My wife and I dined here during a wait for a plane trip. We decided to dine here based on the online menu. But as it turned out the online menu was not updated, so a different menu was presented us during our visit. A bit disappointing. We asked the server and manager where the updated online menu could be found, and it turned out that it is not updated. And they change menu regularly. Anyway… the menu offers some nice food and beverage choices - more delicate than most other restaurants in an airport. And the food tasted real nice, and the wine also was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was as dining at an airport. Would have been five stars if the online menu displayed the current menu so people planning up front is not misguided. Overall a very nice dining experience.

Google
A foodie refuge in the midst of the very chaotic Terminal A. Excellent service. Very pleasant atmosphere. Quality dishes. Very good table service. Great Beer & Wine selection. A flare of modern farmhouse esthetics on the interior with huge windows to watch the airplanes and airport activities outside. Definitely a better destination for quality food & drink with all of the fast-food and unhealthy options in Terminal A.

Google
Chicken salad sandwich was delicious. Croissant was delicate. Texture of red onion in salad was great. Maybe 5% too wet for my liking, but I can't complain.

Christina Garza

Google
Food was delicious and good quality. I had the short rib beef barley soup (added pepper) and a Caesar salad (added a dash of fresh squeezed lemon). Service was excellent and food came very fast! Great option for real food in the A terminal of Denver airport.

Google
Such a nice break from awful airport choices! The food was top notch and unique choices. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If your at Denver airport swing by and see Jessica and Dan - they were outstanding! Whipped feta with roasted carrots were amazing

Google
Let me just start by saying that Mercantile is a place we have frequented quite a bit. The Caesar Salad at the Airport was terrible. Hardly any dressing. Chicken was dry. Croutons Soggy. Lettuce not great. I am a little disappointed. My kids Caprese Sandwiches were good. The wrap passable. But this salad which was my meal. NOT GOOD. I zoomed in on one of the gross lettuce places. Not usually this disappointed by Mercantile.

Google
One of the few times I felt like I was actually getting decent real food instead of scraping airport food. Everything tasted delicious. Highly recommend their French toast. Good coffee too! Fast service from a very friendly waiter. No hassles using Priority Pass. 10/10 would come back again.

Google
Ordered pork belly confit to go so I wont miss my flight. The pork belly is only one small piece, and it is painfully salty, I even feel it burns my mouth. Not sure what they put in there, maybe topped the whole thing up with a layer of salt. Everything, the meat, the salad and the messed potato are crazily salty. I had to resin the pork belly to be able to eat it, and toss the rest of the dish.

Yelp

Yelp
Quite good for airport food. Nice place with great views and food was quite decent. We tried the burger and Caesar salad. Food - 4/5 Service - 3.5/5 Ambiance - 4/5

Yelp
I'd ask if the croissants were flown in from France but that couldn't be the case because I'm not quite certain I've had a croissant this tasty in France. I had an early flight on Valentine's Day and was a bit under the weather. I needed my iced oat latte and a bite to eat stat. I've seen Mercantile a few times before but typically pass by them. I decided to grab a few essentials before boarding. Holy hell!!!!!! I'll just die if someone tells me this was a frozen croissant. I've had a pretzel once that I thought for certain was some type of double rise, pretzel of all pretzel perfections, prepared by Houdini himself and found out it was frozen. I may have needed resuscitation. Mercantile's croissant was baked to perfection, the absolute most precise amount of butter and flaky layers that sent my taste buds to another dimension. You need their croissant. If you do nothing else when coming or going from DEN, get this croissant! If you aren't in this terminal, get off of the tram and get this croissant! If you're pressed for time, RUN and get this croissant. The latte was great. Service was superb, friendly and quick.

Yelp
Breakfast here was pretty bland and boring. Didn't come with toast. When does toast coast extra? $18 for two strips of bacon, some eggs, and some potatoes. Maybe their lunch/dinner is better?

