I enjoyed my time there, but here are a few things you need to know, in order to prepare your expectations (which in no way is a negative review of the place. The place is clean, the staff nice and helpful, the cats are clearly well taken care of):
You need an appointment
You need to sign a waiver
You are charged according to the amount of time you spend there, and you are responsible for keeping track of your time yourself.
It is a small place, so there is not always room to sit, or a cat available to play. Because the time is not booked ahead, the staff may ask you to wait outside for other visitors to leave when they decide to be done. Our visit was 20 mins, 5 of which were spent inside waiting for a spot to sit. The cats were busy (or sleeping) with other patrons, so we waited a bit. Which was fine, as we were just there to get a "cat fix", and didn't have a problem letting cats play with potential adopters, which was more important.
