Fantastic place! The staff were super helpful, recommending exactly the things I wanted. Loved sampling two of the teas as well. And a huge plus: it smelled amazing inside.

The best tea shop I’ve been to. As an international buyer, I’ve sampled and bought all over, and Mem Tea holds itself to an observably high standard. For beginners and experienced tea lovers alike, you will find a custom blend that has been lovingly crafted- and worth raving about. My only suggestion for improvement was that the staff weren’t particularly warm or fuzzy, but there’s Cambridge for you. Amazing shop with a huge variety of teas. They seem to specialize in black teas. A small variety of teabags, and a much wider one of loose leaf in several sizes. i love that they offer sample sizes as well. Also have a variety of tea supplies, and even has tea tastings on some days. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and they offer sample drinks of some of their teas. An amazing experience!

The most amazing tea shop! I’ve probably tried and purchased bags of at least 25 of their various teas. I really recommend trying their sample bags of teas. They are a wonderful deal and allow you to see which you enjoy the most before committing to a larger bag. The staff is so nice and helpful. I’ve also been to one of their tea sharing events and it was really lovely. I would definitely recommend this shop.

My husband stopped by a while back to pick up some teas for me, but I only visited Mem Tea for the first time this week to browse and buy. First, will say the service was excellent—wish I’d caught her name but the woman at the register was wonderful—she spent time with any customer who was looking for recommendations or ideas based on favorite flavors or tasting notes. The store was pretty busy at 2pm on a Tuesday, so she was going back and forth between the register and customers, but found a way to make everyone feel welcomed. I was looking for a mix of herbal and caffeinated teas with some fruit features and she recommended several. Haven’t tried the black teas yet (I picked up Mango and Raspberry on her recommendation), but the Lime Hibiscus Cooler is fantastic—tart but with sweet hibiscus notes. I also appreciated that they had the teas 1) organized around the store / on the shelves by type (black, herbal, green, white)—making it easy to navigate and self-serve if you knew what you might want, and 2) packaged in varying sizes with a corresponding price sheet (sample, 2oz, 4oz, etc.). The prices were reasonable and with service and products like they have, I’m just sorry I didn’t find it sooner. Will be back and if we ever leave the area, I’ll be ordering online from Mem Tea.

Amazing! Lindsey, one of the workers was very patient in explaining teas since it’s all very new to me. She was incredibly kind. The energy of the shop is so calming and they had teas to sample when I stopped in as well! It was a fun treat.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I came here for the first time Halloween morning and the man working the floor and check-out was so incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable (loved the Halloween costume too). We appreciated the help; definitely our new loose-leaf tea spot! :D

I bought an assortment of teas here and I enjoyed all of them. Very happy to have a place like this in the greater Boston area. 10/10 would throw into the harbor again
