"Stop into any of Metro Pizza’s locations for Pizzaiolo John Arena’s New York pizza. Arena has won countless local and national awards and even taught a pizza-making class at UNLV. Sure, the expansive menu has pasta, salads, sandwiches and appetizers, like garlic and Romano cheese fries and minestrone soup — but you’re best served by ordering a pie or two." - Janna Karel

I absolutely love Metro Pizza! The staff is always super friendly and the food is always hot and well cooked. The appetizer bread is still great - hot and fresh. My go-to pizza is the Gotham, it's always a favorite. The boys love the metro with pepperoni. And don't even get me started on the desserts - the NY cheesecake was perfect, smooth and creamy with a light crust. The real star was the carrot cake. As a self-proclaimed carrot cake connoisseur, I have to say this was out of this world. The carrots were perfect and the cake was moist. If you visit, do yourself a favor and try the carrot cake - you won't be disappointed. Overall, Metro Pizza is a must-visit spot for delicious food in a casual setting.

Was a great place unitl I ordered for delivery and the y left my pizza on the ground never rang the doorbell or anything. I was so embarrassed. I was raving about Metro to my niece on how awesome and delicious there pizza was.....and we got cold burnt pizza that was on the ground.

Google
Metro Pizza is the best tasting pizza available in our city. The crust is flavorful, fluffy on the inside and delightfully crisp on the outside. Their pizza sauce is incredible too. It tastes like wine and fresh tomatoes stewed for hours. I rarely take the time to review a restaurant but Metro Pizza on Horizon Ridge in Henderson is pizza excellence and worth every one of your hard earned dollars. Thank you for all of the consistently great meals over the years.

Google
We love this place. Pizza is always amazing. Staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is what you'd call "happy family", because who won't be happy with pizza? 😆 Also, their Amarena Cherry ice-cream is by far my favorite ice-cream in the world. Tip: if you get the Metro crust, ask for it well done as it doesn't seem to get properly based otherwise...

Google

Google
We have been ordering takeout and the pizza has been absolutely delicious! It's only about a 7 minute drive home and the pizza is still piping hot, the mozzarella triangles have a delicious crunch and a nice cheese pull. This is our new favorite place!

Google
2.4 stars took 50 minutes to get our pizza they made 3 dropped one another idk what happen they brought out a 1/3 of a pizza and in the end brought out a messed up one in a box. The anti paste salad was horrible cheese and meat seemed like the cheap prerolled ones. Will say the crust is great.

Glenn Farquharson

Google
The pizza is amazing. I picked up a large stockyard and some cheesy garlic bread. So damn good. If you don't know what a stockyard is...then you better call and get you one!!!

Yelp
Five Star All Around Food Service in ambiance and to add one the price very reasonable very reasonable comfortable place ... I'm very impressed at this age of my life at 76 years old to like a place so much .

Dave M.

Yelp
Hadn't been to Metro pizza in a year but wanted to try again. I order the 86th Street Square Pie (Lg) . It won't be ready for an hour? Ok. No problem. I show up in 45 minutes (15 minutes before they said it would be ready). I walk in and the pizza is ready now? Ok, good. I take it to the car and the pizza is COLD. It seems like at $42 for one pizza, you could at least finish cooking it. Here is what is worse (at least to me): They had sent this text: ~~~~~~~~ Hey Dave! This is Metro Pizza Your order will be ready for pickup today at 7:49 PM. If you have any problems, please call +17024584769. We'd love to hear your thoughts - please leave us feedback! https://metropizza.com/greenvalley/order/order/DOgpGMKn5NBD?reviewItem=true Sent by Owner ~~~~~~ I took the time to send you feedback about a cold pizza...and you can't even respond and say sorry? Ok, then I guess I will write a yelp review.

N. R.

Yelp
Today I gave metro another chance. BAD IDEA. I ordered online for pick up. They tell me 6pm. Then I get a text that says 6:10pm. I show up around 615 and they tell me 5 more minutes. I eneded up standing in the waiting area for 30 min. They kept telling me 5 more min. This place really went downhill. All the employees don't care. Time to find a new local pizza spot. Won't be back. If you order a pizza make sure you show up 20 minutes after they tell you.

