"If you’re on a budget, or strapped for time, this grab-and-go Mediterranean restaurant is your best option. Mezeh might be a chain, but it’s also easily our favorite restaurant at the Harbor and a spot you can count on no matter what mood you’re in. The bowls are full of brightly colored vegetables and topped with proteins like chicken kebab and falafel (you can get them in pita wraps, too, but it’s less bang for your buck). You’ll probably have to visit a few times to get your build-your-own order perfect, or you can just grab one of their preset bowls to make it easy on yourself. " - tristiana hinton

Came in for dinner and fell in love with this place. The food is very good, staff was nice and friendly, and the little plaza in front is the cherry on top. I will surely come back more times. Can't wait to bring my wife when visiting the city, this place is so alive!

We shared an avocado Spicy Lamb bowl for lunch. The portion was decent. The ingredients were fresh. Overall a 3 out of 5. It isn't bad but not good enough for a second visit. The interior and furniture were dark. The chairs were oddly designed. We were the only people eating here on Sunday at 12.30. we saw 3 more people come in to take out food. Maybe the location had something to do with it. It was the last unit on the strip, away from the main stretch of stores.

Google
Amazing value. Very delicious and healthy food. The variety, the vegan options, and the very pleasant atmosphere make this one of our favorite restaurants. This is one of the best bang-for-your-buck restaurants in the area, in my opinion.

Google
While a bit pricey for a takeout bowl meal, I really like Mezeh. So far, I've had it twice. The ingredients look and taste fresh and the quick timing for pickup works well for me. I like the choices. The chicken has good flavor, the pita is light and fluffy. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor is on the Crown's square. Parking in the area is fine.

Favorite neighborhood spot to grab food. Healthy, affordable, fast, delicious. We actually had Mezeh cater our wedding welcome party. 10/10 recommend!

Google
We bought a salad yesterday and it was full of bugs. We went back to the restaurant to let the managers know and they told us they will check. Didn’t say anything else. What a disgusting experience I will not recommend to eat here. 🤢🤢🤮

Google
First time here and will definitely be back when I'm in town again. Fresh, delicious ingredients for a bowl or wrap that will make your tastebuds happy until the very last bite. The staff is very friendly and will help you build a meal you'll enjoy. I also recommend trying their fresh made drinks.

Yelp
I'm updating my review because it needs to be said. The female employees especially the older woman who speaks Spanish, who was working last night. About 5'5, black hair, possibly in her 40s or 50s. Just rude. I honestly don't understand why the rudeness and stale faces from her and other employee. The quality has gone hill. The majority of proteins require an upcharge. The chicken sharwama looked dry and had the nerve to require an extra $1. Lamb sharwama $5 extra, no thank you. The beet dip no longer there. The green dip, no longer there. Egg plant salad looks old. I see way they are always empty. Service sucks. Food quality is bad, and expensive. I rather eat &pizza 10x over than this.

Yelp
Good reliable food with quick service. I love coming here after a workout! What I like about their model is their is no limit to toppings or dips. I absolutely love the veggie kefta - crispy on the outside and crumbly on the inside. The spicy hummus, yogurt dip, and spicy feta are my favorite dips - and a great balance to all the pickled veggie toppings (carrots, Turkish salad, onions, olives).

Yelp
Good food and alternative to Cava. Good service and clean. Cool spot to eat a tiny bit healthier.

Yelp
I come here often because the food is amazing. Great bowls, unique toppings, flavorful sauces. But the service at this location has been disappointing recently. I order online for pickup frequently since I'm usually at the gym down the street beforehand, and I noticed that my order hasn't been ready by the quoted time. Additionally, the workers always look miserable, and they constantly make me feel like it's the biggest inconvenience for them when I ask to pick up my order (because it's never on the pickup shelf). The first time this happened, I thought it might be an off day, so it's whatever. Then it happened again the next time I visited. Still might have been a coincidence. But then the service was rude again on an additional three more visits afterwards. Basically, I haven't had any positive experiences with the service here in the last five times I've visited. It causes me to not want to return because although the food is great, it's not worth being looked at like I'm a huge bother for picking up an order that I already paid for. I don't usually write reviews that weigh heavily on service because the food is what matters most to me, but when it's negatively impacting your experience every single time, then it's impossible to keep dismissing.

