, and it prevents people from sitting at a table forever just to decide what to eat! We went there at 10:30 AM on Saturday and got our seat right after ordering! Ambiance: clean and nice spacing between table. Tables are not packed. Nice lighting. Clean and nice unisex bathroom. Food: we ordered Baja bowl and verde chicken with chips & salsa. Baja Bowl: 5/5 Ingredients included roasted sweet potato and black bean top with two overeasy eggs and half of the avocado, with little salsa sauce. We also added bacon on the side. Taste delicious, unique, fresh. Verde Chicken flatbread with chips & salsa on the side (included in the meal): 5/5 Ingredients included roasted chicken, basil pesto, zucchini, tomato, cheese, might have other ingredients but I forgot lol love the basil pesto sauce on the flatbread. You can choose salad or chip and salsa on the side which is included in the meal. Will definitely go back to try other menu items. Highly recommend for a nice brunch place!

Yelp
I live the whole feel of this space inside and outside. Patio seating under shade allows for remote working or catching up with friends in fresh air. The staff paid attention to detail and cooked my eggs very well done to order and the food was delicious. Definitely a spot to come back to for brunch!

Yelp
I visited Melt about a month ago while I was in Cincy on a work trip. A small group of us had a lunch meeting planned and we specifically wanted to go to a healthy-ish spot. Melt was recommended by a friend so Melt it was! There's paid street parking out front as well as a nice patio. Once inside the restaurant is spacious with a ton of seating options, including a long bar, booths, and tables. Here, you place your order at the counter, then take a seat. A server will bring your drinks and meal out once it's ready. The menu does have a lot of healthy options to choose from and I went with the revival bowl and a kombucha. It was a quinoa bowl with carrots, cucumbers, avocado, cashews, and tofu with a peanut and ginger sauce. It was a pretty good size offering for the $12 the cost. I definitely couldn't finish it all. As for the staff, they were nice and attentive throughout our entire visit. I would come back!

Yelp
read all the great reviews while road tripping & decided to stop and try! So glad we did! We enjoyed the "revival bowl" and "fight club sandwich". The flavors are mouth watering GOOD! Super fun vibe too!

Yelp
I haven't been to Melt in years and their new location is so spacious! We had great service from the cashier and other employees. The vibe is so great here! The food was amazing!!! Lots of oohs and ahhs and mmmhs. The gobbler was so unique and I was very impressed! I also loved the Rachel. What had me closing my eyes in awe was the Carmelita!!!! My god that was heavenly!!

Yelp
I was delivering food for my volunteer organization and Melt was down the road. I stopped in at 3pm on a Thursday to order something to take home. The guy behind the bar was so lovely and suggested menu items for me (not vegan or vegetarian). I ordered the Rachel and the Hoffner as he said those were his favorites. The place is very cute and comfortable. There were a lot of folks stopping in to pick up food. Both sandwiches were delicious. The smoke on the turkey in the Rachel was perfect. The combo of flavors in the Hoffner was spot on. The salads that came with them were substantial and the dressing was fabulous! I would stop here again the next time I'm in Northside.

Yelp
Went for brunch on a Sunday with friends and we had a great time. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. You order at the counter and seat yourself. They bring the food to your table. A lot of vegetarian dishes. The food is fresh and great quality. We'll be back!

Yelp
If you're vegan, vegetarian, or just a person or likes good food, you have to check out Melt Revival! I've been here twice now, once for lunch and then for brunch as well. You order at the counter and then grab a seat. Lots of seating options with lots of local art on the walls! The menu isn't huge but the vegan and vegetarian options really shine through. I got the vegan biscuits and gravy today and added an egg on and it was delish! The gravy is full of flavorful mushrooms and was very creamy! My wife got the breakfast burrito which was also super yummy. There is generally a delicious pastry to check out as well! They also have a nice selection of cocktails and drinks at the bar! If you're looking for good food in Northside, check this place out!

Yelp
A couple colleagues and I had lunch at Melt Revival a couple weeks ago and had a really nice time. I ordered a plate of nachos and the side salad. The side salad was big enough to be a full meal! The nachos were pretty tasty and I would definitely get them again. I think they could use a little something else though. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. The atmosphere is warm and fun and quirky. I am looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu.

