Enjoyed this venue. Free parking after 6 pm at the nearby Cherry Street parking structure is very convenient.

I attended Grand Union/ Symphony on the Rocks, and the show was amazing! The venue was extravagant and reminiscent of the since demolished DuPage Theater by me in Illinois. The acoustics were terrific! My girlfriend and I had seats in the center balcony, and everything was perfect up there!

The venue itself is amazing, with well preserved architecture and great sound. We went to a show last night and it was SO HOT in the theater! Everyone was sweating. Not sure if the AC failed or what… the show Toast, a tribute to Bread, was awesome! So, great night other than the heat!!

Delightful theater downtown. From 1930. Mostly renovated. Retains the feel of a great stage, where so many entertainers have graced. Chairs are fairly comfortable. Great views and sight lines. Bar on the ground floor. Some items from touring acts available for purchase. Nice sound systems. Perfect for live music and a refined evening experience.

Get there a little early so you can look around. Beautiful theater. Looks like a castle on the inside. Comfortable seats with decent leg room. Because it's a small theater, there isn't a bad seat. There is a bar and you can bring drinks into the theater.

Great venue! Amazing line up this month😮❣I want to go to Gaelic Storm🌨, We Banjo 3🍀 and Let Me Be Frank Productions just to name a few. Daily and Vincent were awesome😊

Google
Awesome experience here, seats about 1000 but seems to end up with about 700 to 800 in attendance great view all around as far as views go of stage area, great sound, no feedback, beverages and snacks provided, sit back and enjoy the show 😀

Google
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The venue was great for the concert we attended. The acoustics are awesome and we felt our seats were fantastic for the experience. They have 2 bars which is helpful during intermission and we felt the prices were reasonable for it being a concert venue. $8 for a double jack and coke. We will definitely be back and if you get the chance to attend a concert here, do it you won't be sorry.

Yelp
We came to Green Bay to Myer Theatre to see a production of the comedy Anchorman preformed by "Let Me Be Frank Productions". The doors were to open at noon and we were standing in the cold by the entrance. The doorman felt sorry for us and opened the door a few minutes early. I was impressed with how well preserved this rustic theater was. This was like stepping back in time to the 1950s. This is a theater worth experiencing.

Yelp
The Meyer is a beautiful theater, my daughter was married there. Went to see ABBA tribute band there January 2, 2024. Paid 87.50 per ticket times 3 was a Christmas present from my daughter. It was like watching a bad bar karaoke performance at a local bar. Very disappointed, left after an hour. Didn't want my love for ABBA to be destroyed. So Sad because me and my daughter seen Momma Mia in Appleton a few years back and it was excellent.

Yelp
I've driven by Meyer Theater before, but never had the opportunity to see it from the inside. Being from closer to Milwaukee I've been to the similar sized venues throughout Milwaukee numerous times. Judging a book solely by its cover I pictured the inside of Meyer being a dated/rundown venue. This past Saturday night I had the opportunity to see the Violent Femmes at the Meyer. Boy was I mistaken on my thoughts about this place. The interior must have been remodeled and most definitely regularly maintained like a classic majestic show house. A cozy theater with room for 750-1000 people (guess). The acoustics for a band are just great for the building. There is comfortable seating. One drawback for me, especially for a concert venue is that it's all seated. At a concert I prefer a standing floor area to get more close & personal with the entertainer. When everyone is in a seat there's the whole will we or won't we be standing throughout the show. A band like the Violent Femmes, not so sure anyone should be sitting. An easy venue to get in/out of. Reasonably priced drinks, $3.50 for a beer, $2 for a soda. Pleased to have seen an act at the Meyer and I'll pay closer attention to other touring artists for another event here in the future.

Yelp
Went here for a show with a friend on 11/15/202. It was a free show. Mainly aimed at people who have served. It was awesome. The band did a great job. The Meyer is a really cool place. A gem in the heart of GB. You feel like u step back in time and feel like u r in a classy place and all the people that are there are just as excited to be there as u r. Green Bay is so lucky to have this place. I didn't drive to Chicago or Minneapolis and pay thru the nose for parking or tickets(which for this event the tix were free). I can't believe I parked about a block and a half away from the show. Had no issues getting in or out. GB is so fortunate to have this place! Until the next review, Yelp-Steve-O, out!

