Where to Eat and Drink in 24 Hours in Warren, Rhode Island | Eater Boston

"Metacom Kitchen feels like it belongs in Providence with elevated plates; coriander and sea salt chicken wings served on a bed of charred onions show up on nearly every table (you haven't lived until you chase salty wings with sautéed onions), and duck appears regularly in various preparations — don't skip it." - Georgia Kral

We got ourselves reservations for the first Mystery Meal Monday since the reopening and it did not disappoint. All of our dishes were amazing and the staff were so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a great dinner and can’t wait to come back for another one soon.

Fantastic Birthday dinner party. Food and service excellent. Beautiful plating. Cocktails delicious. Decor soothing, comfortable and lovely lighting. Staff friendly and responsive. 11/28/25 I look forward to my next dinner out at this new favorite restaurant

This was my first time going here! I had just come off the airplane after traveling all day and to be honest, ready to get home, however I was hungry! My son suggested we go for mystery Monda! I’ve lived in Bristol for 10 years and I passed by this every single day and it looks so unassuming! I had no idea how much I had been missing out on! My son said he heard great things about it so we decided to try it and we were Beyond impressed!

My wife and I are recent transplants to RI and missed the first era of Metacom Kitchen. What they’re doing now seems to pick right up where they left off. Our bartender, Stephan was fantastic; prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He’s a veteran who returned for the reopen, which says a lot about the leadership at Metacom. The wine selection is very good. The Bordeaux and rose were fantastic pairings with the pressed duck and polenta gnocchi appetizers. They were both delicious. We then had the braised rabbit pasta (my wife’s favorite) and the Malfadine pasta (my favorite). You can tell the pasta was made fresh and it was perfectly cooked. It was so good we followed it up with the rye rotini which was, unsurprisingly, delicious. We had both the dessert offerings; cheesecake with crumble and fruit and blackberry mousse and oats over dark chocolate pot de crème. My dessert descriptions don’t do justice to their deliciousness. Metacom Kitchen, we see you. And we’ll be back for Mystery Monday and more. Thanks for a great meal!

This place makes you appreciate fine dining. The meals were impeccable and service was great. My wife and I got the Valentine’s Day 3 course special and was completely satisfied. You can really tell the passion they put into each dish. Flavorful with personality. Don’t expect big portions here, your paying for outstanding dishes that are prepared by excellent chefs that know what they are doing. We will be returning. The parking is hard to find, so be patient, you might have to walk a distance.

We went to Metacom Kitchen for Mystery Monday. What a treat! We had our son with us and the hostesses was quick to set us up in a window booth table. Our server worked easily with our dietary restrictions and paced our courses perfectly. This has the added layer of the dynamic of our 3yr old, so no small feat! Our first course was smoked trout with dukka apple-caraway and rye pancake & poached quail eggs with charred onions and roast veg. Main course was Metacom’s “Fisherman’s Platter” and brisket lettuce wraps. Dessert was a coffee semifredo over streusel and carrot rice ice cream with chocolate granola. The bites were so artfully cooked and having complimentary dishes meant we were able to try a wide variety. This was a unique experience that we will remember for years to come. We cannot recommend Metacom Kitchen enough!

It is a small restaurant, but very welcoming. Staff is very professional and humble. Waiter was able to assist me with choosing the right meal for the night. Food was very delicious.

Google
We had an amazing experience at Metacom Kitchen! We don't find ourselves on that side of the state too often, but we will have to make a point to visit again soon. Our waiter was incredibly helpful and very personable. The ambiance was warm and inviting. And the food was incredible. My husband and I are foodies of sorts and the whole meal was right on point for us. The presentation is artistic but still enticing, but the flavors and textures are what seal the deal. We have the duck plate, burrata, homemade pasta, and chocolate ganache dessert. The black pepper fettuccine is something dreams are made of... I had only brought the fork to my mouth and I already knew it was going to be amazing. The flavors are simple in their execution and delivery, but nuanced in taste. My mouth is watering just writing about it. Highly, highly recommend making a reservation here as soon as possible!!

