Wonderful experience in the center of Polignano. Very tasted food, well introduced and with high raw materials. Wine selection is amazing and the suggested paring suits the expectation. Warm atmosphere and excellent service. This restaurant deserve a Michelin star

Service does not live up to its Michelin recommendation. The lady that served us seemed to throw the plates on the table. When appetizers were served which we shared, they were both placed on the side of the table rather than in the middle of the table, which was a first for me.....Appetizers were good, ordered the mussels and pork but the mains were a letdown. Squid in salt ink, though tasted good, was way too small to be a main, and the pasta with scorpion fish, pasta was way too chewy. Furthermore, there were quite a lot of small insects even when we were seating inside, and one such insect landed in my pasta. And word of caution, have to order at least two courses per person.

Delicious, simple, courteous. The atmosphere is relaxing, informal, with great views and plenty of sunlight. A wonderful lunch stop.

Came here for a solo dinner a couple days ago, still thinking about the food, ambience, and experience as a whole. The service is exceptional, multiple servers coming to your table, a sommelier, manager, etc. Staff were super friendly and tried their best to compensate and speak in English. I really appreciate that. Also the kitchen staff were able to make me a vegetarian dinner which was truly unforgettable. The dishes themselves were simple but the flavour really blows you away. From the pasta with zucchini and pepper caviar to the melon and tomato salad, and a must try is their broccoli soup. I mean wow. Plating was exceptional, extensive wine list and great view of the Adriatic Sea.

One of the best culinary experience. Personnel very good and paid a lot of attention to us during the dinner. High quality of food, nice platings. Also, between the courses they server us with house specialties (on the house). Perfect view over the sea, good atmosphere and music inside. I think the restaurant should apply to Michelen level, it fits. Great from all points of view. Congrats with what you are doing and serving. Definitely we will come back when in Polignano. ☺️💕

We returned after summer time at the end of the Christmas holiday and it was all excellent as expected. Fantastic dishes, every single flavor punctuated to perfection. Awesome presentation and top quality. Congratulations to all the very friendly staff for their kindness and professionalism.

We were recommend this restaurant by our hotel. Service was exceptional. Limited menu. Selection of only 3 degustation menu’s. If you aren’t a fan of raw seafood this place may not be for you.

The service and ambiance are superb! The canapé and amouse boush are a treat and beautifully presented. The food is good however the menu is very limited and expensive.
