Went here with “Scott’s Pizza Tour” and had a blast. The owner and crew are super nice too. You have to get these 2 pizzas as they were so crispy but light at the same time, I just can’t even describe how good they were, you have to taste them to know so don’t skip out on this place🥰

Google
The food has a lot of flavor the bread the crust soft chewy flavored. Wings crispy good I recommend for large parties seating is not an issue. Definitely would could back if in the area again pizza and wings are really good

Google
We bring a group of 30 or more to this wonderful establishment several times a year. The service is always top notch, the atmosphere is always inviting, and the food is a cut above. Always appreciate the opportunity to place my very large order ahead of time, with the food coming out promptly and fresh and always accurate! Thanks metro pizza! You've got a loyal customer here!

Wanted to try a neighborhood pizza place where we could dine-in. The indoor decor was Tuscan and felt like Italy. It was a nice family environment. The pizza was delicious and we are excited to try other menu items on our next visit there.

Google
Pizza was delicious especially at half price 230-400 and the bread for was so tasty. Our waitress was very friendly but didn't come back to table for refills. We go there every time we visit. The only bad thing I can say is they don't serve the Diablo pizza anymore. Great Pizza

Google
Food was amazing!! We ordered the Memphis pizza, garlic knots, caesar salad, and buffalo wings and everything was delicious!! We were constantly checked on by the staff and food came out super fast!

It was my brother-in-law first time visiting this pizza place. My wife and I have been coming here since our bowling days back in 1991. A friend of ours on the bowling team asked if we ever been visited or ate pizza here at Metro Pizza? We said no and the rest is history, this is our go to place especially when we are hungry for pizza. The atmosphere and decor is great and it's a great family place to have your birthday parties. We never been disappointed with any dish on the menu but my all time favorite is the Skyline pizza, my brother-in-law Mark would prefer cheese pizza but once he tried the Skyline he has changed his mind about pizza. Our waitress was great she made sure we were happy and content with our meal. She didn't try to up sale anything on the menu, which was great and let us decide if we wanted anything else. We did bring some pizza home and the next day it tasted just as if we just got it fresh at Metro Pizza. We have family who moved here to Vegas and I too turned them on to Metro Pizza and they also enjoyed their visits. Until next time Metro Pizza, we will see you in the rebound.

Yelp
I finally came in for a visit to this well know pizzeria. I saw some videos on YouTube for the Sicilian style pizza and I just had to try it. So I ordered half of the pizza in pepperoni and the other half Hawaiian. The pizza was huge, and very thick. There was four of us, and we were not able to finish it. The cheese is awesome, very tasty and very cheesy ( if that's a word ). Although I love the pizza, I can't say it's the best pizza I've ever had. But I can say it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I still think Bronco Billy's Pizza here in the San Francisco east bay is the best in my opinion. The sauce is tastier. With that said, if you're in Vegas definitely give this place a visit. Well worth every penny. The service is great, very attentive and courteous. The place has a very family friendly and cozy vibe. Great for families.

Yelp
First time back to Metro Pizza since COVID. We were going to an event at UNLV and Metro is a convenient place to eat before the event on campus. Shortly after we ordered, Leticia, our server, brought out a platter of warm bread. Delish (except when you have no self control, you fill up on the bread - my bad!) My wife and I shared the Chopped Chicken Salad ($14.50) and a small Modesto pizza with thick crust ($18.45). The salad is huge and more than enough to share as the main course. The dressing has a bit of a bite but is excellent. The pizza was brought out just a little warmer than room temperature and was a disappointment compared to my memory of their thick crust pizzas I have had in the past (a very large party came in at the same time as us and I suspect that is the reason our pizza sat ignored for too long). The prices have gone up considerably since the last time I was here (about 30% higher). Not really complaining, just noting the sticker shock. Will I be back? Absolutely. Comfortable booths, excellent salads, and friendly service at a fair price.