Yelp
We had an excellent time at Metacom Kitchen for family dinner on "mystery menu" Monday. Our server (Stephanie, maybe?) deserves an extra special shout out for her care & attention surrounding my dad's mile-long allergy list. Even when she seemed to be on the verge of the weeds, she still meticulously memorized every single thing kitchen needed to know about my dad's dietary restrictions. It was really a joy to dine out & not be on edge. Complex dietary restrictions can be incredibly limiting (we hadn't eaten out as a family in years!) but Stephanie & Metacom Kitchen handled it all with grace. We still got the fine dining, 5-star experience, even with a record-breaking amount of allergies & restrictions at one table. A few other things: - Loud inside - Makes group conversation a bit difficult. - Bar was very slow - Drinks arrived after courses were finished. Could've just been an off night. - Phenomenal duck breast - Maybe one of the best I've ever had. The dill? Excellent touch. - Tasteful music to match the ambience - I heard Hermanos Gutiérrez at one point - Nice. - Delightfully affordable. A true 5/5 stars. Thank you, Metacom Kitchen!

Yelp
Came in for dinner with a friend who just moved to Warren. The food was AMAZING! I had a mocktail to start which was very tasty and an espresso martini for dessert both were also wonderful. The bartender was sooo friendly and helpful! We sat at the bar and really enjoyed the ambiance! We got there just before 7 and it wasn't very busy but by 730 it was packed! Parking can be tough. There is a small dirt lot across the street. When we were there it was 1/2 flooded.

Yelp
Amazing!!! The food and service here is top notch. Every course was delicious. Our waiter was from France, he was so nice and really professional. The restaurant is decorated with interesting pieces and much bigger than expected. Everything we ordered was exceptional!!! Best steak I've had in years!!!!

Yelp
This was our second time here and this place continues to delight. The menu shows that real care and attention is put into each dish. Every bite was delicious - chickpea fries, duck and salmon entrees. Last time we tried the chicken wings which were also insanely good. You get what you pay for and the quality is absolutely top notch. It's a smaller venue so I'd definitely advise to book a reservation but absolutely give them a chance if you're on the fence or looking for somewhere for a special occasion.

Yelp
Who loves getting surprised by amazing food for a 3 course meal?? Everyone yep everyone. Go here on mystery Monday and get a 3 course meal for $35 and each course is a surprise! If you go with more people they try to give everyone something different to try so you get to see a lot of the menu! Tell them at first if you don't like something or if you have a allergy and they will look out for you. Amazing food, nothing I didn't like. The bass was seasoned so well and the dessert had pop rocks on it which make it a fun taste.

Yelp
Always a good time. Check out the specials. Cozy interior wit friendly servers. Just be careful crossing the street!

Yelp
This was our first visit to Metacom Kitchen. Since we moved to Bristol and we had a very nice dinner. Two of our group had scallops and they were very good. The others had the duck special and they said it was also very good. My meal of squid ink pasta was very good and the pasta was al dente without me requesting it which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a nice experience.

Yelp
A dive of a French restaurant tucked away in Warren, Metacom is a surprisingly romantic space right on a busy 136. We've dined their twice and I would definitely describe the food as more fine dining than not - smaller portions, unique preparations. My blade steak came with celery root, for example, which I always love. Metacom does serve a burger but otherwise it is pretty foody. Good for date night. Service is charming.. UPDATE 4/9/20: we enjoyed Metacom's Pasta Kits last weekend and couldn't have been happier. My lamb bolognese was delicious and my wife loved her duck pasta as well. The Bordeaux and the tart for desert rounded out the meal. The kits were incredibly easy to prepare at home - Metacom provided video instructions and written instructions as well. Fresh bread with garlic butter, and it was a decadent backyard date night in trying times. Fantastic!

Yelp
Went for the mystery menu and it was fabulous!! Relaxed atmosphere and attentive and engaging servers. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
ALWAYS fantastic. And those chick pea fries... Stefan is the best. Everyone is so friendly!

Yelp
This place is still amazing. I went for their Mystery Monday promotion (3 courses, $30, the chef surprises you), and it was phenomenal. First off, the bread and butter is as winning as I remember. Whipped salted butter!! But that's beside the point. I told our awesome server, Steve, that I was allergic to almonds and had an aversion to cilantro, but gave them free reign otherwise (we verified that two people could do this and get different mystery dinners...to share and maximize our experience. They confirmed this). First courses: roasted cauliflower with carrot yogurt and a black garlic Worcestershire accent -- perfection. The leek and cheese ravioli with mushrooms in a duck sauce was lick-the-plate worthy. Our mains: hanger steak and rabbit two ways. I'm not a huge meat eater, but I didn't want to deprive my date by asking for vegetarian, so I have little to compare this to, but I ate them both and enjoyed them (shockingly even the rabbit--I heard the word "truffle" and that likely played a role! The sides accents were great and full of flavor). And dessert by any other name would not be as sweet as the desserts they gave us: one with hazelnut ice cream, coconut cream, and textured chocolate pieces, and one with raspberry frozen yogurt with marmalade, chocolate ganache, and crumbled pistachio. Chef Rick is the man. Please go there and be amazed.

