⭐️ 0 Stars – A Disgrace to the Metro Pizza Name! I’ve been a long-time fan of Metro Pizza, especially the Tropicana location which consistently delivers quality food and great service. Unfortunately, the Sky Pointe location is a complete embarrassment to the brand. The pizza I received was undercooked, soggy, and borderline inedible. It tasted like no one in the kitchen had any clue what they were doing. This wasn’t just a one-time issue—it reflects a serious lack of care and professionalism from the entire staff, from the cooks to the manager. It’s shocking that this location carries the Metro Pizza name at all. Compared to the Tropicana location, this place feels like a completely different—and far inferior—operation. Frankly, the staff here should be replaced if Metro wants to salvage its reputation in this area. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. If you want *real* Metro Pizza, go to Tropicana.

Ordering expensive pizza is a luxury for me and my family in today’s economy. I decided to treat myself and buy a $35 large pizza for the family. I purchased the Zambhoni. Pizza was extremely soggy in the center. We picked up slices and the cheese and topping slide right off. Very disappointed. The one time I decide to spend 4x my money at a high end pizza place the quality was terrible. I am better off buying a $10 pizza at Pizza Hut. My hard earned money wasted and very disappointed. I expected better. With costs of food and dining so high, I highly doubt I’ll spend my money here again. Photos below show my the soggy pizza. The bread is visibly wet on the bottom.

Google
This placed surprised up with very tasty pizza (we're from NYC and it's hard to find decent pizza around here). We ordered the thin crust pepperoni. A 12 inch was $22 but it was more than enough for two people. It was covered in pepperoni, which was very spicy. Before the pizza came they served freshly baked bread and butter. In the back they have cakes and gelato for sale. We'll definitely go back and try some of their other items.

Google
I was Impressed! Customer service was amazing everyone had an upbeat attitude and attentive to customers. I ordered a supreme pizza and garlic knots. Pizza was very good, quality ingredients. Will try another pizza next time to see if the white sauce is better. The Garlic Knot…..INSANELY GOOD! Best knots ive had in vegas so far( I eat alot of pizza and knots) the Marinara is very good!

Google
This is definitely a 9.0 Score Pizza 🍕 A Most Have, This Pizza is in a very special class. I normally don’t like Pepperoni on my pizza but this pepperoni is super delicious I will try to put my experience into words because I don’t want you to miss out in this experience, Ones you give that first bite the sauce will gently splash in through your mouth not overpowering the juice cheese and a beautiful crunch. Is just very classy and will make you think you are in Italy 🇮🇹 Be sure you don’t come on Mondays, Tuesdays are only to go and Normal Operating hours the rest of the week. 🍻 A very nice Beer 🍺 bar is available with a grate selection of beer and wine that you will love. The Dining area is Amazing Very big and excellent for big Groups. Extra parking in back

The restaurant was very clean. There was plenty of room in the dining area. It’s connected to a coffee shop. I ordered a stuffed pizza and it was pretty good. The bread was a little thicker than I expected. The meat sauce that comes with it was very good. I was with a group of 8 friends. I think some of the servers may have called in for their shift because there was only one server for probably an hour. She ended waiting on 7 tables by herself. Her name is Lynn. She took care of all the tables until the next employee came to give her some help. I used the restroom while I was there as well and it was very cleaned. The prices were reasonable as well. I will visit the restaurant again.

Google
It was my first time here. The food was good. The cost just didn't add up for me. I had 2 small pizzas cost almost $40, and we are still hungry. Dont buy the small pizza. Just buy the large, and maybe the cost/ value will be there.

Normally you guys are very good................. Things were a bit off tonight. order took a while longer than expected, and it wasn't quite right. I know it was a busy night but l left not really happy. ordered pizza well done - it wasn't. ordered garlic bread with No Cheese; it was smothered with cheese. maybe I'll have better luck next time

Yelp
Great spot for pizza lovers! This place is fantastic -- I really enjoy their food. The pizza is delicious, the chicken tenders are always a hit, and the cannolis are my absolute favorite! We even celebrated a birthday here because we enjoy it so much. I love that they have a large dining area for families, plus a separate section for takeout -- super convenient. Looking forward to coming back to Metro Pizza again soon!