Chad E.

Yelp
Ordered a pizza and came with half toppings when it should have been the entire pizza. Not only half toppings but the side with the toppings only a a few pieces of each topping! What a joke for a $50 pizza!

Yelp
This place is extremely dirty. Sticky table tops, the bathroom was absolutely filthy and the place smells. The booth we sat in was worn down to the sponge. The Diet Coke was flat and tasted like Root Beer. The service was good but for a pizza and two sodas I think $51 is pricey for this run down place. We ordered the 88th Street and it was like eating a load of bread.

Yelp
First stop off the plane for Metro. The house Italian dressing is so good. We use to buy it when we traveled by car. Too bad we can't take it on the plane. The bread with the salad comes warm and tastes delicious. Last but certainly not least, this Chicago girl loves the sausage pizza. It's even cut in squares just like I grew up with. It's amazing and such good quality.

Susan T.

Yelp
Must be a new cook, pizza wasn't that good. It's all in the crust! Crust wasn't good. Flavor just lacking Flavor.
google avatar

Yelp
This pizza place is top 3 in Vegas in my opinion. House bread is amazing! We ordered the garlic knots because it's a must, this time we tried the Zamboni pizza, it was so good! Also tried the pantheon pizza also a good one if you like white pizza. Wings are also good here. Pretty much this place doesn't miss with their food. So make sure you're hungry so you can try as much food as you can. Service here is great the staff is on it with taking your order and getting your drinks, and bringing your order fast. As well as getting anything else you need. Place inside is calm and has a chill vibe. Great for family or couples dine in.as well as takeout.

Yelp
Horrible manager. Ordered over $100 worth of food items were missing called and asked if I could send someone to pick them up. She refused she denied leaving my food off. She was horrible and spoke to my daughter with such disrespect. I will never step foot in metro Pizza on Tropicana and Marilynn. They need Customer Service training.

Yelp
It was nice to try out a spot off the strip. Definitely a fan of Metro Pizza. They have a few locations but I have only been to this location. Parking was easy and the restaurant was clean. I enjoyed being seated in a booth and reading the history of the restaurant on the walls. I also got to meet one of the owners Sam and he was personable and a fun guy to talk to. on the menu: 5/5 Meatball Sliders: If you love meat ball sandwiches this is a must! Topped with melted Provolone on a soft house made garlic knot. The meat ball is moist and flavorful and balances well with the garlic and provolone. 5/5 Fried Mozzarella: Who doesn't love fried cheese! Crispy outside and cheesy inside with no greasy feel and you definitely get that cheese pull. 5/5 Ranch Chicken Salad: Who goes to a pizza place and gets a salad. Apparently, I did because I felt I needed more veggies in my life lol. This salad was huge with fried chicken sliced, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, shredded mozzarella and I had the ranch dressing on the side. What I liked about the salad was the tomatoes and cucumbers were chopped and not sliced. 5/5 The Green Valley: Pizza with green pepper, mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes and black olives. We had a vegan friend with us so this was what we chose. It was actually really good and I would order it again. 5/5 The Honolulu: OK I know there's a whole debate with pineapple on pizza but it wasn't too bad. This was a Hawaiian pizza made with ham, pineapple, onions, green peppers and bacon bits. Maybe I enjoyed it because it had bacon on it, but you should order this if you like pineapple on your pizza. I can't wait to come back and try other pizzas and their desserts. I just had no room for dessert this round but I would love to try their cannoli's next time.

Yelp
This is a fantastic place! The food was on point and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Love the Gotham!

Yelp
I used to love Metro as a consistently good local pizza place. However, in the past couple of years the quality and service has gone downhill a little bit. Right now, the pizza is fine but not really any better than anything else that you can get in the area. The problem is, it's so much more expensive! If it was priced consistently with other pizza places it wouldn't be a big deal - but it is easily double the price of anyplace else for something that isn't really any better. The same is true of their sides/salads/wings/etc. It's all fine but pretty expensive for what you get. I haven't eaten inside in several years so I cannot speak much to the dine-in experience. I did do take out a couple of times and the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. No complaints on that end.

