This is absolutely Minnesota’s new vibe. I’ve got a lot to fill you in on, and I’ll update you soon. But for now, let me be crystal clear… if you try one restaurant in the entire Midwest, make it this one. It’s worth the trip, no question.

Mestizo delivers on every level. The vibe is stylish and energetic, with great music and an atmosphere that pulls you in. The cocktails are standout creative, well balanced, and clearly crafted with intention. The food is equally strong, with bold flavors, quality ingredients, and excellent execution. On top of that, the service is attentive, relaxed, and knowledgeable. A spot that gets everything right, buenardoooo!

Today I was finally able to enjoy dinner with a friend at Mestiizo, and everything was incredible. 🙌🏻 From start to finish.., the host, bartender, and servers, everyone was outstanding! The food and drinks were executed to perfection. Unique and unforgettable flavors, truly a new concept in cuisine and cocktails. Already planning my next visit.

Mestiizo is a great addition to 13th st and it’s so great to see the old Sheridan Room spot filled with life again! We stopped in right as they opened to beat the crowd. One of the best old fashioned’s in town and the birria egg roll is to die for. Can’t wait to come back for dinner soon!
