First time trying this restaurant while visiting Michigan, and overall it was a good experience. The ambience and atmosphere were amazing ,especially since we went during Valentine’s Day week with a group of four, which made it feel extra special. The food was mostly good. The starter chips with three different dips were tasty and a great way to begin the meal. The elote corn was fresh and flavorful. My friend ordered the enchiladas, which tasted good, though the sauce was a bit too thick. I ordered the curried taco, but it was lacking sauce and ended up tasting bland. My husband tried the meat taco and shrimp taco and really enjoyed both — he said they tasted fresh and had great flavor. For drinks, I ordered an espresso martini and asked for a shot of Baileys, but it came with a mix of everything and even had salt on the rim, which was a bit off-putting and not what I expected. Drumroll……. The highlight of the night was definitely the sticky toffee pudding — it was THE BEST and absolutely worth it! Overall, I was a little hesitant since it had fewer Yelp reviews, but it didn’t disappoint. While a couple of dishes could use some improvement, the ambience and the vibe is worth experiencing.

Awesome loval pick! I ordered the “pick your own” grain bowl, and every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. You could really tell the quality was top-notch. Everything blended together beautifully and was absolutely delicious. The service was just as impressive as the food. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything met our expectations from start to finish. If you’re looking for fresh, high-quality Mexican cuisine with outstanding service, I highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I watched this restaurant being built and I have wanted to visit it since it opened. My wife, who is not a huge fan of Mexican food, has had no desire to. I am alone today so I decided to give it a try. Given it is in a very affluent part of town, I was not surprised that that it is not a traditional authentic Mexican restaurant. I settled on Cubano tacos with cilantro rice and refried beans. The service was good (it was past the normal lunch hour so the restaurant was not very full) and I received the dish quite quickly. The refried beans were excellent but the rice was dry, quite flavorless, and did not have any taste of cilantro. The waiter asked me how things were and when I mentioned this fact to him, he comped me a second helping of refried beans. Strangely enough, the second helping of beans were considerably more spicy than the first but still good. The tacos had carnitas pork, thinly sliced ham, Swiss cheese, and a mustard sauce. They were very good. The waiter eventually brought me some salsa to put on the rice and it was tolerable then. I enjoy pastel de tres leches at every Mexican restaurant I visit. They call it cinco leche cake here and it was topped with a raspberry and blueberry sauce. The cake was outstanding. I wasn’t blown away by the entree enough to go back but I would definitely go back for the cake. I may convince my wife to go just for the cake.

If I could give this restaurant more stars I would. My boyfriend and I been wondering about this place for years. He took me for Valentine’s, let me give you a quick rundown. We had reservations but arrived 15 minutes early. We were greeted by Laura. She really set the tone for how service was going to go. Very polite, attentive and friendly. She handled the front very well. Our waitress was Angela or Angie. Customer service was wonderful. She was friendly and offered great recommendations. She answered all of our questions. The food was well seasoned and cooked with love. The drinks were the best part! The restaurant itself was beautiful and clean. The communication between the staff was professional so the restaurant ran smooth. We definitely recommend.

Id give more stars if I could! Its been awhile since we came here last. We happened to be in the area and its my daughter’s 10th birthday tomorrow. So we figured why not?! We werent sure if we’d get a table on a busy Friday evening. I called 15 minutes before showing up, asking if theyd be able to seat a family of 5. They were friendly on the phone and said “yeah no problem! We got you! Come on in!” The hostess at the front recognized who we were from the phone call conversation, and sat us quickly and was so sweet my daughter who explained how it was her birthday tomorrow. About halfway through our meal, a waitress walks up and hands her an envelope with a personalized card in it from all the staff wishing her a very happy 10th birthday and theyve all signed it. Omg they put all that effort into making my daughter feel special and it certainly made my day. The food was incredible. My husband said the fajitas were the best he’s ever had. (His only critique was that he wished they brought out more tortillas out at a time) I had pork carnitas that were so yummy, I wish I had more! My kids had really got options to pick from on the kids menu! When it came out, all my girls were happy with their food! Which makes for a happy mom! Even the bussers were clearing plates away or little wrappers off our table as they saw a need. They were kind and polite. I had two different drinks, both were delicious. Melania was a kind and sweet server and I appreciated getting to know her tonight. I cant wait to come back again soon. My service was great from start to finish.

Well…Where do I begin! Let me first say food is usually what I rate in my reviews, but this time I’m strictly focused on the most insulting treatment I’ve ever received at any restaurant in my life! What started out as an awesome experience ended horribly. The food is actually amazing and my server was great too, but the manager made a horrible mistake tonight. After spending almost $200 at this establishment and while having an awesome conversation with the person I was with we were asked to move to another table by management to accommodate another party. Without going into detail about my race let’s just say we felt very targeted considering we were the only ones of my kind in the restaurant at the time. Mind you, as shown in the picture they have a whole floor that wasn’t being used that could have seated the party and empty tables behind us! The manager preceded to bribe us with a $25 gift card to basically shut up and move. We questioned why he asked us to move and nobody else. It wasn’t until my friend told him they’re an executive with Mercedes Benz and just had a Christmas party here he felt bad and gave us the mini drinks in the picture as an apology!! I’m furious and never want anyone to experience this kind of treatment!. But, I’ll never be back for it to happen again!!

We got to go food that was on point as if we ate in the restaurant. Chips, 3 salsa, a quesadilla and birria tacos w/ rice and beans. Could almost drink the barria juice. Yum. Yum and more yum all around. I will be bringing daughter back next time i visit her to and trying a margarita and other menu items. Look forward to A future visit.

Fantastic menu specially good number of options for Vegetarias too. Must go for warm chips and you choose from over 4 different sauces to dip-mild, medium, spicy, queso or fresh guacamole. We had Curried Vegetable Tacos great taste and generous portion continued with Veggie Fajitas, would definitely recommend to try the side of Cilantro Lime Rice and Charred Veggies. The staff was warm and welcoming. Overall great experience with good and ambience.
