The service here today was impeccable. Great suggestions when I couldn't decide on a salad. I would've preferred My Modern Greek salad with warm chicken than cold, and a little less of the crunchy quinoa. Otherwise the salad was perfectly dressed, and the ingredients were fresh with a great portion of avocado. The drink fountain had great options. Pleasant and very clean atmosphere.

I heard from my coworkers at work that their salads and sandwiches were the best in town, so I decided to order and see what it’s all about. Let me tell you, one of the best sandwiches and salad I’ve had in years! I was new to the place, so I was a little lost until I was created by Billy. One of the best experiences I’ve had. That guy loves what he does, very passionate individual. He took his time and recommended me to try out the Farm club and the Thai Mango salad. The sandwich had so much flavor, I think it was the delicious pickled onions and let me tell ya, it had a great amount of turkey. I love some avocado on my sandwiches and this sandwich came with it. The salad was one of the best salads I’ve had. I will forever remember it. I’m no longer a Panera guy and I’m officially a Mendocino guy forever now! You guys have someone good please and make sure Billy stays forever at this location. I will personally make the long drive just for that guy and rest of his team. Thanks again, Billy You’re the man! :)

I heard their salads and sandwiches were famous, so I made the trip. Parking was busy during the lunch rush but worth the trip. I had the Chinese chicken salad. Probably one of my favorite iterations for this salad I’ve ever had. It tasted very fresh, the cashews were delicious, the chicken quality was excellent and the dressing was perfect. Overall it made for an amazing salad. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other items or just get the same salad again. During peak times, parking can be really really busy. ***update*** Dined in and it was a very spacious spot and customer service was excellent. I tried their Caesar with quinoa and it was delicious. Their fried chicken is pretty good and their cookies are worth a try. Their corn chowder is delicious along with their Bahn mi pork belly. Two excellent menu items to pair together. The black tie turkey sandwich was also excellent and I highly recommend it. The Thai mango chicken salad is phenomenal and is my favorite dish they got so far. Overall an excellent and filling lunch option.

I love this Mendocino Farms! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is seriously the best. Everyone here is super friendly and accommodating, and they always make me feel welcome. Shoutout to Anthony, Isela, and Gabriel — they’re usually the ones I interact with, and they’re awesome! Always so kind, helpful, and on top of things. The service is great every single time, and you can tell they care!

I want to give this Mendo Farms 5 stars, but for some reason at this location, they always forget to put the tomato on my sandwich. It has happened 4 times now! I see it's on the ticket, so the person taking my order is definitely not the one messing up. Then, I don't have the time to bring it back and have them fix the order. I wish they would please read the tickets better.

We love this place. They need to open one up closer to some areas. Maybe they should think about a ghost kitchen. But again, good service. Good people. Good food. A bit on the expensive side. I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon, around 1 PM. The shared parking lot behind was very crowded and we had to circle a few times before finding a spot. Inside, it was busy but we were able to grab a table then wait in line to order. Then you can scan a QR code on the table so they bring the food out to you. I ordered the prosciutto chicken sandwich, which is my usual favorite. Their food is quite healthy yet also delicious.

We frequently utilize Mendocino Farms for delivery and catering orders. Their ingredients are always fresh, their presentation is orderly, and their delivery has always gone off without a hitch. Recently I received help from this location's General Manager, Billy, and from their Catering Specialist, Hunter, regarding an order I placed via their online platform for lunch for eight people. Bill and Hunter both went far above and beyond to fix the issue and ensure my meeting attendees were fed. I greatly appreciate their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this location either for your own personal meal or for catering an event. They're a pleasure to work with and the food is always a hit.

