Mi Olivia Restaurant

This was the first time I came into this restaurant, and it is my new favorite place. The pupusas were delicious! The Birria tacos were the best I've ever had, and the steak was perfection. Our waitress was attentive and handled a group of 8 of us without any issue. They play music throughout and have a DJ on the weekends. I really recommend stopping in and grabbing a delicious bite to eat and staying for the vibes.

Rainy day so I ventured to Mi Olivia for a soup after reading their reviews and WOW! Excellent service, sat a the bar, had the mariscada and it did not disappoint. Will def come again bc some of the other items in the menu sound super tempting. Ty for a great late lunch!

In love with their rigatoni with broccoli and shrimp. When they were renovating I ordered thru door dash or Uber. My girlfriend and I love this place . Only one issue , the mixed drinks need to be a tad bit better but aside from that keep doing what you're doing ! Delicious food everytime .

"Yum. Yum.. Yum... Deliciouso!" I was able to taste each ingredient! That's a fresh deal for my taste buds. Best believe I am still savoring the moment.

We sat down at the restaurant at 8 o'clock. There were no other customers in the restaurant. After 10 minutes, we ordered the food, but it took 45 minutes for it to come. I told the store about the situation. If the food didn't come after 5 minutes, we were ready to leave. The boss lady told me unfriendly that we had a lot of takeouts, which meant that we should wait 45 minutes. The food is good, but you have to wait a long time!

Every single fork full of delicious and spicy linguine or shrimp was the best. The savory sauce was best. The warm bread was perfect for mopping up the thick sauce. The linguine was al dente. The shrimp were crunchy as I bit into them. I will return.

Came here last night after the YEE Long Island Nets game. I took a chance and what a winner. The bartender (Roxi) was super friendly and made me feel welcomed immediately. This spot is totally Salvadoran. The music, the patrons and the friendly spirits. They allowed employees to smoke a hookah while working behind the bar. I thought it strange but hey that's another generation thingy. I had a beer and tequila shots - asked for bud light but received coors light, and she said the only difference is it's not a B it's a C. I found that cute and true and laughed. It's only a weak chaser behind my tequila. Anywho, the food was terrific. Piping hot, crispy fries and snappy shrimps that had the craziest cheese pull. I dug in like a savage because I was so hungry and now tipsy. I didn't care who was looking at me. A 4star experience and I would go back after I visit the other location on the Mile.

Hungry late on a Saturday night and I knew this place would be open so we ordered take out. I didn't realize this is more like a club/bar at night with security guard at door and all so glad it was to go. I got grilled chicken with veggies, rice and beans it was good. We also ordered some pupusas which were ok. Overall I'd probably try it again but I hear the place in Freeport is great also.

I ordered the spicy shrimp over linguine again. Excellent. I like this dish a lot. I'm budgeting for twice a month. I've tried this dish in other restaurants but this is my favorite. I like the jumbo shrimp, the spicy sauce on the linguine al dente. It's a big enough serving to fill me up. I'll keep ordering.

Good music, good food, and cool atmosphere. Enjoy going with my wife to have some beers, food and sometimes a hookah.

Been coming here for 2 years, and the ambience is awesome. Everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend this place!!
