12 Essential Places to Eat in and Around Victory Park

"Tex-Mex is up at the Victory Park location of this DFW chain. All the hits are here: queso, nachos, a variety of tacos, combination plates anchored by enchiladas, and a Mexican-style ribeye with the option to add bacon-wrapped shrimp. Oh and frozen margaritas — miles and miles of them." - Courtney E. Smith

Mesero Is Now Slinging Mexican Fare in Victory Park - Eater Dallas

"Mesero has just opened its newest outpost in Victory Park. The Dallas-born Mexican food chain may have been down a location as of August when its Henderson Avenue location shuttered abruptly, but it quickly bounced back with the opening of its newest restaurant last week at 2375 Victory Park Lane #180, the Dallas Observer reports. With the new addition, the chain counts five area locations including Legacy West, Fort Worth’s Shops at Clearfork, Prestonwood, and Inwood Village. In Victory Park, diners will find the same menu of elevated Mexican dishes like grilled halibut, blackened salmon, steak, enchiladas, tacos, plus solid weekend brunches with chilaquiles, avocado toast, and Huevos Mesero. The restaurant has a lengthy cocktails menu with plenty of frozen options swirled with fruit puree or flavored liqueurs." - Alaena Hostetter

Walked in and was seated immediately. The server was excellent and all the food was delicious. We walked here from American Airlines Center after the game. They have plenty of seating and a bar also. The menu has a great selection of Tex-Mex Food and appetizers. I will definitely be back again.

We came today, on a Saturday, for lunch. We were seated right away. David was our server and was great. He made great recommendations and was very attentive. We had the queso and shrimp ceviche as appetizers. The portions were large, so we moved forward with a variety of tacos ale carte - brisket, salmon, shrimp, and asada. Everything was delicious. The drinks were flavorful but also refreshing. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Google
Honestly, better than I expected! Server was attentive, staff was friendly, food was a solid 7/10- no frills. Also, drinks were strong! No wait on a Saturday night (we did rsvp but only about 40 minutes before we planned to arrive).

Google
What a fantastic place to eat and drink. Top quality food, matched only by the friendly service and outstanding mixologists preparing some delicious cocktails. !00% would go back every time I am in Dallas!!!

Google
This review is for the brunch menu. It’s usually pretty empty during brunch hours so the service is fast and very friendly. The chilaquiles are so good and you can ask them to make it spicy if you’re into that. The churro pancakes are also really flavorful. We are adding this place to our neighborhood brunch rotation for sure.

Google
Our waitress was wonderful, absolutely no complaints. It was my first time there. The area is nice and the drinks are good. The white queso dip is SO GOOD. I would go back, but I would order something different.

Google
Perfect for Brunch. The food is mexican-american, really good but not spicy at all. Of course, you can ask for spicy sauce on the side, so it's not a problem if you are missing the kick. The free appetizer has 3 original and tasty dipping and they refill the totopos all the time. Our waiter was extremely nice and he was taking care of us all the time, perfectly. We were a little annoying asking for too many things and he never lost the smile and the well attention. Big menu of Coctels and pretty good.

Google
I’m not prone to giving 5 star reviews but these shrimp tacos were definitely worth it! I haven’t been to a restaurant recently that’s satisfied me in the flavor category while also being filling but Mesero got the job done. The flavors were amazing and authentic in house pressed tortillas were great. The only area I wasn’t very impressed by was the cilantro rice and black beans. They weren’t bad but the flavor profile was not near as in depth as the tacos. Also a very cute location. I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant as I would also go again.

Yelp
One of these best places to have brunch on the weekends!! Breakfast Tacos and Bacon, the two brunch items I've ordered on my very first visit to Mesero in Dallas' Victory Park!!