Been awhile since I had lunch at Mendocino in Pasadena. Being a creature of habit, I usually get a salad, but today, I ordered a limited edition Black Tie Turkey Club sandwich. So very good! You can't go wrong here. The place is always clean and the staff cheerful. Clean bathroom? You betcha! Kudos to the staff and management.

located on a main road by downtown pasadena, this go to spot is a great lunch spot for office workers and anyone looking for a quick bite. Plenty of street parking in front and a huge back lot in the back with entries on both side. My favorite is the couscous and the chikichurri sandwich! order: chicken sandwich, chimichurri sandwich, turkey club sandwich, couscous comment: no comment great spot with great prices

If you are looking for fresh and healthy meal, Mendocino Farm is there for you. The place has a very pretty and relaxing vibes. It was super busy and packed when I went, was it always like this?... The service was very fast and the staff were friendly and genuinely warm. I ordered the following to go; - Peruvian Steak Sandwich marinated steak with Oaxacan cheese, herb aioli, red onions, tomatoes, shredded rom aine on pressed torta bun - Prosciutto and Chicken Sandwich Prosciutto and roasted chicken breast with fresh mozzarella, crushed honey roasted almonds, basil pesto, balsamic glaze drizzle, and tomatoes - The Happy Hippie Sandwich Avocado, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, beet caviar, sprouts, hummus, white cheddar cheese, cucumber dill ranch, on toasted seeded honey whole wheat - Salad (I don't remember the name) The sandwiches had fresh ingredients. All of them were juicy and flavorful. It is a great place, healthy meal, nice staff and fast service and all in one!

Came across this lovely place recommended by a good friend. Not only did the menu impress me but the customer service that I came across. Billy's bright energy made this experience 10x better. Thank you for the hospitality and I can't wait to try out more goodies! I will be back!

As a frequent customer of Mendocino Farms, I have to say Mendocino in Pasadena is by far the most efficiently run location of all of my experiences. Billy (I think he is the manager or GM) seems to gave a great culture of employees who know how to get things done quickly, and the right way every time!

Wanted to think the managers and staff for their outstanding service. Also shout out to the manager, Billy, who recommended some great sandwiches and salads. Everything was delicious and I'm obsessed with the guava lemonade. The place was very clean. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you

This is the best Mendocino Farms location. The service and quality always hit. Billy the GM and Hunter go above and beyond as well as the staff to ensure that not just the food but your experience is excellent.

While shopping along South Lake Ave., Pasadena, I recommend Mendocino Farms as an eatery for a quick, healthy sandwich or salad or 1/2 combo. Counter service to order and then personnel delivery to the table. Personnel know where you are when you use your smart phone to scan the QR code and enter your order number.

Kids grill cheese $5.50 and bowl of soup! perfect pairing for chilly days & nights! wish the grilled cheese was buttered and grilled toasted in the outside and next time i'll ask for extra cheese $ live the drink choices here they are different and refillable.

Five stars for the pork belly banh mi. My family has tried various other sandwiches over the years, which have been pretty good, but after some exploration we have all converged to ordering the pork belly banh mi every time. A bit pricey since my teenagers eat 1.5 to 2 sandwiches each.

Very clean and efficient quick service restaurant! I love how generous their servings are even on the half sandwich combo. The place is bright and very inviting. There's tons of seats so dining in is not a hassle (in door and patio seats). It has ample parking at the back and a spacious restroom.

Always wanted to try the food at Mendocinos. Healthy food options: salads, sandwiches, 1/2 sandwiches/combo. Street parking on Lake is always an issue but there's plenty of parking in the rear parking lot. We chose diner in , had sandwich/soup combo. Delicious farm turkey sandwich and Greek lemon soup. My friend had the "Not so fried chicken sandwich. Also was tasty. Nice pleasant staff at ordering counter, who answered our questions without any hesitation. We did find a lot of the tables had not been cleaned, I cleaned ours in order to eat there. The staff was concerned about getting the to-go-orders out to address the dirty tables. That said we will return to try different options. Definitely will be a to-go order.

Finally got to try this place after so many times of passing it. We ordered The Farm Club and the Pork Belly Banh Mi. They were both delicious. The workers were very nice. The place was clean and they have free 90 mins parking in the back.

The ambiance and kind heart these two set for the whole store is impeccable and impressive! On top of that the food is to die for!! My favorite spot and only place I've been going to everyday for the past two weeks. My favorite has to be their not so fried chicken sandwich with the potato and dill salad!

The salad was really good but it's pricey for the amount. There's a meager amount of meat and the avocado is $2 extra (like everywhere else). It's pretty basic (mixed greens, grape tomatoes, chipotle vinaigrette, and very thin meat). Would recommend to just make it at home.

