Memo Shish Kebab

I went with a friend on a Sunday night around 7:15 pm. There was plenty of seating and we were able to choose our own seating and the staff quickly provided us with silverware and napkins and gave us ample time to look through the menu. We ordered a lentil soup, shepherd salad with feta cheese, sigara boregi, a bronzini, and a mixed chicken & lamb platter and a can of coke and a snapple. At the end, we ordered a coffee. The bill came out to about $93. The service was excellent, very attentive staff. We were checked on often. The food was pretty good. The bread wasn't that exciting, however. Overall, the entire experience was pretty great.

I love this place. but, On July 17, 2024, at around 11:45 a.m., the last time I stopped to buy takeout food, I was horrified by what I accidentally saw. I noticed an employee in the kitchen wearing white gloves who began to prepare my order. To my shock, he licked his finger and then used the same hands to handle my bread, lemon, and other items before putting them into a paper bag for me to take away. It's important for management to be more vigilant in choosing employees who will prepare food for the customers.

I was told this is the place to go for absolutely delicious Turkish food. It was absolutely FANTASTIC! My entrée was the Lamb Saute. It took a while to get it but it was completely worth it. The portion are plentiful. The food is 5 star quality. The service, although the server was a really nice person, he needed some help. Next time I visit Brooklyn, I'm going to go back there. Highly recommend.

Not only are they terrible, but they don’t put full descriptions in their UberEats order. I ordered char grilled chicken wings cause description only says that and nothing else. Mind you, I had a Bypass surgery where I have restrictions and can only eat grilled chicken. The rice and salad they put all over CAN LITERALLY KILL ME . Screw this place. First and last time ordering from here. They don’t give a damn about peoples orders or health. To management: Update your damn food descriptions. I hope someone sues this establishment.

I have been living in area for 23 years and have been going and ordering from this place since it was a small shed with no seating. Recently after my cousins graduation, I ordered 500 worth of food and everything was bad... rice half cooked ... meat half cooked even after posting well done for all the food. Food standards and portions have gone down drastically for this place over the years. Unfortunately wont be giving any more business to these guys.

It's not a fancy restaurant, but it's nice, clean with a friendly atmosphere. Fresh and delicious food, good menu. Our waitress Sezen was very nice. Overall everybody enjoyed the meal.

Solid generically good Turkish for Brooklyn. That said, it had to be eaten fresh. We ordered delivery and by the time it arrived the meat was already cold. The salad with feta was fresh and very good, as was the hummus. The bread is best warm. Prices are reasonable. If ordering from here, pick up the food yourself.

Recommended: Adana, Calf's Liver, Doner to an extent I went to this Turkish spot with one of my groups a while back having been prior to their other location. The place is pretty big and is pretty casual and the service was fine. Food also was similarly fine with pretty reasonable prices and some good dishes and some just okay dishes. It's nice that they have small and large options for most dishes also. They gave us some bread which was warm and tasty. The best of the appetizers was the Calf's Liver/Arnavut Cigeri served with the obligatory onions topped with sumac. Perfectly cooked with a good mix of spices. I've had better from a couple spots but these were notably good. The Large Mixed Cold Appetizers/Karışık Meze Tabağı consisted of hummus, babaghanoush, eggplant spread/patlıcan salatası, white beans/piyaz, cracked wheat/tabule, yogurt/lebne, "mixed eggplant," and grape leaves. In short, it was mostly a mix of eggplant and some other things with the best thing probably being the spiced eggplant spread and the baba. It went well with the warm bread of course. The last of the smaller plates was the Sigara Boregi or filo stuffed with cheese and herbs. These had five pieces and were lightly salty. The texture could have been better but they were fine. The best of the main dishes was the Chicken Adana or ground chicken flavored with bell peppers and paprika served with rice and salad. The adana here was particularly tender and well flavored being one of the few dishes that I thought was better than at Taci's. There was also lamb gyro/doner. The portion size was generous with plenty of sliced lamb though some pieces were a bit dry. The piece that were tender were excellent however but I definitely have had better. Last was the Kaşarlı Sucuklu Pide. Pide refers to a flatbread and in this case it was topped with Kasseri cheese and sausage (i.e. the sucuk.) Salty as expected and there could have been a bit more sausage but it was pretty good. We got a few desserts after. The brown top pudding/Kazandibi was my favorite as expected with a good texture. The rice pudding topped with cinnamon was OK though lighter flavored than most. The pistachio rolls were unfortunately cold but thankfully not overly sweet. I also got a Turkish Coffee which was OK. The food here was fine. A couple notably good dishes with a couple OK ones. If this was in a place without good Turkish food, I'd let it slide a bit more but there's steep competition in this part of Brooklyn. Low/mid 3.