Yelp
My bad, this is a review for a past visit , not today.... But I forgot to do it the day of a visit. So Metro has a 50% off special on many of their dine in pizzas on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 till I think 4:00-4:30. Not a bad deal since some of their large pies can get a bit expensive. Alexander was the server, apparently my favorite server Lynn (aka mama red) is no longer there... a true loss personality wise INMHO. Anyway we ordered a large metro with sausage and 'shrooms and a small dinner salad. Salad came out first as we requested, very cold and with crispy iceberg (a lot) and thinly sliced red onions etc. little plastic ramekin of salad dressing as well. Shortly after, three slices of their seeded Italian bread came out, still hot from the oven. Pizza came out shortly after, piping hot on that black stubby tray dealie. I guess it keeps it hot but I always liked the metal tray, easier to get the melty cheese off. The pizza was a bit different tasting to me this time. Still good, but maybe it was the sauce? Not as tangy? The crust was not as crispy and I thought the main part of the pizza was thinner... just my impression but still good. I mean it might have been exactly the same in every respect and we've ordered the same pizza over the years, but it just seemed different. With the discount, the check was $23 dollars and change. No military discount on top of the 50% discount but I guess that's fine. Left over Pizza went home.... Was sealed and frozen for a future couple of meals. No pictures, since I've taken many before. Will we return? Of course, but we miss Lynn

Yelp
On July 2nd we took our company for dinner because we always raved about food and service. It was horrible, however my Grandkids did enjoyed their pizzas. My daughter in laws margarita pizza came out with just cheese and what looked like cold salad on top, the halved tomatoes were not even cooked. My calzone was so blacked burned I had the waiter take it back. I never received replacement until everyone else was finished and then I even had to ask where it was. Still partially over baked I threw it in a box and we left. What a horrible experience. Metro Pizza on Skypoint.

Yelp
Haven't been here since the holidays. Brought my baby in for the first time which was special because the last time we were here I was pregnant. Metro is special to our family, they have the best fries, pizza, calzones and service! Ernest took the best care of our family of 6, + a 5 month old baby. Thanks as always metro!

Yelp
We ordered two kids cheese, pizzas and calzone with spinach and cheese and a salad. The kids pizzas came with a drink, and they were a good size and tasty. It was a good decent price too for about $7. Was also reasonably priced at about 13 $14 and it tasted OK. Lots of cheese for those cheese lovers and the crust was well done and it wasn't over baked. However, the salad was disappointing because some of the lettuce was old and you could see it being brown and heavy holes in it. But the ranch sauce was nice. The location itself was really big and it wasn't too noisy because the ceilings were high. We arrived around five and seated right away, without having to wait and had a large booth which is comfortable for us. There was also Wi-Fi which made the kids really happy because they were able to watch their iPad while eating dinner. Parking was a little bit complicated because we parked in the back, and it took us a while to figure out that the entrance was on the other side of the building! But once you know that it's not a huge deal. The reason I didn't give it five stars because the service was a little slow. Everyone was really nice, but we were sitting there for over half an hour waiting for our pizzas. I saw a couple people who came in after us get served first and a lot of people getting take out. So, maybe they need a good system for prioritizing certain orders or they do the takeout first for some reason. I'm not really sure, but more than 30 minutes for Tucci's pieces and calzone is a really long time. it could've been because the calzone took longer. They wanted to bring out all the food at the same time and we should've told them to just bring out the kids cheese pizzas because they were so hungry that they were grumpy for waiting more than 30 minutes. Besides that it was a nice place and we go back with some of the changes I mentioned above that to our ordering . If you're in the area a nice family, friendly place to eat.

Yelp
Quality has gone down considerably over the last few years. Very inconsistent. Used to be the best NY style pizza in town, and we were regulars. Sometimes the pizza is still good, and sometimes it's not. I don't like playing the game 50/50, will the food be good or not. Used to go to the location on Decatur regularly as well. Went there hoping it still had the old standards, but nope.
google avatar

Tony S.