Yelp
We stopped here the evening of Nov 12th, 2023 which was a Sunday, so it wasn't too busy. We ordered: Caesar salad with grilled chicken - Very good. Free bread - Very good. Hot wings - Very good. These were extremely hot, but I couldn't stop eating them. Maybe get half mild and half hot or mild with the hot sauce on the side. These things lit me up. Draft beer - Very good and COLD. I think we got Coors Lights. Cheese pizza - Very average. The specialty pizzas I saw at other tables looked great, so maybe they use cheaper ingredients on the cheese pizzas. I don't know what happened, but it was very underwhelming.

Yelp
I dropped by Metro Pizza with an out of town friend right before we saw a show. Overall, the experience was good. The portions are large and the food was pretty good. The pizza is a tad greasy, which I'm fine with. We went later at night and service was quick and friendly, and the food came out quickly. The restaurant itself was clean and the environment was casual. The only setback was my friend's pizza was not what he ordered, but he still enjoyed his food. I'm sure if we had brought it up they would have remade it, but we were on a time crunch as we were going to a show directly after. Overall, a good pizza restaurant for the family or if you are looking for a quick bite of pizza like we were.

Yelp
This place was highly recommended so we were really excited to try. We ordered the large zamboni pizza and wings. The wings were okay, nothing special just an average wing. The pizza however was sooooo soggy and floppy. We couldn't even grab a slice because it would just flop down so we were cutting it in pieces to eat. The crust was reallyyy tasty though so it was so unfortunate how wet and soggy the pizza was because if it hadn't been I really believe it would have been tasty. My guess is they add water to the hot honey drizzle to cut down on price maybe because otherwise not sure what would make a pizza so soggy.

Yelp
Metro Pizza on Trop is usually our go-to spot for pizza. The family and I ordered their garlic knots as an appetizer. Superb! Freshly out of the oven, they serve you a total of 6 knots with a side of marinara. This wonderful garlickly, buttery, parmesan topped deliciousness made us wonder out of the four of us, who would get the two extra? LOL! Rather than just two of us getting seconds, we decided to share the two but splitting the remaining carby goodness among the four of us. For our dinner portion, we decided the Metro was just too big for us this time so went on with a large Cheese pizza where half was with double pepperoni while the other side for the kids had Ham and Pineapple. As always, the pizza at Metro are delicious from the crust to the sauce to the toppings. We have yet to be disappointed. It's always been consistent each time we go. A large was perfect for our family of four as we left satisfied with only two slices left. Metro has plenty of table seating and booths. Always clean and the staff is always helpful and incredibly friendly!

Yelp
the pizza was well cooked and had a crunchy taste, the crust was just the way i like it. Lastly, the decor was very authentic i love the checkered floor and the chandelier gave very Italian vibes. Gabrielle (a 10 year old)

Yelp
We have been coming here for about a year now, have never dined in, we always do carry out. The wait is never long and the staff is always welcoming. Always hits the spot, the pizza is always amazing. We've made it a goal to try every pizza on the menu at least once and they do not disappoint! (My fav being The Gotham) the wings are also really good, i prefer them over Wing stop now! Highly recommend and am always telling people about this place

The server recommended the ZAMBONI pizza and it was amazing! Great service, great food.