Something about Memos really always shines. You can tell that when you are eating the food that it was freshly prepared for you... It's always a treat when I order. I never once was left feeling disappointed. This place is highly recommended by me as a must try. My go-to is the Grilled Chicken Kabob Plate. I always add hummus to it :) their hummus is a must. I also really love the lentil soup. It's outstanding. Something about this meal gives me all the warm fuzzy feels of eating a home cooked meal. The Baklava also ridiculously amazing.

Tantalizing with flavor and our waiter had an awesome personality and great stories. My cousin was craving Turkish food and this is her favorite place. We ordered the babaghanoush to start. This was my first time eating this and I must say it was pretty good. I had to get used to the texture but it was worth it. I ordered the dorado fish with salad, my cousin had salmon kebabs, calamari and a chicken pita sandwich. We all were stuffed when we were leaving and had food we could take with us. The dorado was grilled to perfection, moist and flavorful. The lemon sauce they serve it with just made it better. The salmon was juicy and flaky. I can't tell you how the chicken was but the person eating it really loved it. The calamari was lightly coated and fried but not chewy. The waiter explained the place depicted on the wall mural, he talked about how he came to America and a little about what was occurring in his home land. He was very attentive to our needs and questions. Had great food and learned some history about Turkey.

I just finished my take home dinner from Memo and it was delicious. Usually when you eat at any restaurant, it's the food you're more focused on, the tastes quality etc. This review is different for me, don't get me wrong, but the highlight of tonight was the service. I wish I caught her name, maybe I will stop by and thank her next time. While their entire staff are very sweet, this one particular lady went beyond and helped me bring me order to my car across the street! She put into consideration my 2 year old with me and what I had in my hands to start with. She asked me if I have a car and grabbed my bags and lead me out. With such a busy place, services may sometimes go unnoticed but it's the little things that mean the most. Thank you for making it easier for me tonight!

Food is always cooked delicious. Either it is a plate or pita both taste yummy. The service is great - over the phone the lady is attentive and showing care.

I ordered dinner to go. I got one of my usual orders, a large mix gyro with the salad on the side and a bread. I thoroughly enjoy the food here. The staff is always nice and quick to help. The restaurant is always clean and well kept whether its empty or full of people. The food is always good and fresh. Todays was no different. They were able to assist me quickly. Though when eating the food today it was a little bit on the greasier side but still very delicious. Overall 4.5/5

nice light-filled space with quality food at fair prices. The lentil soup, shepherd salad, mezze platter, calamari and chicken shish plates are all really good, definitely one of the best dining options in the neighborhood.

Memo Shish Kebab is still my favorite spot for Mediterranean/Turkish food, after all these years. The portions are big, the prices are reasonable, and the food is good - what more could you ask for? My favorite is still any of the adanas (although this time the chicken was a bit dry but that wouldn't keep me from ordering it again next time). I've been here many times since my initial review but this time, I finally got to try the lahmacun and I loved it. In my mind, it's like a Turkish version of pizza but without the cheese. It's a thin piece of flatbread with minced meat (in this case, lamb) and fresh herbs. It was a bit soggy but that was due to it being piping hot, stuffed into a pizza box, and us not eating it until half an hour later. We had some leftovers the next day that we popped in the toaster oven (and of course I bastardized it by adding some mozz, but I'm not mad at it) and it was still amazing. No leftover lamb taste or anything, and it crisped back up very nicely. Thanks, Memo for introducing me to lahmacun! I'm just sad I don't live in the area anymore, but I'm sure my bank account would be happy about that.

Foods are ok However;Except my waiter ,he was nice and good server (bold young guy)other stuff include the girl at the register no smile ,felt like like I'm not there just don't like it. I felt like I should leave the place asap It's a hospitality business they should have been more welcomed but instead I just wanted to leave immediately It's a good restaurant and ambiance is ok too but employees needs to be more professional except the waiter who served me Don't like it.