Yelp
The staff were so helpful, even at the end of the day on a busy weekend. I had a connecting flight through DEN and am unfamiliar with Terminal A, but luckily found Mercantile Dining & Provision through the Priority Pass App. They close at 8:30pm and I arrived at 8:15pm. The staff were accommodating and explained that most hot foods were sold out, but I can choose from the grab & go section. They have a wide selection of healthy foods and delicious snacks for to go orders: - Cesar Salad - Cesar Chicken Wrap - Smoked Turkey Wrap - Fresh Fruits - Chocolates - Fancy Juices - Brownies - Rice Crispy Treats - Cookies - Kind Bars - Coffee - Tea Jackie was so sweet and patient, as she helped me finalize my selection. She's a superstar! I chose the Cesar Salad, Brownie & Rice Crispy Treat. It was a perfect meal for a hectic day of travel. The chicken salad was tasty and exactly what I needed to balance all the tacos I've had in Mexico. The shop is bright and clean, located on the edge of the food court, closer to Gate A39. I definitely recommend this spot for a quick bite or to grab a snack. I will absolutely stop by again, if I'm in the area.

Yelp
Food was delicious! I had the caesar salad and beef barley soup. Yum! Was also fast and service was awesome!
google avatar

Yelp
The burger was delicious! The fries were crisp a little sparse in quantity, would have liked a few more. The waiter and staff were friendly and the food was out quick.

Yelp
Back a year later, the service is awful, especially for the prices. Still good food, we got breakfast this time and the hash was good. Dropped a star in my book since the wait staff is rude and they go MIA for long periods of time.

Yelp
Great place for a drink n bite before yr flight. Service is courteous & fast. We sat by the bar n Loved watching the planes arrive and the off. Place is clean. We had bubbles n shared a quinoa salad. The Brown butter dressing is very strong n very tasty. There's a grab n go next to the restaurant.

Yelp
Josh was a wonderful server. We really enjoyed all the food we had. We had the milk rolls, chicken sand which, and the turkey BLT. I was bummed they didn't have any decaf coffee and also bummed that they stopped serving brunch at 11am because we were really looking forward to the crescent roll sandwich. Would totally stop back here again if we ever are looking for something to eat in this terminal!

Yelp
Stopped here on a long layover Amazing food Real kitchen in view Efficient service Give it a try

Yelp
I'm a bit surprised at the lower ratings. I sat at the bar and had a killer sandwich & fries. Food came out super quick, prices were pretty dang reasonable IMO for an Airport. Service was chill, I have zero complaints. Bonus - I have the Priority Pass (not through Chase, mind you) - and I was able to use it here. I received my Priority Pass through Southwest and as such, it is STILL valid here. However, the restaurant does NOT allow the Priority Pass granted through Chase. I will definitely come again here next time I'm in DIA . Even if you're in a different concourse (B or C), you can easily make it over to A in time if you know how to navigate quickly through DIA with the different concourses.

Yelp
Wonderful restaurant in Denver airport! Great food, service and amazing wine list. They have another one in downtown Denver. It has a store in it with great gift ideas.
google avatar

Yelp
Friendliest airport restaurant staff I've ever had, Jess & Brett were great!!! Best French fries in the building! Ahi tuna was fantastic and had a spicy kick that wasn't overwhelming. Love the white subway tile and cleanliness of the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back!!!!!
google avatar

Sarah P.

Yelp
It was a good stop at the airport. Nice staffs, fast service. We ordered breakfast items, the portion size was a bit smaller than expected but it was good. Didn't feel so crowded like some other airport restaurants can be.
google avatar

Andrew W.

Yelp
We came here for the first time as we are waiting for the next flight and we had croissants sandwiches and Turkish eggs with a glass of bloody orange mocktail and black cherry mocktail! Twas very nice and we enjoyed dining here! Turkish eggs were good but it may be better if it was little more runny as it was hard boiled eggs! Anyways, keep up the good work!

Yelp
Affordable airport restaurant with great breakfast! Now I'll keep typing because Yelp needs 85 characters.

