Their Sparkling Mango Coconut Sago drink is HANDS DOWN THE BEST drink I have ever had in my entire life! Well… it doesn’t really matter what you order because everything on their menu is a delicacy!

Google
Always a delight! Delicious and refreshing beverages for all taste profiles. Is coffee your jam? They have delicious iced coffees and blended coffee drinks, even the very trendy cold foams. Love tea? They got you: black teas, green teas, herbals, oolong, and many others. Pair your tea base with fruit, milk, or floral flavors (the new rose is phenomenal) for your unique combinations. Add toppings of your choice, including popping Boba, brown sugar Boba, crystal jelly, aiyu jelly, allowing vera, or even coconut jelly noodles. Maybe sparkling drinks are your refreshing choice, paired with fruit flavors and popping Boba. Me•Me Tea has that too. Don't forget to enjoy a mochi cake, cheesecake, or sago pudding with your tasty beverage.

On my way to Marshalls, I stopped by this locations which had an extensive menu. Initially, I considered the mango pineapple tea, but since it was afternoon and I wanted to avoid caffeine, I opted for the caffeine-free sparkling strawberry lime tea instead. The staff member was helpful in confirming caffeine or not, and the order was prepared quickly. While the tea tasted good, I found the strawberry purée a bit heavy, as I prefer smoother teas without pulp. Next time, I'll choose a tea without purée. Overall, I would recommend this refreshing option.

Google
I got the roasted oolong teapresso with fresh milk — super good. I like how they put the espresso machine right in front of the line so you can watch your tea being made. I personally love seeing the tea or coffee drip out of the machine.

Reasonable prices. This is in our top 5 places to grab boba. We loved our slushies. Happy that they replaced the old boba place - this has more variety and offer some other desserts. The only downside is there is no seating.

This is my favorite boba shop in San Diego. The flavor of the teas and juices is excellent. The brown sugar boba is fantastic and their boba has the perfect texture or “Q”. I took my friend here and he said after trying this boba other places feel like you’re chewing on plastic balls. For me perfect boba is soft yet has the perfect amount of slight spring and chewiness, like a perfectly done al denté pasta. At this place the boba texture and flavor is always on point. Now onto the teas. The teas here are high quality and freshly brewed, they are not made from cheap powdered mixes. I am a fan of the TGY tea Tie Guan Yuan, the roasted oolong, the classic milk tea and the Thai style tea. Love the flavor and that you can customize sweetness here. The coffee boba is also excellent. Finally, the fresh fruits and juices. I am a huge fan of the kumquat citrus fruit which is native to Southeast Asia, from my travels to Vietnam and Taiwan. I have tried drinks made with this fruit at other boba shops in San Diego and they were absolutely terrible - they tasted like they were made from some sort of concentrate or artificial flavor that did not taste like the real fruit at all. I asked the owner of Me Me Tea and Desserts how they make their citrus kumquat green tea and where the kumquat in the drink comes from, and she explained that they order the kumquat fruit as a frozen paste from Taiwan. I will tell you, this drink is the real deal and absolutely delicious. I recommend it ordered 30% sweet and add aloe chunks or lychee. Everything on the menu here is so high quality and I am very pleased to have found a boba shop here in San Diego that is as good as the ones I frequented during my travels through Taiwan. The staff is also super nice and everything is run efficiently

I am a regular and really enjoy this Boba shop. One bit of feedback is sometimes the boba seem like they have been sitting too long. Lately my favorite drink has been Lavendar Earl Grey Milk Tea w Boba.

We love that Me•Me Tea is so close to us! We have been regulars for years and were delighted today to try a new tea and absolutely love the new Chamomile Mint tea with Rose Hip! It's refreshing and light, perfect to enjoy on its own. The blend is caffeine-free and sugar-free, which makes it exactly what my body needed for a calming, soothing experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a natural and relaxing tea!