Yelp
It was recommended to get a reservation but, as a party of 1, their system wouldn't let me. Not to worry because I was there for an early dinner before a Stars game and able to get a seat at the bar with no problems. I started with their complimentary salsa flight and a house margarita and then went with a nacho appetizer for my meal with a trio of hot sauces. The food was delicious and I'd recommend coming for sure based on that. Service and ambiance was a miss for me though while sitting at the bar. They have traditional bar seating and then seats around a "bar" which reminds me more of sitting at a diner like Waffle House. I'll just say the seating was awkward because the workers congregate there to pick up food from the kitchen and watch over their tables. While my server was quick, he never once smiled and it was obvious that he couldn't wait to get me out of there (this wasn't due to trying to free up a seat either as there were plenty). I would have stuck around for another drink but instead headed out to another spot after finishing my meal.

Yelp
We came for a group dinner here after an all day meeting session. We were seated outside because the weather was nice. Although we've heard good reviews from others, I was not totally impressed with this place. The starters were OK and lacked flavor. The two different margaritas I ordered were not very good and the chicken and carne asada Fajitas I ordered was not very tasty with the steak being extra chewy and undercooked. Disappointed!

Marvin T.

Yelp
Food was fine, but nothing was hot. I got the chicken flautas and combo plate #3. Flautas were crunchy but as if it was fried like an hour ago, chicken in it was dry. Combo plate #3; enchilada and shrimp tacos were good. Again, nothing was temperature hot. This place is really loud and you wouldn't know it from the outside. It was quiet from the outside, but went through the revolving door and got surprised by the sound. Not sure if dj was playing or just loud music in general.

Swanda S.

Yelp
The ambiance is nice. The food needs to be tweaked a little. I got the fajitas I could count how many pieces of steak and shrimp I had. The chips and dips are unique loved the avocado one however their chips are scarce. We had two bowls of queso and two plates of the salsa but kept having to ask for chips. The chips are not in a basket they are in a little cup. My dad and husband got nachos. The plate was extremely small and they probably had five chips. I believe this place has potential to be what they are aspiring to be but they just need take so much effort out of making the ambiance amazing and put those efforts into the food. The service was great. Food came out in an exceptional amount of time.

Yelp
Dined here alone on a Sunday evening and there were a lot of open tables. I made my food selections quickly after a few follow up questions about the menu and I didn't have to wait long. While I waited however, I enjoyed the chips and selection of salsas -they were so good but I made myself stop so that I had room for my food. I ordered a combo plate with an extra large enchilada. My beef taco was my least favorite thing I consumed-I felt I was chewing for an unnecessary amount of time and ultimately didn't finish it. My enchiladas and the beans & rice didn't disappoint. Would return to try more things with a bigger appetite.

Yelp
We made reservations to eat here before the Stars playoff game. Glad we made reservations because it was crazy packed with fans. It's super loud in here so don't plan on having deep conversations. They do have table outside that I wouldn't have minded sitting at. They don't mess around with their drinks. Had two Sangria margaritas that were very good but strong at the same time. Their chips and sauces come out and they kept them filled up the whole time. We loved their chips and seemed scratch made. I had the Ahi Tuna tacos and was pretty impressed. Great flavor and my only gripe is a 3rd would be nicer since their a little small. All in all I'd come back.

Marcus S.

Yelp
The salsa that you are served upon getting seated started the meal off perfectly. House margarita was solid (tried on the rocks w/salt). Try the shrimp ceviche an guac (spicy kick). Our table tried several tacos, fajitas, and the steak. We treated it tapas style and tried it all. We ate/drank really well and no one spent over $100

Yelp
We just had drinks and appetizers. Had the "Duo" Queso and guacamole. Not bad but nothing to write about, average at best. Bacon wrapped shrimp - so over cooked we sent them back. Atmosphere is not bad but our limited food experience was not fantastic.