Quite sad to say that I had to downgrade my rating from 5 stars due to my recent visit to this restaurant. It seems that things are a little bit different in 2022. The portions of food and tea are far smaller when you sit down in the restaurant. If you are accustomed to takeout here, stick with it. What I received in the restaurant was roughly half of what I received in the past. What surprised me most was the service. It was all over the place. One minute our server was nice, the next, a nightmare. The ladies were all professional, though awkward due to the actions of our server. We were explicit that Our bills were separate when we sat down and the server had a nasty attitude when we reminded him of it when the bill came together. Then he continued to carry on about questions we had regarding the bill. Though the flavors are still good, the quality has definitely gone down. I'm so disappointed. I will not be disrespected when bringing friends to a place I enjoyed for years. No thank you.

Solid Mediterranean, Turkish food in the neighborhood. If you live in Sheepshead Bay, then you'll know that there are a plethora of Mediterranean restaurants at your disposal. Turn your head and there's 1, 2, 3 within shouting distance. Some are bigger than others, some are fancier than others, but do we really go just for the size of the restaurant or the decor. OK, apparently some people probably do, but, the bottom line is that it always comes down to the food!!! Memo Shish Kebab isn't the biggest, isn't the fanciest, but their food (at least their sandwiches) are spot on. Honestly, I typically go to another Turkish restaurant in Sheepshead Bay (Anatolian Gyro) just because of proximity, but I always wanted to try out Memo because the food just looked DAMN good on Yelp. But pictures and the actual flavors are 2 different things, right? FINALLY, during the COVID pandemic in August, I decided to give them a try. I usually don't venture to Kings Highway often, but I couldn't resist using a $7 off my first order via Grubhub. My wife and I decided to start simple - sandwiches - and if we liked them then we would move up the ladder to platters. Have to take it one step at a time my friends. I ordered a Lamb Gyro on a Pita and my better half ordered a Grilled Chicken on Home Bread. Prices were pretty much on par with what we typically paid for meals of this nature, so there were no surprises there. The verdict? Mmmm Mmmmm mmmmm. First, the Lamb Gyro. The meat was fresh, tasty and juicy. Personally, it was as good as I have had in the area. The pita held everything together really well and the amount of meat was beyond fair and, quite laughable. It felt like I was holding a 1lb burger. As for my wife's Grilled Chicken on Home Bread, it was another solid choice. Sometimes, grilled chicken can be dry, but not in this case. The sandwich was well put together and, like the Lamb Gyro, really, really tasty. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, indoor dining is not allowed here as of August, but they did have tables set up outside for outdoor dining. The streets in the area are tight though, so people do tend to walk closely to tables, so be cautious when dining. However, the sandwiches were great here and we'll definitely be giving them another try if our stomachs are feeling for Turkish food.

Memo's rice is just soooo soft and delicious. This is the kind of rice that I can almost taste each flavorful and fluffy grain! Kebabs are super juicy and flavorful, and I love all the sauces that this comes with, and always ask for extra sauce. Pita is fluffy and the salads are super refreshing. Staff is nice but wish the speed would be just a tad quicker

First time over here dining in..... typical Turkish set up; you get to see the lamb & Chicken gyro meat spinning around; the kababs grilling right in front of you... also they have their raw variety of their kababs very nicely displayed for our viewing ..... Also on the way to be seated you can't help to notice their desert display case which looked amazing.... I've been to many Turkish restaurants and they usually all have the same basic deserts but not here ...... amazing cake slices, these yummy looking roll up stuffed like cakes & some good looking puddings ..... ( sorry thought a took a picture, next time for sure.) Very nice comfortable dining room with big windows a lot of natural light; beautiful wall art ... The food which me & the wife both agreed was very fresh cooked perfectly & seasoned well..... Their table bread like puffed pita's are very good which we used them to eat their eggplant appetizer. Also ordered their falafel which were super moist inside & was fried perfectly.... We both had a number 25, which was a combo with chicken kabab & chicken gyro meat served with shepherd salad topped with feta; we like our chicken gyro meat crispy & we asked our server to please make sure it's crispy need to say when the plates arrived the gyro chicken was not crispy .... Our server immediately took our orders back & tried that again.... came back a Lil crispy... our waitress apologized & said when the out going orders get busy & the dining room gets slammed this happens ... aha so we let that slide ... The over all service is a Lil slow but all can be overlooked because the food was delicious ... We will definitely return again, gotta try an order of their Chicken Chops looked awesome as well as try their deserts ... Thanks, Greg D & f

Today I went with my friends for lunch.I went to register for pay my check.Server lady came to register she did circle tip amount in my check.After that she asked me how much tip I am gonna add I add some tip but server lady showed me and said 15 20 25 percent and she said choose it.l said it is too much for me and she asked me again.She said I should learn how to tip server.She was rude, she was furious.I `ve been (and my all family and friends)royal customer to this restaurant.NEVER again.The worst service ever.Server was nasty.