Yelp
Very tasty! What's nice is, no matter what combination of items you choose, all the ingredients get along with each other. You can make a lot of original dishes out of it and they all taste unique! Service was nice, they are pretty hands off but accommodated our requests for tap water and double meat (there is a fee fyi). For a casual place the interior is really nicely designed and seems good for big or small groups.

Claire V.

Yelp
10/10 - delicious, healthy, affordable, quick. We eat here most weekends, usually just pickup and eat at home, but the ambiance inside is nice, and it's right on Crown Park if you have kids who want to run around or if you want to eat outside. We actually had them cater our wedding welcome party! A staple for us in the neighborhood.

Yelp
Being a fan of similar restaurants, I finally tried a salad from this one and was very disappointed. The food was very bland and it took everything I had to finish it and the only reason I did was because I was starving. I did add some anchovies to kick up the flavor a little to make it more palatable. Very dissappointing since it looked good. I'll stick to Cava and Rasa from now on.

Yelp
I walked into an empty Mezeh at 8pm March 14 in crown park. As a resident I frequented mezeh weekly in the past. There were 3 workers standing by the register talking - I stood ready to order for roughly 5 minutes when one told me "uno momentito". After another 5 minutes one walked over slower than a turtle on muscle relaxers. She was rude at best when asked bowl then to go....she made my base of the bowl and slid down to the next station where I sat and stared at the other two while I was waiting ...after another 5 minutes I just walked out. Beyond disappointing.

Zoya F.

Yelp
My favorite healthy food option in Rockville/Gaithersburg. You can order in person, online, or through the app to get your bowl exactly how you want it! I've tried bases of salad and rice and toppings from chicken to lamb. All were flavorful and I got my daily dose of veggies from the hummus, cucumber, and other options. Staff are friendly and seating (except at rush hour) is plentiful. The house drinks are a little sweet for my taste, but everything else about the experience was perfect for the reasonable price point.

Deseree C.

Yelp
Absolutely love the Mediterranean food here! They have plenty of options for vegetables and toppings! I love the chicken shawarma greens bowl! The inside is really nice and clean as well! Service is always quick and nice.

Natalie T.

Yelp
I absolutely love this restaurant the inside dinning area was very clean plenty of seating. Restaurants was clean the food is always fresh made to order. Customers service is accommodating & welcoming. I called in my order I ordered a pita pocket. With garlic steak, veggies, classic hummus & feta cheese it was so good. And so fulling I literally have lunch for today & I purchased my food yesterday during lunch time. I highly recommend

Teresa P.

Yelp
Yum! We went for a late lunch. I had the falafel bowl. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and clean inside. We will be back;)

Yelp
In these times of high inflation, this place was a superb find. I got a bowl, but you can get a pita pocket, or wrap and they assemble your meal as you pick what you want in it. You start off with a base of grains (i.e. basmati rice) and then add some form of greens (arugala, kale, spinach, etc), then a protein, i.e. lamb kefta, or chicken or beef shwarma, etc, (or vegetarian protein). Add to that your choice of dozens of toppings and sauces like carmelized eggplant, picked carrots, chickpea salad, harissa, etc. The veggies and toppings were fresh and tasty. I kept having the staff add more and more toppings and they obligingly kept stuffing them in, which is why my bowl looks a little squashed in the photo. The whole thing felt even a little heavy when I took it from the restaurant. They even included a little pita pocket with it. All this was around $11.50 which is a great deal in these inflationary times. And, of course, it was delicious.

Yelp
i was TOLD to contact customer service last winter and I was promised a voucher to return. Lots of emailing back and forth. Making this right for me? i never received it. Just a 2 nd bad experience dealing with your customer service person. I'm done with this place After years of going there. Too many other places to eat out. Bye bye .....

Sidney C.

Yelp
For lunch, we decided to try Mezeh, and we were impressed! I got a bowl with rice, steak shawarma, and other toppings and sauces. There are many toppings to choose from, and they all tasted fresh and delicious! The workers were nice and patient as I chose the ingredients for my bowl. We sat inside and ate, and the place was nice and clean. I definitely want to try another bowl here!

Anna W.