Yelp
Hands down the best pizza in town, but only if you stick with the plain cheese. The wings are also a standout and worth ordering.
google avatar

Melissa D.

Yelp
Came here w the fam on Halloween after going to Gilcrease Orchards. The kids were really hungry for pizza and wings. We hadn't been here in years but remembered it was really good. We were hopeful we would have the same experience. Well ...we did! First we were served hot fresh bread which was very appreciated since the kids were so hungry. We ordered a large pizza & wings. The pizza was huge, hot and delicious! Crust was perfectly cooked, not to thick or thin. Cheese was quality Mozzarella and the mushrooms, pepperoni and jalapeños were plentiful. Wings were also cooked to perfection! Served with a ton of ranch. Good ranch too not that watery bland stuff. Maybe even made in house. Our server was polite, made sure we always had refills and checked on us frequently. The atmosphere itself in the restaurant was very quiet. Not busy at all. We were there in the late afternoon and likely people were getting ready to take the kiddos trick or treating. We enjoyed having the place to ourselves for the most part. We were pleased that Metro is still serving up deli hot pies just like we remembered. We will be back!

Yelp
In the mood for pizza so we decided to eat here again since it's been awhile. We decided to try The Pepperoni Shuffle which we loved the thinner crispy crust on this pizza. It was also loaded with 2 types of Pepperoni, the larger ones we really like, but the smaller ones that curl inward aren't particularly our favorite since they are a little spicy and hot. We also had 2 salads which were quite large, and of course the bread is always a bonus. Our server was good, we got seated immediately, food was good, and our overall experience was very good.
google avatar

Regina R.

Yelp
The food/ pizza is delicious. The portions are super small. For $40 bucks i cant make sense of it. Honestly after eating my small pizza i was still hungry. Maybe if you buy a large and spend the same amount (approximately) you see the value. In my two i am still floored on the small serving. Service was ok. Person at the counter was satisfactory but not friendly.

Yelp
Went there last week for lunch with a friend based upon a neighbor's recommendation. The restaurant is roomy with a comfortable environment. We had courteous service and we were not rushed. The pizza was above-average and was cooked to crispy perfection. Can't wait to return and take others.

Yelp
We visited on Saturday for lunch with a party of five adults and 4 small children and it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived and were seated right away in a large booth. The waitress stopped by and drink orders were taken. We started with several appetizers; Garlic Knots, Antipasto, Meatballs Sliders, Wings and a Caesars Salad. All were well prepared with large portions. We then had 3 pizzas; The Gotham, The Pantheon, and a Traditional Pepperoni. They arrived fresh and hot from the oven. Finishing things off we got a Cannoli, Chocolate Cake, and ice cream. All the food was very tasty. The service was excellent. The waitress was friendly, prompt, and professional. She was nice enough to also box up our leftovers. Overall, a great place for pizza.

Yelp
The Metro Pizza Brand never fails. This is the first time I've sat in and have had dinner at this location on Sky Pointe. I'm very big on the acknowledgement of the customers when they step foot into an establishment and as always, we were greeted and received well. Lynn (manager) was our server and was a consummate professional and took care of us. She was extremely personal and made sure that our experience was was one to remember. The service was excellent and everything came out in a timely manner. Not much more that I can say except if you are looking for a really great establishment with some of the best tasting pizza in Vegas, Metro Pizza is where you Need to be

Yelp
Ever watched an episode of cops when they break into the trailer park and arrest a bunch of people? That's exactly how we felt. I didn't look at the reviews, which is my mistake. It was 3.4 at the time of this review and we just wanted some pizza. Pizza was shit wine was olive juice. Don't go, you've been warned

Yelp
Dillon was fantastic! Quick service with a smile although he had a busy section. The chicken wings here are perfectly fried and have a beautiful buffalo sauce that's well balanced. These are my favorite wings in the city! The thin crust on this pizza takes me back to the east coast. Do yourself a favor and go in here to order a pie. We got the small pie and a regular order of the wing a to share for two and we were more than satisfied. The restaurant is well maintained and it's nice to see the team cook the pizza in their open kitchen. They also have takeout and catering. Everything that passed by looked and smelled delicious, I'm thrilled for the next time we return.