Yelp
Wanted to try a new Mexican restaurant we haven't been to, so we decided on Mesero which is only 2 miles from home. The inside is very upscale and is a great place for a date night or birthday party! We ordered some drinks, and although it was a bit pricey (we are in Victory Park though, so that's no surprise), all of them were great tasting and strong! The queso blanco is delicious, and the added spinach and artichokes (something I've never had with queso before) gives it more flavor. The sauces were really good, especially the green sauce. The chips were good, but I've had better. The enchiladas were on point, and the rice was good. The refried black beans need more flavor though. Our waiter was kind and outgoing and took care of us! Overall, I would definitely return to Mesero soon!!!

Yelp
Delicious. The cocktail was delicious, very well balanced and not overly sweet. The different salsas were great, I preferred the habanero (middle). The guacamole was decent. My shrimp tacos were absolutely delicioussss though. Super crunchy, hot, balanced and the shrimp were big. I didn't eat the pork, but I heard it was great

Yelp
Love this place. Jesus & Mercedes are my favorite humans. Gotta sit at the bar and you'll be guaranteed to have a good time. Shots, drinks, laughs and the best convos. I almost always get one of their combinaciones but everything is good.

Yelp
Very classy restaurant in a great location. Lots of public parking all around. I got the chicken fajitas and the original margarita. The margarita was had an amazing taste with just enough tequila. The chicken fajitas was a huge portion. The waitress was so kind and gave me both flour and corn tortillas to try. Best chicken fajitas I have ever had. My husband got the "El Miguelito" and ate every bite. So amazing. Huge portions. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back next time we visit

Yelp
*Mesero Review* Reservations: we walked right in on a Sunday afternoon at 5, it was starting to pick up. Service : 4 of 5. The server took a bit to come over at first. Once she got our drink order and food order everything came out really quick! It did take a bit to tab out though. Food: 3 of 5. The combo 4 was good, I substituted the Queso for the green sauce. Their Queso is a bit thick for my liking. The brisket was good though. The ahi tuna tacos were just alright. Compared to other Mexican restaurants in Dallas this isn't my first go to spot, but a good option if you are in Victory Park!

Yelp
Came here for a bite to eat after a game. The place was packed and very loud...the perfect atmosphere I was looking for. They sat me down right away and quickly got our drinks and chips and salsa in. I started off with their frozen margarita. It was really tasty but would have preferred it to be served n a traditional margarita glass. I also started off with their chips and queso. The queso was very delicious. It was thick and full of flavor. Only issue I had with the queso is that it becomes very thick as it cools down. So if you save some for later, your chips will break. Still very good though. I also ordered their Combinacione #5, which came with a tejano enchilada, brisket taco and arroz rojo. The enchilada was very tasty and the sauce tasted phenomenal. The brisket was also very tender and juicy. The rice was ok and the black beans were phenomenal. Never tasted beans like this. They had a nice smoky flavor to it. I would definitely be returning. One thing I will add is that I did come close to their closing hours. My server told me they were closing in 2 minutes and that if I wanted to order any more drinks to order them now. I declined, but the table by my about 15 minutes after were still able to put in a drink order.

Yelp
Mesero is a very up and going place from the location to its servers. I enjoyed how they are able to open up the garage style doors completely, for a more outdoor feel with wind and outside temperature to come in the building. Our waiter was awesome he really explained some questions on the menu and really was knowledgeable on the drinks too! I got the main drink (the one in the pictures) and it was great. Margarita felt smooth. The chips are good but the salsas weren't that spicy but they have some spicier dips if you request them. Food was really good the only thing I didn't like was quantity. I got the fajita taco plate but didn't like how there was only 2 tacos :/ I also didn't like the cheese that much. Rice was kinda cold but I'm willing to give it the current rating based on taste. I think I would go back, aside from the horrible parking and quantity, I'd say it's a spot worth checking out.