I came into the restaurant and ordered Lebne which is a yogurt based side Order . Can you believe that my total for a large and 2 breads that I asked to pay for was going to cost me 20 bucks And when I asked beside the bread that I ordered extra how many breads do they add to the order they tell me one . One bread is what i would of gotten for that large order that's nuts . I don't understand what they wanted me to do with this side appetizer ..... did they want me to drink the rest of the appetizer. One bread was not more than enough for a large appetizer. I think this is something that the business needs to rethink when they are doing certain things like this to customers who are always coming around.. that's is taking advantage in the Circumstances . So instead of a large I switched to small and got 10 bucks back all because they couldn't give one bread. Doesn't this sound horrible

Don't risk it It pains me to give this bad review to an establishment that I was very fond of for quite some time. Yesterday (April 20, 2022) my family decided to get a delivery. Each time before we ordered on Kings Hwy and either ate there or took order home. Each time we loved it. Not sure what happened yesterday, but my mom and I r still sick (I think food poisoning) from yesterday and we started feeling it at the same time. My dad ordered chicken gyro, he was fine. My mom ordered lamb kebab which was not fully cooked (red meat in the middle of almost each piece. My Adana kebab was also not cooked adequately enough. Never again will I order there.

My local go-to place when I'm craving Mediterranean food. Their rice platter offers a generous portion of meat, rice and Mediterranean salad along with pita bread. Prices have gone up slowly since I moved in the neighborhood but that's understandable with inflation.

I've been passing by this café for over 13 years, ever since moving in the area. This place is always filled with people-morning through night. It even underwent renovations. Customers have been flocking here faithfully, as if the place was covered with honey. I have finally got an opportunity to visit and experience the hype one Thursday evening at 8pm. Very casual place--take out and quick dinning. Quick, simple, no frills service. Super casual atmosphere. We got the cheese filled phyllo dough cigars ($7.50)--my all-time favorite. Pretty well prepared here. Not the best I've ever had [could've used more cheese filling], but the interior was light and crunchy, and the overall taste was salty and satisfying. My bf got the lamb and chicken gyro on pita ($7) and I got the lamb gyro on homemade bread with +$1 for adding baba ghanoush inside my sandwich ($9.50). Both, the fresh pita and homemade bread was tasty and according to Turkish bread making standards. I don't eat bread, but these versions were worth the calories. The gyros themselves were not the best quality. The meat was not juicy nor tender nor fresh. Very dry sandwiches, just tomato and iceberg lettuce in addition to meat--definitely needed sauce. Not big portion. No sides included. We got the $5 kadayif to go. It was pretty dry, so wish we got the kunefe. Pretty wide variety of desserts to choose from, so this place makes for a good coffee/tee/dessert hangout spot. Paid $31.57 for the meal. Not the cheapest/best quality, so suggest coming to this place for dessert with Turkish tea/coffee.

This review is only for their take away. I just touched down in JFK and hubby came to pick up myself, my babes and our cousin from the airport. After dropping her off at her place in the area, we decided to grab some grub in the area. While looking for a liquor store, I noticed Memo across the street and checked out the menu and reviews. It definitely looked promising. We ordered our food over the phone and just stayed in the car since I was nursing and the place looked jam-packed. The lady said it would only take 15 minutes which was pretty on point. Hubby went in to get our food and we ate his side of fries while I finished nursing. He exclaimed how yummy the place smelled when we walked inside which made me want to eat everything right then and there. The fries were kind of bland. They were well fried but had absolutely no seasoning on them whatsoever. I ended up running inside, myself, for a side of feta cheese and some tzatziki to help them out a bit. I'm a pig so if and when I go back to eat there again, I'll most definitely order sums of their grated feta on the fries because it made a huge difference. Once we got home, we ate: Lamb Gyro: hubby got it in a pita and it tasted great, full of veggies and lamb. Lamb Adana: I got the large platter which came with two large lamb skewers, rice and fresh tomatoes. It was so big that I had it for lunch the following day. Appetizer Sampler: I ordered the small that came with hummus, tabouleh, tzatziki, a stuffed grape leaf and a few other dips. It had a lot as well and divided into to meals. It comes with your choice of bread and I thought I asked for put but we given this thick, quilted bread instead and I'm happy for that accident because, whatever bread that was that I was given, it was soooo soft and filling and I definitely want more! I've never had anything like it. I also bought a couple of their chocolate covered profiteroles which I wish were fresher but still tasted great. One of my Russian coworkers brought it in to a holiday party and I am happy I was able to try it again. I just texted my cousin today to tell her about Memo and she said she eats there all the time and that I should let her know if/when we go back. I want to go back, hopefully sooner than later.