Yelp
Honestly don't know how this place is highly rated. First off ladies at the front desk were great, polite and friendly. Our waiter was also nice. My problem is the food. Omg yuck. Starters we got the free bread, pretty basic nothing special. Garlic bread was HORRIBLE. It was like soft, hardly cooked and couldn't taste any garlic what an utter disappointment on the easiest appetizer you can make. I got the Honolulu. The crust itself was good. The rest was a soggy piece of vomit. Sauce was watery, all the toppings had zero char on it like they threw the toppings on after it was cooked. I tried to eat it but like it was just so displeasing. 86th street was alright similar watery sauce as the Honolulu and the flavors were just so basic. The rest of our party got the spaghetti and they said it was nothing to rave about. 5 stars for the service 0 stars for the food.

Yelp
This place is awesome and has awesome pizza. Forgot to take a picture but we had the pepperoni shuffle pizza and it was great. Thin crust with lots of pepperoni. Great service thanks to our server, Ernest. He was very good.

Yelp
A staple not only for the neighborhood but Las Vegas. I placed an order for pickup got there a little early and I was quickly greeted and advised of the status of my order. The cashier up front was courteous and friendly. Manager,Brooke- was very professional and friendly. She assured me that the order come out soon and it did . This location has ALWAYS been great whether it has been dining in- delivery- or pick up there has never been an issue and that's why we always come back

Yelp
We ordered for takeout. We got the Domenica salad, which has been one of my favorites for YEARS. The chunks of cheese and aged salami make it a hearty choice, and the dressing is delicious. I built my own small pizza, with gluten free crust. I am happy to report their GF crust is amazing! My family also enjoyed the Roman style margherita pizza and the garlic knots.

Yelp
The flagship of John and Sam's family of pizzerias since November of 2012, with an expansive floor-plan including room to experiment with new Dough, it was alongside six others that Metro Pizza on Sky Pointe was entered at noon on Saturday, Pizzaiolo Arena already hard at work baking Las Vegas' best Crust and Toppings. Dubbed "America's Neighborhood Pizzeria" since the early eighties, though past and present Metro is so much more, it was after choosing from a multitude of tables and booths that a server approached with Beverage options including Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks. Not overly busy just an hour after opening, though doing brisk take-out and delivery, lunch began first with Bread, two piping hot Loaves proving entirely irresistible before diving into a Tavern-style Pizza made by John Arena featuring Sausage, Brocollini and Buratta kissed by Citrus. Always happy to let John cook, and more so enthralled by his encyclopedic knowledge of Pizza, it was alongside signature Knots and Garlic Romano Fries that two Pies were served simultaneously, The Zamboni turning up Sausage & Peppers with Honey while "The Gotham" delivers Supreme styling complete with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and three types of Meat. Onward to a "Triple Play" of Sausage on crispy rectangles the cold-fermented 86th Street is defiantly light despite its thickness, and whether served with or without Toppings there remains no better Sicilian Pizza tasted anywhere in the world to this day. Testing two new Pizzas on a willing group of thirteen, first Brazil's Catapuri with thin slices of Zucchini contrasting bold Pepper Jam, a second Tavern-style crust supported Porchetta, Pistachios and reduced Balsamic before Metro's Cannoli completed the afternoon with filling still made daily by John's nonagenarian Father.

Jared T.

