Mi Mundo Coffeehouse is a charming little spot - warm, welcoming, and perfect for catching up with friends or settling in for a quiet work session. The ambiance strikes a nice balance between cozy and function, with just the right amount of background buzz for light conversation or focused productivity. On this visit, tried the Rose Honey Latte and the Pistachio Rose Latte. Both drinks were enjoyable, subtly floral with a gentle sweetness that didn’t overpower. Looking forward to returning, next time, I’m planning to try a few more items from their menu and possibly pick up a bag of their coffee beans. Reading through other reviews, noticed their coffee beans are organic. If you’re looking for a relaxed, low-key coffeehouse with a hint of personality, Mi Mundo is worth a visit.

Solid coffee shop. The cashier was friendly and helpful and seemed overall happy to be there. The space was cute. People working on their laptops around the place. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. It’s not a big place and seating limited. They offer outsourced baked goods and a variety of their own foods. I ordered the Peppermint Mocha latte iced. Pretty good. It’s your standard latte.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a lovely spot! I had the pistachio rose latte and a slice of banana cake, both were absolutely delicious. The coffee had a beautiful floral note with just the right touch of nuttiness, and the banana cake was moist and flavorful. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for chilling out or getting some work done. I could have stayed there for hours. Highly recommend!

Been visiting this place for years now.. I was sad to find out that they no longer serve Tacodeli breakfast tacos because the vegan is my favorite and the new supplier does not have anything close to it.. we tried the migas and it was just ok.. we did see some stuffed cookies and both flavors (Biscoff/Dulce) we got were good, pricey however ($5.50 each). The coffee.. amazing as always!! Gold latte (new to us) and pistachio rose is what we tried today.. excited and had high hopes for the Gold latte and it delivered!!

This small coffee shop is awesome! Some unique flavors on their Special Latte menu and I had to try the Dark Chocolate Raspberry Latte! I had a medium with half sweetness and oat milk. It had just the right amount of sweet and bitter, flavors really come through. This is an intimate spot and the coffee shop was popping on a Saturday morning. Cozy and charming atmosphere, limited parking storefront though lots of parking on the side of the building that makes for a nice stroll. Staff is patient, attentive, and friendly. First time getting coffee here so I had several questions and staff were very knowledgeable and even made the recommendation to take sweetness down to half for the Dark Chocolate Raspberry Latte Raspberry latte. 10/10, if ever in the area & looking to get coffee, give this spot a try!

Usually, I don’t write reviews but I wanted to make an exception for this coffee shop as I am planning to sign their subscription being their regular customer for a long time.I am big fan of their Latte Flights Ambiance and Atmosphere: The moment you step into Mi Mundo, you're greeted by a cozy ambiance filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans. The rustic decor and comfortable seating create a perfect environment to relax or catch up with friends Quality of Coffee: The coffee here is simply exceptional. Whether you're a fan of robust espresso or silky smooth lattes, each cup is crafted with precision.Their attention to detail in every brew truly sets them apart. Service and Staff: The staff members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They're always ready with recommendations and take the time to ensure each customer feels welcome. Their passion for coffee is evident in how they engage with patrons. Food and Snacks: In addition to great coffee, their pastries and snacks are also noteworthy. Unique Selling Points: What I love most about Mi Mundo is their commitment to sustainability. They use ethically sourced ORGANIC beans and offer compostable cups, making it a guilt-free indulgence. Overall Experience: Overall, Mi Mundo exceeds expectations on all fronts—quality coffee, inviting atmosphere, attentive service, and a delightful menu. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're sure to leave with a smile. Highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting the coffee shop as I was driving through and really needed a coffee and I am on a mission to try as many smaller locally owned coffee shops as possible. In all honesty, I would have given a solid 4 star recommendation mainly due to the coffee being bitter when I requested something more on the sweet side and after leaving and going on my day the drink somewhat coagulated. Not sure if it was the milk but it did not leave a favorable texture. Service wise maybe it was because it was a dark and rainy day but the staff definitely did not seem interested in my menu questions when I asked about their beans, roast and flavors. The tacos are from taco deli and were still really good and I was in and out of there within 10 minutes if that. I do want to try this place again because they have a latte flight which is right up my alley. When writing all of my reviews I always look at the owner response because that will always tell you the about the culture of the business and if maybe they were just having an off day.I honestly was more disappointed in some of the responses to their patrons who were not satisfied with their visit. While yes less than 5 star can truly hurt a small business so can poorly worded responses to a persons personal experience. Because the negative always travels 10x faster than the positive. I would love to see this business thrive as it’s definitely worth it 🥰

Google
This place has been around for a minute, but I only started coming here a couple of months ago. It’s such a cozy place, and the coffee is delicious. They have latte flights, which is super cool! You can choose any 4 latte flavors, including their seasonal flavors. It was around $20 for a flight. This place can get really busy on weekends. Since the shop is pretty small, the seating fills up fast. They do have a small outdoor sitting area out back, but again, it gets packed during peak hours. Their parking lot is tiny, but thankfully the City of Round Rock offers abundant free parking downtown. Bathroom is always clean, which everybody can appreciate.

