Mia Resort Nha Trang

Really beautiful resort with amazing rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed here for four nights with our family and booked two ocean-view villas. We absolutely loved the villas — they were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the private pools were a real highlight. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, honestly one of the best we’ve had in Vietnam so far, with a great variety and high quality. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. There are just two small points that, in our opinion, could make the experience even better: First, the gym could benefit from more and better equipment. Given the size of the property, it can be difficult to work out properly when several guests are using the gym at the same time. Second, the shuttle schedule could be improved. For example, an evening shuttle around 5–6 p.m. would be more convenient than the current one at 3 p.m. Other than that, we loved every single thing about this resort. A clear 5/5 stars. One last tip: if you stay here, make sure to try the Italian restaurant. It’s a bit pricey compared to local options, but the food is absolutely outstanding.

The resort is beautifully maintained and offers great beach views—nice photos are guaranteed on a sunny day. Many food options for breakfast, and the Spa is worth trying. A special shout-out to Simon, who arranged a speedboat tour with great attention to detail, and to our guide Hai, whose knowledge made the trip truly engaging. A very pleasant experience!

My fiancé and I stayed at Mia for 9 nights at the beginning of February, as a ‘holiday at the end of the holiday’ after spending the preceding month touring Vietnam. Our experience from beginning to end completely exceeded expectations and was by far the highlight of the entire trip. The first impression offered by reception at check-in was magical and set the tone for the whole experience – you receive a welcome drink and panna cotta while seated comfortably looking out over the ocean. The staff are friendly and professional. We had initially booked a 7 night stay and decided at the last minute to add two additional nights at the beginning of the booking. Since we made the enquiry at such short notice, the same villa was not available for the full 9 nights. On arrival, the staff were fully aware of this arrangement and there was no chaos or confusion despite needing to change rooms a few times, nor were there any issues with charging food and drinks to our room. This was exactly what I had hoped for - we were able to fully relax knowing that the very capable staff had everything in hand. I had mentioned on our pre-arrival form that we had recently become engaged, and the staff went above and beyond behind the scenes to make our trip special: there was a special ‘congratulations’ message on our bed spelled out with banana leaves and rose petals, a set of complimentary desserts, and a complimentary couples massage. In particular, we would like to thank the activities manager Chi who checked in with us throughout our stay and was an absolute delight to chat with; Thao, the manager of La Baia restaurant who was always extremely accommodating and genuinely interested in collecting feedback to improve the guest experience; Tu Quynh, who was usually our server at La Baia, and provided exceptional service; and Dieu, who was so friendly and sweet and was a pleasure to see at Kitchen By The Sea. I haven’t even mentioned the food yet! This was such a highlight. The buffet breakfast is something to behold. We were so happy that we had 9 opportunities to have breakfast at Mia, because anything less and we would have been pining for lost opportunities to try all of the delicious offerings. Everything is high quality, there is something for everyone, and staff quietly restock everything so there is a sense of total abundance. We also loved eating dinner at La Baia which offers high quality Italian food and excellent cocktails. As much as it is a pricey option compared to eating at other places in Vietnam, we felt that it was good value for money as the quality was consistently excellent. The villas themselves are meticulously clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Garden Villa which was conveniently located a short walk from the main pool, beach, and Kitchen By The Sea, had an ocean view and still felt very private. We loved hanging out by the pool, playing tennis, and swimming in the ocean. It does get a bit choppy at the time of year we visited but it was still lovely to have a dip in the morning before it got a bit rougher in the afternoon. We also made numerous trips to the spa for massages and facials and loved every moment. We did not leave the resort for the full 10 days that we were at Mia, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We are planning a return trip! Thanks to everyone who made our experience there so wonderful.

The MIA Resort blew us away, literally and figuratively- we arrived just after a huge storm and the winds were extremely strong. We were originally put in a room up on a hill far from everything. Our guardian angel Khuong (Ginny) found us a less windy, closer room. It is a beautiful resort right on the water. Even with the wind and clouds, it’s amazing. We went to the spa for a 2 hour treatment. Absolutely lovely. The level of customer service is beyond compare!! From Ginny to the wait staff to the “buggy” drivers-you could not have asked for a better experience. The food, including breakfast gets 10 stars. But the real shout out is Khuong- we had an issue with our train and she went OVER AND BEYOND to ensure we made it safely to our hotel in Quy Knon. She stayed with us on WhatsApp and on the phone, helping to secure a private car for us, talking to the wonderful train conductor helping us get where we were going. We are forever grateful for the kindness of Khuong. It’s the people that make a place so special and this was one special lady.

We were lucky enough to spend a week at Mia Nha Trang for our honeymoon in December 2025. Safe to say, we were absolutely blown away! The resort itself is beautiful, the gardens and pools are immaculate and the views are so magnificent, photos truely don’t do it justice! Our beachside pool villa was stunning - clean, comfortable and the housekeeping staff were so attentive and reliable. The service we received from every single staff member was exceptional, from the bar staff to the buggy drivers and reception staff. Especially exceptional were the staff at the restaurant, who met us with a smile every day and were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. |A very special mention to Dieu, who looked after us countless times at Kitchen By The Sea. She provided exceptional service and is truely the friendliest and kindest girl I have ever met! She took the time to get to know us and always greeted us with a bit smile and great energy! |We are truely sad to leave Mia and we hope to return again soon! We can’t wait to recommend this resort to all of our family and friends!

We used to live in Vietnam, so when we decided to visit again we were looking for a relaxing time instead of a big adventure. We had a great time. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurants were lovely. My wife is a vegetarian and the staff went out of their way to help her eat well. Hoàng was our contact at the front desk, and the service we received from them was quick, friendly, and very helpful. If you are looking for local culture, this resort is a bit isolated so it might not be what you are looking for, but if you just want to relax, we highly recommend it.

Rarely do we complete a review before we finish our stay but Mia Resort in Nha Trang beckons this review. The location is amazing in the bay of Nha Trang. The weather, even in December is perfect with sunny beach days galore. The food is outstanding, particularly the Vietnamese dishes with a large variety provided. What makes Mia so special is the service from everyone at the resort, from reception, to the servers to housekeeping. They all strive to please you and ensure a wonderful vacation. The option of free shuttles into town was perfect but we mainly enjoyed our beach front villa and were so happy to relax after a whirlwind tour of northern Vietnam before we head to Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you to all the team at Mia for a most wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing experience. We stayed in the 2 bedroom ocean view villa and were amazed by the design and quality of the hotel. The staff always goes the extra mile and is extremely friendly. Food was great, service top notch. If we are coming back to Nha Trang I will always choose Mia again. Thank you for the great hospitality, we truly had a magnificent time. A true gem.
