A fantastic experience at Experimental. Ethan our waiter was brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. Our experience was topped off by Hanna who made the best cocktails we've ever had and offered brilliant knowledge and service throughout. I'll definitely be back! Thanks to the Chefs and the front of house team. A new favourite spot in Menorca.

Beautiful place to explore! The dishes are very accurate and presenting well also very good, I found it overrated for the portions , I went out still hungry 😅 and had 4 dishes. The entries are more like appetizers, but definitely is not enough. Last dish we wanted almost 40min !!! Not getting why when I ask espresso macchiato, I get cappuccino 🙈 it shouldn’t happen in place like this. The bartender is very welcoming and nice vibe! The welcome at the entrance very superficial! 😔 The place itself is really nice, worth checking it but I don’t know about dinner!

It was our first time at Menorca Experimental restaurant and I was very pleased by the service and the food. We had a lunch for my Birthday and the setting was just perfect! My partner emailed them few days before and surprise, I got a nice chocolate brownie with a candle :) Yes, all food come at the same time but that is the concept of small plates and food sharing!!! We'll definitely come back to try your dinner menu and to stay at your hotel.

A lovely place, where every detail matters. The restaurant .... great meal and best environment. We really appreciated that the staff spoke to us in Catalan, considering that we are in Menorca. Especially worth mentioning is Mireia’s kindness and smile. All the staff was really kind. We will be back next year for sure !

Beautiful hotel, beautiful restaurant and bar, great cocktails. However, the service was slow and not particularly attentive. We were sat at our table waiting for menus for around 20 minutes, for example. Food is ok, well presented but didn’t justify the price

We stopped by for a drink by a friend recommendation, wonderful location and very well maintained. Too bad the experience was ruined by the way we were served, a very rude and arrogant bartender (I heard his colleagues called him Carlos) seemed almost annoyed by our requests and as soon as he could he would go back to his colleagues and have a big laugh, perhaps aimed at us, always responding in a rude and vague way, it is really a shame that in such a wonderful place they hire people like that!

Food was delicious, we ordered the watermelon salad, patatas bravas, pan con tomate, tuna tartare and aguachile. Service was great! The food came out fast, staff was friendly and efficient. The best was the Torija bread pudding with vanilla ice cream! Highly recommend. It was the most delicious dessert we have had in the island. The only feedback for this place is that the aguachile and tuna tartare could be a bit bigger the portions.

Perfect place for a very nice lunch. Very beautiful, staff was very nice, especially Nicole. All was very good, fresh and well presented. Music was also very nice and not too heavy. Perfect for a break!
