The medical service is spectacular, the disposition, the dedication, the service girls are very friendly, the doctor is very professional, I recommend them 100%.

Trying to get this office to respond or communicate with you in any way is impossible. Called on a Monday to make an appt for a physical (with specific documentation that needed to be filled out). They send me a text Monday requesting a photo of said documents to confirm if it can be done or not; never responded. I called twice Tuesday, no answer. Call twice Wednesday (today) no answer. I text the number and they claim they never received any documents, to which i resent the form, sent a screenshot of when i sent the form on Monday, and kindly request some type of response to because it's about to be 3 days without an answer on whether the form can be filled out or not. And to sending the screenshot and document, NO RESPONSE. Work on communication and if you don't want to text, don't text your customers in the first place.

Excellent medical care and personalized service for my wife and me My wife and I recently visited Mercy Family Practice for a check-up and were very impressed with the level of care we received. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the personalized service we received. The doctor took the time to get to know us both and our individual needs. She also made sure to explain all of our options and answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Mercy Family Practice to anyone looking for excellent medical care and personalized service.

I love doctor Espinosa. He is a wonderful human being and he truly cares about his patients. His staff is wonderful. I would give him 10 stars it it were allowed!

Dr. Rutty is the nicest family dr. I have ever met. Two years of having major back issues and he has helped me dramatically get off the pain meds and manage it with pain management and physical therapy. I would recommend him to anyone. Yes its a drive from orlando but worth it.