Michael K.

Yelp
This is easily one of my favorite pizza spots in Vegas. Food always taste fresh and delicious. We started off with their delicious garlic knots. My daughter likes plan pepperoni. For the adults, we got the spring street (10/10) and the loop stuffed pizza.

Milliniium A.

Yelp
The cashier Gonneria in your Henderson location was extremely rude. She shouldn't be taking no orders from loyal customers.

Courtney C.

Yelp
I prefer a thick crust. But if you like thinner or regular crust this is not bad. Just needs more sauce and more toppings and more cheese.

Kevin F.

Yelp
This is more than anything a John Arena appreciation post. One of the best ever do it in Las Vegas, John has managed to produce are gonna be the top pizza in the city for decades now. We were lucky enough to get a special tasting today from John and Sam at this Green Valley location. It did not disappoint. Almost a year removed from another epic tasting last year at the Sky Pointe location, John delivered some of his classic pies, as well as a few newbies that included some fresh (and highly successful) attempts on the Chicago Tavern Style (the REAL Chicago pizza-IYKYK), which were insanely good. He hit a grand slam with all three, especially the Meatball, Roasted Pepper, Ricotta, Tomato Sauce tavern style and then second, which featured Pepperoncini, Marinated Feta, Tomato Sauce, Soppressata. The Triple Play with Thin Crust, Mozzarella, Tomato Sauce, Triple-Portion Chicago Sausage took me back home without having to Kung Fu battle family members for the tiny corner pieces we all covet. It's a lucky Sunday to have a world pizza champion take the wheel for an extensive tasting. Our city is blessed with so much great cuisine that it's easy to take such excellence for granted. John is a class act and arguably the best pizzaiolo in town. He truly is the OG of the Vegas pizza scene. Thank you, John Arena. You are one of a kind and the epitome of "good people."

Cindy G.

Yelp
Probably the best pizza in the Vegas area, especially compared to prices on the strip. Don't bother with the other items on the menu. The subs, spaghetti are awful. It detracts from the restaurant. Stick with the pizza.

Jose P.

Yelp
First let me talk about parking, it's limited but not too much of a problem, just feels compact. Food was good, took over 40 mins to receive 2 small pizza along with two different sides of fries. It wasn't that busy, so maybe there were a lot of pick up orders? Not sure but when it did arrive it was great. Customer service wasn't bad but wasn't great as well. We didn't get the "welcome to metro pizza" feeling. I've been in places where customer service was horrible so compared to those places it was mediocre here. Overall, good spot to get some pizza if you're in Henderson, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here if you're anywhere 20 mins away.

Mike L.

Yelp
Ok quiz time...What is better than a slice of pizza..? Well two slices of course (trick question...hehe). Friday night and off for the weekend. So what's good to kick it off but a pizza, oh yes and a calzone from Metro. We did an order to go and they were certainly busy on a Friday night. I arrived and had to wait roughly an extra 20 minutes or so and the girl behind the desk kept coming back around checking on my ordering and giving me updates. Great customer service. Her name was something like herdell??? Anyway good food and good customer service always a winning combination.

Lianni L.

Yelp
My bfs work got this for them an he raved about how good it was, so I wanted to give this place a try. We placed an online order about 530pm and at that time it said it would take about 40 min for the order, so be prepared to wait or order in advance. We pull up and there are tons of cars picking up a to go order (good sign, means it's popular). We got the Milano and the Margherita + garlic knots. All was really good! But my fave combo was dipping the Milano in the marinara sauce YUM!! I liked that the pizza was not extremely greasy, it seemed like the ingredients are high quality or even homemade, and the food was delicious.

Michael U.

