I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way I was treated during my recent visit to your farm to purchase sheep. The experience was frustrating and completely unprofessional.
The man who served me acted as if he didn’t care whether I was there or not. His attitude was dismissive and rude—he spoke to me in a way that made me feel unwelcome, saying things like, “If you want to buy, buy. If not, go.” That is no way to treat a customer, especially when I’m there to do business in good faith.
To make matters worse, the prices seemed completely inconsistent. There was no clear pricing or standard—it’s as if the price is made up on the spot, high or low depending on who’s asking. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s also unfair to customers who expect honesty and transparency.
I came to your farm expecting good livestock and fair business. Instead, I was met with disrespect and unclear pricing. I will seriously reconsider doing business with you again unless I see real changes in how customers are treated and how prices are handled.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and take immediate steps to improve your customer service and set fair, consistent pricing