Yelp
Stopped in on Sunday for a Pepperoni Pizza (large). I'm going to have a couple of slices and take the rest home. A super nice young woman greeted me. She asked what I was having to drink. I showed her my complimentary Yelp check in soda. After checking, she brought my soda out. I marked it as received. * The pizza was delicious! A true NY pie. A nice tangy sauce and a fair amount of pepperoni. Five stars for the pie! There's multiple locations throughout Las Vegas. My favorite is in the Ellis Island Casino. I'll just have it there in the future. See below. * I was asked by another server, perhaps the manager, to show my Yelp check in. Having already checked in, I can't show her my free soda offer. She makes me try again. Now shrugs and says I need to show it. I told her I already did, you can ask the other server. Jeez if it's so F'n important, I'll just pay for it! Lost a star. My original server came back and apologized to me. It was the first time she saw the Yelp deal and didn't know how to accept it. I told her no worries. She brought me a soda refill. I left a $15 tip on a $28 bill.

Yelp
The information on yelp confused me a bit thinking they are available for dine in but turns out they are not. I went yesterday which was a Tuesday and was told they are only for take out. That was fine so we ordered a large pepperoni with mushroom and 10pcs of wings. First the wings, we ordered it regular and with blue cheese ranch. The wings was over cooked and kinda dry, also it didnt have any kind of seasoning to it, so it was bland. The pizza we ordered well done so it will have a more crunchy texture but it wasnt, it was thin but soggy. The pizza taste pretty good though, I really like how much mushroom and pepperoni they've put in. Service was good too. Just wish that it states they are not for dine in and wings werent over done but other than that, it was an okay experience.

Yelp
Metro is a family-favorite of mine! I've been coming to Vegas every year for my whole life, and a trip to Vegas isn't complete without a stop at Metro. Metro Pizza is a classic, family-friendly Italian-American restaurant. Upon entering, you're always greeted by nice and accommodating staff. Once seated, you're served bread. It's pretty classic white Italian bread, but it always hits the spot!! In terms of food, I typically can share a small pizza and small dinner salad with my mom. The pizza is typically very tasty- classic American pizza. My cousin's pizza did look burnt on the crust though. The salad was also pretty standard-- the ranch was excellent! The ambiance of this restaurant is very familiar and homey. It did feel a little older/more run down since my last visit though. The bathroom especially felt a little dated and unclean. Truthfully, this restaurant is a 3/5 quality; however, as someone who LOVES Metro, I have to give it a 4/5.

Yelp
This is my place for pizza. Unfortunately we git a bad order this time. The white pizza was missing the ricotta. Was dry, stale & tasted like a leftover. The Pantheon pizza was great. Found the missing ricotta on it. Tastes even better with it. But it did make the other pizza horrible & dry missing it

Mitch B.

Yelp
I grab a slice every time I'm at the Las Vegas airport. I'm a connoisseur of pizza. I had a pepperoni and cheese pizza right out of the oven. The best I've ever had in my life and I have seen the best chefs in the world make pizza. The style that I prefer. I can't duplicate it. Make pizza at home all the time.

Yelp
Drove past a dozen pizza places to go to Metro because we heard it was so good. It was late from the time they originally said. We asked for crispy, we got soggy. Paid extra for chicken, but hardly had any. Sauce was plain tasting. $60 for a large and small with a salad which was mostly just plain iceberg lettuce. We even called to let them know, because sometimes things happen, but they were rude and didn't care. Too many other choices to go back there.
google avatar

Yelp
I have been in Vegas for few days, I tried metro pizza, the food is ok and the service is not bad. This can't be my favorite place to go again
google avatar

Alex N.

Yelp
I honestly can't believe so many people think this place has the "hands down best" pizza in Vegas, the Sicilian whole pie. I found it to be mid, as BEST. Seeing all the amazing reviews for the Sicilian, I was really looking forward to trying it as great pizza is very hard to find. For starters, I found the pie to be way, way, WAY too bready. And the edges of the crust (which is a large portion of the entire pie) were rock hard. The ratio of bread/dough to toppings on the pizza are around 9 or 10 to 1 in favor of the bread. Yikes. The toppings themselves... very ho-hum. A few pieces of pepperoni speckled around, and not much cheese at all. To be fair, the entire pizza had the strong aroma of Parmesan cheese, but there wasn't much cheese on top. Parmesan cheese is something I associate more with spaghetti and meatballs than pizza anyway. That's about it for the toppings besides a thin slur of super average red sauce if some sort. Overall, quite disappointing to say the least.