Yelp
With Las Vegas consistently named one of America's top ten cities for Pizza, it is impossible to imagine any of that would have happened without cousins John Arena and Sam Facchini, the two New Yorkers who opened Metro Pizza in 1980 and unknowingly ushered in decades of memories built on Flour, Sauce and Cheese. Now with six locations, including outposts at McCarran International Airport and Ellis Island Casino, it is under the banner of "America's Neighborhood Pizzeria" that the team at Metro Pizza has built a reputation based on Ingredients, practice and knowledge, Chef Arena's accolades stretching globally to the point where he has even judged at the annual Napoli Pizza Village Festival. Familiar with Metro Pizza on Decatur and Sky Pointe Drive, but on this date opting to visit the Green Valley store, it is upon entry that guests will recognize a floor plan carried over from up north, service every bit as friendly from hostess stand to seats while familiar radio hits play quietly overhead. Recently introducing a new menu, less volume and more focus allowing staff an opportunity to highlight techniques best learned through repetition, it was while sipping Iced Tea that lunch began with Metro's complimentary Bread plus an upcoming Salad including Fruit, Nuts, Vinaigrette and Chicken Milanese. Always happy to let John cook, and more so enthralled by his encyclopedic knowledge of Pizza, it was alongside signature Garlic Romano Fries that five Pies were served simultaneously, Old New York a classic trio on voluptuous Crust while "The Gotham" delivers Supreme styling complete with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and three types of Meat. Onward to a "Triple Play" of Sausage on crispy rectangles the cold-fermented 86th Street is defiantly light despite its thickness, and whether served with or without Toppings there remains no better Sicilian Pizza tasted anywhere in the world to this day. Testing two new "Tavern Pies" on a willing group of twelve, Meatballs with Roasted Peppers and Ricotta besting Soppressata with Feta and Pepperoncini on crackling Crust that still retains some flexibility, Metro's "718" Calzone remains a subtle nod to Brooklyn gifting guests with lightly fried Dough on this day filled with Ham and molten Whipped Ricotta. Impressed that something fried can eat so light, Metro Pizza's lengthy fermentation process combined with Chef Arena's 50+ years of experience assuredly responsible, it was from a tray carried by Sam's Granddaughter that Metro's Cannoli completed the afternoon with filling still made daily by John's nonagenarian Father.

Yelp
WHERES THE BEEF!!! Been going to Metro over 30 years and have never had a complaint, until now. Ordered a meatball sub for the first ever and it was, of course, delicious. But there was hardly any meatball. Like one meatball was sliced and spaced out on the roll. I've ordered hundreds of subs over 50 years and have NEVER had a sliced up meatball. There are always 3 or 4 full meatballs. And this for $11.75????? I felt cheated.

Michelle P.

Yelp
Went on a Friday night, Only waited about 20 minutes! The meatlovers pizza and Domenica salad were so good!! The canoli was so crunchy and creamy. Our waiter was attentive . Also it's a big establishment so it wasn't too noisy. Definitely recommend !

Eric M.

Yelp
Great service, good portions and reasonable pricing. Our group shared a thin crust Modesto speciality pizza and the Tuscan salad. Fresh bread came warm to the table and we had a great view of the televisions for the VGK game. Lots of competition for pizza in Vegas these days but Metro never disappoints!

Sandi R.

Yelp
I haven't been to Metro Pizza in years. Now, all of sudden, I have been there twice in two weeks. The first time I went with two other people and we shared a large with pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers and it was delicious. I never order a pizza with meat but I didn't order. Anyway, the dough was just crunchy enough and the sauce was flavorful and plentiful. The second time was last week at a different location I ordered a small cheese, thin crust and well done. Once again, just enough sauce to ensure the crustiness and plenty of cheese. The service at both locations was exemplary and the ambiance very nice. We were a group of about 40 people and were given separate checks with no problems. I won't wait so long before returning to a Metro Pizza.

Stephanie J.

Yelp
The Stella!!!! It is so bomb and the pantheon was delicious also. Great neighborhood pizzeria with good food.

Eros H.

Yelp
First time trying Metro and it didn't disappoint its very good especially the Gotham Modesto Bleeker and Hawaiian. Yes we had four kind of pizza and everything was good. Our server Lauren gave us a very wonderful service with her beautiful welcoming smile.