Yelp
My food was soupy for my Calzone lot of onions and little to no chicken. But the family enjoyed the pizzas and Spaghetti. Did find that that pizzas need to be cut a little more to be able to break apart on slices. Service was slow and not enough staff on the floor to work with guests. Meal was at 1-2:30pm I would say food took around 45 mins to a hour for a party of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. Attention to detail is very weak. Got some refills but fail to come to all at the table. If I didn't ask them for refills for other in the party, they would have done nothing. Store is clean and ready for guests to enjoy. That is the only thing that I can give praise. Food 6/10, Service 3/10, Ambiance 8/10 for party

Yelp
Metro is a staple Pizza place in Vegas. We haven't been in a long time. Decor is just your average pizza shop. Was a bit of a wait to get seated even though there were only like 3 tables being used. Maybe they were understaffed this day. We got the Sangria pitcher. It is a good deal for a group. Garlic fries are always a must. Super crispy but soft on the inside and a nice amount of garlic. Nothing to crazy. Garlic knots....well maybe that one should just stay on the menu. Just enjoy the free bread they give you. It tastes the same. The garlic knots were more like knots. Not garlic and super hard and dry sadly. Pizza was decent. BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy. It is definitely a local spot when you wanna go out and grab a slice near by. Not what to remember it to be but still pretty decent.
google avatar

Yelp
I like Metro Pizza they have a good crust and sauce and I love their sausage, but this was before Covid. I used to live close by to one, but I moved and it's farther away from me and with my work schedule they're closed before I get off work so I haven't been back. I hope they didn't change their sausage recipe.

Yelp
This location is my spot for pizzas while in town. The food is luscious, consistent, and plentiful. The service is always friendly and systematic. Sourdough bread (free): served steaming and the butter instantly melts once you slather it on. The bread has a crusty exterior, and the interior is soft with a slight sourness, 9/10 rating! Domenica salad $13.50: was ok, I'm not a fan of vinaigrette dressing, but all of the components were fresh, 7/10. Zamboni with pepperoni, sausage, and garlic: this was off the hook as it was crispy, but has an airy crust. The meats were savory, and the honey glaze on the bottom crust adds a slight sweetness for contrast and depth, 10/10! Half Milano and Bleeker Sreet (large is $32.95): Bleeker is solid, 8/10 rating. However, the Milano is phenomenal, 10/10 rating! Tiramisu: satisfying, good size, and flavor. It's more of a custard, but I dig it. 8.5/10 rating. Carrot cake ($7.95) for take-out. This was better than most carrot cakes that I've had. Buttery, and loved all the frosting, 8.5/10.

Yelp
Awesome Pizza place in Las Vegas! I know they have a few different locations, but my family and I always go to their Centennial restaurant. Service is always amazing, but if you can, as for Lynn. She is very funny and makes great suggestions. Really makes you feel like you are welcome. The pizza is always very hot and filling! This time around we ordered the Gotham pizza - which comes with multiple meats and veggies, as well as a pepperoni calzone. 1 large pizza usually fills up our family of 5. They do serve bread with the meal, as much as you can eat! The appetizer of garlic and nuclear (spicy) fries are the best before getting your pizza. They have plenty of TVs for the games and a great mixture of music. It seems they have a nice take out area as well, it looked like people were very easily getting their pizzas and leaving without issue. 10/10 recommend, this place never disappoints!
google avatar

Heather O.

Yelp
One of the best pizza spots in Vegas! My family and I have been eating here for years, and it's always delicious. Definitely old-school pizza place vibes. I can't recommend the garlic AND nuclear fries enough--they are both so tasy! The pizza is always hot and absolutely mouth-watering, honestly never had bad food here. Today's visit was one of the best we've ever had and it was largely thanks to our server, Lynn. She was so upbeat, funny, quick, and helpful. She really made this visit a 10! Between her and our fantastic meal, our day was MADE :)

Thomas R.

Yelp
We only went there because of the server, Lynn. She was so friendly and always supportive of Metro pizza. Now we're stopping from going there because they fired her. Pizza is just mediocre. There are several restaurants that offer better pizza and Italian food.

Harold M.