Yelp
Came here tonight to see The Violent Femmes. I must say I was surprised at the quality of the venue. I was not expecting so much flourish, professionalism of staff, and awesome sound system. The bar had a good selection as well, that's a good thing here in Wisconsin

Yelp
Man I am in love with this place. Not a bad seat in the house. The acoustics in this building are outstanding. I like that the venue feels more intimate. Always decently priced drinks and good quality too. The bathrooms are always clean and easy to get to in the building. Last comment this building is gorgeous inside and the seats are so plush! I will come back time and time again.

Yelp
Until earlier this year I had never been to the Meyer theater. Then we went to a show in May and just went to a show a few nights ago (in November). Walking into the Meyer theater you get to see the preserved/revived decor and beautiful finishes. Makes you feel like you are taking a step back in time. I feel like the show prices are quite reasonable. Both times that we have been to the Meyer theater this year we sat in the grand tier. I would highly recommend these seats. They are individual chairs versus typical theater seats. I feel great knowing that I am helping support local live theater entertainment!

Yelp
I came all the way from Orlando with my son to see "Weird Al" Yankovic perform here. The theater was fantastic. There aren't places like this in Orlando. The lobby is nice, nothing too fancy, but very proud of the donators who make the theater possible. The staff was fantastic. Everyone from the ticket-takers to the security guards had a smile on their face and a friendly demeanor. The inside of the theater is gorgeous. There is so much detail to take in and it is all beautiful. We were lucky enough to sit down near the stage, but even at balcony level, it seemed as if there wasn't a bad seat in the house. The sound was amazing, loud of course, but not eardrum shattering. If I'm in town again, I will certainly look to see what or who os playing here to enjoy it again.

Yelp
Mezzanine seating could be a little more roomy, a coat check would be nice to have instead of trying to find a place for jackets in a crowded event. But overall a great first time there and I'll definitely be attending more events there.

Yelp
Nice facility with a lot of theaters (we had to hurry in due to the movie starting). The ticket and popcorn prices were at market, the seats were fine and the overall facility was good. The sound system lacked a bit from other theaters I have been but was still acceptable. What I walked away from this venue was extremely nice and courteous tuxedo/bow tie clad teenagers running the place. There is hope for America.

Yelp
Smalle4 but very nice theater. Been here several times and always a good experience. Not sure now it would be for a concert but for other events every seat in the house is good

Yelp
First time visit to the Meyer Theatre for a show. We had the pleasure of seeing Mary Chapin Carpenter for whom Rose Cousins opened. The Meyer is a beautiful old theater with velvet seating. The ushers there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They're also very welcoming. This is a beautifully restored old theater. There are beautiful collonades on each side of the stage as well as a beautifully lit ceiling which gives the appearance of a night sky with blinking stars. Although we did not go to see it, we were told that the mezzanine level has velvet sofa type seating. I strongly recommend a visit.

Yelp
Doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house! Intimate, small, and great acoustics. I'd love to come back and see another show!

Yelp
This is truly a highlight of Downtown Green Bay. It's a gorgeous theater with around 1000 seats that consistently hosts top quality concerts. I really appreciate this place every time traveling artists compliment how much they enjoyed playing at the Meyer. I like going to the Near Water Concert Series shows which are generally indie/alternative folk/rock/bluegrass acts. The Meyer brings bigger, well known acts along with comedians and theater musical acts like Let Me Be Frank Productions.

Yelp
Gorgeous venue for music, theatre, Stage shows. Near truly local non-chain eateries like Blake & Tan ($$) or Kavarna ($).

Yelp
We visited The Meyer Theatre for the first time and it was great. Deuces Wild dueling pianos was outstanding. The architecture/decor of the theatre was very unique. We will definitely be watching the event list for more opportunities to come here!

Sue M.

Yelp
Great place to enjoy a play. We enjoyed "Let me be Frank Production" of "CSI Kewanee" what a blast!!! The young high school senior Jake did an outstanding performance! Everyone in our group of 9 women coming from Wabeno, Green Bay, Appleton, and a few Chicago suburbs all enjoyed the musical, even with the inside jokes. The entertainers played off the audience, which made it even more appealing. Beautiful theatre, helpful staff and comfy seats.

Yelp
Doesn't have blue moon and don't know what it is! They thought it was something made with blue raspberry vodka!
