To round out the meal, the grape leaf dolmas are sturdy and the small pistachio baklava packs a lot of balanced sweetness. The menu for the campus restaurant, much like the original Austin location in the Triangle, focuses on customizable meals using pitas, wraps, grains, or salads, plus proteins like beef/lamb doner, kabobs, falafels, vegetables, etc. Then there are mezzes, aka appetizers, like hummus, roasted carrot yogurt, harissa, spicy tabouli, and more. For sires, there are items like lamb kibbeh, lentil soup, Turkish pizza, and truffle feta friesThere’s also Turkish wine, as well as beer, coffee, tea, and sodas. MezzeMe’s campus hours are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