Yelp
So, I need to start off by saying we have eaten at one of the Metros in the city for at least 25 years. So, it's hard to give a rating because it's a standard 5-star place. However, this location pulled a stunt that needs to be mentioned on this platform. My wife called me up from the road and asked if she could pick up a pizza at this location. I told her I would order it and she could bring it home. We order our standard pizza. A Metro with pepperoni/bacon. 45 minutes later my wife gets home. Being quite hungry I was excited to tear into one of my favorite pizzas. I then take a bite and I turn to her and say, "Does this taste right to you"?. She tells me it is off, but not sure why. I finish the piece but tell her that I'm not going to eat anymore because I fear there's an issue with this pizza. Being that the pizza is very expensive ($38 for a large 2 topping), I decided I would call this location to complain. I was able to get the manager (Brooke) on the phone and I explained that I've eaten Metro pizza for decades and this simply wasn't a traditional Metro pizza. It was then when she admitted that there's been a change due to the original guy who does their pizzas has left after 10 years and his recipe went with him. She said they are trying to replicate the recipe but it's taking longer to do. She assured me that I wouldn't get sick. She explained it's just being prepared a little different and the sauce is different. She also said that since no one else seems to be complaining about this change that there's no need to give me a credit. This is for 2 reasons. First, she believes if they can't fix the pizza, I wouldn't return anyways and Second, and if she gives me a credit, others might want the same. Ha, Ha......not sure which excuse is worse. Bottom line is this location could care less about customer service and beware, the pizza is not the same if you have been going for years. I'm actually writing this 10 minutes after taking Tums to handle my acid from this mess. One more thing. I found it quite interesting that the manager (Brooke) made sure when I told her I was going to write this Yelp review that she made sure I had her name. LOL!!

Yelp
Some of the best pizza I've had!! I don't know how they do it but they have perfected pizza dough, that crust is pillowy and soft but crispy crunch on the surface. Sicilian pizza is amazing, love the pepperoni cups!

Brian F.

Yelp
The pepperoni shuffle pizza was very good as usual. The dinner salad was not good at all. Lettuce all wilty and brown. I should have let server know but I didn't. Service was good we sat on side by the bar. The atmosphere was good. Not too loud.

Yelp
We came in at 8:05 at their door to order take out but we were turned away coz they said they close at 8pm. Their info here says 8:30pm. If it's 8p, then change your hours info on this site.

Yelp
Went to Metro for lunch today. 1st time in years and all in all as good as I remembered. Pulled up at 11am when they opened and door was locked, so was a little afraid as I know they are closed on Monday and thought oh know. Not to worry our waitress / hostess opened the door and welcomed is in. Ambiance same old dinerosh vibe layout, but with plenty of tvs to catch a game. Order the Romano Garlic fries which were awesome. They had a nice mix of a buttery garlic cheese taste. Split a small pepperoni Metro, which is a thicker crust. Loved their crust growing up, and was not disappointed. Easily more than enough food for 2-3 people. Only had a couple more folks walk in while we there so am curious yhe vibe around dinnertime.

Yelp
Came here with a large group of our family for someone's birthday - while they said they don't take reservations they shared they'd try to have an area prepped for us since it was a large party which was kind. Without having to ask they split all the families on our own checks, another plus! Having had a late lunch we ordered the modesto and the fried mozzarella, both of which were tasty. All of us agreed however that it was quite pricy for the quality of food, and for vegan family members they charge a whopping $5.50 on top of the cost of the pizza just for the cheese swap! On top of that we had to remind our waiter about things we had asked for and had to request refills every time as she never came to fill waters or grab new drinks. Nice an accommodating environment if you have a large group though!

Yelp
One of the best pizza places still around in Vegas. Simple, delicious, and classic. Metro has been around for as long as I can remember...and they're still doing it right. The blanco pizza is one of our favorites! Family spot for sure. Huge dining room with plenty of tables and booths. TVs to catch some sports. Good, friendly service. Big thumbs up!

Lisa S.

Yelp
Used to love this place came here about 3 1/2 months ago had a horrible pizza and bad experience. They did credited us to come back for the following visit so we decided to come back Friday night it was slow when we got there. Eric was our server in the bar... nice guy but not a good service about being said we ordered a thick crust pizza after waiting for about 40 minutes. The pizza comes out and it is a thin crust. He did pack the other one to go which we appreciated. We waited for about another 45 to 50 minutes. No Manager came by the Wright pizza was brought out, but by then we were both kind of over it. We had a question regarding the bill the manager Brooke finally came over after waiting for about 15 minutes very abrupt said we figured it out and she walked away and a half. If you look it out of the reviews, you can see her customer service skills are horrible normally if there's a problem with food, that's one thing but a manager should automatically come to your table that never happened there are far better pizza joints out there if you're gonna pay $35 for a pizza do your research.