Yelp
Allright Metro, I'm finally ready to break up with you, after 30+ years. When you're good, you're the best. THE BEST PIZZA EVER. But you're so inconsistent. Every other time I order, the result is sub-standard. I've gotten pizza that was soggy in the middle at least 3 times, chicken fingers that were so overcooked I could bang them on my counter, and the last pizza I ordered - the dough hadn't risen in one side! I kept telling myself - that's it, no more! But I kept coming back, looking for that perfect pizza that had become more and more elusive over the past few years. This week I was out and about and I thought - i'll pick up some chicken fingers, they'll probably be all right if I pick them up myself. And the chicken fingers were pretty good. But the fries, which when you do them right are fantastic, were completely overcooked to the point that they tasted like cardboard. So Metro, I'm finally done with you. I'd loved you for a long time, but there are lots and lots of other pizza places out there. I don't need to pay to be abused like this.
google avatar

Andrew J.

Yelp
Pizza is right down the middle. It's ok. It's not bad. It's undercooked, but food is fresh. I've never been impressed here. The Stromboli was better than the pizza, but still unremarkable. Next!

Beth T.

Yelp
Been here for 2 yrs now and finally found my pizza place. The food is awesome. We had mozzarella wedges, Ceasar salad and the triple play pizza. Hands down the best pizzarea in Vegas.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a hard-to-please woman when it comes to pizza and I am proud to say that this place was pretty good. A friend picked me up from LAS and this was her restaurant of choice during my layover. It's great for a quick bite and also sitting down with beer on tap if you've got the time. There was no wait at 5:30pm on a Friday. We were served fresh bread and ordered a small (six slices); the two of us left full! It was a little too oily so I dabbed it with a napkin, but the crust was a nice texture and lots of pepperoni :)
google avatar

Andre P.

Yelp
We order from here a couple of times a month on their website (through ChowNow). The food and service are extremely consistent. We go through a variety of pizzas and salads. The wings and garlic knots are a must every order! And I have to say, they may have the best Italian and Ranch dressings in town... The online ordering is simple and convenient. Also, keep an eye on your inbox for occasional discount codes!

Yelp
We had a birthday party with 15 senior women. The food was great but what made the party special was our waitress Lynn. She was outstanding and not only provided excellent service but was so much fun. If you have an event there ask for Lynn. She was perfect!!!

Phillip C.

Yelp
Wednesday night we went to dinner at Metro Pizza on Tropicana . Place was not very busy we placed our order A Large Dinner Salad and A pizza . The staff brought out Bread and Butter to go with the salad. Our pizza was not out timely. A group who got there before us got several pizzas delivered to their table. My friend asked about our order and the worker told her he would check with our waitress. We finally did get our pizza

Yelp
March 6, 2022 - Last week we wanted Pizza, due to staff shortage they close on Monday's and On Tuesday's it's delivery only. Thank you Yelp for the free beverage and before I forget they do have Senior Discounts as long as your over 55. Oh and because it's Sunday, Salads are 1/2 off. Awesome service as always. Today's highlight was the Busser. He was fast and stopped to get drinks and than returned to the table he was cleaning. Busters never get recognized but I always watch how well they work as well. Food is always good! I got a Tuscan salad tonight, not only was it ginormous but it was yummy as well. Pears, Blue Cheese, Toasted Walnuts and those tomatoes were really delicious. I am so glad for the workers that are great full to be here and give great service! As always head on over to Metro Pizza, we went on Maryland and Trop, Great food, great company always means a great time!