Yelp
Welcome to the overpriced airport dining where it's simply impossible to get good or decent values out of anything here at DIA. HOWEVER, if the price isn't the issue for you, Mercantile D&P is one of the best options here as long as the quality is concerned. Service is pretty timely and our waitress was friendly. Due to the fact that those waitstaff have to deal with grumpy customers pretty much all the time, her kind and friendly demeanor was really good. The Caesar Salad was decent. Wish the tofu add-on was a bit more. I was pretty impressed with the Beet Salad though. Both orange and res beets were perfectly cooked. Whatever the white sauce underneath the beets was quite nice as well. The restaurant was pretty clean. People come and go and yet their attention to cleanliness is pretty good as well. After our meal, I stopped at the bakery side and bought some fruit bars. Great ingredients where there was no added sugar! This was a plus!!
google avatar

Dawn B.

Yelp
Prices are not bad at all for an airport. The calamari was almost perfect! Very odd to find my limes deep fried? Flavors meld really well together and the server was excellent! I also loved my beer. I had the juice ipa from the Colorado beer company
google avatar

Walid F.

Yelp
If you enjoy burnt fried chicken and salt with a dash of fries then this is the spot for you ! To be fair, the copa-America was playing and it seemed both the staff and the customers were avidly watching the game. I honestly don't mind the cooks watching the game, I just wished they watched by meal too before it got overcooked. The fries are insanely salty, and hard to finish. I came here to use my priority pass near my gate, and was disappointed. Ended the night with some pretty bad acid reflux because of this meal. If you don't have any Tums, or want to enjoy the rest of your day, I wouldn't recommend this spot.
google avatar

Cheryl J.

Yelp
Great service at the bar (Brian and Jim). Quick turn time from the kitchen on some really good breakfast food. Nice place to hang out before your flight.
google avatar

Haley L.

Yelp
I did not expect to be able to have such a great meal at an airport! It was pretty expensive--about $61 before a tip for two adults--but we got a burger with a really well seasoned bun and spaghetti pomodoro with some delicious burata on it, plus a cocktail that was really refreshing. I'm feeling pretty stressed about my trip today, so being able to sit down with great service and have a freshly cooked, delicious meal really felt nice to me. Definitely going to come back next time I have a flight out of Gate A!

Yelp
Located concourse "A" - Great place to have breakfast and drinks before your flight. They have a full menu and bar. Try the breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. Good service and ambiance. You can also grab anything from the grab and go area and add to your bill for the plane. Ask for Brian
google avatar

Yelp
Passing through Terminal A for my gate, this appears as a good option with beautiful croissants, cookies, biscuits...everything. Have requested the Caprese/Pesto Sandwich, toasted. Pelligrino drink. Nice seating area and all pleasant ladies attending. Wasn't toasted, but was real good and nice portions. Real good pesto inside.
google avatar

Aaron G.

Yelp
Brian and Dan The Man were wonderful as always. Food was awesome as usual with a portion that is large for an airport.
google avatar

Tiffany H.

Yelp
Saw Denver airport had a new place you could eat at with the priority pass so I decided to try it. Got the fried chicken sandwich with the coleslaw on the side and French fries. I do not like mayo so I asked for it on the side which is mixed with the slaw. It had good flavor and kick. The chicken and fries were cooked fresh and crispy. My friend got chicken soup and another got the quinoa salad which they said were good. Our waitress was not very attentive and service was slow so I ended up having to get my food to go bc it took awhile for her to take our orders and the food to be made.

Yelp
Sippy cups for alcohol. The best thing when flying on a dangerous Frontier airplane. Also, always get a double shot for your mule
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Fantastic spot to grab upscale food in the airport. Doesn't hurt they take Priority Pass too. We sat at the bar and ordered bloody Mary's, salad with add on tofu, and battered maitake. The bloodys and mushrooms were excellent. The tofu needed to be marinated or spiced up. It was bland. Several veggie options. Tons for omnivores. Service was quick, friendly, and professional. There is a little bakery area and you can take away orders at the bar. Such a great addition to DEN!
google avatar

Pui-See Y.