Yelp
Beware Metro Pizza on Sky Pointe- We had problems with our last two orders from here. The first time, I called b/c the order was late and the manager told me it was sitting on their counter and would be delivered soon. Ok, so businesses can sometimes be swamped and orders delayed, no biggy if it happens once in a while. Food was both burnt and cold when it arrived and was obviously suffering from 'shrinkflation'. Ordered this Saturday (7/12/25) and order was late again. Called after 30 it was minutes late, put on hold for 10 minutes before call dropped, then 4 minutes, then on third attempt was able to speak with someone. This person checked my address three times, then verified the phone number associated with the order, each with more time on hold between. Finally, the manager, Brooke, gets on the call and tells me the order was delivered. NOPE, we have a ring camera right behind the table we put out for food deliveries and no events activated other than the ones when I checked to see if the food had arrived, no sign of any delivery person at all, much less one that left an order that was 'stolen'. Tried to tell Brooke that, even tried to send the Ring video (no event to send). Scrolled through the entire recorded time (between events) and no delivery, no sign of the order at all around the 5:30 time it supposedly was delivered. All Brooke wanted to say was that the delivery person was a good person with whom they had never had any problem. The driver told Brooke that she knows our house from past deliveries and that she left the food on the table we put out for deliveries. So, Brooke then said they would remake the food (another 45 min-hour wait) and that the SAME driver would be out to deliver it. She also continued to go on about how they never had these issues (remember, second time this has happened with us alone) and that the driver is a good person and maybe someone "stole" the food after delivery and that they run a business and as such would not lie. And then she tells me they will put a notation on our account to ring the bell and not to do any "leave at door" again. I have video of no one coming to our door at all- but the gist of her attitude was that I was lying. My husband called back and cancelled the order because he didn't trust a delivery driver who blatantly lied about leaving the food to not do something to it before it got to us. We will not be ordering from here again.

Yelp
Every time I eat here the pizzas are cooked perfectly and have some of the softest and most delicious crusts. They are pricey but worth it when you want the absolute best of the best.

Yelp
Tonight, we came in for pizza on Saturday about 8pm. The restaurant seemed a bit quiet for a weekend, which was nice. When our server came to get our drink orders, we gave our orders and I specifically asked for lemon in my drink (a Diet Coke). Everyone but me got lemon in their drinks for the entirety of our visit. When we ordered food, the server went to leave before asking me for my order. Then, he informed us that a section of their menu wasn't available yet, which is where I had ordered. It was just one clunky interaction after another. Our food came out and it was fine. However, it used to be my favorite place to get pizza and now I would call it meh. Our entire table sat and sat with empty drinks before our server finally came to offer refills. Then, we waited and had to get the attention of our server to pay the check. Again, everyone got lemon except me. I'm not really sure why the pizza has become mediocre or the service bad, but at the price point there are better options after having this experience. I'm disappointed that previously my favorite pizza place is now so disappointing.

Yelp
We've been going here for years. The last couple times the pizza was just not quite what it used to be. We order the Gotham every time. Last few times it's been either light on ingredients or way too soggy. This is so unfortunate bc we use to live it.

Yelp
Love the Pizza here teramisu yum too ! Normally I'd give it a 5 star , convenient location w takeout : bakery section n ample dining . Large dining room plenty of tvs for sporting events n nice bar section . We frequent the place generally w family . Tonight my husband & I went in tonight alone after a movie . Around 7 pm Well , Nicole was our server , she just must of been so busy , no utensils , nor seasonings got tired of asking her for things so we helped ourselves to them from an empty table . Drinks were leftI refilled . They ran out of onions , out of her control also glasses . They gave us styrofoam w lid n straw . Saying when they were cleaned they'd get replaced, that didn't happen , I ordered wine glass of cab . Well. We were looking for her for my husbands refill to his drink . As usual she was yapping to the other guy server w.neck tats , I got up two times to get her attention drink refill , utensils 1st time . Well there's a 1st time for everything . We will return but seriously. Finally seen Nicole haltingly grabbed my husbands glass for a refill spilling my 80% full wine . We did get charged for2nd glass ? It's only $& & I wanted it . I will avoid her & her section here on in. Don't let this stop you from going usually consistently good service & good food every time prior , Nicole get it together pay attention to your guests