Yelp
Came here for a lunch on a rainy day- loved to see the variety on the menu! We walked up to the counter, and did have to wait a bit until we were greeted. The 2 girls in there were running around getting stuff done, seemed to be a large Grubhub order ahead of us, totally understandable! This isn't a big deal at all, no worries, but there was a little mixup with the protein I wanted, I think the labels were in the wrong order or maybe a miscommunication between the employee and I about wanting chicken schwarma and was given the other kind of chicken but was still good!!! The ambiance is fine, nice decorations and a great variety of seating: chairs, stools and couches. Will be back!! (:

Min Z.

Yelp
Very nice and healthy fast food choice. Many selections and quite filling. It's a great place to stop by and have a quick bite. 3* to me means good and decent! I would definitely come back!

Josh J.

Yelp
When I first decided to come, I just wanted to eat some Mediterranean food. I was not expecting a build your bowl kind of restaurant. I love Cava but I will say this place is better! They have so many more food choices like more meats and more vegetables. They serve it in a reusable bowl if you dine-in which I find a nice environmental touch. The atmosphere of the place is very casual. Overall, it's just a nice place to get a good quick filling meal!

Jorge_eats_world ..

Yelp
Lacks seasoning and the proportion of proteins to other items on the bowl is very little. I would expect a decent amount of proteins for the set price, but this time our order had very little protein in the bowls.

Joanna C.

Yelp
Amazing discovery! Was craving Mediterranean food so checked my trusty Yelp app and found Mezeh. Ordered a Family Pack through their app, it was ready and out front at the pick-up time, and most importantly, it was delicious! Generous portions, great flavors, and lasted the 3 of us at least 2 meals. For the Family Pack items, we got: -Base: Kale and Brown Basmati Rice, both solid -Protein: Steak Shawarma: Yum! Juicy and well-seasoned -Toppings: Baba Ganoush (deliciously smoked flavor), Caramelized Eggplant (sweet and smoky and yummy), Roasted Vegetables (unfortunately a bit bland and soggy), and then the Sun-Dried Tomato Salad, Turkish Salad, Lebanese Tabbouleh (all solid) -Pita: Still warm! Went great with the Baba Ganoush Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Charles N.

Yelp
I went to Mezeh Gaithersburg today with 4 other people today. I usually have the bowl because of the variety of items, today I thought I try something a little different so I ordered a pita with falafel. There were some hard seed like pieces I think is from the falafel that ruined the pita for me. I had falafel before, nothing like this one, very disappointed.

Adeline C.

Yelp
I was in the mood for some Mediterranean and was happy to see this place is super close to me :) It is chipotle-style bowls with a starting price of $11 with the option to add on if you want more protein/premium items. They have lots of options for the base, protein, toppings, and sauces, so you can really customize. I ended up paying extra to get falafel + lamb Kefta, making my total closer to $17. Both proteins were decently seasoned and I left feeling full (not stuffed). Overall this was a solid meal, but I'm not sure if I would necessarily go out of my way to come back.

Anna B.

Yelp
Got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital. Please do not go to this place!!!!! Most likely Norovirus

Daniel O.

Yelp
This place is absolutely the best. Everywhere else skimps on the servings, not here. Everything is fresh and there's no attitude from the workers when you ask for more.

Dana C.

Yelp
We at at Mezeh Mediterranean last night for the first time and boy, we're we pleasantly surprised! When we saw that it was like Chipotle, we weren't too excited. Fast food Mediterranean? We were wrong. We each got a bowl and started adding items. My bowl was huge because I added so much to it - I wanted to sample everything (well, everything vegetarian...). It was all delicious. The man agreed - including the meat he added to his. Considering you can add almost all you want (they limit only proteins), Mezeh Mediterranean is not only delicious, it's also a pretty good bargain!

Katharine S.

Yelp
Oh my goodness this place is great! We ordered Ubereats from here and loved it. The ingredients are super fresh - everything had great flavor. I tried a custom bowl with the shredded lamb - worth the upgrade. My husband got the spicy meat lovers pizza and he liked it! We'll be ordering here again. Also, get the baklava :)

Spencer Y.