Yelp
This place was pretty good! I tried it because my friend recommended it. The inside is a bit small so it's not really a spot to hang out at, but they had wonderful service. I asked the person taking my order which milk tasted the most like tea and she recommended the TGY milk tea with fresh milk. She was very informative and friendly. I got nondairy creamer instead of fresh milk because I'm lactose intolerant. I got 30% sugar as usually most milk teas are way too sweet for me, but it actually was not sweet enough. Luckily, they were really nice and even though they couldn't manually add the sugar, they gave me some on the side and a new lid so I could mix it in myself. It is a bit on the pricier side with my drink almost being $8 but the service was wonderful, so I would recommend trying this place!

Yelp
Update: Sept. 30, 2024 I ADORE this tea spot so much for their quality of tea and excellent service. This spot has been my all-time favorite place for years. It's rare to find a place that provides the utmost quality of tea as I am very selective of the teas that I consume. Over the years, I have been to many tea spots in SD, including the recently opened ones. Those places are not even comparable in terms of quality and service. This tea spot has been my top pick for three reasons: (A) As mentioned earlier, they continue to provide quality tea and delicious pastries/desserts. My most-liked teas have been TGY, Organic Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with fresh milk, and Jasmine Milk Tea. For pastries/desserts, I love their variety of baked mochi cakes and cookies. (B) They work as a team to deliver exceptional service. There's little or no wait time at all, given that I usually order more than one item. I appreciate this as I have constraints with timing, especially during the weekdays. (C) Most importantly, they are great at maintaining good relationships with customers. I believe this is imperative and key for a successful business. They remember and always spot on my orders. Because this tea spot is my top favorite I don't mind the drive and I'd happily select this place over any tea spots in SD. Thank you for being amazing, Me-Me Tea & Dessert!

Yelp
MeMe isn't really a place you can hang out but the sheer number of choices is incredible. Stop that with the small desserts and this place is a great little stopover for some boba and a sweet snack. There are plenty of other boba shops in the area so it's difficult to compare them as they each offer some level of unique offerings. I also couldn't find fault in their menu or food. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
My favorite boba place in sd! I come here just about every weekend because it's THAT GOOD. Their teas a so refreshing I usually get the mango spring tea with boba 50% sweet and it's always a 10/10. I love how you can taste the tea flavor and that the boba is always spot on. Service is great and the inside is always nice and clean. They have these mini mochi cakes that are a must try. The matcha one is my favorite parking is easy which is a bonus!

Kaylin P.

Yelp
I stopped in here spontaneously as I was shopping a couple doors down. I decided to try the iced matcha latte. I was a bit nervous because matcha can be super hit or miss depending on the quality of matcha. I was thoroughly impressed with how authentic this matcha was. It was the perfect amount of matcha to milk ratio. It came in a big cup and was less than $7!! Matcha is so expensive around here these days, especially for it to taste bleh. This matcha is so yummy and totally worth your money! I will definitely be returning here next time I'm craving matcha. (I'm a matcha connoisseur and this was AMAZING)

Yelp
Absolutely loved this shop nestled in the Clairemont strip mall. The first thing that really stood out was how clean and cute the shop was. The service was fantastic; the boba-ristas were extremely polite and sweet. I ordered a Honeydew blended with boba and a black milk tea with brown sugar boba. The black tea was not traditional milk tea, think black tea with milk added. The brown sugar boba was a bit sweet for me, I definitely preferred the regular boba. The honeydew was AMAZING. I will definitely be returning to try more flavors!

Yelp
Friendly staff, clean interior. Ordering was smooth and easy and we received our drinks quickly. Sugar and ice can be customized per drink. There's a large selection! Desserts are also available. There's only a single standing table, no seats. Oreo milk tea was yum

Yelp
When you're ready to hit the Balboa area and go to Marshall's, located in the same plaza is Me-Me Tea. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place and how yummy their wintermelon tea was. They also offer a bunch of desserts that they bake themselves. I got the baked coconut mochi cake and it was delicious. Their service was good and friendly.

Yelp
Great matcha and pastries. Friendly staff and accessible. Yummy Boba fresh and not overly saturated

Yelp
BEST BOBA SPOT EVERRRR!!!! Damn like what can I say?! The brown sugar boba milk tea knocked me into another dimension!!! Other places boba seems water down nowadays, but not here!! Packed with flavor, I just felt like I was walking on a cloud. Boba was perfectly cooked and staff is very nice. I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK !!!!!!