Yelp
***NOTE - they no longer accept priority pass thru Chase :( as of 7/1/24. Super bummed, But food is still delish! Had my usual salmon avo toast
google avatar

Christopher L.

Yelp
*** PRIORITY PASS USER *** Super easy to use priority pass if you end up in Terminal A (aka Frontier and United). I do enjoy coming here every time I transit through Denver. I must say though, if you have a short layover, do not expect this place to provide quick service at their sit down dining section - go to their cafe and pick up a premade sandwich or salad. The food here is always interesting and unique with alot of middle eastern flavors. Last time I was here I got a poached egg on a bed of yogurt and sourdough bread (turkish eggs). The chili oil on the eggs were DELICIOUS. I don't think I'd come here without the priority pass though, the prices are pretty expensive, and I don't think the portions are very large. I also think the service could use some work - I felt like I was being ignored by my waitress when I was there and the people next to me who were seated after me were able to order before me. I was really confused. The bartenders though are very attentive and kind.
google avatar

Vega C.

Yelp
The short rib is tender, juicy, and flavorful with the sauce, though it's a bit pricey and the portion size is on the smaller side.
google avatar

Jenny R.

Yelp
Service was not great! Food was good. And recommend for a quick stop if you are early for a flight
google avatar

MM C.

Yelp
Love the Mercantile! Great food and drinks. Always stop here in the way through terminal A.
google avatar

Yelp
I first saw this place on Top Chef and I'm not sure if this another branch, but imagine my excitement when I saw that this place qualifies for the chase sapphire reserve priority pass, which essentially credits me $28 towards the meal. I was greeted by a friendly lady that asked if I had the priority pass. I pulled up the app, she scanned the QR code, and had me sign to confirm. I wanted to order to-go, so she handed me a receipt and had me go up to the bar to order. Inside was well lit and clean. I ordered the short rib sandwich, which took about 10 min to make. It came with fries that were a little overdone, but the sandwich was great! The only thing was that I didn't realize it was dipped in jus, which made the bottom half of the sandwich super soggy so half way in, it turned into a deconstructed sandwich that I had to use a fork to eat. The bread was nice and crispy and the arugula was a nice contrast to the meat. The meat was super moist with good flavor and the horseradish white cheddar fondue added a nice flavor dimension. I think I might just stop by again for my return flight!
google avatar

Diane S.

Yelp
I love the food here and that they take priority pass. I also like the to go section which is fast and has ready made fresh food. I really like how healthy this place is and their full bar
google avatar

Stefanie C.

Yelp
I'm SHOOKETH by the sweet, sweet Priority Pass deal that is Mercantile Dining at Denver Airport. The restaurant is located right off the escalator of Concourse A, so whether or not that's where you're flying out of, you can stop by for a meal before (or after!!) your flight. It's the newest addition to the list of DIA Priority Pass benefits, which is $28 credit per meal. On my first trip, I got the Korean Fried Chicken ($18.50) sandwich. YUM!! Lives up all to the Yelp hype. My mouth is watering as I write this. It's wonderfully spicy with succulent dark chicken meat. Honestly some of the best Korean Fried Chicken I've ever had, and that pickled slaw!! The second time, I got Turkish Eggs ($18) and coffee. I've never had anything like it. Made with poached eggs, garlic greek yogurt, urfa butter, and cilantro, it's one of my favorite airport meals ever. Service was great. Being a solo traveler, I didn't have to wait in line, as it was easy to sit at the chef's counter. Definitely my go-to DIA eatery now. Check it out.
google avatar

Crystal M.

Yelp
Excellent service Nice busy airport restaurant sat on a high top table. The burger and fries were very good Sorry photo already has a bite !
google avatar

Xixi H.