Yelp
So, one the the reviews said best coffee in round rock... so driving through decided to try. Asked for a cortado, came in a cappuccino cup BUT the coffee was legitimately good, solidly above average! And then we got the banana bread... was less than impressed but CUSTOMER SERVICE, outstanding! I just let them know... not expecting anything at all and it was replaced and was given generous, kind, above and beyond service. (Pumpkin bread - definitely the one to try!)

Yelp
Found this little gem and hung out for a while. We tried several things and everything was AMAZING! They had 2 baristas that day who were fantastic- super friendly, great personalities, they made perfect 3 shot espresso . Their coffee has a great flavor! I also tried the banana nut bread and the tamales. I will definitely visit again when we visit this area. The only con is that there is not much parking - it's small place but very busy...but I was blessed and someone was leaving and I got parked in front.

Yelp
Cute coffee shop with great ambiance! I am a huge coffee snob and this place checked every box. Loved the creativity on the drinks, and very friendly staff as well.

Yelp
I tried their lavender honey matcha latte and it was delightful. I love how they have so many signature flavors that you can get as a latte (coffee or matcha). The interior of the cafe is nice and has a homey feel to it. I think this is a great place to take a friend and relax.
google avatar

Briana W.

Yelp
Came for the iced coffee and left with an iced coffee and a coffee key chain! Plants, coffee and aesthetically pleasing...it's a win for me! Plus the coffee tasted like it naturally had cinnamon in it. Oh and no Yelpers, they don't make their own syrup! However each drink made here will be made with love! Happy Yelping!

Yelp
I love this coffee shop. I come here from time to time and always have a great experience. Coffee is always good & service great. They have some indoor and outdoor seating and it's just a great place to come work for a few hours or catch up with someone.

Yelp
This is my favorite coffee shop up north for so many reasons. Their specialty coffees are absolutely delicious, especially the pistachio mocha and dark raspberry mocha. It's such a cute atmosphere inside and the staff is so friendly. It's a great place to sit and chat with a friend or study!

Yelp
Came in for the first time and got the tiramisu iced latte. It's got a nice flavor and sweetness without being overwhelming. I also got a samosas for a snack and enjoyed the sauces they paired with it. I am an adult child apparently and spilled my cup of water when I moved my purse and wish they had napkins easily accessible. When I went to ask an staff member where I could find one she just pointed, which, yes, she's busy so I get that but I personally appreciate verbal communication especially if my intention is to clean up after my mess to not add to their workload. The area she pointed too lacked napkins, as did the restroom (which could have been the area she was pointing too but also... so probably have napkins accessible to everyone without needing to wait for someone to exit the restroom). Lack of napkins is not a life ending crisis by any means.

Yelp
I really liked the vibe, every drink I ordered and the free WiFi to work on my laptop. However, maybe because I'm older, the restroom was a big turnoff for someone working on a laptop all day. The toilet water is not filling fast enough or at all to flush well. I literally took the greenery out of the shell deco and had to fill the tank every time I used the facilities to get a good/strong flush. I suggest having like a small pail somewhere in the restroom that fits inside the sink.
google avatar

Rupa N.

Yelp
They have a lot of different flavors of lattes. I got iced pistachio rose latte and it was good. I do wish the flavors were stronger and coffee was stronger as well. There's some seating inside to do some work. Quick service.
google avatar

Christina H.

Yelp
I am all about local and decided to try out Mi Mundo due to the raving reviews. I ordered the rose latte, but the syrup was overpowering and should have gone with a more traditional option. The shop is cute, but has minimal seating, a lack of food options, limited parking spaces and overall could be better. I would suggest removing all the noise and focusing on what matters. Sometimes, less is more.
google avatar

Txasnani A.

Yelp
I was looking forward to checking this coffee shop out-it looked so cute on instagram. We had lattes-regular milk, pistachio and Irish cream. The regular and pistachio were just ok. The Irish cream had no taste. Also lots of cute latte art pictured on Insta, we didn't get any The patio looked terrible-rickety chairs and a tripping hazard.