Yelp
Another first time . Cute spot and plenty of parking in a shopping center so you can have lunch and shop and grab some boba tea. The place is very clean and lots of items to choose from even desserts which I did grab a snickerdoodle cookie. Beautiful plants and friendly service. However no seating more grab and go. My tea which was orange pineapple passion fruit was very good did not add or change a thing except add boba. Their boba is one of the best soft and chewy very good. The cookie was like homemade chewy but had an outside crunch omg the best. A must try spot!!!

Yelp
I drive by this shop each time I'm near Home Depot or Target and decided to stop in. I wasn't sure how busy it would be with the construction and renovations going on with the plaza, so was stunned when I saw 15+ people in line and waiting for their orders. It was a packed house which is always a great sign. I ordered the kumquat green tea and a mango sago dessert to take home. The drink was very good, the service was impeccable, and dessert was so yummy. Don't pass up trying their homemade desserts. The mini cheesecakes looked delicious as did their cookies. I will for sure be putting this spot on my rotation, since they have an extensive drink menu filled with milk teas, fruit teas, matcha, coffee drinks, and blended drinks.

Yelp
Cute and cozy little boba store. There were a lot of drinks posters on the wall which was nice. Person who took our order was friendly. We got the high mountain fresh milk tea and sweet cream coffee. Coffee was sweet and strong. The milk tea was a little water down and not very milky, though the tea was strong. We liked the drinks overall, may come back for the mochi cakes.
google avatar

Yelp
The milk tea is pretty decent but what is really good here is their home made mini cheesecake! We got the months special of the pumpkin spice cheesecake and it was very light and fluffy. I didn't even eat the same day and it was really good. Now, the milk tea is pretty decent. I like mine more balanced with creamy and tea flavor, this was more of a strong tea flavored. I usually get 25% sugar as well. Maybe next time I'll up sugar level to 50% and see if it's more balanced.

Yelp
Wanted to try a new boba place and stumbled across this one and it was such a good find! Now it's my go-to boba place for something nice and refreshing! Drinks are made with fresh fruits and you can really tell! I get the fresh kiwi green tea and I've also tried their passion fruit mango smoothie and their fresh strawberry green tea, so far we've liked every drink we've tried. This place does not miss! I still have yet to try their pastries! No where to sit so plan on grabbing-and-togoing your boba!

Yelp
Was recommended this spot by some friends and glad we stopped by! The service was fast even though they were busy. The inside was small, and there is no seating area. However. Our drinks came out amazing. There are a bunch of boba and tea options around San Diego, but this one will be on our lists to come back to.
google avatar

Suri Y.

Yelp
There are lots of boba places around here but this is now one of my favorites. I got the Early Grey Milk Tea with boba with regular sugar and it was perfection. You can really taste the tea flavor which I love. The boba is the perfect amount of sweet and chewiness. They also had a ton of pastries and the matcha mochi muffin is my absolute favorite. Everyone in there was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. There is no seating inside so it's a place to just grab and go. Will definitely be coming back here for my boba cravings!

Yelp
If I lived closer to this boba shop, I would probably be here an unhealthy amount of times. There are so many boba shops in SD but this one truly has my heart. Before they rebranded, I never went but with their new menu and quality/consistency in their drinks, I truly recommend this place every time someone asks for a good boba place. Usually I don't order blended drinks at boba shops but Me Me Tea does their blended milk teas SO WELL!! The ice is always blended smoothly and the milk tea flavors are so good. My partner and I love their blended brown sugar milk tea, okinawa milk tea & the strawberry milk tea. Their tea flavors are strong and the fruit flavors are natural/fresh. The strawberry milk tea is on the fresher/not milky side and I love it--so refreshing and tastes like a strawberry smoothie! Lastly, I will not go back to a boba shop if I don't like their boba. Me Me always has amazing boba with the best QQ texture that keeps the sugary flavor. Even in blended drinks, the texture stays just right. Their prices are reasonable & they sell pudding desserts! It's tucked to the side of the Target/99 Ranch/Home Depot plaza but still has lots of parking to access easily. Please support them & treat yourself to good boba.