Yelp
When we stumbled upon Metacom kitchen we were surprised by the charming interior, way more upscale and well-conceived than the outside would have suggested. Overall the experience was very positive, from the prompt and courteous service, to the bread made in house, to the refined entrees, and experimental taste combinations. We started with a black ink infused Radiatore pasta topped with shrimp couscous, followed it with pork loin medallions with sunflower seeds and apricot risotto, and finished with a sublime chocolate extravaganza, while accompanying it all with tHe excellent coriander wings. The only reason for 4 stars (vs 5) is that sometimes (the pork cutlets being chief evidence) it seems that the striving for originality can come at the expense of flavor. Overall, a happy discovery.

Yelp
Had a great meal tonight during Providence Restaurant Week 2018. I have been wanting to come to Metacom for over a year now and I am not disappointed that I finally made it. Our server Natasha was outstanding. Not only was she an informed server who steered us the right way, she had a quick sense of humor which added to the enjoyment of the meal. We started out with the Confit Duck Leg and the Smoked Pork Shoulder. Both were excellent! The duck leg fell off the bone and the Butternut Squash crumble (I didn't know it could do that) was great. The Pork Shoulder had an incredible soft Polenta Gnocchi that added a ton to the dish. The entrees were also fantastic. I had the Braised Short Rib. The combination of the flavor of the Short Rib with the poached egg and the small fried ball of béarnaise was outstanding. The Winter vegetables were a great addition. My wife had the Homemade Chestnut Pappardelle with the variety of local mushrooms had a fantastic flavor. For a dish that lacked any protein was hearty and insides with a full flavor. The dessert was a great finish to the meal. The Lemon Custard had this great late Lemon flavor that came with each bite. The Chocolate Ganache with Hazelnut Ice Cream was a great finish to our great experience tonight.

Yelp
Three visits - all VERY good. We did "Mystery Meal on Mondays" on 2 visits. First for $30 for 3 courses - a deal. Every dish is well prepared and presented and creative. And quite tasty. On our other visit, we ordered from the regular menu. They are known for their duck - you will not be disappointed. Their beignets for dessert are a favorite. Good craft cocktails. Great service. Comfy. Parking lot across the street. Clearly on our list for "repeat".

Yelp
Disappointing. Bib salad was utterly basic. Roasted carrots were still hard inside. Been there twice and both times had average pastas. Yes, I'm searching for vegetarian or pescatarian fare, but these days one can do better. I expected more than what I got.

Mary T.

Yelp
Food was meticulously prepared but very scanty. Salad was fine, but nothing special. The other dishes our group had (all fish dishes and one duck) were ok, but again, for the money not great and the portions were so small we had a snack when we got home. And we are not particularly big eaters. A lot of positive hype, but we wouldn't recommend. We won't go back.

Lyssia D.

Yelp
Phenomenal food, amazing service! Went for Mystery Monday on the recommendation of a friend. The food was delicious and creative and surpassed our expectations. Definitely will be back!

Kathy D.

Yelp
Visited on Monday Mystery Dinner night. Our dinners were amazing. The best we have had out in a long time. The mystery cocktails and wine are paired with the courses served. Before you order you let the server know if you have any allergies or aversions. The meals are items that were on past or future menus. You can also order from a fixes menu if not feeling quite as adventurous. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Yelp
Great quality food! I suggest the duck breast over the legs as the legs were a little dry but that's expected when comparing the 2 cuts. Octopus was delicious and the drinks are world class. A true hidden gem

Silas K.

Yelp
The food is great and the atmosphere is chill personally I would recommend the duck it is a little bit pricey but overall would recommend

Yelp
One of the best meals I have had here in Rhode Island. Everyone in my party was extremely pleased. Food was cooked to perfection! The only Neg is it is very dark to read the menu, I had to use the flashlight on my phone. I highly recommend anyone who loves flavor to visit this establishment.

