If visiting the El Paso are the quaint town of Mesilla is worth stopping at. Absolutely adorable. Hard to spend a whole day there however. A good morning or afternoon (e.g., 2-3 hrs, probably 4 max). Visit the artisan shops, enjoy a relaxing meal, and there was a artisan market on the Plaza when we were there. We stayed in El Paso and spent time there on our way to the White Sands Natilnal Park. The two were a great way to spend a day.

Attended mass at the old church. They have adoration on Saturday before mass and confession. Very pretty church and a good homily.

Beautiful area and at the plaza, theres a vibrant music playing, people selling jewerly and stuff and friendly as well...what a lovely day when i was there.. town has some restaurants to eat too, there are olso shop to check for souvenirs and of cors the beautiful church there.. hope i can stay longer😊 **Parking a bit of hard to find in the area on weekend tho*

We enjoyed the jazz festival in the park. We were very happy that the caretaker allowed us to enter the Basilica of St. Albino. What a breathtakingly beautiful Altar. Cute shops and a eating places.

Essential visit the the quant square in historical Mesilla. The market in the park was nice, was able to get nice jewlery for my daughter and wife. Nice shops and restaurants all around, check it out.
