This was our second visit this year and obviously we would not have returned had our first experience not been excellent. It did not disappoint.|This is a fabulous family run hotel where the customer service goes beyond the provision of a wonderful customer experience. You can expect to be treated as a welcome guest, not simply a paying customer. It's hard to define what makes the difference other than to say that it's not what you do but the way that you do it that counts. If feeling truly welcome throughout your stay is important to you then I can't recommend Hotel Menge highly enough.

Loved this little hotel, with great service and a really good breakfast. The location was great for our one night stop between Düsseldorf and Warstein to Detmold. The rooms were nice and clean, and even spacious.

Lovely place! Very clean, great service and amazing food!

I stayed at this place late around late February. Due to a variety of reasons, I arrived at the place quite late (around 10.00 pm on Saturday). Despite the fact that the restaurant closed its doors at that time, Friederike manage to make it happen, and I got some food and glass of good wine. I really got service first class there. The hotel itself is very nice. Modern, clean and quite the fact of being just few meters from main road. Breakfast was great (I got my porridge) with enough variety of food to satisfy most guests. I would highly recommend this place for any visitors. I just wish I had more time to try the restaurant. I have heard good words a bout it :)

Very. Pay hotel with a perfect service and host!

We stayed here for one night whle on a cycling tour of the area. We were met very professionally and were shown where we could store our bikes for the night, they have a garage with bike tools, pump and electric sockets for ebikes. The room was of an average size with a large bathroom but everything was of the higest quality, in the hallway is a choice of free plain or sparking water. The Breakfast was very good and the best of the hotels on our tour! The only very petty complaint was that they did not have a blended breakfast tea. I would saty here again for sure.

My wife and I attended a reception in the garden of the hotel. We had no expectations and were very much impressed with the level of service and quality of the food. During the evening, the hotel set up bonfires that created a unique atmosphere. The staff were really friendly, spoke good English.

we have now stayed twice at this hotel for short hiking trips around Arnsberg/Sauerland. staff very friendly and helpful with tips. rooms were very comfortable and breakfast very good. we especially enjoyed the evening meals, and the five course menu was an absolute highlight. we can certainly recommend and will be back.
