Mexican-Style Vaka Burger Joins Big New Orange County Food Hall | Eater LA

"A newly opened, 12,000-square-foot food hall in Tustin showcasing a notable lineup of Orange County chefs and restaurants. The expansive, light-filled space features 40-foot glass walls that overlook walking trails and a park, seating for roughly 400–500 guests including an outdoor area with a fireplace, and limited daytime hours (currently 11 a.m.–3 p.m. daily, with all-day service planned to begin July 20). It anchors a larger redevelopment on a former air force base and brings a mix of established regional concepts and new vendors to the FLIGHT campus." - Mona Holmes

Some of OC’s Chefs Join this Massive New Food Hall Project | Eater LA

"Located in Tustin Legacy's FLIGHT section, Mess Hall Market is a forthcoming 12,000-square-foot food hall at 1705 Flight Way in Tustin slated to open in January 2019; I noted that Lincoln Property Company curated nine food stalls for the space, which will feature an airy indoor dining area, a wide tree-filled outdoor patio, and will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on car-accessible streets near a Metrolink station and Tustin Legacy Park." - Mona Holmes

You get 90 minutes of free parking, and there are several different restaurants inside. The ceiling is very high, which gives the place an open, spacious feel — it’s a really pleasant spot to enjoy a meal.

Contemporary modern food court with a full bar!! Many food options, all looked like they had potential, although I didn't try any. Had a Blood Orange Big Wave, actually two, after walking my Service Dog. Bar Service was good, polite and quick. It was 2:30 in the afternoon. Maybe a dozen people inside. Looks like larger office buildings on south and east sides. Perhaps, rather crowded/busy at lunchtime, and maybe happy hour as well. In any case it was refreshing for me!!!

Neat place to hang out plenty of food options, a little something for everyone. There is a cool bar as well. You can take your food and drinks out to the patio where there is a beautiful view or you can sit inside which is very nice as well. Everywhere we went the people were all very helpful and nice. Plenty of food at reasonable prices too!

Excellent food, though a little on the pricy side. Some of the 2 person tables are incredibly cheap feeling and wobbly, but the grub was top notch. I will be back to try everything else and start picking favorites.

Very good and really with plenty of parking. Also they do have outdoor seating and Covid. Place is very clean and it is a new place with several different restaurants in this food hall. I will definitely be back to try other places. Hours are very limited right now because of Covid.

It was fun! Cool atmosphere! I had the pho which was ok. Not great so next time I'll try something different! They have burgers, tacos, Vietnamese, Greek, Slapfish, pizza, fried chicken, alcohol, and coffee!

What an interesting little location tucked away behind the District. Came here for a meetup event, and was surprised by what was here. Given the general at osohere and style, I was pleasantly surprised to see a full bar with good mixologists; they had chartreuse and Maraschino and knew all the cocktails I threw their way! The food court here was also very interesting, with lots of vendors giving a range of options including Hawaiian BBQ, Mexican, Japanese, and much more! The taquerias I had were some of the best I've had in a very very long time, and considering the price, I'm definitely going to come back for those. If you're in the area, just got off work, or just want a decent place to have some drinks and food, I recommend this spot for sure.

Parking is expensive Do not park in the parking lot after the gate, they charge 1.50 for every 15 min. Use the open lot on the left prior to entering the lot. There are minimal signs that indicate the price. 4 hours of parking resulted in 24$. IMO overpriced since there are other free options.
