What an excellent bowl of ramen. Never had anything like it before. I had the chicken and duck ramen and the broth was outstanding. Flavorful and a little gelatinous yet light enough to drink easily. I came a little after lunch time and there was no wait.

It might be late to review. I ordered Special Soy Sauce Ramen. The broth is packed with shoyu flavor yet not salty at all. The noodles are perfectly springy, while the chashu carries a nice smoky taste. Even the shrimp wontons are soft and tasty. Definitely a quality bowl of ramen—totally worth the visit!

Overall a bit salty for our liking, but we did enjoy the ramen texture. Our orders were mixed up with other diners.

We have the chance to try this amazing ramen, me and my husband were impressed by this delicious restaurant and is owned by a super nice family. We recommend it 😊

Tremendous bowl of ramen. So tasty. Easy ordering at the vending machine. Lady was there to help. Probably only 12 seats at a narrow bar. But the service and turnaround is fast. People don't linger. Food is exceptional. Would definitely come here again

The chicken shio broth was both light and hearty somehow. The flavors are very delicate -- a little too delicate and bland for me. The egg was the best part -- perfectly cooked and seasoned. Went around 730pm on a weeknight and waited 5 minutes for two seats. Staff is helpful for English speakers.

Rarely get to enjoy Shio Ramen outside of Japan, and this is the quintessential Shio Ramen. Perfect balance of oil and salt, it looks simple but tastes so wholesome.