Yelp
Went here on a Friday night with family just before Halloween. Great location as it's close to other bars, restaurants, American Airlines arena, Perot Museum, etc. A very fun vibe. We did Valet parking which was easy and cheap. Definitely worth it on a busy night. The chips and salsa were great. Several variations on salsa, all excellent. The chip portions were small but they refill as needed so no issues. We had Enchiladas, Tacos and Fajitas respectively and we all enjoyed. The service was also very good. The employees were all dressed up and place decorated in traditional Day of The Dead attire which made it festive for the season.

Yelp
Cute little spot for evening chilling. The waiter Noe gave us solid service, taking all of my questions about dairy and gluten allergens. And I know people hate dining with me, so I let folks order before I open my mouth. Not much to say about the food. From the fajitas to the enchiladas, the food was solid. No real standouts; however, I appreciated the block presentation of the ceviche. Also, the outdoor seating made me feel fancy like I was eating in a fancy city. I see you, Dallas! Every time I come through, you grow bigger and better.

Yelp
Mesero Restaurant at Victory Park is great. Sit outside close to the waterfall; it's a wonderful ambience on their outdoor patio. The food was good. I went with a combo plate which allowed me to try a few different things. The brussel sprouts were good as well. Each person gets their own chip cup which was an added bonus. Didn't have one but heard the margaritas are really good.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite places. Great food, great drinks, and great service. We basically dine here every time we go downtown. This last time was just before the Madonna concert that my wife and her sister were going to. With the place full of concert goers, the line for the women's restroom was pretty long. As a result, some of the women thought it was OK to just wander into the man's restroom and stand in a separate line for the single stall while men were in there waiting in line to use a single urinal... wtf?
google avatar

Stephen M.

Yelp
Great service, delicious food, averagely priced and good drinks. Everything was great and I can't wait until the next time I come back. Our server was attentive, friendly, polite and professional.

Cassie P.

Yelp
Food was amazing and so was our waiter. They take reservations but we didn't make one. Highly recommend that you do. We walked in and they were kind enough to say "we can seat you if you'll take an hour or less." As a small business owner I get it!!! So we took their offer. Food and service is worth it!
google avatar

Greg L.

Yelp
Good place for Mexican food if in downtown. But be prepared to either wait or make reservations. Food is good not stellar but expected for a high turnover place.

Yelp
We went here after visiting the Perot museum. We like Mesero in general and have been to other locations, but this was the first time at Victory Park. The interior is similar to other locations. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. The menu and prices are the same, so it all comes down to execution of food. We arrived at a busy time and there was a large group having a birthday party (apparently) so it was REALLY loud and the acoustics of the interior seem to magnify noise. The noise level is beyond the control of the restaurant but for a while it was impossible to talk even across the table. We started with the black bean nachos (my favorite) and they were good but some of the pieces of avocado were clearly spoiled (dark brown or black) and to me that is a cardinal sin when you serve Mexican food in Dallas, TX. Spoiled avocado should never make it to a customer's plate. I had the ground beef tacos and they were ok but nothing special. I was expecting more flavor. They were rather bland, even after putting the complimentary red salsa on them. In the end, I can't really say that I enjoyed them very much. The rice, however, was excellent and the star of my plate. The wife had fish tacos and did not complain so I guess they were ok. But the slaw that we normally devour had no flavor even after adding salt, so they are doing something different here than at other locations. Our server, Isela, was efficient and attentive, no complaints. Overall, Mesero is obviously doing well at this location because it is constantly busy, but there are some things that need to improve for it to move into the upper echelon of Mexican restaurants in Dallas.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
I fricken love this place. I came here for my moms birthday, for my birthday, for brunch with friends, for brunch alone...any excuse to come. The churro pancakes are amazing! I sneak here without my mom just to have churro pancakes lol. This is also my bestie and I's favorite place to have ceviche and drinks. The tacos are good - even the starter nachos they bring are addictive.
google avatar

Auby B.