Jesica B.

Yelp
Your website and yelp do not have Tuesdays as delivery and pick up only. It has it open as if we can come sit down . We looked on both website and yelp This was very disappointing to get your family there and meet friends only to find this out when the Doors were locked and we had to call. This was inconvenient to drive and then to find another place to drive and eat . Please change your site to state no dining on Tuesday's

George T.

Yelp
We went to the Horizon ridge one. Had a large pizza, half meat lovers/ half white pizza and mozzarella sticks. Everything was very good but the place was soooo busy but the service was awesome and pretty fast, we didn't have to wait long at all for our food. The staff was super nice and fast, they got it together!! Will be going back.

Sushifan F.

Yelp
Ordered an 86th street pizza with pepperoni for delivery by Ubereats and pizza arrived with no pepperoni. One simple pizza and they couldn't get it right. Do better!

Eric H.

Yelp
Highly overrated. Pizza has little taste and the sauce is just ok. Marcos is simply way better for a third of the price.

Jim K.

Yelp
I can 't believe I haven't written a review of Metro Pizza. We have visited Metro on Horizon Ridge many times. We don't have one negative reaction over so many years. Being pizzaholics means you go to a number of places, but you don't go back to ones that don't reach an acceptable level. Metro Pizza has always exceeded that "Mendoza Line". We really like Metro's garlic knots. We tried their Fried Mozzarella wedges tonight. They were good, larger than most restaurants' mozzarella sticks. We wish we would have been given a larger amount of marinara sauce on our to-go order. We've never had an issue picking up to-go orders. They always ask if you would like parmesan cheese and red peppers. We now have the habit of getting some of the wonderful gelatos they have for sale in the to-go area. Try the coconut. It really surprised us! I'm sure one day we will try something other than pizza from Metro. We anticipate it will be quite tasty.

Tricia R.

Yelp
When you walk into the restaurant the smell of burnt crust hits you so that is a little off putting. But the seating area was pleasant. It was our first time there and we tried an Eastside Spring Street pizza. Unfortunately was extremely bland...The fresh basil was the only flavor that you could taste. It wasn't inedible and we ate it because we were hungry and I never send food back. (too many horror stories 'real or not' of getting your food spit into or worse) We obviously made a mistake and should have tried one of the more traditional pizzas. Then there was our server... She was so anxious to have us order within the first 60 seconds after being seated and then ended up leaving us high and dry after we were served. She finally came by when we were almost finished and asked if we would like refills on our drinks. We said yes please. She said she'd "be right back with our drinks and a pitcher of water".... She never came back... We sat there waiting not wanting to eat our last slice without anything to drink and finally flagged another employee down who was able to help. She came over after he served us and apologized for getting distracted. So between the bland pizza and being forgotten we won't go back.

George C.

Yelp
When we walked in the smell of pizza was amazing ! Our food was fantastic, but a big shout out to Russell, our waiter, who was exceptional, very personable, very attentive!

K R.

Yelp
8/23: So...Metro Pizza sends out emails advertising $7.77 off of large pizzas "today" from 2-5pm when you order online & enter a code but when you attempt to use the code, it doesn't work. When you call to inquire about the issue, they advise that they're not honoring the deal due to the complication they're experiencing applying the discount code. ‍ 8/24: Due to yesterday's issue, they offered $8.88 for the same large pizza deal from 2-5pm today. Doesn't work. Called... there's nothing they can do.

Taylor D.

Yelp
My husband and I have tried so many pizza places in the Henderson/Vegas area, but none of them compare to Metro! One thing about Metro that I particularly appreciate is their consistency. We order pizza at least twice a month and it is always delicious! While it's a bit pricey- we think it's worth it. Also, they have the best ranch and a nice gelato selection!

Kathy C.

Yelp
Hadn't been for a few years. Had a pizza with a side salad. Still delicious and service was great! I'm ready to go again

Angela C.