Ordered delivery for mixed kabob. I liked the portions and flavor. A little bit on the pricy side and additional bread and dip would be great but still very flavorful. I have not been inside the restaurant but walking by, it looks busy and we'll attended.

I'm not sure why people were complaining about the taste and quality of the chicken kabobs. I had no problem with it whatsoever. I found it to be very tasty and the portions were very reasonable. Staff was also friendly as well.

PURCHASED: Lamb Gyro Sandwich TOTAL: $7.95 PROS: + loaded lamb: They load up the lamb. It was full. The sauce that was put in was real good too (red and spicy). There was also a sort of Tzatziki that was so so so good. + clean location: The spot was clean and well lit. Windows covering the 2 sides (corner-front restaurant). CONS: n/a: can't say there was anything bad. However, I need more experience with Shish Kebab before rendering a fair judgement of this location. IMPRESSION: In my opinion, it was real good. The price is fair. They load up that lamb too. It's real good. I love lamb over beef, pork and chicken. I am certainly a fan.

Everyone is always talking about how good the food is so I decided to try it with my coworkers. Food arrived 45 minutes after app told me it was scheduled to be delivered. Everything arrived cold and soggy and disgusting. Falafel was actual mush that fell apart in the salad. Hummus was watery. The chicken was ice cold and rubbery. The only thing we didn't complain about was the bread, which was also cold. I called the restaurant to attempt to get an update on my order while I was waiting, and the girl told me it left already; I still waited another 25 minutes after that. When I called back again to complain, the girl put me on hold and the phone eventually hung up on me.

Best Turkish restaurant in Brooklyn. The lamb gyro is amazing. The prices are great and you will always have an excellent meal.

Go for the food. Great food average service. I would not and cannot recommend them for "quote outdoor dining" its not done safely. Totally enclosed. Order take out either delivery or pick up.

Customer service is zero attitude of female employees is high. Over priced food nothing special in taste. Seating area and ambiance are average. I don't recommend this place. Also forget about getting your change back they keep the change!

I hate giving bad reviews, especially to a place I've been going to, and ordering from, for years. I never had a problem. So tonight I placed an order, waited 2 hours from the time I ordered. When it was a little over 40 minutes late, I decided to call. I live only a few minutes away. (This isn't the first time they've been late, but I never complained-- I'd leave them 5 stars on seamless anyway). I spoke to some guy, who was initially kind. Turns out there's a new delivery guy and he might be a little backed up but he has the food. That's not a problem. I know things happen. First days can be rough. Then he calls back and says the delivery driver said he dropped it off. I assure him that I received no food. But the delivery driver was very adamant that he handed it off to someone. I don't doubt him, but I know for a fact that person wasn't me. He probably went to the wrong floor and handed it to the wrong people who were unfortunately not kind enough to say they didn't order it. Or, he simply went to the wrong address entirely. They wanted me to go knock on doors to check. After what has been an hour, they wanted me to knock on other peoples doors to get my food back. That makes no sense. Rather than admit that the driver handed the food off to the wrong person, they doubled down and essentially said sorry we can't help you. The shame about this is it was all pretty funny. Maybe the people who took the food were starving to death and needed food; maybe the driver felt embarrassed and whoever I was speaking to felt the need to stick up for his coworker and his first day on the job; maybe he really did hand me the food and I ate it but completely forget, maybe this was all a hallucination and I'm at fault. Which one sounds likelier? Rather than admit that there was even the slightest possibility that the driver made a mistake-- which he did-- they instead did nothing. And if they could do nothing, then all of the business I gave them over the years deserves to go elsewhere. Thankfully seamless voided the purchase. So here's one star and a lost customer. But that's okay. They're always very busy and probably could afford to lose one customer anyway. What's it matter if one customer is unsatisfied?