Yelp
Famously awful service. I live in the same building so I want to really like this place. Food is solid but wow, every time I go I am shocked how bad the service is. Yesterday I sat for 35 minutes after being greeted before my order was taken - and I had to chase the server down just to try to order! Server said the wait would be 40 minutes because of some big tables that just ordered. Crazy, because I could have sworn I was ready to order 30 minutes ago - after I said I would need only 2 minutes to look over the menu. Happy to see my patience rewarded. What a joke of a restaurant.
google avatar

Nioma M.

Yelp
I couldn't tell you the service was bad. I can tell you there was no service. We got seated at around 2:45pm, didn't have a waiter come by to take our order until 3:20pm when we finally went and asked for someone to come help us. I didn't mind the wait as I was enjoying my time outside, but I don't think many others might be okay with waiting 35 minutes during a slow time of the day to put an order in. After this, service was alright. The food wasn't bad, as I feel most american/mexican restaurants are only nice for their appearance. The cremaconqueso enchilada was super creamy and the chicken was really juicy, 9/10 recommend (there was a chicken bone left in it). The mesero carbon steak tacos were mediocre, I'd give them a 6/10. They didn't have much flavor. In the end, the only reason we enjoyed this place was because the weather was nice and we loved each other's company, not because the restaurant was actually satisfying.

Yelp
You really think this is a high class Mexican Restaurant, but once you start eating and asking questions you might discover the quality of the food doesn't match the atmosphere they created. I ordered the ahi tuna nachos. They were okay. If you love guac; order em. You will love them. Due to the amount of guac they needed a bit more seasoning as guac mutes flavors. I saw they had a 21 day dry aged ribeye. I got that, fajita style. Which includes tomatoes and onions pan fried with a side of rice and beans. What's disheartening is the tortillas are not made fresh. Flour or Corn!!! My flour tortillas ended up getting cold and became rock hard. My steak I asked for medium and it came well done. The kitchen should have seen that it was not cooked correctly as they pre sliced it before plating it. The steak tasted like something you get at Waffle House. The only difference is Waffle House didn't advertise 21 day dry aged steak and eggs! I would probably come back here if a friend really wanted to for an event or bday but based on todays visit I could spend less money and get better quality food.

Ann B.

Yelp
I have been going to visit Jesús for 3 years at this location because of his incredible service. Of course, I love the food and always get the same thing for brunch...the chilaquiles! Today I tried something different, the spicy cheddar grits, and I am so impressed. Creamy, Spicy, and full of flavor!! As a grits snob, I approve, which doesn't happen too often since being in Dallas. Thanks Jesús and Mesero! I'll keep coming back, as always!

Doug H.

Yelp
A big shout out to "Miquelito", the best 5-Star Server in Dallas, see you soon and thanks for being #1 on my very short list of the best of the best, mi Carnal, mi Patron!!! -"Mr. Douglas"

JoAnna D.

Yelp
Stopped by just for a quick meal before a show. I was so impressed that everything from the array of salsa and queso places on the table to the spotless service! The beans and rice were seasoned well. There were so many layers to the flavors. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Well, it's usually busy and the night we went it wasn't any different. Based on the ambiance I saw as I used to walk by, I thought it looked like a nice and popping place to eat, so I suggested we try the place out. I was able to get a reservation on a crowded Friday night last min, and it was a new option to everyone I was with. Food: we ordered guac and queso, brisket tacos, shrimp enchiladas and roasted chicken. Not a fan. First I'm not a big fan of cheese, so the creamaqueso was very overpowering to me and the enchiladas barely had shrimp in them. Unless I missed it, more creamier sauces (sour cream sauce, white wine sauce, poblano cream sauce) were not an option. I got verde rice and it was white and although the refried beans had a great texture, they were bland. The guac had no tomatoes, onion (from what I could tell) or anything; it was extra basic and a huge disappointment. Overall no one was impressed with their food, so unfortunately so we wouldn't return. Ambiance: nice decor, set up, servers and staff, but EXTREMELY loud!! It might've just been this night, but I'd never take a date here based on that alone. We could barely hear eachother speak. So yeah.... But hey, we gave it a shot but it's a no for us.

