Mezquite

We came for taco Tuesday. It was delicious. The place feels authentic. Maricarmen was our server. She was very sweet and helpful. We always like to try new places and this one didn’t disappoint. We will come back soon. Good addition to the neighborhood!!

I was craving Mexican food and found Mezquite Taqueria after some research, it looked promising. Even though huevos rancheros wasn’t on the menu, I called ahead and they happily made it for me. Best decision. The flavors were bold, vibrant, and absolutely on fire. I couldn’t be happier with my visit and can’t wait to return.

We loved Mesquite Bar + Restaurant, which recently opened in our neighborhood. The Quesabirria dish was so good and so were the chicken fajitas. The owner was on site, hospitable and attentive, as well as the waitress. We were very pleased with our experience and the food was authentic and delicious. Loved the little store with all the Mexican goodies too! We'll be back!!

Mesquite Taqueria just became my new go-to Mexican spot. The food is excellent : fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The chilaquiles were incredible, loaded with tender steak, a perfectly fried egg, creamy avocado, and a bright salsa verde that tastes homemade. The enchiladas were just as impressive, drenched in green sauce with crema, queso, rice, and beans that actually add to the meal instead of feeling like filler. And the service? Outstanding. MariCarmen made the experience even better. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind , the type of service that makes you want to come back before you even finish your meal. If you’re looking for Mexican food that’s truly delicious paired with great hospitality, Mesquite Taqueria is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend. Jeannett

My girlfriend and I went during the Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday Special and let me tell you… the food was amazing. To begin with, we were served complimentary chips with the choices of salsa picantes and they were great. You can tell they are made fresh. We had also ordered chips and guac and the guac was great. Great texture and the flavor was more than satisfying. Now, for the tacos, I ordered 2 Carne Asada Tacos and 2 Al Pastor while my girlfriend ordered 3 Carne Asada and 1 Carnitas. We were more than satisfied when it came to the flavors. Cooked to perfection while they placed on fresh, thick tortillas. The tortillas were noticeably thicker than average, but in a very great way… soft, warm, and filling. They held everything together perfectly and added a rich, comforting texture that made each bite incredibly satisfying. The tortillas never broke on me once. I was also told that all tortillas are made fresh and made in small batches to keep every order consistent. 2 Maracuya/Passionfruit Margaritas were ordered which were delightful. They were perfectly garnished and prepared. I would highly recommend to order them, you can’t miss out on this nice cocktail. When it came to the service, it was nothing but amazing. We felt extremely welcomed and our waitress was very attentive to our needs. She made sure weren’t missing anything and that we served properly. I would highly recommend Mezquite to anyone that’s looking for delicious Authentic Mexican Cuisine. I’ve been to multiple mexican restaurants and I can confidently say, this is one to bring friends and family. It was nothing but amazing.

the food was delicious! the restaurant is beautiful and priced right!! We loved it! try the ceviche it was out of this world