Yelp
If you frequent the East Bay, you have probably driven past Metacom Kitchen many times without noticing it. It's tucked away on the right (east) side of Metacom Avenue between Child Street (Rte. 103) and Kickemuit Road in Warren. But based on our one and so far only meal there, Metacom Kitchen serves imaginative, superbly composed French-inspired cuisine and does so both efficiently and with charm. Word of mouth and other reviews strongly suggest that our delightful experience there was in no way an anomaly. Check out the menu and give it a try. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Simple decor along with amazing food. Came here after hearing about this place by word of mouth from other friends and strangers. They have a decent selection of beers and cocktails. Got the old fashioned and the vodka cucumber drink which were Aok. For food, we only got appetizers although they were really good. Got the braised rabbit and yellow fin tuna. Both had very unique flavors, were delicious and were nothing like what we've tasted before. Overall great experience. Doesn't look much from outside but the kitchen does all the talking. Would def be coming back here. Service was good as well. Only street parking.

Yelp
Wonderful flavors, a strong food focus, and nothing too fussy. I would definitely come back here. Our bartender/server, Steve, was knowledgeable but not pushy, and helped us navigate toward the most memorable dishes. We had the coriander and sea salt chicken wings, which were full of unique flavors and were perfectly seasoned. The duck breast and thigh was excellent, with crispy dick skin and succulent meat that wasn't at all overcooked. This restaurant is one of the funniest in the Providence area. Why not discover this gem for yourself?!

Mrs S.

Yelp
It was about my birthday dinner, my husband made a reservation for two. The staff greeted right away , and we seated comfortably. We ordered octopus and chickpea fried for appetizer. the octopus was on the top of crunchy quinoa was perfect. We both loved it , but i did not like the chickpea fried, it was mushy sticky texture inside. my husband didn't mind it . I had a black ink pasta with shrimp crumbles with lobster broth , I was surprised to see how small portion it was for main dish. It was about one tiny ladle of pasta! , and it was not adult portion; however, the flavor was great though, ... My husband had a duck dish with extra breast..my husband was happy about portion since he had extra, and it was cooked perfectly. We had a not regular creme brûlée, ( forgot what it was) , but it was weird flavor, and chocolate ones, didn't like them at all. Overall it was 4 stars , just because dessert was not great and portion issue, but my husband loved there, so for his birthday we will be back. p. s. we came back for his birthday dinner. Sadly they didn't acknowledge about his birthday even though I clearly mentioned it , so that reason, one star was removed to three stars we might give another shot sometime

John T.

Yelp
Excellent. You must try mystery Monday A variety of very different dishes. A different menu every Monday.

Ally H.

Yelp
Was taken to this place by a local and they raves about it the whole day leading up. Pastas we're excellent.

Yelp
Chef Rick is the BEST! Everything is so tasty. Fresh! Homemade. The vibe is European/French. It's a family affair...wife is hostess/so nice; daughter is also hostess/waitress. Excellent, attentive staff; they really care. You will always leave knowing you had a great experience! And we love Stephan-our favorite waiter (and he's French!)
google avatar

Alycia G.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and go on their mystery mondays! You will not be disappointed! Well unless you're a type A personality and can't relinquish control and decisions over your food choices. Just kidding... sort of. But in all honesty if you're in the mood to not have to decide and you'd like a fun evening out with excellent and creative dishes, this is the place. My bf and I went here and we each had the mystery monday meals and they brought us each different courses so we could taste each other's. It was all phenomenal and entertaining as well. We had no idea on what to expect but we were beyond thrilled with our dishes. The staff is great. Our service was exceptional. I honestly can't wait to go again. We also opted for mystery cocktails that they paired with our meals and even the drinks were good. The only thing we did order/choose was an appetizer of their chicken wings which were crispy, flavorful, and meaty. This is a great date night option!

Yelp
This place is always fantastic, you can tell they love to cook. The four of us Started out with the burratta, polenta puff, and beet salad appetizers with a fantastic orange thyme soda cocktail. Two of us love beets, but the four of us made quick work of all three.. . So fresh and light with baby carrots. Couldn't decide between an Albacore tuna and a duck special, Jess made them both sound so delicious. I went duck, but we had a shrimp & pasta dish, the tuna special and a moist delicious salmon entree that we all sampled from. Tuna was perfectly cooked and light.. duck was also perfectly cooked with a great sear that made duck lovers of the whole table. The bottle of Rosso helped lol Dessert and coffee drinks capped off an easy Monday dinner.. Service and food couldn't be better.. So glad we visited, we're never disappointed!