Yelp
Melt is a Northside institution. I have been eating at this restaurant for about two decades. When I moved to Cincinnati over 20 years ago, it was one of the few spots that had vegan and vegetarian options. Back then in its old location (Now Bridges occupies that spot) I would pop in for coffee and vegan cupcakes and hang in the back outdoor eating space. The wonderful outdoor space is gone but they still serve up amazing vegan treats. Service is super friendly. They sometimes will humor and make and old option from the menu if I ask (My favorite was the Yehaw BBQ sandwich with tempeh or setian). However, they have plenty of other items on the menu I love and order regularly (Vegan biscuits and gravy, rainbow slaw, and all the salads are yum).

Yelp
This actually wasn't the exact location I went to, I went to Melt Revival in Factory 52. I got the Verde Chicken flatbread on gluten free crust and it was actually the best thing I've ever tasted. I love how many gluten free options this menu has and how accommodating they are! Factory 52 provides many options and I'm glad Melt Revival is a gluten free option. It was an upbeat atmosphere and a great place to go with friends for a quick bite. Definetly will be going back!!

Yelp
Pickiest eater ever says "10/10!" But seriously, we came here on a Sunday for their Sunday Brunch Menu, he loved the bfast burrito, I had the philly seitan cheesesteak, and our 3rd smashed the vegan bs and gs. Everyone was ridiculously nice too. Aplus.

Yelp
Delicious compilations of healthy food. Friendly staff with a fluid system to order, seat and be served fresh and exciting flavors for your hungry belly. And speaking of belly, many items on the menu are great for gut health!

Yelp
Delightful kale salad, excellent vegetarian, Philly cheesesteak and upbeat, friendly service. Gotta love the hood too.

Yelp
I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area years ago and I have to say that Melt Revival brought back my younger days. The ambiance inside was incredibly warm and relaxing for a Sunday Brunch to which I was treating my Pop. From the moment we entered, the service was incredibly welcoming. Now I will admit that my Pop is the vegetarian, while I am not. I will, additionally, find something palatable wherever we go. I even got to experience a first: kombucha! Though, for any who have not tried it, I highly recommend that you NOT shake it, as I did. The results were...messy. The Baja Bowl that I ordered, which I sadly neglected to snap, was a wonderful mix of sweet potato, black beans, and avocado. The home-made salsa and egg included brought the whole dish together. It was extremely delicious from beginning to end. I found my experience quite lovely and look forward to visiting this quaint spot again.
google avatar

Brianna B.

Yelp
We had a great meal at Melt Revival! I am gluten free, so I was excited to see that so many of their menu items were naturally gluten free and that they had gluten free bread available for all their sandwiches! I got the 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich option with the harvest salad and the hoffner sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious! The creamy goat cheese with the spring mix and vinaigrette was a great combo, and the horseradish with the roast mushrooms and braised brisket on the sandwich was absolutely delectable! 10/10 recommend. Service was fast and cheerful, and the whole vibe of the restaurant was fun!
google avatar

Yelp
My partner and I stopped by Factory 52 just to try the Melt Test Kitchen. It didn't disappoint at all! The vegan breakfast wrap was full of flavor, jam packed, and delicious. The vegan biscuits and gravy were a little sweet and a lot savory, it went perfectly with the free sample of their warm beet soup they had on special. The spot was super clean and laid back. The service was great and I appreciate the menu knowledge the cashier provided, and they were very patient and kind while I was being super indecisive about what to order. We will definitely be back to try the other vegan goodies on the menu!

Yelp
From out of town we were looking for a vegetarian friendly breakfast spot and found it here. It's a really cute place and has a nice vibe to it. My friend had the biscuits with mushroom gravy and some sort of burrito. While the burrito didn't impress here much, she swooned over the mushroom gravy. After having a little taste myself, I have to agree. I am not a vegetarian, but this gravy was as good as the 'regular' gravy and the biscuits nice and fluffy. I opted for the 2 egg combo and some bacon on the side... I know, I know, but I just can't resist. My highlight were the mimosas... now there is the best way to enjoy orange juice in the morning... for the vitamins, you know....
google avatar

Kristin R.

Yelp
I am visiting from out of town and we stopped by here. It is a godsend for people with gluten and dairy allergies. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the ambiance was just right. The food was absolutely incredible. I got a cup red lentil soup, and 1/2 Vegan Bánh Mì on gluten free bread. The flavor with both was incredible. They use high quality and very fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!

