We had a great experience here. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. My fiancé has severe food allergies, and we felt completely comfortable eating here. The first thing our waitress asked was if anyone had any allergies or dietary restrictions. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and what he could eat safely. Everything we tried was great. We recommend the sweet potato fries and the roast duck! The cocktails were just okay, but we didn’t mind because everything else was so yummy and the staff was so attentive, competent, and kind.

We had an exceptional dinner! Pros were the food and flavor of everything, cons were the environment/atmosphere. We got there around 6:30 and the place was packed. While being busy, we did not have to wait and were seated right away. The tables were super close together and not only was it too loud in there to be able to hear each other across the table, but we also ended up moving because the person next to us open mouth coughed on us (which is not the restaurants fault, but made worse by how close we were. That said, the staff was really accommodating and moved us to the bar when we asked. We ordered the sweet potato truffle fries and they were amazing. The fry was perfect, texture was fluffy and crunchy and they held their shape. It also came with a Sriracha aoli that was an incredible pairing. I ordered the yellow cherry seabass and my partner got the ribeye special (the photo I'd blurry because we were so excited to eat I rushed and forgot to look at it). Both of the proteins were cooked too perfection. The fish was soft on the inside with a crispy skin, covered in the next curry I have had in Ithaca. The steak was another level. The fat (which was not an overwhelming amount) was perfectly rendered and melted in your mouth. The cook which he ordered medium-rare was perfectly pink and the curry again was phenomenal. It was so flavorful and did not hide the flavor of the meat but instead enhanced it. It's only unfortunate quality is that it is not always on the menu. We will be going back!

Consistently good food and a welcoming experience. We started with the lotus root fritters and the warm soba, both were excellent. We came back to have the dahl since it was soo good in our previous visit. I had the Kerala curry which was vegan and delicious. This will be our regular date night place.

Honestly one of the best wonton soups i have ever had. It was extremely flavorful and honestly set the mood for the rest of the meal. Honestly will probably just call and order the soup to go. Everything else was great but man that soup!! 🤌 Chef kiss

The vibe of this place feels very refined, I suspect that should come from the description itself, and the servers are top-notch in their hospitality. Furthermore, the food is very well prepared but slightly a bit too sweet. I loved my time there and would definitely go again. Definitely try the lotus root fritters and southern Indian style prawns. They are done really well.

After several visits to Mia I have to say it’s our favorite place to eat anywhere. We always order the Asian greens, Thai sausage and baby wings. Staff are attentive and always a lovely experience.

Oh...we ate too much! What a great dining experience. What an amazing pallette of flavors was presented to us today. This is definitely one of the best restaurants here in Commons. No description is necessary, just take a look at these photos! Both service and food were outstanding!

We were forced to place a deposit for a reservation to a place that doesn't take reservations because it was graduation weekend. When we arrived we found a line out into the commons. Most people we talked to also had to make a deposit and reservations and all were waiting for tables. We waited almost an hour....35 minutes of which the hostess never spoke with anyone waiting to find out when their reservation was for. We were finally seated. We waited for over 25 minutes before having to go to the bar to get a drink. The waiter finally came over after 30 minutes and explained that 1 of their kitchen staff had a medical issue. How does 1 kitchen worker throw off the entire function of the restaurant? The waiter explained that we needed to order our entire order at 1 time desert and all. The menu since it was graduation weekend was a limited menu and had NO Pricing. We ordered. The food was good and came out pretty fast but was now almost 11 pm. for an 830 reservation. We decided to take out the desert and got the check which was way overly inflated. They deducted the cost of the deposit but before the total was adjusted it was almost $500 for 4 people. Which only included 2 glasses of wine. As to not put a damper on our great day at graduation I reluctantly paid the bill but had to wait while 3 other tables complained about the same exact problems that we had.