Yelp
I cannot believe I have not reviewed this location yet. What can I say..? The lovely people at Mesero VP have been the reason I survived Covid shutdown. They were amazing from the reopening. Great with socially distanced tables, safe efficiency of takeout orders and their to-go margaritas were my lifeline haha. Jesus and Mercedes keep that bar running like a top. and they give FRIENDLY & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE every time we go there. The food is always delicious. My favorite salad is the Casera with sesame crusted ahi tuna or shrimp. I am addicted to that salad. I can drink the avocado vinaigrette. The La Doña margarita (skinny / rocks) is the only margarita you will ever need in your life. The Mesero mimosa is my Sunday funday drink but be warned... they WILL knock you on your butt. They have a great wine list at all Mesero locations The fideo and the pollo verde soups are tasty The carnitas are tender and the spicy guacamole is super fresh The flautitas are fried perfection I like the shrimp ceviche. It's big enough to share They have two queso offerings I can't decide my favorite. It depends on my mood Brisket breakfast tacos are filling Love the chips and salsa trio Ask for the secret habanero salsa CALIENTE!! Great patio area for nice days and the window open fully for a nice breeze in the bar area

Yelp
Good service, great food. Walked right in with no big wait time. Enjoyed brunch menu.

Yelp
I love Mesero! I've been to several Tex mex mexican restaurants and I would at any time recommend Mesero. I usually sit on the patio so it is a little more intimate, but the atmosphere inside is pretty good as well. I love the chicken enchiladas, it is by far one of the best enchiladas I've had. I also always get their churros and tres leches to go with it for dessert! The service is exceptional and have never had any complaints.

Yelp
Great ambience and decor, I really liked the Frida Kahlo paintings. They currently have Dia Del Muerto decor and even an altar (forgot to take a pic) Their DDM cocktail is also cute and refreshing. My braised pork was cooked to perfection, the pork was so tender, it almost melted in your mouth. The red and green sauce on top was fantastic, I made sure to leave no residue behind lol. For dessert me and my friend shared a 5 leches cake 10/10 It was delicious, moist, and the sliced pretty big. Which made it perfect for sharing. Pretty extensive and fairly priced menu, I cannot wait to try more. Service was up to par as well.

H H.

Yelp
Great food, friendly waitstaff and a lively atmosphere. Guacamole, cervical and all enchiladas are especially good.

Yelp
This was total greatness! Food, service and ambiance-the total package! Definitely will g

Yelp
The food and cocktails were excellent and the location is really nice. My only issues were the turnstile entrance and the loud atmosphere, but just things to be aware of when you go. I had the Ahi Tuna and a margarita. The food came out quickly and the waitress was very attentive even on a busy Saturday night. We even got seated right away after arriving. I am looking forward to visiting again to try other selections. The inside area is very loud, but fine if you are into a very social atmosphere and not looking for a quiet dinner date idea. The outside patio area looked interesting if it wasn't windy when I visited.

Yelp
I tried Mesero at the beginning of the year for the first time and it totally bypass me to give them a review. My fiancé and I like to occasionally go to Mesero every now and then. So, yesterday we decided to stop and grab dinner. Well, let me tell you the place was booming busy. We have never experienced it that busy when we have gone to eat before. Our server did explain to use there was a comedy show going on at the AAC. So that makes sense. Chips and Salsa are always on point. We got the Flautitas as a appetizer. Wow! Delicious. For our entrée I got the Quesocrema Enchiladas and my wife got the Salmon Tacos. Food was just great like always. We both enjoyed some great cocktails and had a great time. We definitely will be coming back to Mesero. I give them 5 stars since every time we come Service and Food Quality and presentation is great.
google avatar

Casey B.

Yelp
Steak was so over cooked I couldn't chew it. Fajitas didn't come with cheese or sour cream. Great service, great margs, great atmosphere, I just ordered the wrong thing obviously.
google avatar

Nicole F.