Yelp
I recently tried Meme Tea at the Target shopping center on Genesee and Balboa and I was very impressed. I ordered the Taro smoothie with boba and it was delicious, satisfying my drink craving perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even letting me customize my drink to my preferred sweetness level. The tea spot was very clean. They have an extensive drink menu to satisfy any mood. I will definitely be returning to Meme Tea for more tasty drinks in the future.

Yelp
This place is soooo good! The staff is so sweet and the drink selection is great. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
A follow-up update! MeMe Tea & Desserts is still the best in town, in my opinion. All the teas are great, my husband's obsession with the honey cream TGY (Tie Guan Yan tea) and honey cream coffee is all he ever orders. But I'm not here to recommend the delicious teas only. MeMe Tea & Desserts has expanded their menus out to other bakery goods. From cookies, mini cheesecake flights, puddings to flaky, buttery croissants, to yummy danishes and now even mochis! The mochis are light and delicious, two flavors currently! Ube and Matcha as their newest. MeMe Tea & Dessert is constantly experimenting and updating their menu every so often. I highly recommend grabbing a refreshing drink and then something from their bakery too. The team there is always nice and are quick with their orders, if there is a wait it's only a short few minutes! What's not to love for good food and drinks and nice people to form a lovely atmosphere.

Yelp
Got the classic Uji green tea matcha and it tastes beautifully rich and complex. Can't wait to come back, but can't decide if I will be trying the cookie butter milk tea on the menu or getting this drink again!

Yelp

Yelp
I love the area this is in. It's right next to Marshalls so it's perfect for a treat yourself day. I got a black milk tea with boba and cookies n cream cheesecakes. I appreciate the sweetness being adjustable and the convenience of their level chart for how sweet you want it. I got mine half sweet and I thought it hit the spot. It's just what you want for a boba place. The cheesecakes were delicious! Kinda had a jiggly type texture not super thick like regular cheesecake but i still loved it. Also love the real plants in the place.
google avatar

Yelp
We got the Nutella Cream Coffee and the Hokaido Milk Tea with pillow top. Both very delicious. Staff is super friendly.

Yelp
Another boba in the books! The shop looked promising, so I took my relatives to check it out with me. It's located in between Fantastic Sam's and a European Wax Center in the Genesee Plaza on Genesee Ave. There's a parking lot with ample parking stalls. I loooved the selection of oolong tea flavors they had. I got the Tie Guan Yin (TGY) Milk Tea with red beans and 50% sweetness. The bold oolong tea flavor was delicious! I loooved how it wasn't overly creamy with the milkiness. I chose a Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and a High Mountain Milk Tea for my mom and aunt. The roasted oolong was delicious. It still had a nice fragrance that didn't taste "watery". But the high mountain one did taste watered down. It was super bland. Not sure if that's how light oolong notes are supposed to be but definitely not my cup of tea. I definitely preferred the bolder, strong notes. My uncle got their Thai Milk Tea which was listed under their "coffee" list... very misleading because I actually thought it was coffee but it was the traditional Thai tea. Even when I asked if it was actually coffee, the worker was like "it's Thai tea"... should have known LOL. Overall, great place for a variety of different oolong tea flavors! There's also a HUGE variety of other milk teas, fruit, and blended flavors. Will be back for more TGY milk tea!
google avatar

Curt T.

Yelp
The service here is always very good. I just love their slushie variety drinks. Love that they are no longer a part of rare tea. I think their flavors and drinks are better. Love them. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite boba shops.
google avatar

Andrew H.

Yelp
Great service and really high quality tea! Much better than normal chains. I got the high mountain oolong milk tea and recommend it
google avatar

Jackie T.