Yelp
I'm in Orange County, California and visit Las Vegas probably twice a year and it's become a tradition to stop in at Metro Pizza every time. We typically order the large pepperoni and sausage with Metro crust, and the antipasto salad! Wow, if they haven't won some type of award as the best pizza in Nevada they should, and maybe the whole country! There's something about their ovens, the water they use in their crust or maybe it's just the ingredients. Whatever they do I hope they never stop, thanks Metro Pizza for never disappointing!

Yelp
Wow... I been wanted to try this place for awhile, since I live close by, until today, I finally have the opportunity. My thought for this place from the outside, just a quickie lunch, but the set up not too bad. I sat down, look over the menu, and one server brought me my drink, another server brought me some bread, I told her I'm ready to order, she said she will call the server over. I waited, I waited and I waited, I saw another server, I said I'm ready to order, she said she can't take order, she will ask for the other server over, now I'm getting a little frustrated, 3 server working, only one allow to take order Finally, I guess the other server told the order server I'm getting frustrated, she finally came over to take my order. I also notice the single guy sitting alone, tried to wave at the server to refill his drink, and nobody giving him attention, he finally got up and went behind the bar and get his own drink. lol Ordered the meat lover pizza. Oh wow, so...good You may wondering why I'm still giving them 5 stars after the long wait. Well, the pizza is probably one of the best here in Vegas, now I haven't order deliver from them before, but dinning in is awesome, the cheese on the pizza, the meat.... I ordered the small size, I couldn't finish it, I have couple of pieces left, I take it home, reheated, have it for dinner. Now if they can have all servers, take order from the customers, that will be great

Vanessa L.

Yelp
The service was great and the setting was cozy and family like, I loved the fact that not only was the staff very friendly and accommodating but that the kitchen is open and you can actually see the food being made ! SO neat. The establishment was clean and the servers were friendly and attentive. The manager on duty even came to ask how the meal was and apologized for any delays as they were packed but there was no issue with delay with us , but the fact that she took the time to do that says so much about the service and the way that they treat the customers. I love it! The food was fresh and piping hot, and there was so much in every portion we were happy and pleasantly full !! 10 out of 10 in my books , I am even waiting for family to come in from out of town so that I can take them with me to eat !! Thank you Metro=)

Yelp
I have been coming to this location for the last 5 years for lunch by myself and with work associates and have always had a good experience. About six months ago I discovered they served slices at lunchtime, so I usually stop in once a week or every other week to grab a couple slices. Today I was informed that they have discontinued serving slices. Very sad. I don't need a full pizza so will have to find another place that I can get a slice or two for lunch. Also, I was talked into joining their pizza lovers club and downloading their app. It shows that you can earn points with purchases but again today I was told that you only get points on managers specials and my pizza today did not qualify. Please explain what the benefit of joining your pizza lovers club is if I don't get credit for my purchases? The food is delicious and the only reason I keep coming back, but these recent developments might have just pushed me away. I am not happy with the service as of late. The app and club seem to be bogus, so I really don't have a reason to go back. Thanks Metro.

Yelp
Great pizza we had the meat lovers experience and the spicy wings are excellent! Will be eating here often!

Yelp
The stuffed south side pizza was very good! Definitely worth the hype. Was a Little worried about the price, but was absolutely worth it. The garlic Romano fries were nothing special. Would not get again. The large Dominica salad was very big and very good. What was absolutely disappointing were the cannolis. We were unsure of how many mini cannolis came in one order, so we ordered two just in case. For $7. Very disappointed. Ketchup packet for size reference. $3.50 for one mini cannoli is outrageous. Especially for something so mediocre. Will return for the pizza though.

Yelp
Ordered a pizza at 5:15. Told 45 minutes until delivered. At 6:30 got someone on the phone who told us our pizza was delivered to the wrong house. Waited until 7:15 until second pizza was delivered. Opened the pizza and could not tell where it was cut. Cut the pizza ourselves. When we picked up a slice all the toppings fell off. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend. Proof is in the photos, take a look for yourself. Buyer beware.