Yelp
I've been going here for almost 15 years and it has always been consistent. We've had a few parties here and they're always so accommodating. The service is always quick as well. The nuclear fries have always been a favorite for our family, they're perfectly hot and go well with the ranch dip. The bread is super good too, it's easy to get filled up on. Every pizza I've had is delicious and I know it's gonna be good. My husbands favorite is the stockyard pizza, it's so massive that it provides him a few days worth of lunches. Our favorite salad is the Tuscan. It's delicious and always fresh. Our drinks always stay filled up and everything at metro is so amazing. We've never tried the desserts but they do look tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Tom W.

Yelp
We go here three to four times per month. Just love their pizza. Prices are reasonable and service is great. Highly recommend!

CINDY L.

Yelp
My husband was out of town on business one day recently, so I thought this would be the perfect time to order a thin crust pizza, but with MY favorite toppings, instead of our usual plain cheese. Metro Pizza was pretty close, and I had picked up a pizza from them one time before, and enjoyed it, plus they offered both of my favorite toppings, so I decided to place an order from their App directly for delivery. We are only a 5 minute, maximum drive away, so I figured delivery should be reasonably fast and smooth. Boy oh boy, was I wrong! After waiting an exceptionally long time for their assigned delivery window, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my delivery to arrive! It ended up being very close to one and one half hours of waiting for my food, no exaggeration! I was getting more and more frustrated by the minute, knowing that had I not been in lots of chronic pain from the day, I could've picked up my order and been done eating, long before, "this" delivery arrived. I decided to call them to find out where my order was, when alas, I heard a knock on our door. Finally!!!!!!!!!!!! The female delivery driver, didn't apologize or anything, she just handed me my food and bolted to her car. I had already pre-tipped her on my bill, so why should she care, I guess? My pizza was handed to me cold, with zero warmth left in it! The small mushroom and green olive pie didn't even look appetizing cold, but I spent a fortune on it, so I fired up the toaster over to heat it up. In the meantime, I had also ordered a house salad, so I wanted to dig into to that. To my dismay, my otherwise decent looking salad arrived with store bought croutons loaded on top. A restaurant, that offers various Italian dishes in addition to their pizza, couldn't even bother to easily make their own croutons? I tasted one, and it very closely reminded me of some cheap-o, heavily salted and seasoned croutons I had the misfortune of buying one time, yuch! So now I had to remove all the excessive croutons from my salad before I could even eat that! What an incredible awful journey that evening had turned out to be. Even reheated, my pizza seriously disappointed me. The crust was "off" and it lacked the great flavor from the sauce, that one should expect. It wasn't the worst pizza I've ever eaten, but on a grading scale as ordered, I'd give this pizza a C- /D+ at best. After paying a premium for the olives on my pizza, above what the mushrooms were, to find that they maybe sliced up five or six small olives, tops, for the entire pie, I thought I couldn't get more aggravated. The profit line on a pizza and it's toppings is already extremely high, and they have to get skimpy!!! I don't often write scathing reviews, but people have the right to know ahead of time, what they have to look forward to if they order delivery through Metro Pizza in Henderson Nevada. The answer is nothing! This restaurant is a mid-high priced pizza place that offers a selection of pasta dishes, etc., not a five star fine dining establishment. Though it was a disastrous pizza and salad splurge for me, nobody else should ever receive that kind of lackluster service, and waist their hard earned money as far as I'm concerned. In good conscience, and in spite of knowing the robust business this restaurant often does, if you dine in, I can not recommend it based on that fateful evening I decided to order from them. There are other places in the general vicinity that won't disappoint. Unfortunately for me, very few offer that thin crust or my loved green olive topping I enjoy on occasion. My advice is to look elsewhere!

Richard B.

Yelp
Love the ambiance, decor! Is easy to talk to the family not too noisy. Excellent pizza, recommend it all! The warm bread is perfect!

Pete V.

Yelp
This is the best pizza in Vegas! Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. I go here about once a week. Try it!

Victoria L.