Yelp
Since moving to the San Diego area my husband and I have been trying all the milk tea establishments! After cocoming here a few times Me-Me is my favorite! The customer service is outmatched! Very kind and professional! The drinks are delicious! The add-ons are *chef's kiss*. The cherry on top? They're never chaotic busy. They take your order and make your drink with minimal wait time! It's lovely! The establishment is clean and welcoming. 12 out of 10! I'll definitely be coming back! I saw they're also on Uber Eats if that's your jam!
google avatar

Angela M.

Yelp
A unique boba/milk tea/slushie shop offering unique Chinese tea drinks! Unlike the name brand chains that has washed down milk teas, Me Me's teas offer saturated tea flavors. I also appreciate how for most of the milk tea, they can swap out regular milk for almond/oat milk for lactose intolerant folks. My osmanthus oolong milk tea was filled with fragrance and flavors from both herbs. Definitely will be back again!
google avatar

Kaye C.

Yelp
Tried the Orange Juice Thai Tea at Me-Me Tea & Dessert - unique combination... Think of it as Thai Milk Tea, but instead of the half and half, they use orange juice. It's a fruity twist, but a plot twist that my taste buds don't want to experience again. Jasmine milk tea was decent, and I appreciated the customizable sweetness and ice levels. A quaint shop with straightforward service.

Yelp
I was meaning to try Rare Tea before it got changed to Me Me Tea & Dessert as I passed by it every time I went to Target. Unfortunately by the time I had a chance to take a stop, they had changed owners/names already. - PARKING - Small strip section separated from the main plaza's businesses of Home Depot and Target. There are two rows dedicated to the strip mall businesses, but worse case scenario you can park in the larger lot across the intersection and walk over. - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - No sitting room here, moreso a grab-and-go type of establishment! I was taking a look at all the options since it was my first time, but since someone was coming in after me, I decided to go order. The cashier was very curt and not super friendly, but they did get my order completed quickly so I guess it's all about efficiency here. - DRINK - Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea ($5.85): LOVE that you can switch this for a non-dairy substitute instead of the Fresh Milk! I've been looking for a spot that offers TGY but never saw one until Me Me. The bold Oolong flavor with floral notes was exactly what I was looking for - I do wish this was just slightly sweeter, so I'll be sure to get less ice next time. - OVERALL - Good first impression! I may try another drink if I happen to stop by on my next Target run, but I do have my favorite boba shops I'd prefer for the time being.

Yelp
I've been here a handful of times yet always not thinking of leaving them a review. So here it is! Cute little bubble tea and dessert shop tucked in a plaza next to a Marshall's, so it's convenient. Not really a place to sit but order to go type of place. Service is fast and friendly. What I always order: salted caramel coffee, sweet cream coffee, mango passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly
google avatar

Magda N.

Yelp
Pretty nice boba shop. Family run and had been around for the past couple years. They have lots of options. Classics, foamy creamy stuff, smoothies, fruit teas. They're all pretty ok. Served in slim tall cup that looks nice for the gram.
google avatar

Yelp
A thousand thank you's to Me-Me's crew for bring us high quality boba close to those of us who live West of Convoy area. BLESSSSS. Check out their POG drink. Passion fruit, Orange, and Guava reminiscent of Hawai'i vibes with deliciously QQ boba pearls. The tea was a little too sweet for me, and I got 0% which is my go-to amount. But the quality of the tea cup and top shows that they invested in higher quality containers. I can def appreciate that. I ordered online for pickup, and they get the drinks made quick! The staff is all hard-working and efficient. I saw a few people waiting for their drinks, and they have a good variety of milk and fruit teas. The shop itself is smallish, not any sitting around space, so most people takeaway. There aren't any tables outside either. Parking is kind of rough since it's a tight little lot shared with other shops, but it works if you're just looking for your boba to go. I didn't try their milk teas, which are actually my go-to, but that'll be for next time.
google avatar

Angela W.