Yelp
It's a real disappointment that I have to write this, because I used to be a huge fan of Mezeh. I would always rave about how this food was superior to its competitors to all my friends and coworkers. Whenever I am in Crown, I would always stop by this place and grab an order to go. I would order their bowls and even their family packs! I'm sad to say that I have lost trust in this establishment after a recent experience with their online order. I feel the need to write this in order to warn other fellow consumers that may run into a similar situation to mine. It started when I ordered an online pickup order one day. But when I realized that the website was not working correctly where it accepted coupon codes, I called the store to see if I could cancel my order. I personally called the store 3 minutes after placing the order online through Zuppler, and the employee assured me they would cancel it and I would receive my refund. They just had to make a couple of phone calls. No problem, right? Problem is, I never received my refund, and it was never even started in the first place despite calling the store twice that day. The employee who answered the phone that day just told me to wait 3 business days. 3 business days later, still no refund. I had to reach out to customer service via email through reviews@mezeh.net where it resulted in another endless nightmare. I went through several replies back and forth with Sydney where they tried to reach out to zuppler to refund my order on my credit card; only to still have no start of a refund in process on my credit card! I started my refund process on February 15th and it's been nearly 3 weeks and still no resolution. I tried reaching out to customer service again about the matter and they still haven't replied after 8 days. I guess it's just radio silence from here. Needless to say, it looks like I am on my own for this matter, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. This whole situation of time, headaches, and stress could've been largely averted with a simple refund, but I guess it's not so simple after all - at least not here. Just be warned that if you ever order online through Mezeh, the transaction may be final, and a refund may never occur. Whether it may be a lost or cancelled order, your situation may be a lost cause and they may not help you in the end. I've been pretty bummed about this the past couple weeks with this lingering matter. A customer should never have to be fearful whenever the place an order.

Victoria K.

Yelp
So this place just opened up where baja fresh used to be. I was recommended this place by a friend who said it was like cava but cheaper. I ended up doing double meat, both lamb so it wasn't really cheaper but it was delicious, which is the important part. I like the large selection of unique items they have to make your bowl. With normal meat it would've been about $10 which is reasonable for a filling meal. I'd happily come back here if I was in the area.

Grishma P.

Yelp
I love coming here for a quick and healthy lunch. I just wish the service was a little bit better.

Gail R.

Yelp
Needed something healthy and wanted to visit Downtown Crown - had not been the area in a while. Decided to visit this restaurant - had their food once at a Yelp event, however this might have been my first time visiting since that event. On this visit, I had a Bowl with (base) Spinach & Brown Basmati Rice, (protein) Chicken Shwarma (spicy), Turkey Kefta - I wanted to taste it, Shredded Lamb, (toppings) Lebanese Tabbouleh, Israeli Couscous, Quinoa Salad, Roasted Corn, Dried Cranberries, Walnuts, Cherry Tomatoes & Classic Hummus and for my sauce, which I got on the side, Baslamic Vinaigrette. As I sat to eat, I poured a little of the sauce in my bowl and just ate (didn't shake it up or anything). I did enjoy everything except 2 items. I did not like the Lebanese Tabbouleh - my first time eating it. They probably made it well - I just was not a fan of it, based on my preference. I also did not like the shredded lamb - it tasted good, but I felt it was missing something. What I really enjoyed: Chicken Shwarma - go figure as I don't like anything spicy, but enjoyed eating this - I think the rest of the items in my bowl probably cooled down the heat for me. Turkey Kefta - I really enjoyed this and wished I had more in my bowl. Maybe I will try the Lamb Kefta on my next visit even though it will be $1.50 extra (I hope that is not the price for each). Couscous - my first time tasting these yellow, tiny, soft things...Yum. I will be back for sure.

Yelp
Tbh honest review the place is aesthetically pleasing but is eerily similar to chipotle style. For people who like ordering what to put on your plate you may like it but from a person who lived my life in the Middle East the food was mid at best there sauces were not entirely it too, but their shawarma meat tasted good ( that was the only reason I went here so I was glad that was good). Their drinks are really nice thou I enjoyed that and the ambiance of the place.

Marc M.

Yelp
Wonderful food! Great service! I am there every week! Plenty of options/choices! Perfect for a quick lunch or with family/friends!

Athar H.

Yelp
I stopped by this place with my mother and aunt because we were craving Mediterranean food. When we entered, we were met with a scornful look. The lady who served us was really rude and also told us the place closes at 8 PM (both the website and the door stated 8 PM and the door was also opened way past 8 PM). Anyways, throughout the time she was just incredibly silent when we had requests for toppings and really short on answers to questions (also, the place was absolutely dead). We had asked for a glass and she again stated no because they're closing. There wasn't a reason for her to be so rude to us. We won't be coming back.

