I am so sad that i only had one chance to try mi gusto and that they don't have franchise in the states. Mi Gusto has to open a location in california; preferrably orange county, like right NOW. I enjoyed every single flavor. All of the empanadas were perfectly baked; it's not paper-y if you know what that means and all the empanadas are filled with so much toppings inside. I personally think the best empanada place in the States is the Nonna's in the Grove of Los Angeles, and the biggest difference between Nonna's and Mi Gusto is the CHEESE. The cheese looks different, stretches different, and tastes different. Saying that, the jamon y queso empanada was delightful. oh man i wish I had it just one more time before leaving :'(
