Came to MEM Tea several years ago just because it was interesting to see a tea shop out in the wild. Since then I've been subscribed to their online newsletter, ordered several times and am always pleasantly surprised by the selection. Came back to Boston recently for two reasons, celebrate my anniversary and visit MEM Tea! Made sure to load up on the goodies! At the time of this writing they offered some newer flavors of Peaflower Blossom and Hibiscus Lime both of which they had for tasting and I have been searching flavor profiles for after tasting other drinks with these on different occasions. My favorite is always the blue flower Earl Grey, made sure to get a big bag of that! Will continue my membership and look forward to what they bring in the future.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem of a tea shop and was completely blown away! It’s not just a store, it’s a whole tea experience. They have every kind of tea you can imagine, beautifully displayed and with helpful tasting notes. They’ve got everything: teapots, strainers, steeping accessories, you name it. I also loved that they offer free tea samplers - such a thoughtful touch that lets you explore new flavors before committing. And the prices? Surprisingly reasonable for the quality and variety they offer. Whether you're a longtime tea nerd or just getting started, this place is a total delight. Bonus: the lighting and layout make it feel like a cozy boutique rather than a commercial store. I recommend it 10/10.

Amazing shop with a huge variety of teas. They seem to specialize in black teas. A small variety of teabags, and a much wider one of loose leaf in several sizes. i love that they offer sample sizes as well. Also have a variety of tea supplies, and even has tea tastings on some days. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and they offer sample drinks of some of their teas. An amazing experience!

Amazing teas. Ran across Mem while visiting the area. Cute shop. Staff helped me pick out oolong teas from Taiwan. Love the teas and at a very fair price.

They sell good quality loose leaf teas. I bought decaf English breakfast tea and Earl Grey tea and I really love them. Although their products are pricey, they also have high quality. The people at the store are very attentive, kind and helpful.

As a tea lover, this place is a Boston treasure. Has a great selection of loose leaf teas with both decaf and caffeinated options. You can find MEM tea all over Boston, but it’s much more worth it to come directly to the main location to see the full selection and some rarer teas. You can buy smaller packs to sample and much larger packs for your favorites. Each tea typically comes in 3 different sizes for you to choose from. Love the new collections of pyramid tea bags, and bought some as gifts.

Fantastic place! The staff were super helpful, recommending exactly the things I wanted. Loved sampling two of the teas as well. And a huge plus: it smelled amazing inside.