Yelp
I've said it once and I'll say it again. This is the BEST coffee shop in round rock. So many drinks and all of them fantastic. The vibes; impeccable. The staff; always so nice and welcoming. The food; made with pure magic I swear. I would come here every day if I lived even a little bit closer.

Yelp
This is a quaint local coffee shop. Staff is very friendly, and the coffee is delicious. I had their honey cinnamon latte with almond milk, and it was perfect, sweet but not too sweet. They have lots of live plants that make the place feel welcoming, and an outside patio in the back if you want fresh air.

Yelp
Stopped by here after a fun but exhausting toddler birthday party. There are six parking spaces right in front, with additional parking along the side street. I ordered a hot chocolate since it was around 3 PM, while my friend opted for the lavender honey latte--which she absolutely loved. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and a rich coffee flavor. We also appreciated the cozy atmosphere, lots of plants throughout the shop. Seating includes bar stools along the windows, but we settled into the leather couches, which could fit up to six people. It was the perfect spot for two friends and an infant to relax and catch up. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the prices were pretty standard--my hot cocoa was around $4. A great little spot for a warm drink and a laid-back vibe!

Yelp
Such a cute little coffee shop. Lattes were delicious!! Staff very helpful & polite. Great place to catch up with friends & enjoy a cup of coffee

Yelp
Cute coffee shop in downtown round rock. It's quite small and the parking is a bit challenging but the coffee is worth it! Staff is friendly, menu has a lot of options and they have breakfast taos, cookies and treats from nearby bakeries offered at the front counter.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is awesome! Probably my new go to. It's located in downtown round rock. The inside is quaint and cozy and the vibes were awesome. They have a lot of speciality drinks to choose from which are my favorite kinds! Everyone that works there is so nice. We even chatted a bit with one of the workers while he was making our coffee. There's a little patio in the back that is so cute. Def check them out!
google avatar

Suzy D.

Yelp
Stopped in here while I was downtown. Great staff and coffee. I got a delish cold brew. They also had pastries and breakfast tacos. Other pros: some off street parking
google avatar

Sandra H.

Yelp
I like this cafe! It's small, cozy, and chilled. I didn't stay long, had a matcha tea and was lucky to get the sofa for me and my friend to chat over a hot drink. I like the decor with plants inside. I'll he back for a pastry next time
google avatar

Anriella D.

Yelp
Found this place through yelp. The parking in the front of the store can be a bit intimidating since people are speeding on mays street. Staff is very friendly. They do sell breakfast tacos. I like to go here because they have a nice setup. Place may be small, but they are always packed when I come.

Yelp
Oh my gosh I love this place!! I am so happy I came in here for a coffee and to read. I have been looking for a cozy coffee shop to work from home at and this place is perfect. They have great coffee and nice indoor and outdoor seating. The back patio is so cute and since it is covered and has ceiling fans, it is pretty comfortable even when it's hot out. The staff was also great! I will definitely be coming back!!

Yelp
Mom and I are in Round Rock for a few days of vacation. In looking for a coffee shop to hang out at, I performed a Google search and this was on top of the list. As much as it was a roll of the dice, it was a good choice. The staff was very friendly and made great suggestions off their menu. Mom had the Pumpkin Spice latte, while I had coffee with a shot of espresso. Yum, delicious! The interior of the shop was very homey, warm, and inviting. Seating is limited, so show up early and grab a table. Definitely check out Mi Mundo!

Yelp
On my way to meet friends for lunch, I was in the mood to try something new, so I opted for one of their signature lattes. I ordered the peanut latte, but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The first sip was like drinking straight peanut butter that had slightly melted in the jar. I stirred it thoroughly and tried sipping from a different part of the cup, but it still tasted like watered-down peanut flavor. Disappointed, I ended up not finishing it and grabbed a different coffee during lunch instead. Parking was a bit of a challenge as well; they have only about 5-6 spots available, and it's clear you can't use the bank's parking lot next door. Inside, the space is cozy with maybe enough room for 3 tables at most, but they do have an outdoor patio which is a nice option.
google avatar

Priya S.

Yelp
I can't believe I took this long to leave these guys a review, this is one of my favorite coffee spots. The coffee just tastes of great quality. Sometimes I get there in time for a couple tacos, and recently they've been having these thick delicious cookies from a local baker. They run out of the tacos and cookies pretty fast so be sure to go early. It's a pretty small spot but if you wrap around there's some more seats in the back. I usually take my coffee to go. My favorite is the pistachio mocha regular milk but if you get it with almond milk it almost tastes like an almond extract mocha which I also love.