Yelp
SD has an unfortunate lack of good boba spots, compared to the SGV, but Me Me Tea might be the first step towards making up that deficit! It's almost law that you have to get food + boba/dessert in Convoy, and never let it be said that I'm a lawbreaker. I wanted to try a new boba place, and Me Me caught my eye. Their offerings remind me a bit of Feng cha, with lots of fresh fruit blended teas and milk cap. They're located in a small strip mall across from Ranch 99. The store is pretty small and not too crowded when we went on a weekend. Service was friendly and quick. I got the strawberry tea with milk cap, less sweet and less ice, since it was one of their top-rated drinks. While the tea flavor wasn't as strong as I like, the drink itself was still fantastic. Each sip was chock-full of strawberry bits, seeds and all, so you KNOW they use real fruit. The milk cap was creamy and smooth, no lumps or weird aftertaste. These admittedly delicious flavors together were what overpowered the tea for me, so I would probably order either a fruit tea or a milk cap tea next time I come, not both in one drink. Overall I enjoyed Me Me Tea, and would love to come back to try their milk teas and other fruit teas!

Yelp
Favorite boba spot!!! Always good service and friendly. Winter melon milk tea is my to go!!

Yelp
One of my favorite places to go for drinks. I drop by any time I'm in the area. It's across the parking lot from The Home Depot and located a few businesses down from Marshalls. Next to a European Wax place. If entering from 99 Ranch/Target side, just keep in mind it's on the opposite side corner. They used to do a stamp card to get occasional free drinks and have recently changed to Five Star, but will still honor giving a discount if you finish an old stamp card (took off around $5 off my order when I went recently). I usually get Mango Yakult and Tie Guan Yin for a friend. If sensitive to sweet, I suggest doing 30-50% sweet on most drinks Tried out their matcha strawberry latte half sweet with boba and really enjoyed it. I also tried the mini espresso cheesecake today. Salty sweet isn't really my thing, but tasted great otherwise.

Yelp
This is my third time coming to me*me tea in the last two weeks, simply because it's just that good! Every drink I have tried so far have been amazing. So far I have tried the lychee slush, mango passion fruit slush, Hokkaido milk tea with brown sugar boba, their seasonal fresh watermelon green tea, longan honey green tea, and their brown sugar boba milk tea. All of the drinks tasted great, and looked good. The inside of the store doesn't have any seating, but that's okay as I usually take my drinks to go anyways. It's very clean and pretty quiet in there as well, which is nice. Their pricing is extremely reasonable too, I believe most of the drinks were below $6. The workers here aren't too talkative, but if you have any questions they'll most definitely answer any questions you may have. They have so many drink options, sometimes it's hard to pick the next new drink I'd like to try. They also offer desserts like pudding and mini cheesecakes! Overall, this boba spot has quickly become one of my favorites and I will be coming back to try another drink!
google avatar

Jenny N.

Yelp
I tried the tie guan yin here and it's good! I got 50% sweet which was perfect for me but it really depends on you. It honestly tastes a lot like the signature milk tea from ding tea in my opinion! You can sub their fresh milk for diary free creamer for free so I did that! The line was short and the wait was short too. The service was fine! Not a place to really sit and stay though, more of a pick up and go! Clean inside, small lot for parking but I always find a spot.

Yelp
I was so incredibly excited to try this place after discovering that they use a teapresso machine. One of my top 2 favorite boba places also uses a teapresso-like machine but they use it for every single cup of tea. They use such high quality tea and it always tastes INcredible. So needless to say I was very excited to discover this place because most places pre-make their tea and dispense from a spout as needed for orders. I was also excited because they offer oat milk instead of only "dairy free creamer". But I love tea and I love quality tea. I've been drinking loose leaf tea for over 10 years and appreciate premium tea like TWG. The verdict: My organic jasmine oat milk tea disappointed me. The tea was too strong and sharp. Not smooth. It was also bitter which made it un-enjoyable...I probably drank only about half. Typically I'd say that maybe the green tea leaves were brewed at too high of a temp causing the leaves to burn and therefore turn bitter but since they used their teapresso machine I would hope and assume that it was brewed at the correct temperature. So the other conclusion I come to is that the tea leaves themselves just aren't of good enough quality and it also seems like they need to use less tea leaves when brewing. I was so disappointed and still am because this was the only boba place I'd found so far in SD that uses a teapresso. My husbands mango passionfruit green tea was legitimately average. There were no passionfruit seeds which would indicate that fresh passionfruit was used. It looked more like orange bits at the bottom like bits of thick syrupy/paste that had not been thoroughly dissolved. I don't like artificial flavorings or colors so I didn't like this drink and didn't find anything special about it at all. The boba was soft and slightly chewy which is better than it being hard but I do think it was slightly too soft. Overall I surprisingly found what we had to be legitimately average which makes me sad because that means I won't be having good boba until we're back in San Gabriel. I really wanted to like this place, maybe we'll give it another try one day.