Yelp
Food was tasty, they give chips and salsa with your meal. We came for brunch and the food was good but I've since been back for the Mimosa Flight. They have it in Saturday's and Sunday's. And it's $16 for the flight and it's about 3/4 of a bottle of champagne! Such a great deal. I've also had their Mesero mimosa with vodka and it was also very tasty. I had the avocado toast.
google avatar

Lillian L.

Yelp
I had the original with mango and that was sooooo good. Alcohol content was pretty strong. For entree, the ahi tuna tacos were okay as I felt there was a kick missing since it was bland. The rice was delicious. Servers are great and attentive. They serve complimentary chips and various dips. I recommend this place if you want good drinks and with a group as the interior is welcoming and relaxing. There are street parking and they validate tickets if you park in the garages.

Yelp
Will go again - Great choice for Mexican cuisine. I can't speak to how authentic it may be, but it seems quite legit. The ambiance is quite loud, like most busy restaurants, so it makes it difficult to talk/hear others. The interior design has a mellow color theme with an upscale feel rather than casual. Average prices are $$ with a number of $$$ dishes. They start you off with complimentary very crunchy fried chips with 3 options of salsa. The red and orange salsa wasn't quite for my taste. However, the green salsa that has slices of avocado was absolutely delicious. I had about 4 refills of the chips and 2 with the salsa. I ordered the Chile Colorado under the Cocidos section of the menu, which seems to be slow roasted/cooked dishes. This dish was absolutely delicious, and I would order again. Be ready as it is a heavy portion for 1 person. It's about a good 2 servings. The pork is a lean pork chop type of meat in a sauce tasting like tomato sauce. Although the waiter might say it's not spicy, it has a small kick of spice. The arroz verde (green rice) pairs great with the pork, and I mixed it in with the sauce for most of devouring it.

Yelp
We've been here twice. Both times very pleased with the service and the food. Reliable and fast.

Yelp
Israel Martinez Manager at Mesero restaurant in Beltline Dallas TX, they gave me pickled onion with giant pieces of habanero chili, I have severe gastritis problems with reflux, I was sick and cried like never before, my tongue and esophagus burned, they didn't bring me anything to drink, they brought me others Terrible tacos with no taste at all, the waitress laughed at me. I spoke to the manager and I told him that I got enough of the tacos on my own and I didn't want to and in the end he rudely snatched the ticket from me, be very careful, he is a disrespectful rude person, he should be fired from his job, his name is Isrrael Martinez. He is far from having a position like that. Horrible service, angry manager with all rudeness snatched the ticket from me. What a disgusting manager!

Yelp
Walked by on the way to a Maverick's game, and had to stop! Great outdoor dining, beautiful indoor dining. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the 5 leches cake. Similar to the traditional tres leches, not as sugary, super tall and Delicious! Smiling and attentive wait staff. Our server Bernardo recommended the cake I also had the Brussel sprouts side dish and loved it. Tangy and roasted to a Caramelized finish.

Yelp
The restaurant is in a good area, small but cute. The food was ok but smaller portions than most Mexican restaurants in that area. It was humid inside the place. The manager on Friday, March 11th was a rude. When checking in once our party arrived, instead of escorted us to the table he literally pointed to the table and was dismissive towards us during the interaction. This was strange because normally once checked in the host or manager would escort the party the the table but we didn't get that service from the manager. Overall if it wasn't for the waiter's great service my overall rating for the restaurant would've been low. Nevertheless we will not be coming back.

Yelp
Very high energy, with lots of loud music. Not disruptive though. I went before a concert, and just got appetizers and drinks with my date. Our drinks were good. We got the nachos and brisket quesadillas. This may not bother some, but there was some really brown avocado on the nachos that was unappetizing. Food was above average but nothing standout. Prices were reasonable for the appetizers and drinks. Our service was pretty good. Overall, a positive experience!