Yelp
Having eaten here many times, can honestly say "The Best that the East Bay has to offer, hands down!" Every time, every meal, every dish, perfect & spot on. Would high recommend for any and all occasions. Thank you for a job well done.

Maddie M.

Yelp
This is my favorite restaurant. Richard, the owner chef takes traditional items and elevates them to a level that will make your mouth and eyes rejoice! I have always been delighted with each and every visit. Each dish is fabulous.Worth the drive.Thank you Richard.

Charles V.

Yelp
MK has the atmosphere of a small neighborhood pub with very good food and service. The menu is limited and the portions small, but the prices are not. The bar is right next to the dining area, so the noise transference between the two is noticeable and at times objectionable. A few loud voices in the dining area can ruin the dining experience. Sound attenuation needs to be addressed.

Yelp
Loved the mystery Monday dinner. Three people totally loved every bite. Thanks to the chef!

Yelp
What a refreshing dining experience in a place where, up until now, amazing food has been a little hard to come by. Metacom Kitchen exemplifies the art of thoughtful and meticulous menu planning and professional execution. The plating is the most impressive part, aside from the sheer deliciousness of the dishes. I tried this place out on a whim, going with my gut feeling that I would not be let down. Let down, I was not; impressed and stunned, I was. Metacom Kitchen has only been open for a little while now, but they have picked up a lot of momentum and made a huge splash in such a short time. I ordered an Old Fashioned (the bartender was super friendly) along with "Today's Oysters" with lemongrass, white soy, and lime mignonette, served over a bed of seaweed salad. So. Good. For my entree I picked the hanger steak which was the most amazing thing I've ever tasted. I am usually a fast eater, but for this, I ate slowly, savoring every bite as it melted in my mouth. The hanger steak was served with shallots, oyster mushrooms, and endive that had been cooked in a red wine reduction. Dessert was a "comfy" peach and plum cobbler with (I think) homemade granola and sunflower seeds. This place will be around for awhile. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu - it was so hard to pick since everything sounded so good. The beer menu looked awesome, if you are into IPAs and saisons - and they had some cool looking infused whiskey on the menu board as a special. The service was friendly and professional, and from almost every seat you can see the open kitchen and the team working hard. Metacom Kitchen has a comfortable, casual atmosphere (which is plentiful), yet the upscale ambiance and decor provide something that few places in the area do. Gone are the days of being served 4x more greasy, carby food than you really need and here are the ones to savor and enjoy.

Yelp
We had a wonderful meal with the Metacom Kitchen. This was not the place we were going to, but is where we ended up! The precious restaurant had us outside and it was too windy. They could not accommodate us inside. We called Metacom and though it was an hour prior to the kitchen closing they took our reservation. The meal was GREAT, service wonderful and the drinks divine! I had the duck special and added an extra piece. It melted in my mouth. The chicken was also phenomenal. Can't wait to come back! We will again... also I left my phone and glasses, they stayed until I returned back to get them. What a wonderful restaraunt!!!! Would give them six stars if I could...

Yelp
The Providence Restaurant week is a good time to know different restaurants. I always look at restaurants in the Providence area but discovered that there are a few restaurants outside of Providence that joins it. We came across Metacom Kitchen located in Warren and called in to reserve for a Friday night dinner. I ordered the duck confit... that was excellently done. I prefer mine cooked medium and it was crispy and moist. For dessert I had the ice cream sandwich- that was incredibly good as well. While my husband had the pasta, it was superb! The cheesecake dessert was just as good. The servings are small but since I am limiting my calorie intake, it got the perfect portions. Surely, I will be back. This restaurant is a great find , located in a conspicuous and unassuming place.

Yelp
Hubby brought me to Metacom Kitchen for my bday. We were very surprised by the interior of the restaurant. From the outside, it looks like a small dive restaurant. Once inside, you realize that it's more than just that. The menu is streamlined to a few carefully put together options. We started off with the crispy short ribs. I wish there was a little more sauce added to this dish. Homemade sourdough bread and garlic butter were also delicious. I had the Campanella pasta and the hubby had the pasta special. I appreciate that they have half portions as an option. We ended with the brioche. The red miso ice cream was a delightful addition. Overall, we really liked Metacom Kitchen and would love to go back to explore the menu a little more.

