Mew Haven Cat Cafe

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Yoga with Cats at Mew Haven. It was such a fun time to be able to do something that you love and share it with so many cats, to make it 100% times more enjoyable experience. The yoga instructor made the class enjoyable and fun. The socialization time with the cats after class was amazing. We loved interacting with the kitties. The time we spent at Mew Haven was absolutely wonderful!

Such a lovely place to visit. They had 28 cats and all of them were extremely friendly and most even walked up for pets and attention. Plenty of toys to play with the cats as well. The staff was extremely friendly. The gift shop was very very reasonably priced and had a lot to offer for being a smaller side part of the cage. The coffee was amazing and the cinnamon roll was to die for. I even picked up a tees short because it's a place I wouldn't mind showing I went to.

We had so much fun here! We booked a 50 min session and went at the end of the day so some of the kitties were just done being bothered for the day. We went around the time they were feeding though so we got to help feed them dinner and a lot of the cats were ready and waiting. They had all the info about each cat and they were all available for adoption which was great. The staff were very knowledgeable . I’m attaching some photos I took. I think this is a great way to get people in and to adopt. Or to just spend some time with friendly cats. I believe all kitties in my photos are available for adoption. We will be back for sure!!

I visited the café at maximum capacity (30 cats) and every single one of them was different in build, looks, personality, etc. My session was mostly just listening to music and enjoying the ambience. While socializing the younger cats is important for their adoption prospects, "for some people, small, beautiful moments are what life is all about!"

The coffees we ordered were pretty good, but not overly outstanding. We brought our 2 year old daughter and had a fun time petting and playing with the cats. The staff members were all kind and clear about the rules and expectations. Each cat had a biography posted so you could easily see how friendly they might be, whether they like toys, where they might like to be pet/scritched, etc. This is a cute, fun experience and I like that our money was going toward helping these cats have a positive experience and (hopefully!) find a forever home.

What a cute little space! So many beautiful cats up for adoption. You can tell they are well taken care of. The Soundbath was well done and so relaxing. Julia was amazing. It was cute to see the cats interacting with everyone, especially Julia when she was playing the bowls. I hope Mew Haven continues this fun experience!

We had a great time here. My boyfriend is a cat person so he could really pet and play with all the friendly cats, and I haven't been exposed to them much but felt like I could really mingle with the cats as per my own comfort level. The staff was extremely friendly as well. Making the reservations was very convenient and the staff was particular about hygiene practices which we appreciated!

The cats were obviously the highlight. They are super active and want to cuddle and play. They have about 20 of them. They practice hygiene and safety for the cats and they are very well taken care of. Fantastic place to visit. Worth the trip.