I've been here a few time for business meetings and is alway a treat. I've recently had the chicken chops plater which is very filling. It's grilled chicken with rice and chopped salad. Very delicious and filing.

This my spot. Mixed kebabs with lamb Shish is the way to go. Can get populated at certain hours but they're generally pretty fast. Good portions of rice and protein. Comes with a side salad. +1

This small turkish food spot is so good. Casual seating, not fancy at all. But the food is really good that I order from here at least once a week when I am working in the area. Adana kabab is my favorite and sometimes the mix. They also have antigen spot in Manhattan which is a little more pricey but still glad there is more than one.

I've been coming to this spot for a few years now and this was the first time I had indoor dining here since the pandemic started. The staff was awesome and the food was great. We got Shepards salad, falafels with hummus, lamb gyro, and a mix grill platter. The portions are HUGE! and a great place to bring the family.

This place used to be one of the good places for Turkish good in Brooklyn. Last 3-4 years or so they have been on a decline in the quality and taste. And this is unrelated to covid. The decline began long before... I order gyro sandwiches here. The gyro is super greasy. And yesterday, which will be last ever, the meat was impossible to chew. No taste. No salt. The chicken gyro was just as bad. So both wraps will sadly go to garbage. Not edible. Will not recommend. Anatolian gyro in Sheephead Bay or the gyro from Tashkent supermarket in Brighton Beach area have much better tasting food.

Double and triple check your receipts and change. These ppl are crooks. They will over charge you and try to belittle you for not wanting to pay for something you didn't order. I left and went to Aksaray a few blocks up n I'm happy I did. Their food was good, the service was fast and I was only asked to pay for what I ordered

I ordered the mixed kebab. The meat was tough and flavorless. The rice was overcooked. Overpriced and poor quality. I will not return.

I have been here in so long. Glad to be back. I usually get the gyro wrap, fries, falafel and salad. Everything was yummy as usual.

I cannot express how happy I am that the tomato was visible on the outside and I had not bitten into it and learned the hard way. You need to be really careful when preparing an order and make sure you look at order notes.

Excellent customer service with delicious Turkish food. You'll get various options including vegan . Located at prime location of Brooklyn, Street parking available, opens up to 2:00 am. The interior is so classy. The best things of this restaurant are their kebab & deserts. Don't forget to try these. Highly recommended for everyone.

The food here is decent but nothing special. Don't be fooled by the huge portions - it's mostly rice covered by a layer of meat. $20 for a gyro platter. The seating area outside the restaurant (indoor-outdoor) was absolutely frigid. The only thing colder was the waitress who walked up and yelled at us to order immediately. Cheap plastic water bottles for $1.50. Probably won't eat here again.

Love this place, always fresh always punctual. Respect goes a long way. The kabobs are always consistent and the sides never disappoint. They do run out of items during busy time, but that's understandable

I always order to go from here. This is the first time I've stepped foot in here. I came around noon. VERY clean and girls at the register were nice. Food is always delicious. For $17 combo platter I was so full and satisfied. Maybe next time I'll sit and eat here. Whenever I order to go the food is fresh and fast.

hi they deliver the orders so slow their food sucks.. one star too much disgrace for that. They need to change the delivery guys ZEROOO

I used to love this place. Ordered lunch all the time. But late8they changed A LOT. The girls on the phone a very rude. I was ordering for a few people and asked for prices - she was complaining that she has to give me price for each dish instead of total. When the food cane - the bread was from yesterday to say the best. And chicken giro had more skins than actual meat. I am nor complaining about the price - everything went up, but the quality of the food should not go down!!

It pains me to write this 2 star review, but, my food was delivered ice cold. I ordered cause my building had a fire Wednesday Sept. 1st and we have no electricity, gas, or hot water and the cold is at a trickle. I live on the 7th floor & my wife and I both have back issues and must run up and down those steps. So, this was an unpleasant experience the food was ice cold and we have no way to heat it back up. Very disappointed!

Doesn't know his menu and NASTY attitude cashier named MAX. He never smiled when I came in and I can't believe I asked the difference between chicken kabab and grilled chicken and he looked at me annoyed and said there was no difference until his colleague had to correct him and inform me one is thighs and one is breast! He looked so mad and gave me attitude ! Even decided to take another customer while I was standing there! I can't believe people come here !