Nora L.

Yelp
this place was great, the staff were very kind. the food tasted wonderful-- ESPECIALLY the redskin potatoes. it had a very nice beachy theme to it that I loved, they're weren't a lot of people, and the overall place was great. my ONLY critique is that I got full too fast and couldn't finish my food lol. entered excited, left amazed. go here now.

Yelp
This is such a cute little lunch spot! I'm not in Northside often, but Melt Revival has been on my list for a while. My fiancé ended up making an auto repair appointment just down the street, so we had to stop in for a bite! The decor is colorful, eclectic, and inviting. I loved their blue leather high top chairs so much ... I may or may not try to find some for my own kitchen. The folks at the counter were friendly, and they were decently busy when we arrived. Thankfully, there's plenty of room to spread out, so you're not dining right beside someone. I ordered the half salad/half sandwich combo. I went with the "Rachel," which was a hot turkey sandwich with a delicious aioli. I also got the "Kale Yeah!" salad, which was light and bright, with fun toppings like almonds, chickpeas, and avocado. The combo was definitely the way to go ... portion sizes are spot on for lunch. My fiancé ordered their "Vegetarian 3-Way," which was absolutely delicious. They nailed the nostalgic Skyline flavors, while removing the meat and making it taste just a little healthier. He finished the entire bowl. We'd definitely come back to Melt Revival for lunch again ... can't wait to try some of their other fun, fresh meals!

Eddie W.

Yelp
I went there for lunch yesterday. The food was fair. The next 24 hours were unbearable. I got E. Coli poisoning. Relentless diarrhea. Never again!

Ara r.

Yelp
impeccable service our food came out in like 5 mins and he gave us a pitcher of soda for the table i love everyone here
google avatar

Cilicia L.

Yelp
I love how this place is decorated. They use wood flooring panels to decorate parts of the walls and the booths. You order at the counter, get a number, and food and beverages are delivered to the table. The food was amazing as were the cocktails. I got the revival bowl with chicken and ate every last bite. My sons ordered the cheese melts, and they were the best looking cheese sandwiches I have ever seen. Both boys said they were delicious.
google avatar

Katie J.

Yelp
The food was delicious! My bill seemed a bit expensive, but I think it was the mocktail I had added on. I did the pick two with a half sandwich and salad, and it was a great amount of food for lunch (you might want a whole sandwich if you're hungry, but beware that their whole salads are MASSIVE). I ordered the Rachel sandwich with gluten free bread and the Harvest Salad (which is one of the best salads I've had in a while). I was also really happy to see that my friend who needs to be gluten and dairy free could order there! Staff was friendly and the environment was comfortable and cute. I'll be back!
google avatar

Grace D.

Yelp
This has been a place I've heard about FOREVER and finally had the opportunity to partake in their delicious food that is friendly to my food limitations. Loved the outdoor patio setting, the indoor area was just as serene and relaxing. I ordered "The Rachel" which I was able to get GF and DF and the "Kale Yeah" salad. Decided on the half and half on the suggestion of one of the servers (he said the salad was a very large serving). Both were absolutely delicious! One of my friends ordered the "chicken salad," special which had a curry flavoring to it. Very unique and tasty. I was super excited to see all their baked goods were gluten free AND vegan. So of course, I had to purchase all of them. They did NOT disappoint. They were alllllll so yummy! I highly recommend this place for its food and ambiance and service. Place was great!
google avatar

Yelp
This was a go to spot when I was vegan, and continues to be now that I am a vegetarian. The salads are so fresh and crispy with super flavorful dressings. The service is great, all the employees are really kind and understanding. David in particular always greets everyone so warmly, his energy when you first walk in is great. I always love catching up with him, and he goes out of his way to make sure your experience is great. I love the variety of seating, making the restaurant good for groups or solo eating. They are so good at working with allergies, and overall just have a very thoughtful and kind staff.

Teresa L.

Yelp
Stopped by on my way to the airport and was very pleasantly surprised by the great service and tasty food! There is a large swath of vegetarian options-- I tried the seitan cheesesteak and it was really flavorful. They had a lemon-ginger kombucha on tap at the time, which tasted refreshing. Definitely worth a try, especially if you are vegetarian/vegan.

Yelp
Hipster sort of vibe. Staff is very nice and the place is clean. Food is really good . High Gravity Brewing is next door. Check them both out. Parking on the street.