Yelp
Had this pizza place bookmarked on Yelp per good reviews/word of mouth. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy, I'd say most booths were filled but plenty of tables were available. The inside of the restaurant is fun the design really screams pizza shop. My kids loved it! It smelled delicious inside as well. My family ordered "family style" by splitting a large Dinner Salad between my husband and I. It was a generous serving for the both of us. It was a typical garden salad out of a bag, but it was still tasty none the less. What really jazzed it up was the Ranch dressing. Holy smokes they've got great Ranch! We ordered a basket of fries, plain for my husband and I to share with our children. They were delicious, hot, crispy and perfectly cooked and seasoned. We then all shared a large Abbondanza Pizza(meat lovers: pepperoni, ham, ground beef and sausage). The pizza was huge! We took half of it home. It was delicious, the crust was crispy and flakey cooked to perfection with toasty bubbles all over. The sauce was great too, very simple with a slight sweetness. Toppings were tasty. Obviously this pizza is covered in Pepperoni, Sausage and Ground Beef so it was quite oily because of it. Not enough to bother me. Service was friendly and prompt. Waitress was very kind to us and our children. They had kids placemat menus that they were able to color on. My kids always enjoy when we go to a restaurant that provides them. Next visit I'm hoping to get more adventurous with our order. We had to keep it relatively mild for our young children. I was also intrigued by the different appetizers as well as desserts. The parking lot is interesting, around the front of the restaurant it is one way. So we just opted to bark behind the restaurant. Enjoyed dining at Metro Pizza! Would definitely Dine there again.

Randall B.

Yelp
I remember reading a review of Metro Pizza several years ago, and the reviewer wrote that no matter which administration is in power in D.C., whenever the President flies into Las Vegas for an event, Metro Pizza gets the call from the White House Press Corps traveling with him. There must be a reason why, right? Yup: Other deep dish pizza crusts taste as memorable as cardboard, but try a bite of Metro's 86th Street Square Pie or Brooklyn Jr & you'll be impressed with the flavor - there's a lot going on - Metro offers an impressive menu, and even a large pizza w/ "just" extra cheese (for the kids) tastes better than other places.

P T.

Yelp
The food was bland ....no flavor at all! I should have stayed home and made the food myself....disappointed. Baked ziti tasted like old spaghetti and the garlic fries were soggy!

Alice S.

Yelp
my husband and I tried Metro pizza the other night. I ordered a medium Milano pizza which was great The taste was fantastic and so was the crust but... I had it delivered and it took an hour and 20 minutes and they charge me a $7.00 service fee. Going forward I will just go in and pick it up. Oh yeah and the pizza was lukewarm. Almost on the cool side.

Natalie B.

Yelp
Tried this place about a month ago for the first time - dang, I've been missing out! My friend and I couldn't decide one which pizza we wanted because there were so many options that sounded good -- so we got 2 lol we tried the small Milano (white pizza) and the Stella (gotta ask for it, not listed on the menu and takes a bit longer to make). The Stella was so delicious! The meatballs folded into the crust were so tender and full of flavor. I wasn't much of a fan of the Milano but my friend liked it. The bread that they start you off with is super delicious too! I took a cannoli to go - also delish!Looking forward to going back!

Fatu F.

Yelp
This was the worst pizza I have ever ate!!! I tried giving it to my dog, she didn't even eat it. After wasting over $30 on one pizza I had to go to canes and spend more because I was starving. The whole top of each piece literally fell off where only dough was left. Tasted cheap I couldn't even finish one piece. Customer service wasn't bad

Teresa J.

Yelp
I ordered Baked ziti with salad. The portion is good for 3 meals. Great flavor and lotsa cheese! The service was outstanding. My hubby ordered Modesto pizza. Got a resounding thumbs up!

Paul M.