Yelp
Came here because I was craving tea and my boyfriend wanted coffee. I ordered the lychee green tea with lychee jelly and my boyfriend ordered the salted caramel cream coffee. Got our drinks within minutes of ordering. We were a little confused by the coffee. Thought it was supposed to be layered as they advertised on the poster? Overall, the boba shop was very cute with good looking plants in the front. The service was quick. Parking was easy. My only complaint was the presentation of the coffee and sweetness. We both ordered 80% and it felt like 100% sweet. We would try it again since it was a pretty good boba shop.

Yelp
Me-Me Tea has the best boba in town, in my opinion! I love this place! I am a regular to the point where the staff knows my order as soon as we come into the shop. There is a reason I always come back here: their drinks are sooooo good. Seriously, every single item on their menu is delish. I shopped around to find my favorite drink when I first started coming here years ago, and I've never had a bad drink from Me-Me Tea. They never disappoint. The people who work here are so friendly and so wonderful! Fantastic drinks, wonderful customer service, good prices, convenient location! Plus, their brown sugar boba is to die for. Give them a shot!

Yelp
This boba spot got some good tea. Finally, serendipitously, I got to try a snow cream jasmine tea with regular boba here, and it was great. Definitely can taste the strong floral tea, and 80% sweet was just the right amount of sweetness for me (I have a sweet tooth but am trying my darnedest to reduce sugar LOL). Generous amount of boba was also tasty. My friends got a black milk tea with brown sugar boba and a wintermelon milk tea with no boba, both at 50% sweet. BMT was good but a bit bland for me at half sweet, and the WMT kinda tasted like one of those Asian milk candies in diluted drink form. You can tell they value quality tea at Raretea, and they also keep up with the trendy stuff (brown sugar, dairy subs, foam toppings, etc). Pairing those features with the fact that they have a wide selection of drinks, they know how to appeal to everyone. I'd come by again if I were in the area.

Yelp
Wow, I was surprised to walk in hearing classic Andy Lau singing a Cantonese song - of course I texted my bestie right away. I try to come here whenever I am in the area because the milk teas are delicious. I appreciate that I can customize the sugar/ice levels; and the type of milk used. So far I've ordered the matcha rose latte a few times now so I think I'm hooked! I've tried their other milk teas as well and they were great but the pretty pink and green gets me every time.

Yelp
Delicious drinks!! I've been here countless times over the last couple years. Extensive menu and I've never gotten one I didn't like. They also have fresh pastries and other sides visible at the register. The service is always polite and fast.

Yelp
This is my favorite boba shop in San Diego. The flavor of the teas and juices is excellent. The brown sugar boba is fantastic and their boba has the perfect texture or "Q". I took my friend here and he said after trying this boba other places feel like you're chewing on plastic balls.

Yelp
I unfortunately cannot recommend this place. Service is unfriendly and unwelcoming, and the drinks are inconsistent. I believe it's the same owner as Rare tea, they just changed franchises. They have a sign everywhere saying that they won't accept return or exchanges. My daughter became allergic to her drink, even though I asked about avoiding specific ingredients. However, I could not ask for another one because of this ridiculous policy. Other boba places actually care about their customer's satisfaction with their drinks. This place just cares about their profit margin. Go to feng cha or ding tea across the street! Much friendlier and if they make a drink that's too sweet or you're allergic to, they'll make another one without question!

Yelp
Always love this spot for their delish drinks. Guess they have a new ownership so you can't use their cards anymore. Ru s a bit sweet, go less sweet or 0