I love Mendocino Farms food and customer service, in Brea, but Pasadena location was the worse. I ordered for delivery and it's stuck on order in progress and kept refreshing my computer, but still in progress. I decided to call Mendocino Farms to find out what happened to my order. I talked to Hunter to find the status of my order and all I got was an "attitude" (the computer went down and all the orders started flooding in. So, I asked politely, do you know if the food is in queue or is it still being made. I placed this order at 11:08am but he said, you placed your order late so it's be there in an hour or more. With an attitude you can come pick it up but I'm busy. You need to be rude or give an attitude especially if you were wrong, I guess I wont' be order Mendocino Farms at Pasadena since customer service ruined it for me. I will never forget that name.

As someone who has utilized their variety of health options for weight loss and weight maintenance in the past few years, these salads have the right combination of size and taste for those looking for a clean alternative. I am partial to the Chinese Chicken Salad given the delectable sesame sauce.

A spunky casual spot offering sandwiches. I tried their banh mi and my sister tried their chicken pesto caprese. I didn't notice anything special about their sandwiches. Seemed a bit overpriced given the amount we were getting actually (the reason for the 4/5 instead of a 5/5). Otherwise, I could tell that they use fresh ingredients. They have a fun selection of drinks that are made in-house. I 100% recommend over their fountain soda options!

As long as you avoid the lunch rush, this place is great! The salad and sandwiches are made to order with the freshest ingredients; very tasty! Also, in case you wanted soda, they don't offer it here. However, they offer healthier options.

We were looking for a healthy option and were quite pleased with Mendocino Farms. The Avocado and Quinoa Salad hit the spot. The quinoa made the salad crunchy and the avocado gave it to a smooth texture. Totally loved that it wasn't too heavy but was quite filling. Order at the counter by the front door facing Lake Ave. You take your receipt to a table and scan the QR code to let the servers know where you're sitting. There are quite a few tables in the shop & the restroom was clean! The back door leads to the parking lot, which gets full on weekend evenings.

Yesterday, I witnessed a memorable customer service experience in Pasadena. Their opening protocol set the tone for its employees and the guests who walked in--uplifting words, attitudes, clapping, and positive energy. I felt privileged to see this in action, and the manager, Billy, gave me an extra treat and kind words. But I looked around, and other guests were smiling, too. I said, "If you want to feel good, just come here. The energy is contagious!" We all can make an impact not just in our businesses but also on those around us by how we show up daily. Are we going to be transactional and simply tolerate others? Or seize this opportunity to make others feel seen, special, or heard? I have been here before but completely forgot about it. Fresh food. Great tasting. Unlimited drink refills. Nice atmosphere and cute decor. Plus a wonderful dashing cashier that was friendly and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be back.

I haven't been to Mendocino Farms in years and was really craving a good sandwich. I was in the area and decided to stop by. It was late Saturday, about an hour before closing, so there was hardly anyone there. I opted for the combo sandwich (turkey) and soup (tomato soup). I decided to eat there. It did take quite awhile for my food to come out, but I think they were way understaffed because it was closing. OK with me since I wasn't in a rush and I can enjoy and relax. As for the food itself, it was still as good as I remember. The sandwich tasted fresh. The soup was a little heavy, so I ended up taking it home (next time, I might go for a salad or side). The staff was also super nice. I would definitely come back here again if I am in the mood for a decent sandwich. A couple of logistics. There is a lot in the back (free after a certain hour or pay during the day) which is great for Pasadena. And, it also was very cold in the restaurant.

I love Mendocino! This location is good except for the parking think about coming here between the hours of 12 to 130. There's no parking anywhere. While the food is good, the portion size for their sides is a joke. I've never seen a container so small. It fit in just the palm of my hand. If I had this much food left over on my plate at a restaurant, I probably wouldn't even bother taking it to go because it's such a tiny amount. I can't believe I paid $3.25 For a few bites of pasta salad! Definitely skip the sides. Chicken Soup is delicious and their drinks are epic- that rose lemonade is SO good!

During our visit to the HQ on S Lake Avenue in Pasadena, we were thrilled to find Mendocino Farms right across the street. We ordered various salads, including the Thai Mango Salad and the Avocado Quinoa Superfood Salad, which were hearty and satisfying. The manager was incredibly kind and surprised us with freshly baked cookies, knowing we were visiting from out of town. I also enjoyed their housemade beverages, mixing and matching flavors like Pineapple Tajín Lemonade, Passion Fruit Black Tea, and Pomegranate Mint Lemonade. Overall, it was a delightful experience that made our visit special.

