True genuine 3 star experience.
The story in short: high price, to the point of being exaggeratedly high, opportunities and small rooms.
We happen to travel both with family and with work quite often, ONLY in 4 and 5 star hotels.
We came here from Velingrad in Bulgaria from another 5 star resort.
A few months ago my wife booked a room with an extra bed for an 11 year old child, for which we paid extra, around 350 euros for our stay. Because we made this reservation almost half a year ago, for objective reasons, the child did not come with us.
In Bulgaria they are very nice and understanding the situation and they offered us some bonuses (we did not necessarily want the money back)...while here, surprise, it was not possible.
He said to ask Booking.com (and Booking also needed their approval - an approval they refused at the reception, as that was the hotel's policy).
Ok, let's get over it...let's get the room.
I had a shock when I got to the floor where the room was, the atmosphere was like one from a horror movie, with creaking doors and old furniture. Ok, I say maybe I'm being too harsh. When I got to the room I realized that the space was similar to that of some 3, maximum 4 star hotel if I'm being very indulgent.
Parking, shock and horror - 25 euros/day.
Food...25 euros/person for a buffet.
Ok...I definitely do not recommend this hotel and I will never come back here. Otherwise, a very small Spa.
