We've been to a lot of Mexicues, from the OG food truck to this location and let me just tell you, this is by far their best spot yet. The staff are all incredibly kind and detail oriented. They made sure our waters were always filled, our chips bowl was never empty, and everything was to our satisfaction. We got the dip foursome, two drinks, 3 tacos, and a bowl. If you haven't had their burnt ends brisket, run, don't walk to get your hands on theirs. It's the perfect combination of smokey, spicy, charred, and sweet. Honestly I've already planned my next trip back out there because dinner was just that good.

My partner and I went on opening day and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. Staff were extremely attentive and very nice. Made everything feel so warm and welcoming. We tried the chips with both the guajillo chili and salsa verde. Also ordered burnt ends brisket tacos, chicken tacos, jamburrito and cheese burgito (That’s what it’s called). I enjoyed the guajillo chili salsa which had great flavor. The tacos were delicious, full of flavor and the shrudduce was an interesting touch. I’m hoping that they will slice the kale a little smaller in the future on the chicken tacos. Burnt end brisket bbq sauce was good, but I was hoping for a kick. I added the guajillo chili salsa to mine. The jamburrito came out with the kale on it which was a surprise because it both detracted from the flavor and the pieces were too big. He was not happy with that one. But fortunately they brought him a cheese-burgito and he loved it! Ate every bite and said that the flavors were perfect. We will definitely be back to try more delicious food and enjoy some margaritas.

My sister and I visited the Bethesda location on the second day of their opening. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was lovely and very welcoming. The food was honestly delicious! If you love Mexican food, it’s a must-try. We each got 3 tacos and you can order a la carte which makes it easy to try multiple things in the menu. I highly highly recommend the fried avocado taco, soo good! And please ask for the habanero hot sauce, it adds a lot to the flavor. Also, if you get the burnt ends taco, which was also great, try it with the Mexican bbq sauce it definitely levels up the taco. We were actually so impressed with the Mexican bbq sauce that we asked to purchase a bottle of it! Overall, a great experience and I’m sure they’ll only get better with time.

Between 3.5-4 stars. Some hits and misses depending on taco you get (hits = chicken, burnt rib tips). The tacos are larger than average which makes the cost decent but I prefer the smaller tacos to try many different ones. The mexicue hot sauces are very watery and meh. Service was quick and nice!

I’ve always wanted to visit MEXiCUE, so it was a delight to dine in during the happy hour. All the drink and food I had was very delicious. I usually prefer softer chips with guacamole, but it was tasty nonetheless. But there were a couple of disappointments. I thought the tacos was a bit overpriced, considering they only serve a single taco per order, which starts around $7. Another thing is that it took more than 15 mins for us to get a simple guacamole. Although I have some caveats, I did enjoy my visit at this restaurant, and I would love to come back!

Amazing service, amazing food. The queso is delicious and the burritos, very flavorful, will fill you up! Restaurant itself is charming and very clean.

Our server and the manager were incredibly nice. The food was delicious and we can't wait to come back and try more items. The drinks were amazing and beautifully presented. We needed help to accommodate a teen with special needs and the manager went above and beyond to assist in seating us comfortably and providing food options. It was a wonderful experience to be able to have our teen be a part of the meal and the rest of us loved the nachos, burnt ends taco, lobster taco, burnt ends bowl, broccoli taco, guac and more. I can't even remember everything we ordered, there was so much good food and w were tasting each other's choices.
