I recently visited Mesnoy Ethiopian Bakery in Footscray and tried their injera for the first time. As someone familiar with injera, I was delighted by how fresh, soft, and tangy it was—truly authentic and delicious! I also picked up a little container of berbere spices, which I'm excited to experiment with in my cooking. The lovely lady working there was incredibly helpful, sharing tips on how to properly store the bread to maintain its freshness.
