Mercantile East

Great place to walk around, there are plenty of stores for food shopping and activities. Eos fitness is open 24 hours and they even have a bowling alley. There is plenty of parking as well and tons of stuff to do. If you’re looking for food or something to do this is a good option.

This place has really come along way in the last year. It seems like it was about half vacant and now they have a Trader Joe’s, Lucky strike bowling alley and a swim school along with many other restaurants. Definitely has everything you need here. Probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. The yoga studio on the end is pretty cool also.

Just stopped for a quick bite. I plenty of dining options. There is a Bowling alley where the Kohls was. Pretty nice

There are so many quality places to shop, eat, and be entertained at the mercantile East shopping center! It tends to be busy most of the time but there is always ample parking! You will find everything from a Movie theater to dining, to shopping and gym! Located in the heart of Ladera Ranch too and very friendly People all around!

A very nice mall with a lot of upscale stores. It's an outdoor mall and we visited for a massage at aspire. The massage was fantastic and I would definitely recommend to people. Of course this is about the shopping center and not one business in it. Overall I find that rating shopping malls is difficult outside of their parking but this place had nice landscaping and a fountain and some outdoor heaters and they just went the extra mile. The parking wasn't great but I've yet to see them all that does it right

I stopped by for the Subway. They make a great lunch. Lots of choices of fresh food. I eat there about once a week. I also stopped at the AAA and got my registration taken care of. I needed some information on a vacation. Super friendly people very helpful. Highly recommend

I love having this collection of businesses so close to home. I even enjoy seeing the young generation socializing and using this center as a meet up or hang out. Although the ebike riders are becoming troublesome as they ride somewhat fast through the parking area not abiding the traffic rules. They ride on the sidewalks as people are walking in and out of businesses. Please get off your bike and walk it on the sidewalks so everyone can have a pleasant shopping/dining experience.

This marketplace is good! Everything is new and the parking is good too.

Security here is a joke. There are kids riding their E-BIKES down the street full speed not watching out for cars. You have security parked under the shade on his phone not doing his job. Do something about this because this is a serious issue.