Yelp
Friendly service and great menu options!! So many healthy, vegetarian/vegan items, it was hard to make a final decision. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We decided to visit a restaurant highlighted by Guy Fieri's DDD. Tonight it was Melt Revival with mixed results. We went for dinner not realizing there is no table service. Patrons order drinks and food at the counter. You take the drinks to the table yourself and food is brought to you later. This works fine for lunch but at dinner I like table service, personally. Atmosphere is a bit eclectic and chairs uncomfortable. The chairs and no table service kind of kills any interest to linger, talk and have dessert. Stained concrete floors and walls look nice. The $12 Revival Bowl is a winner. It's delicious and large enough to share for 2 moderate appetite people. The $14 Hoffner brisket sandwich was awful. One very skinny layer of brisket bbq meat on 2 thick slices of bread, I wondered at times if I was eating a bread sandwich. It looked nothing like-nowhere near- the hearty sandwich pictures I saw on yelp after our visit. Perhaps we got a frugal sandwich maker or they've cut back on their portions. BTW, the sandwich featured on DDD was not available and we were told is no longer offered.

Lizzie H.

Yelp
Great service and healthy delicious food. I had the pad thai wrap and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Yelp
I know that Melt already has a lot of great reviews, but I'm going to add another one anyway! My wife and I stopped here on our road trip a couple weeks ago and absolutely loved it. We were just kind of "winging it" and looking up places to eat while we were on the road and came across Melt. We took an order to go, but the atmosphere in the Café itself was great. The food was even better! I can honestly say that I've never had a more delicious, mouth-watering flatbread.
google avatar

Nony Rose S.

Yelp
I got there a bit before my friend and the staff was super friendly and let me sit before ordering. The bartender (i think owner?) answered all my questions and let me sub my side for a small upcharge. The service overall was great. They do the style where you order at the bar and they bring the food out to you. I got the hoffner with a side of hummus. My sandwich was perfect. The bread was toasted perfectly and the horseradish was flavorful but subtle. The brisket was tender but not overly juicy so my sandwich was toasty and not soggy. I definitely will go back for that exact thing, but I want to try other things as well!
google avatar

Debby N.

Yelp
First time coming to Melt and it did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and the food was great! Love that I can eat vegan and gluten free and not fear getting cross contaminated! The gluten free bun was just ok(maybe it was just over toasted?) There are so many other options on the menu I'd love to try next time.
google avatar

Yelp
My SO and I decided to dine in and ear on their patio during the Covid pandemic. The service was fun, friendly and knowledgable. The lavender lemonade was a nice twist to traditional Lemonade. I ordered the Chicken verde with vegan cheese flatbread and it was like a flavor bomb. Their vegan mac and cheese was good with a little smokey flavor, but I do wish it was more creamy. My SO thought the Artichoke melt was very good and the creamy artichoke spread was a great blend of flavors.
google avatar

Rachelle J.

Yelp
Renovated and really cute! The authenticity of the staff was so impressive. They went out of their way to make a freshly brewed iced green tea for me which was not on the menu. The menu has so many yummy, healthy items to choose from. I ordered the chicken verde flatbread and revival bowl. The sauces for the revival bowl which were a peanut sauce and a sweet vinegar tasting sauce brought a nice balance of tangy and sweet to the Thai inspired revival bowl. The bar top tables were very comfortable and the restaurant was clean and not too noisy. There are also booths and normal tables. Parking is on the street and masks are currently required inside until you are seated. My friend ordered a granola and chocolate dessert that was sooo soft and flavorful. I highly recommend it. This is a great spot for Sunday lunch with friends, drawing or journaling for an hour or two or to fuel up for lunch during the workweek.
google avatar

Olivia L.

Yelp
Food was absolutely delicious!! Service was great, super friendly staff, we ate outside and it was really nice! Cute restaurant, clean. The three way had the Cincinnati chilli flavor but it's vegetarian, the hummus, with the lightly toasted pita bread was so delicious and flavorful, and the harvest salad was hearty and vinaigrette was so yummy! All around great visit and great food we will definitely be back.

