Very disappointed! I ordered the Gringo Bowl, which was ok only because I was extremely hungry, but the the bowl was a major letdown. I thought a veggie bowl should have vegetables, not just rice and beans. This one barely had any veggies, which was very frustrating. The worst part of it all was the disorganized and unprofessional behavior of the staff. While waiting in line for my food, I had to listen to the staff loudly venting their frustrations. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I can't recommend this place!

Overpriced items that I could get from the grocery store. The guacamole is mashed avocado, the tacos had cheddar cheese, red onions and iceberg lettuce on it. The chicken was good, had flavor. It is the only thing that saved this meal.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service was absolutely terrible. They ignored us, and we had to get up three times to go to the counter and demand our food. Even after all that, they didn’t give us what we ordered. We asked for a burrito, a bowl, and two drinks—nothing complicated—but they messed it up completely. We waited almost 40 minutes, which was unacceptable, especially in an airport where time is crucial. We could have missed our flight! To make things worse, this disaster cost us $60. The food was awful—the burrito was bad, the tortilla was bad, everything was bad. They didn’t bring me what I ordered, despite me telling them a lot of times, showing them on the menu, and repeating my order over and over. The burrito was handed to me with crunchy crust, and without the ingredients I ordered! I Demand a response because this was definitely the worst dining experience I have had in my life, and I can’t believe I payed 60 dollars for that meal (we were 2).

Didn’t eat here after reading the reviews however it was an ideal place for drinks as it’s directly opposite our gate B22. 🍻 Had plenty of TVs to watch sports on too! As other reviews pointed out, when you order on the app, make sure to go back on your order and close your bill and pay, otherwise after a certain amount of time they’ll add 20% automatically.

Wow, what a disappointment. This “establishment” is insanely overpriced and lacks good service. After spending nearly $70 on two bowls, chips, and a drink, we were told we wouldn’t be allowed to sit in their bar seating area since we did not order directly with the server. That was not obvious and didn’t make any sense considering anyone who ordered at the bar was getting the same exact food from the kiosks where we ordered. The food is lackluster at best and the service is nonexistent. Not sitting at the bar we may have dodged bullet considering they charge an automatic gratuity despite having terrible service. This place is a scam with colorful branding and you and your party are better off saving your time/money and going elsewhere. Zero stars and definitely would not recommend.

The food is okay, kind of bland. It's Airport food you can't have very high expectations. Use the hot sauce and it makes it better. The guacamole with chips was good.

The worst bowl (and maybe even overall food) that I have ever had in my life! Paid over $50 for a burrito bowl and a drink. A note on the drink as well, I ordered a new york sour and received a glass of sour mix, liquor, and soda water... it looked so much not like what a new york sour is that i thought they brought me the wrong drink. I dont understand how food and drink that bad can be so over priced! Ive paid much less for much better airport food so no its not "airport prices"

Shockingly good burrito. I think the other reviewers are missing the fact that they don't douse the burrito in salt and sauce. Because the ingredients are good quality. Add as much salt and sauce as you want. Also service was great. Tanesha is wonderful. And the burrito came out in 5 minutes. Perfect for pre flight meal.