Yelp
My family & I have been coming here since we moved from NY 5 1/2 years ago. Our go-to pies are the large 86th Street pie & the Brooklyn Jr. Until recently, they were perfect. However, the last 3 times we ordered either of them, the folks in the kitchen burned the hell out of the crust. I think what they're trying to achieve is a properly baked, crispy crust with slightly dark edges. Not uncommon in NY. Unfortunately, whatever they're doing to achieve the effect isn't working. The first two times this happened, the cashiers apologized and issued a refund (one of them gave us a free dessert as well - not exactly a substitute for a ruined dinner). The third time (Friday, 11/21/22), the cashier explained to me that the crust was supposed to be that way (???!). As transplanted New Yorkers, our biggest food challenge in Vegas has been to find pizza that comes close to what we had back East. Metro Pizza did the trick - until recently. I hope that changes soon. Until then, the search continues elsewhere.

L O.

Yelp
Probably the best pizza we had so far in Vegas. Its a little pricey but worth it. We ordered to go but next time we'll eat inside of the restaurant.

Kymberly F.

Yelp
Absolutely love this pizza spot! Everything tastes so fresh and perfect! Highly recommend their Margherita pizza and the Zamboni pizza!

Abba E.

Yelp
This is the best place to order take-out pizza in Henderson. If you want hot , fresh and best tasting, I highly recommend using a delivery service for take-out only because in-house delivery could be a problem due to staffing shortages. They do need to improve their packaging due to the seriousness of contamination and Covid19. Recommended delivery with UberEats.

Nanette B.

Yelp
Absolute best pizza hands down! I've been going to Metro since the 1980's! Our favorites are the large cheese pizza, chicken fingers and gelato . I just wish they would bring back the spumoni gelato!

Dan S.

Yelp
I have to come to Metro Pizza quite a few times over the years. Out of all those times, I have only not enjoyed my visit once, which was the time I wrote my review. I decided that today was the day I updated that. Even though the restaurant has multiple locations, they do a good job at making it feel like a family place. The staff all do a good job, especially Mark who is the cog that makes the wheel go. Their lunch specials are some of the most reasonable out there as you can get a small pizza, salad, and drink for $10. I almost always go with a cheese pizza and a Caesar salad. Their Caesar dressing and ranch dressing are both delicious, which is not always easy to find. If you are looking for a good quick lunch or a good pizza for dinner, definitely come to Metro.

Lanny L.

Yelp
Hate to give a low review but the last two times ordering takeout the chicken fingers were very small. One was the size of my thumb and the fries were much fewer than when we dine in. Major bummer. I recommend dining in to get the most for your money.

Kayla R.

Yelp
It's been a while, so had to update my review since I ordered from here last week. My parents asked us to come over and pick up some pizza, so I knew I had to call in an order to Metro Pizza (it also doesn't hurt that it's on the way to their house haha). Called in my order during these crazy times and was told it would be about a 40 minute timeframe. Not terrible, but would have thought it would be sooner. Right now, I believe they are only open for pickup and delivery, as when I arrived, their dining area was totally closed and dark. I ordered a mushroom and sausage pizza and a half cheese and half pepperoni. Both large pizzas. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was so nice. The customer service is always top notch here. The pizza was still hot when we got to my parents house. We ended up devouring them, so I didn't even get a picture of the pies haha. Metro Pizza has some of the most delicious pizza ever. It's seriously so good. Not too greasy, delicious sauce to cheese ratio, and just really tasty. It's always consistent and always so good. Great local pizzeria to support on your next pizza night in!

Yelp
Solid pizza. I've had better, but this definitely gets the job done. The sauce is on the sweet side. I guess that could be good or bad depending on your taste and on what kind of mood you're in. I enjoyed it. The dough was pretty good. A little bit on the thick and chewy side, but it also had some airiness to it and some crunch on the exterior. Overall, there are three places here in Vegas that I think are a step above Metro: Settebello, Those Guys Pies, and Pizza Rock. Settebello is more classic Italian style. The dough and the ingredients overall are fresher. The other two I think have deeper and stronger flavors, whereas Metro is sweeter and simpler. But Metro is still good. I'm from NY, and most places I've been to in Vegas I wouldn't return to. That isn't the case for Metro. I enjoyed it and could see myself going back if I'm in the mood.