Yelp
Airport restaurant, so of course prices were high. I got a blood orange mocktail for $10 and rib "shareables" for myself because I ate here solo. There were only three ribs for $18 so I'd argue that's not very shareable, but ignoring that fact, they were super crispy and covered in chimichurri sauce and fantastic! If I weren't in an airport right now I'd call this overpriced and not worth it, but since I'm here it was better than lounge food! There were options to sit at tables or the bar but I opted to sit at a table because I'm horribly antisocial. The hostess was kind enough to let me know Priority Pass apparently used to cover discounts at restaurants that some banks hand dropped which I've actually never known, but my Amex Priority Pass did not so they still gave me a 10% discount. Very nice to do and they totally did not need to since I didn't know it was a thing to begin with.

Yelp
A unique twist to the classic caesar salad. This caesar salad had croutons that were broken up into tiny pieces sprinkled across the surface. There were also poppy seeds to added a nice crunch. The salad was refreshing and the ingredients were fresh, but the sauce did not scream caesar salad. I usually prefer a stronger anchovy taste for the classic caesar dressing, but the dressing wasn't as strong as i usually like it. Overall, the service at Mercantile was well worth the visit. Our waiter was super attentive and continuously checked up on us to see if we needed anything.

Yelp
Sis and I used to love Mercantile dining in the middle of the Financial District in San Francisco and we've had some great dinners soaking in the vibe, so when we discovered there was a location at Dnever International, there was no question that we were going to leave our terminal and get breakfast there. As crowded as the place was, they were able to clear a table quickly so we were seated almost immediately, which we really appreciated. Even though I love a hearty breakfast, I couldn't resist getting the Mercantile Burger based on the description in the menu. It was okay, but forgettable. Sis ordered the Turkish Eggs which we both thought were going to be a home run and it was beautiful, but she didn't seem to enjoy it as much as she thought she would. Usually we taste each other's food, but her sigh made me think I maybe lucked out with my basic burger. The place was crawling with people and their bags, waiting to board their planes, so everyone seemed locked into their small tables, luggage stuffed as close to the table as possible so people could make their way around. This isn't the Mercantile Dining I remember, but I guess I should've known better because no airport location of a restaurant is as good as the original. If anything, it was an okay way to kill an hour.
google avatar

Sue V.

Yelp
I grabbed a quick meal here while on a layover. It is located in Terminal A, and if you're coming from another terminal it's actually right by the escalators after getting off the train so it's quite convenient. I chose to sit at the bar. Service was friendly and quick; I was in and out in under an hour. I had the croissant tuna melt sandwich and the Stem pear cider. The pear cider was great. I sipped on that before my food arrived. The tuna was pretty good. I was afraid the celery would be overpowering in the tuna but it wasn't. However I felt that the bottom of the croissant was a bit over toasted and hard to bite through. This is not a clean sandwich to eat, plus it was a bit greasy, so I ended up using a fork and knife to eat it lol.

Yelp
Mercantile dining and provision is actually a pretty good restaurant for an airport restaurant. We got the short rib which was very tender and delicious and came with a nice tomato sauce. The cherry pork ribs were amazing as well and perfectly cooked as it was not fall off the bone which is a good thing. The slot was very good accompanying it as well. I would recommend this spot and airport meal.
google avatar

Patrick D.

Yelp
ordered over medium eggs, came out barely cooked. sausage was so tough i had to use a knife to cut it. potatoes were so salty i couldn't even eat one. $25 for that and a coffee. Terrible.
google avatar

Joe O.

Yelp
My First approach i asked for a window seat, party of 2 and they didn't allow it, only parties of 4. The Entire time we were there, the 2 tables with 4 seats were empty. Food is amazing Service is good Prices are good, especially for airport. Overall it's a 4 star

Yelp
I came here because of my priority pass access with Chase. They did ask if I have it through Chase or with another card. Since it was late at night, they had a limited menu for dining in and taking out. I ordered the roasted chicken salad that comes on a croissant. It doesn't say it on the menu, but fries come with each dish. The fries were super salty, and I couldn't eat more than one fry. I'm glad that my meal was paid for by the priority pass or else I would be complaining. I also got a mocktail too which was like an orange spritz. That was the best part of my meal, which was the drink. I wouldn't be back unless I get access through my priority pass again.