Yelp
Tried 3 times to try this place out, menu looked great, reviews were up there. Closed every time. Finally got in for dinner which was ok, menu miniature compared to other Metro locations , not many people there. Ordered dinner with 2 pizzas to take home for the games on Sunday. Today, opened the pizzas to discover someone else must have received our order. Not happy is an understatement. Expect so much more from Metro. Will not go there again. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Pathetic.

Yelp
I've been going to Metro for years. I don't know what's happened. Service is terrible. I understand that food cost is high but everything is smaller. Not as well prepared. Their online app is a joke. I ordered a Izzy. Got a text confirmation and they never got the order. The manager offered to call the other locations to see if I called the wrong one. Then she disappeared. Hard to support them when they don't try

Yelp
Great food, excellent service and very nice interior. We got their square pizza and bbq chicken pizza. Both were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Sorry but we gave this place 3 tries. The first try, the only saving grace was the "free cannoli" we got. It left a good feeling, masking the slow service and semi "we don't care what you think" attitude. The next time, we were sat in a dark corner and waited almost 30 minutes to be greeted and then our food came out...not the right items and the pizza was cold. We tried talking to a supervisor and thought our concerns were heard. So, we decided to give it one more try. Because the food is pretty decent and we were told it was locally owned. Tonight, we were seated fairly quickly by an unsmiling hostess, waited about ten minutes for our server and decided to just order food and drinks all together. Fairly certain the face mask was covering her unsmiling face too. I don't think we got more than two whole sentences from her the whole 95 minutes we were there. When she came back, after dropping our drinks off, it was with one salad, set down between the two of us who ordered salad, with no words and no implication about whose it was. I stopped her when she tried to zoom past our table and asked. As she walked away she mumbled "it's yours, I only have two hands." And then we waited another 5 minutes for the other salad and had to THEN ask her for silverware. Okay. Food came out about 20 minutes later set down in front of us, and again, she walked away. I believe she asked "do you need anything else?" But I can't be sure. Let give her the benefit of the doubt, but it really doesn't matter in the large scheme. We didn't see her again until we had to flag her down and ask for our check. Waiting game again. We get the check and give her our card and proceed to watch her walk past our table four times before I tried to get her attention and ask for our card back. I got a muttering reply and a head shake. I think. It was as she was walking past. The last time we "saw" our waitress, she was throwing down the receipt on our table and walking away again. NO thank you, no nothing. I swear, we tried to give it another try but after tonight, unless we hear that there has been a management change AND customer service lessons, we will not be coming back.

Yelp
I only order delivery from here. The food is good and the delivery person is always friendly, however their online ordering system is missing very simple things like a large cheese pizza as well as wings, so I had to call, and the phone customer service is pretty terrible.

Yelp
Best fingers and fries in town! Metro has been in Las Vegas for years and all of their locations are excellent. We stopped at the East Tropicana location for lunch and weren't disappointed. Great atmosphere, very pleasant and friendly staff, and always excellent Metro food!!

Yelp
We ordered 2 pizzas and wings last night. The wings were cooked in old oil. The Supreme pizza was soggy and the bell peppers were just tossed on the pizza with most of them on one side. The second meatball and Ricotta pizza was good. This was the second time something was off with the food. For what we paid for dinner not worth it at all.We won't be going back again.

Yelp
Sorry, but I was not pleased! Ordered with Uber Eats a 2nd time from this location, and it was 2 different problems now..not too many pieces of sausage on the Pepperoni & Sausage Large Pizza, not tasty enough either for the $41.00? And the Garlic knots, that are usually Epic in size & taste...were undercooked on the inside? What a flop! Metro Pizza on Tropicana, get up to Speed with some good consistancy! Wow..You're not representing your brand as you should? I've always raved about Metro Pizza, being the Best, but now it's a big No to that... I'm ordering elsewhere next time.