Today was my first time here for lunch! There is outdoor seating out front and plenty indoor seating as well. There is parking behind the building shared by many other restaurants, cafes, and other businesses. I ordered the Peruvian steak sandwich. This is normally cooked medium rare, but I requested medium well. Portion for the sandwich is good. I was satisfied with the sandwich alone. I'm not big on spice and this sandwich definitely had a kick to it. I chose the pomegranate mint lemonade as my beverage - not too sweet. Price point was over $15 for the sandwich alone. I'd love to return soon to try other sandwiches and salads.

Came here again today... if you order online make sure to come early and watch the orders like a hawk. Our order was taken by someone else and it took almost 30 minutes for it to be re-made..... bummer

Didn't order because they no longer have the pink lady beet salad. Will no longer go to the restaurant.

I went on a Friday afternoon during the lunch rush, and despite there being so many people, the staff was incredibly patient and attentive. This was my first time trying Mendocino Farms and I was definitely not disappointed. I tried the November to remember sandwich, and it was delicious. I loved the cranberry sauce. It had definitely added a nice touch. It was also toasted to perfection. If this is your first time going, I would definitely recommend you try the sandwich. The atmosphere of the establishment was family friendly vibes. I was actually really impressed with the decorations and the overall atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the food and ambiance of this place! Billy was icing on the cake, he went above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Good food, I love the No-so-Fried Chicken Sandwich. Their soups are also great to pair with the sandwich. Service is quick, and constant. Nice for a quick lunch, and always seating available with okay ambiance in the outdoor patio.

Been passing by this place for ages so decided to go in today since I found a parking space in front of Susie Cakes, lol. The staffperson at the counter greeted me warmly and was very sweet. I ordered the turkey with NO ONIONS and on UNTOASTED sourdough bread, to go. Got home an hour later and lo and behold....sandwich was TOASTED and there were ONIONS GALORE. Not happiness. I can't understand what happened since the woman repeated my order back to me, verbatim! Anyway, the sandwich was good if a little "wet." I will order again with just lettuce, tomatoes and a little mayo. I will check my order before I leave, as well!

I came here with my girl friend on a Sunday morning. They opened at about 11. What I really liked was the customer before us was the first customer to order food and they all gave him a bell ring and welcomed him for being the first order of the day. All of the staff just gave off good happy vibes which I think is so important. My friend got the impossible meat taco salad and I got the chicken Caesar and kale salad. Both of the salads were well portioned and fresh. We will definitely be back. Also they have a patio for customers who have doggos. My baby and I sat on the grass bench. She loved it! Can't wait to bring my husband here

My favorite item at Mendocino Farms is the pink lady beets and goat cheese salad - - so good! I need to start trying other items, but I always keep ordering the pink lady since it's so delicious.

I love Mendocino so this location I knew would hit the spot. I love their salads and sandwiches (have not tried their soups). It tastes, feels and looks super fresh. Definitely a farm to table concept that actually looks the part. It's a great lunch spot and the salads keep you quite satiated where most other salads leave you hungry after an hour. It's quick too so it's definitely a good spot for a work day lunch.

The Avocado Quinoa salad is a must. I usually don't order salad but I'm on a strict diet and the lady at the register swore by this salad, so I gave in and tried it. DELICIOUS. Never have I ever been so mind blown by the texture of a dish. It was a perfect balance between soft, tender, crunchy and filling.

Mendocino Farms are always great and this location is no different. Really clean and organized. They have a parking lot out back with tons of parking. It can get crazy at lunchtime though. Bonkers and busy as heck! However, even being busy, the staff was really friendly and helpful giving people recommendations. I have never had their Prosciutto and Chicken sandwich before and was really pleased with it. Meat was a little light but with all the ingredients on the sammy (fresh mozzarella, crushed honey roasted almonds, basil pesto and balsamic glaze drizzle), it worked really well together. This is by far my favorite mendo location. The service is amazing, most friendly workers, and Billy the manager is the man! He is here every day working hard. Tried their prosciutto chicken sandwich and I'm blown away. The sweet treats are amazing as well! Be back soon!