Vishal S.

Yelp
This is most definitely our go to place for Mediterranean bowl! They have a good number of options for creating our bowls and the food is fresh and tasty! Service is quick and portion sizes are generous too. Among our favorite proteins are chicken kebab, chicken shawarma, steak. And for toppings we like couscous, eggplant, roasted vegetables, harissa dip. Even during coronavirus dining restrictions, they have been doing a good job at managing customers and still providing good food to go! The food is still fresh and delicious by the time it gets home and worth the drive to this location!

Stephanie T.

Yelp
Starving after a hardcore gym sesh? Go to Mezeh over the down-the-street Cava for the full belly you deserve. Toppings are unlimited here - and after having been to five different locations - they truly mean it. My bowl, whether dining in or carrying out, has always been so consistently full of goodness. I am surprised everytime by how much food I am getting for ~$10 a bowl. They offer tons of choices that Cava does not like couscous, tabbouleh, baba ganoush, eggplant and fresh veggies. The food is fresh, hot and so carefully curated. The blend of flavors is simply indescribable. Now for some fast facts: they offer outdoor patio seating. Free parking garage is right next door. Some street parking available.

Niloofar B.

Yelp
Love love this place! Very similar to the more mainstream CAVA, but with more choices. They also have chicken schwarma which is my absolute favorite! Lots of eggplanty ethnic/Mediterranean items on the menu. My favorites are the sauces which include cilantro hummus and Baba ghanoosh. They serve pretty huge portions here so make sure you come hungry

Domenic D.

Yelp
Healthy bowls with a wide variety of choices at a great price. Start with your base (lettuce, kale, or just rice), then add a protein, (chicken, beef, lamb or veggie falafel) and then choose through a variety of veggie toppings (including different hummus), and finish it with one of their tasty sauces.

Angelica D.

Yelp
YUM!!!! The place was completely empty when I went in due to coronavirus but I was excited yo try a new fast-casual mediterranean place! I was completely blown away. They have so many great selections of toppings for bowls - typical and different ones! I ordered arugla with the pilaf. For protein I topped it with the lamb kefta and steak shawarma. SO GOOD! I got so many toppings and sauces that I don't remember all that I added, I went a little crazy. I will say the tabbouleh and sumac cucumber really stood out to me. It was so crisp and refreshing. I will definitely be back to try a pita pocket! Make sure to go support them during this time, wash your hands and wear a mask!

Philip L.

Yelp
This was a nice surprise and alternative to Cava Mezze. It is quite similar, but what makes this place more cool is the decor and the amount of seating. I love the design in this place and the couch that goes pretty much around the restaurant. It is something that definitely separates themselves from other places. It adds another dimension to the space that they are offering and it does help that their food is tasty. The upsides to this place is the use of sugar cane in their drinks and they advertise it rightly so. The food is tasty and not lacking in flavor. I do wish that they had a more spicier choice, but that is not really a big deal. They amount was filling and a good balance in price and the amount of food making it a good choice for lunch. The downsides to this place is the weird unsweetened teas, which are unique, but they took me for a spin before I got used to it. After two flavors, I needed to switch to the sweet drinks. Just a taste preference though. The meat choices were a bit dry when we came in, which was like 2:30 ish. I think that the lunch rush ended and we got the end of the prep. Either or, the fresh vegetables and the sauce made up for the dryness. With all that, I do like this place and the location is perfect for the moments where you don't want the full sit down and waiter experience but a quick bite to eat and don't want pizza.

SmugVegan J.

Yelp
I like the variety of toppings available. Some items are a bit too salty for my taste. They could organize the toppings better to minimize cross contamination between toppings. For example, gluten containing items, like couscous, should not pass over gluten-free items. It only takes 10s of ppm of gluten before something is no longer gluten free. Similarly non-vegan items should not pass over vegan items. If they fixed this and if their staff actually knew which items were gluten-free, then I'd be super happy. That said, using their handout isn't too bad, especially if they alphabetized it.

Ed G.