Yelp
Yum! It was a Friday night and we were told that if we came by there was a front table we could have, so we scurried over. We got there and quickly decided to sit at the bar, as there's only one door separating the restaurant from outside so even though we were 20+ feet away from the door we could feel a breeze whenever someone stepped in or out. I feel bad for whoever was unlucky enough to get the front table. Anyway, the bartender (Steve, is he the owner?) is awesome. He was attentive without being too attentive, and was more than happy to talk to us about the menu. I had the short ribs (with a poached egg on top) and it was excellent, if a little on the small side. From beginning to end our meal was really nice, and their beer selection, although small, is well-thought out. I am docking a star due to the door situation (they need to install something to help), the portions were a bit on the small side, and I saw other patrons with fresh bread that we were never offered. However, these are small issues in what was a wonderful dinner.

Yelp
Over the past few years, I have been dying to try Metacom Kitchen but was never able to get a table. Boy, were we lucky today! We were a walk in and, although the hostess had most of the tables filled with reservations, we were able to get a very roomy and private table right away! Our server was very attentive and where do I even get started about the food?!?! I was not very hungry, so my husband and I split the Chickpea Fries and I just had the beet salad for my entree. The flavors were so intense that I felt incredibly full by the end! PS - do yourself a favor and get the Metacom Mule. It was truly one of the best cocktails I've had in a long while.

Yelp
I went into here not knowing really what to expect. To be honest, the outside of the restaurant left me filled with a bit of dread, perhaps even my own will to continue the journey I had embarked on. However, then under the intense pressure of my mistress who accompanied me, I was determined to make it inside the restaurant. Once I entered, that's when the real adventure began. I was immediately overwhelmed and shocked that the inside of the restaurant was so stunning. I began to question myself and everything I have ever done in my life at this point as things began to become a bit more intriguing. My mistress and I started off with a plate of crispy wings.....simply delectable, and then I got the chicken breast, and she got the pasta shortrib dish. All the food was beyond incredible.....I think we may have both cried. To illustrate this point, I have to rethink about the events that have happened in my life up to this point. When I was nine years old, on my birthday, my parents bought me a quad. I cannot tell you how amazing that experience was, the amount of excitement that loomed over every second riding the four wheeler around the yard. The experience here at this restaurant was all-to-familiar to that feeling I had when I was nine years old. The experience was intense....from the entering, to the drinks, the incredible service, the food, and unfortunately being too full to order dessert.....the regrets we live with in life right? Without chaos there can be no calamity as they say, and without the amazing restaurants in the world like Metacom, there can be no McDonalds. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all who are interested, but remember to update your life insurance policy, will, etc., because there is a good chance you will choose to not leave. Eventually your family will come looking for you, but it's pointless, because if they find you, they won't be able to leave as well. The closest comparison I can make, is to compare this restaurant to a black hole.....whatever enters cannot escape. You have been warned....

Natalia G.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place a better rating but my boyfriend didn't enjoy his dinner as much as I did. For appetizers, we ordered the beet salad which was very different but good. His drink was not what he had ordered on the menu although I really liked mine. I had the basil campanelle which was good but there was hardly any burrata in it. My boyfriend had a fish special which had a lot of ingredients missing from the plate as well. I was going to call it back but he didn't want to. He had to eat a bit of my pasta in order to not leave feeling hungry. The dessert however was very good! For the price, we weren't as satisfied as we wished. I will try to come back and hopefully have a different experience because I did see the potential. Just keep in mind that customers are expecting a reflection of what they read on the menu.

Yelp
Chef Rick Allaire is amazing and has been recognized for outstanding contribution by the James Beard Foundation. Steve the bartender is a mensch who will learn what type of wine your wife loves and will have a new variation available upon repeat visits. The feel of this place is french bistro and the food is next level great. Monday's are chef's choice and I couldn't stop smiling when I last enjoyed a light pasta with duck confit. Try the chickpea fries to start and don't pass on the bread which is also crazy good. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this is absolutely one of our top three restaurants of all time.

Yelp
Tonight was my second visit, I'll be back. We did the Mystery Dinner, every course and every plate was amazing. Service was great, ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are clean yet complex

Yelp
Went last week for a birthday dinner. Service was excellent. Appetizers were the highlight for me; especially the chickpea fries and seared tuna. We ordered a second round of each. For my entree I chose the vegetarian pasta option -- it was subtle but really good.

Yelp
This restaurant is beyond words. We've tried probably nearly 50 different dishes as we do the tasting menu often and EVERY dish has been GREAT. The prices are very reasonable, the drinks are delicious, the service is wonderful. We really feel welcomed there. We are moving down south soon and will be back multiple times a year just for this restaurant!
