This is my second time choosing MEMCU for auto financing over my main bank at SECU. Originally, I was referred by a friend for an older model Toyota 4runner purchase and I was impressed from the very beginning. This time I was in the market for a commuter car and MEMCU came through again with an easy, hassle free, and efficient process. My loan officer, Karyn Keinert, was absolutely amazing. She was so personable that it was like I was speaking with a friend right away. She assured me that we would find the right car and was always just a phone call away. We ended up processing the deal partly via online and email with some phone calls as needed. Throughout the whole process Karyn was always quick to respond to me no matter what method we communicated. Both of my experiences with MEMCU have been extremely easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend their services and especially their employees like Karyn. I will continue to do business with them in the future for any auto loans I may have a need for, both for used and new vehicles as well as other needs. Debra was amazing. She helped me get through the hurdles of buying a vehicle. Normally I finance with stealerships because its convenient, but I just knew that members credit union would have better rates. Vehicles already cost so much so I needed to save money wherever I could. Debra answered all my questions and concerns. She was excellent to work with.

My loan officer was Bobie Logan. She was excellent! I was very worried because I’ve never had alone in my name before and she was able to get me exactly what I needed. I will definitely recommend her to anyone!

Vanessa with the car loan is very rude been dealing with her for awhile now every time we have to speak to her she is just very rude. She needs a new job. Dealing with people isn't her thing. We will be leaving members after the car is paid off.