Yelp
A Pita pocket you say? Don't think that this is going to be the same pitas that you get in the grocery store that's completely dry and then crammed with some mediocre vegetables. No, the pita pockets here are delicious and bulky. I initially looked at it and thought there was no way could this fill me up, but as I ate more and more I found that every bite had all the layers that I wanted. These layers could of course be customized to everybodys individual taste but I had brown rice, chicken shawarma, greek feta, lebanese tabbouleh, israeli couscous, roasted vegetables, chickpea salad, and pickled onions. It looks like a lot but it's a perfect blend of flavors for me and was completely customizable. Each of the sauces that we wanted came on the side so as to prevent it from becoming soggy which is great and unexpected. I loved being able to take a bite, spread a different sauce over my pita pocket and then do it all over again. Don't expect to get more than 1 serving out of your pita pocket. You won't be able to stop until you finish it.

Navin K.

Yelp
Ordered takeout. At home food smelled stale. Very disappointed. This is national store Mezeh!!

Amani A.

Yelp
Updated review: The quality has significantly gone down since my last visit. I really didn't want a bad experience here since it's close to work and it's a good healthy lunch option. First problem: The employee behind the line can't speak English, he barely can understand what I am saying and I feel like I'm yelling. So frustrating Second Problem: The chicken was undercooked (kebab). I had to switch to the kebab because the shawarma was all dark meat and I would like a protein. The couscous has changed for the worse, the pearl couscous was way better. Third problem: I was overcharged by $5.00 Fourth and final problem: The speed, it's too slow for a quick lunch spot I hope they can manage to improve soon

Karma S.

Yelp
visited this restaurant on Wednesday and one of the workers behind the counter was clearly sick. She was wiping her nose at one point she fixed her bra and she even wiped her hands through her hair. All the while she was still fixing food with out gloves. And no time did she even wash her hands?

Connie Y.

Yelp
Underrated goodness. I tend to hear of other Mediterranean restaurants before Mezeh, but I think they offer some of the best flavors for this cuisine. The unlimited choices is also the best bang for your buck. Both quality and quantity is satisfied here. I've been here for dinner about three times now, and each time it's been delicious. I just don't live close enough to justify driving 20 minutes for Mezeh all the time, otherwise for about $10 a bowl, this beats out many other fast food casual restaurants. I will order a mixed greens and brown basmati rice bowl with the chicken shawarma. There are extra charges for the steak and lamb. Then I choose from there extensive, over 20, different toppings! Some of my favorites include eggplant capanota, roasted vegetables, quinoa salad, roasted corn, steamed beets, and Israeli couscous. Add all the hummuses! You also get a pita with the bowl. Mezeh does a wonderful job on flavors and offering so many options at reasonable prices.

Salman C.

Yelp
Mezeh is similar to the Cava Mezze style of restaurant where you go down a line and add toppings to a bowl. With that said, that's where the similarities end. Mezeh is Cava amplified by 100 with fresher toppings and meats. If you look at the picture I attached you can see how stuffed my bowl was. The good thing is they don't have a limit to toppings unlike other build-your-bowl places. I highly recommend adding the eggplant to your bowl, it adds a good charred taste to your meal.

Justin P.

Yelp
"My great friend Noor from work" brought me here for lunch. And I kept getting confused between Cava/Cava Mezze/and this Mezeh. Thank goodness I tried this place, because it's really really good! So it's chipotle-style food where you can pick what you want and add as many toppings as you want. You really do get that "bang for your buck" deal! Everything was pretty fresh and the guy who made it for me stacked it up! Parking was easy cuz there's a garage next door, and it's in an up and coming spot with townhomes being built. This place is highly recommended!

Michael A.

Yelp
Second visit to this restaurant and another great tasting experience! Dined in and ordered Felafel and Chicken Shawarma. Tasted so good! The flavors of the sides, spread, rice and protein all matched the sauces. Will definitely go back to try some other options. Really like the White Basmati Rice with Felafel and Chicken Shawarma!!! Delicious!!! Service is always great, too.

Urooj F.

Yelp
I've been saying this for a long time, Mezeh is SO MUCH better than Cava and Roti. Out of the three Mezeh has the best options to choose from hands down! The price is fair considering you wont be able to finish the whole thing in one sitting, and you get a little pita with the bowl. I mainly just love how good all the options are. You can also make it healthy if you choose the right things.