Yelp
Always had good food here in the past but something has changed. Uncooked chicken wings accompanied by pizza with a hair in it is enough for us. They did replace the chicken wings which were cooked thoroughly, but not good at all. Threw half of them away.

Yelp
Before I wrote this I slept on it. Wasn't sure I was going to say anything, but Metro was our favorite and our go to. They have burned us on a couple orders now, the others have been expensive, mediocre in quality and falling, as well as increasingly poorer in value. A while ago Wifey ate a South Side dry because Metro didn't include the meat sauce. Now I'm eating my Triple Play without old school pepperoni after being charged 4.50 for the additional topping. These Domenica Salads were the worst we've ever had from Metro. 13.50 ea for 99.99% iceberg lettuce. Super offensive. Also, asked for extra dressing...none was provided. The chicken fingers were my last. I kept hoping to get fingers the way they used to be...nope. Consistently disappointing for a couple years now. Metro, I hope you read this. I hope you'll get back to feeding people with attention paid to order accuracy and value. Don't stop an 1-1/2" short of the edge of crust with toppings. Especially when you charge 35.20 for a 16" pizza. That price should bring LOADED toppings all the way to the edge. We have always loved you guys but YOU have changed that. Very expensive to be let down again and again. Something changed a few years ago with you guys and it's gone downhill ever since. You could have taken the initiative to refund the cost of the meat sauce but you didn't. When I ordered, I stated you didn't provide it last time. We aren't hard to please. We do expect to receive what we pay for and to feel there is value in the goods we spend our dollars on. This is an after thought edit...why charge folks for extra ranch? Why is it you don't provide adequate dressing with an expensive order of fingers?

Yelp
The server was nice and the restaurant is definitely family friendly because I'm pretty sure the children outnumbered the adults lol. Never the less we came on a Friday night, it was rather busy but we were seated right away (party of 2). Our pizza took over an hour to come with no explanation from our server. And it wasn't good, the pizza was really soggy and wet, we had to eat it with a fork bc I was falling apart. After waiting that long the food could have at least been good! We probably won't come back to dine it but it seemed they were able to push out the to-go ordered in a timely manner.

Yelp
Honestly, this pizza was so delicious. The garlic fries were not so good. But, the toast bread with honey habanero sauce (crack sauce) was the highlight for my girl. We forgot our servers name. But she was so friendly and made our experience so much better.

Yelp
My family & I love Metro Pizza! Chopped chicken salad is by far the best in town! Their quality ingredients can definitely be tasted in the food! Margarita pizza is delicious! The servers are polite & provide prompt service. They offer excellent customer service. They are a true pizzeria offering gelato on their menu for dessert. The restaurant is nicely decorated and looks like a traditional pizzeria. The kitchen area is open so there is transparency. Definitely recommended! Great food!

Yelp
Amazing pizza place 1 of the best!! But if I owned a metro pizza I would not have the outside and landscape look absolutely terrible For years it is horrible Pizza is amazing if there's no giant bubbles Salad is good half of the time if made right Sliders are supposed to be the best and could be if they weren't slopped together most of the time and the fries were cooked right and not soggy or soaked in Greece And I can't get the calzones anymore because there's nothing in them it's sad all this good food but never consistent

Yelp
Garlic knots were burnt to a crisp. Called to get a refund and they hung up on me. Bad customer service and quality control. These shouldn't have been given to a customer.

Yelp
Our first time trying Metro Pizza and we got the Gotham and wings which was excellent. The service was outstanding and my wife really enjoyed the fresh bread. Definitely will be our pizza place from now on!