Yelp
It's always troublesome to find a brunch place on a Sunday morning in Austin...too many Austinites, not enough breakfast builders I suppose. Even in the northern suburbs (i.e. Round Rock) it can be a challenge. When my boyfriend and I wanted to check out such a brunch place, we were met with 30-45 minute wait that would take us to lunch...so we decided to leave and head to the nearest coffee shop, which was Mi Mundo Coffeehouse and Roastery. I got a uniquely-flavored coffee (peanut butter latte with oatmilk) that definitely carried a peanutty flavor, but the lack of food options was bothersome, only because I was super hungry. Breakfast tacos were on the menu, as well as some other sweet treats like cinnamon rolls, but they were completely out by 11am. They did have two kinds of tamales available however (both of which were vegetarian-friendly). It is located in downtown Round Rock, which is overall a cute area.
google avatar

Quan D.

Yelp
Tucked in little DT round rock, this cute little place offers coffee and tacos. Service was a little slow but I believe owner was training a new barista. Otherwise it was good for speciality latte.
google avatar

Jinna R.

Yelp
A little cozy coffee shop in downtown Round Rock (close to Round Rock Donuts) with great coffee and fast service! Not only is the strength of their coffee on the medium-strong side (which I prefer) compared to other coffee shops I've tried but you also get pretty latte art for your favorite drinks as well...even if ordered to-go! What's not to like about that!? We had their specialty lattes; Pumpkin spice and honey lavender, and both with whole milk and asked for less sweet. They also have options for your milk; dairy (whole, 2%, etc.) or non-dairy (oat or nut milk) which seems to be the norm for every coffee shop these days. I actually loved both lattes but the honey lavender was more on the sweeter side than the pumpkin spice which I didn't mind at all, as it was not overly sweet like the ones you get from the chain coffee shops. All in all, we highly recommend this place, (especially if you're a coffee enthusiast); and we will definitely come back to try other items on their specialty latte menu for sure.
google avatar

Anais B.

Yelp
Love the ambiance! Quaint, charming, and cozy! The vibe is rustic Ordered the cappuccino and samosa. The service was friendly and quick. The cappuccino was delicious with oat milk, and the muffin was fluffy and not dry. If you are in the area and want good coffee paired with a friendly atmosphere, stop at Mi Mundo!
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
Oh my gosh, I love this little coffee shop. I wish it were closer to me. I live in Northwest Austin and this coffee shop is in round rock, so it's a little over a 20 minute drive for me to get here. But it's so cute! It's a bit small on the inside, but that makes it cozy. When you walk in your basically immediately already standing at the front counter. They have a lot of options to choose from and their specialty coffees have been absolutely delicious. My husband got their blueberry coffee one day and it's literally the best coffee I've ever had. They have the typical bakery items like banana breads, and muffins, but they also have things like samosas or little breakfast tacos. They also have seating in the back outside. The staff is always been super chill and friendly. Love this place, can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Lyndsay W.

Yelp
Ambience and coffee is 5 stars. Outdoor and indoor options. Cute little space with art and cozy vibe. I wasn't crazy about the food selection. Pumpkin bread was dry and the other pastries didn't look appetizing. But it is a cute place and the coffee is good
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
It's a small and tight place but there are a few seating spots available. The staff were quiet but nice. I wasn't the biggest fan of the latte I got but looking forward to go back and try another one I had my eye on.
google avatar

Robert A.

Yelp
Nice little coffee shop on the north side. Not a ton of seating but the service and drinks make it worth a stop.
google avatar

Yelp
The coffee is delicious and the women working were so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend stopping by. They also have a cute patio!
google avatar

Yelp
This place feels like home!! Everyone is so sweet and welcome you in. The ambiance is lovely they have plants and art! Great spot for a drink and a snack and study area. The coffee was fair price and was full of flavor tasted fresh very delicious! Had their banana bread as well they warm it up, all together perfect combination to get your day going with a good mood!
google avatar

Rachel R.

Yelp
Great spot in round rock! The employees were super friendly and they have a dog friendly patio put back. There isn't a lot of seating, but it wasn't overly crowded either. We ordered a few iced lattes to try them and found that they all were a tad sweet. I'd ordered 1/2 sweet next time I can see why this spot has such good reviews!
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
This is a great, cozy, local coffee shop. Friendly staff. Good cappuccino. Welcoming and relaxed. They roast their own beans on site. Take a bag home! Parking is a little limited but there are a few extra spots in the back.
google avatar

Carissa S.