Yelp
fast and friendly service, amazing flatbreads and salads, plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, great portion sizes, casual seating

Yelp
I went here with brush for some friends always ago and honestly forgot to post a review. Because the food was pretty forgettable. Like the service was great, they were more than happy to help me make a selection and change some things up for me, I could add meat to the vegan biscuits and gravy, and it was a really pleasant overall experience. The problem is the food was just really bland. The vegan biscuits felt very flat and lacked The fluffy buttery richness that I always appreciate, the gravy was flavorless, and while I added turkey it wasn't a substantial portion. The two eggs gave the dish what it was lacking, but I had to decide to add those to make up for the shortcomings. Everybody else love their food, and they all ordered other things, so maybe it's worth a shot and again. Right now I don't really have any desire to check them out right away This is sort of balanced out by a 4 star takeout experience when I got a really good Asian chicken wrap.If I could leave three and a half Stars I would.

Yelp
I had been wanting to try Melt for a while, and finally, when the perfect opportunity struck, I was starving for breakfast. I was pleased to find they have gluten-free bread options, as well as vegan and vegetarian, too. What an awesome versatile restaurant. I got the egg sandwich, which was pretty tasty, and I highly recommend the potatoes - so good! Melt did not disappoint!
google avatar

Yelp
I have to say, I miss the old Melt. It was like eating at your favorite hippy aunt's house. Really. This new place is airy and funky but lacks the charm of the former location. The menu is also much smaller. Previously, Melt had a ton of sandwiches which were available with tempeh or tofu. It was a vegetarian dream. This menu, although varied, is more curated. After much deliberation, I went with the half and half combo with the fruits and nuts salad and the Northside flatbread (vegan). The salad was great mix of textures featuring several times of fruit (berries, pears, apples) with an amazing red wine vinaigrette. My flatbread had been left in the oven a touch too long leaving the bread fairly dark and extra crispy. Also, the vegan cheese had also hardened up. The BBQ sauce and toppings had a nice kick though. My friend had the baked cauliflower "wings". I really liked the heat level and the vegan dill sauce. She was less enthusiastic. We often frequent Northside when I visit, so we'll probably give Melt another try down the road. There was another sandwich and salad that caught my eye as well as the mac & cheese offerings.

Buzz W.

Yelp
Good is fantastic. One of the best vegan breakfast meals I've had in awhile. Service is friendly, helpful, and engaging. The vibe in the restaurant is great. Will be back!

Yelp
I'm not a vegan or even a vegetarian, so this place is not really a go to for me on a regular basis. That being said, I do like their "new" location (to me) and it is very roomy inside. The service is quick and the food is tasty. On my last visit here, I had the Baja Bowl. It was MOST excellent and I couldn't eat it fast enough. I finished it at home for a late lunch. I don't remember what else I got there, but I'm pretty sure I liked it.

Stephen C.

Yelp
The food here is delicious! Lots of vegan options. Highly recommend the chili and hoffner with tofu!
google avatar

Chandler H.

Yelp
I booked their private room for my bridal shower and we had a great time! They were super easy to work with ahead of time, the food and service were great on the day of! I love the variety of vegan/vegetarian options, and the portion sizes were perfect.
google avatar

Cindy M.

Yelp
High hopes for this place but it work for me. Went with a group of 6 and service was quick and efficient however the food was horrible. I got the pot roast sandwich and I could have sworn it was about 3 pieces of beef jerky on that bread. Also got the vegetarian chili. The chili had a great flavor but the tomatoes were so big that is all you got on a spoon. Other people in my group had the same experience food wise. Except for one that had the hummus. I tried it and must say it probably was the best thing on our table. Would love to try again but not sure.

Yelp
I was excited to try Melt Revival as it had switched over hands in the past few years and the original owners had, literally, revived the place. I recently went vegetarian so I had been hunkering for some good veggie alternatives that still got my taste buds off. My partner and I shared the tofu pad thai and seitan cheesesteak take. I was surprised at how much the cheesesteak actually tasted like a good, ol fashioned calzone (not exactly the cheesesteak taste I was expecting--but good!). My only feedback was that it seemed really salty and left me chugging the water left at our table. The pad thai was good, but I will say the sides were what blew me away. Usually I'm not a slaw person but get the slaw here. It's super crisp, fresh and delicious. The red potatoes stole the show for me, and the dipping sauce it came with. Overall, I felt good after eating, the service was great, but Melt still left me yearning more. I think being so close and open to the bathrooms also weirded me out, there's definitely no privacy there, but not a dealbreaker. Maybe a second visit will do the trick.
