We had Impossible burger and chips. Both of them are really good. Service was nice. 10$ burger is very filling. Got to know more about history of this truck. Highly recommend trying out.

The burgers here were super good and very juicy! I tried the bistek burger pan and the pork longganisa pan. The sauce they used was really unique and added a good balance to the burger. The kamote chips were crispy and had great flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back again!

This is a food truck in a commissary of Belmont. I came here for my Friday night dinner. I had a hard time choosing what to get because on one hand, I was curious about the aioli sauces that come with the Bistek Pan and the Chicken Adobo Pan, but I was also craving longganisa. (The longganisa one comes with mayo.) In the end I did end up getting the Pork Longganisa Pan. The "bun" is a large Filipino pandesal and the patty is made of longganisa meat. It came with a fried egg and a slice of tomato. Since I grew up in the Philippines, I tend to prefer smaller meals than the average American and this one Pan probably got me 90% full for dinner, which was great since I don't like feeling overly full. If you're a hearty eater, I'd definitely recommend getting two Pans for a complete meal. I'm personally not super big on chips with a meal (I tend to think of them as a standalone stack) but I also sampled the kamote (sweet potato) chips and they were good too. Nice to have another place serving Filipino food in the neighborhood!

Tried Meryenda for the first time at Humble Sea brewery up in Pacifica. Heard they also stop by South San Francisco farmer’s market occasionally as well. The pandesal bread tastes like a thicker and heartier Hawaiian roll: the same melt in your mouth texture. But, the bread soaked and held up all the tasty sauces and meat that make this food truck worth trying! Their sweet potato chips are memorable with a very nice crisp. Can’t wait to try their Ube chips when they come back in season! Also, tried their buko pandan bread pudding, and it’s a flavorful bread pudding that has a nice custard like texture and pandan flavor. I don’t usually get bread pudding anywhere, not my favorite. But their bread pudding is changing my mind!

Unique modern Filipino sandwiches. Pro tip: the impossible sandwich is amazing even if you aren't vegan.
