The best retail experience I’ve ever had, and I have had many. Everyone here was so kind, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about the brand. We could have talked for hours if the store wasn’t closing! The product here is fantastic. It is far, far better than anything you can get at a big luxury house at comparable or even lower price points. Amazing leather goods that are clearly crafted with care and a reverence for history and other fine objects (vintage cars, luxury watch boxes, etc.) We even got to meet THE founder and designer, she was amazing and couldn’t have been more pleasant. You can tell she cares deeply about craft.
I would like to give an extra big shout out to Ben who helped me and my partner, and got us into some amazing pieces. What a fun and nice person to work with. Everyone here knew EXACTLY what I was looking for without even having to describe it. Thank you all!! You’ve earned a lifelong customer.