Yelp
We don't live full time in round rock, but we visit frequently. Every time we do, we go to Mi Mundo! They have the best coffee whether you're getting a shot of espresso or one of their amazing latte flavors (there has to be at least 25 flavors). You'll be impressed! No matter how many people are in line the drinks are made quickly, and the environment is so warm and welcoming it's an enjoyable experience all around! My go to order is a latte, either honey cinnamon or honey rose. Sometimes I'll go crazy and ask for an extra shot! My husband always gets a cold brew with a shot of espresso on the side. Also, on the weekends sometimes there are small business there selling handmade items! Love their mission of improving the world!

Ainain A.

Yelp
Cute coffee shop- friendly staff and a nice patio area in the back! They had great coffee and tamales

Yelp
Coffee shops are my thing right now because of the amount of studying I'm doing. I really enjoyed this coffee shop, very nice ambiance and great selection of coffee, and a fair selection of food to choose from. I was able to get a pour over Honduras coffee- absolutely delicious for the black coffee lovers! Very small area for sitting, and very limited parking. There is parking on the side of the building and in the front. However the parking in the front backs into a medium busy downtown round rock road. Great service! Sweet ladies !
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Mi Mundo is cozy and petite. We enjoyed an oat milk latte and lemonade on a Sunday morning. The patio is a treat especially with the weather improving. Lemonade perfect! The oat latte was spot on...and the service top notch. Our drinks were personally brought out to us and service thoughtful. I suggest checking it out and if you live close by I recommend adding it to the usual daily tasks.

Yelp
Sunday @9AM Ordered: -Signature Drip Coffee, black, 12 oz (smallest size) -Cheese and beans soft taco from Tacodeli (another TX establishment but orginated in Austin) Cozy (small), homey local neighborhood feel inside the shop. "Disco" music was playing, good music but not for those wanting a quiet space for study/work. Parking is a bit tough, especially with the lot next door under construction. Coffee and food was alright!
google avatar

Rachel A.

Yelp
Cute and adorable coffee shop in downtown Round Rock that I recently came too. It was my first time of course, so it took me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted since they have a great menu selection and I finally narrowed it down to their iced honey cinnamon latte. It has a perfect amount of sweetness (not too sweet) yet you still can taste the boldness of the coffee which is exactly what I was looking for....yum I enjoyed every sip of it.
google avatar

Denise B.

Yelp
Sweet place with some of the nicest people you will ever meet running things. It is so welcoming and the vibes are so good you'll want to be here all day. Amazing coffee drinks and delicious cookies! Can't wait to come back next time we're in Round Rock.

Yelp
After any Saturday workout, I love to explore new coffee shops and get my usual: large, iced vanilla oat latte! My sister recommended this spot & here we are! Parking is scarce, but not hard to find. Go around to the back of the building & there's plenty of other spots. Okay, this place is soooo cute! So much character & charm! I love the rustic feel and earthiness. Also, prepare for it to be BUSY! The baristas were working hard cranking out those drinks. The line was outside the door so you know it's good. I ordered my usual & taking that first sip is important y'all. THIS IS DELISH. So freaking good. The coffee is quality & not too sweet. I love it. Love the notes in the coffee too. Will be back! They have a punch card, so make sure to pick it up and get it stamped! Coffee: 10/10

Yelp
Probably one of the better coffee shops I've been to. The worker recommended the lavender honey iced latte and I still think about it til this day. They don't overfill their lattes with milk and sugar like a lot of coffee shops around the area, so I was able to taste the coffee in my latte. I'm not the biggest fan of lavender but the drink was so good. If only it were closer to my house, I'd be making the drive every day.
google avatar

Selina S.

Yelp
This place was really quaint and comfortable. Both the ladies taking our order were very helpful and sweet. We got one sugar-free vanilla iced coffee, I got a blueberry white iced, and a peanut butter iced. All were delicious, but I really loved the blueberry flavor in mine. My most favorite thing, tho, was the banana bread. Omg, it was so dense and thick and moist and delicious. It was so amazing. My husband got a slice, but I ended up eating most of it. It was probably the best banana bread I've ever had. She warmed it up for me, too, so it was extra delicious. I will Def be coming back if I'm in that area again.

Yelp
We went here on a Saturday to buy some coffee to go with the RR donuts we had just grabbed - the coffee was okay, I think the flavors of their syrups overpower the taste of the actual latte itself. The idea of the flavors sound yummy (we got the white blueberry mocha and honey lavender) but I wish it was more balanced where you could taste both the espresso and the flavoring. If you like a sweeter latte with not too strong of a bean flavor or like to try a variety of different latte flavor combos I think this place is cute and the service is nice too! :) If im in the area I would probably give it another try for the lattes without any flavoring, or ask if I can get less syrup!
