Choose this hotel knowing distance from town centre as wanted swimming pool and spa facilities. Really smart hotel complex with good sized rooms and staffing levels. Used couple of restaurants for breakfast (Bloom) and dinner (Asian) and both good value and nice although quiet. Health facilities very good. Bolt taxis took about 5 mins into centre at about £4 a go. Would stay again if visiting Krakow

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is nice and big enough for a family of four with a comfortable sofa bed. The location is good if you don't mind using trams.

Wr enjoyed staying at your hotel. The room initially allocated had a mold issue but we were moved to a new room once we identified the issue. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would use your hotel again when we visit Krakow

I have stayed in wakling distance from the Old Town, but considering Uber connections I think this hotel in the outskirts offer better value for my travel budget. The rooms are modern, offering a spa area and dining in walking distance. Good value.

This is my third stay. The hotel is new and modern, very clean, and in a safe area. Two grocery stores are about a two-minute walk from the hotel, and public transportation gets you to the center in 10-15 minutes. Uber and taxis are also available and safe. Before I arrived, the hotel staff helped me arrange transportation to and from the airport. We had a lot of luggage, and they secured a van for us that fit it all! Our room was very nice, simple, and comfortable. There was only one day when I questioned the cleaning crew (they left the dishes from room service), but a call to the reception quickly fixed the situation. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room and wish there was more variety of coffee to choose from, but it was great anyway. The bed was comfortable, but the pull-out couch was a bit on the hard side, and my teenage daughter was complaining a little. The Utopia bar downstairs has impressive drinks and is worth checking out. Just ask the bartender, and he will create incredible drinks.

Wow! ❤️ What a fantastic, modern facility! I'm visiting Poland from Australia and stay.at All properties....this one looked amazing on the website, so had no hesitation in booking! The foyer area is ultra modern and the staff were fabulous! The initial greeting, really welcoming. The "industrial" look is so cool, the rooms are lovely, the staff are amazing and the bar and restaurant are top notch! I'll definitely stay here again when travelling. Thanks for a great experience! From thoughtful recommendations to anticipating our needs, her service was exceptional. It’s rare to meet someone so passionate and professional. Thank you for making us feel so valued! Also a big thank you to the cleaning lady who cleaned our room on 07.21 (Room 206) She didn’t only cleaned our room but she also went the extra mile by arranging our toiletries so neatly. She didn’t have to do that, but her attention to detail and care truly stood out. It’s the small, thoughtful gestures like this that make a stay feel extra special. I wish I know her name so I can let the management know about her extraordinary service.

Loved it here. The proximity to everything was fabulous since it is right where restaurants,pubs,shops or whatever you have in mind is. It is a little far from the centre though but i will highly recommend it herem the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool space had 3 sections 1 for babies,1 for little children and not very good swimmers and the standard. There was also a Jacuzzi that could hold up to at least 8 people at once and a sauna!
