This is a very long overdue review for a car I bought 10+ years ago from Miami Imports - a rare 2005 Pontiac GTO S.A.P. edition factory blue on blue leather and 6 speed that turned out later it was one of less than 57 made, I feel bad that its taken this long to write a review, I am in PA and saw the car for sale online before all these car internet sites, cargurus, cars, etc.. so there was no way to see dealers / buyers reviews like nowadays we had to do it the old fashioned way search them thru the BBB, now to my review It was super easy to deal with them - all thru emails - so I had proof if something bad happens no issues at all they quickly answered all my questions, I had my own financing and they even sent a notarized letter to my bank without question or delay stating the car had no electrical or mechanical issues, I never saw the car in person and they setup the delivery to me the entire deal took less than a week from seeing the car online to my house in PA, I had anxiety the day it was getting delivered hoping theres no issues since the wife was on me about buying a car without ever seeing it, the driver took the car off the truck everything looked and drove good - the ONLY thing they didnt mention was the car smelled bigtime of cigarette smoke inside, I had a portable household ionizer and put it in the car overnite and I just cleaned the interior windows and a quick wiped down of the leather and it took the smell completely out the next day, so overall a great and easy transaction I would highly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them, thanks again and sorry for the overdue review

We found this Volvo XC60 for our mom. This dealership really has good findings, we took the Volvo to the Volvo dealership, and the car is in excellent condition. This car is like new. (I have to be honest, I was kind of worried, you know it's a used car, you never know with used cars). Also, Marlon and Victor are very nice, they really have nice cars, good cars, I highly recommend Miami Imports.

Owner / Operator Victor is fantastic. Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable with the always stressful situation of purchasing a used vehicle. Purchased the car I used to build models of when I was 10 years old! Porsche 911, manual stick and rear spoilers! I would recommend Victor & his staff to anyone that is concerned about purchasing a used vehicle. Not only did Victor answer any of my questions he is in constant contact with me via text message to ensure I am happy and working with me if any issues arise or have any concerns / questions! 100% recommend and my Father is heading in next week to look at an Alpha Romeo!

Can’t say enough good things about the gentleman at Miami Imports! I was assisted by the owner Mr.Victor in purchasing an immaculate 2015 Infinity Q50 with very low miles. I went ahead and let Mr.Victor know that I was In desperate need of a reliable daily driver that does good for everyday city driving. With little hesitation he turned me in the direction of an incoming Q50 he had on its way. The price was well within my budget and very affordable compared to other used vehicles of the same class. Fast forward two months I have now put almost 7,000 miles on this vehicle and it has been operating flawlessly with no issues. I am an active car enthusiast and will now be buying all of my vehicles at Miami Imports!

They buy recked vehicles from car auctions and sell them back out the public double the price! I co signed a car for my sister a few years ago within 48 hours the car broke down! You live and you learn 🤷🏻‍♂️

Purchased a vehicle from them online, was told "mechanically in good shape just has some cosmetic issues but is priced aggressively compared to book value (which it was)". Wired them the money and then was warned that the car had been repainted, I asked how the paint job looked and wasn't given an answer. Lined up transportation and a week later the car showed up dead in the transporters trailer, Driver had to jump start the car and drove it out. The paint job didn't even have a clear coat applied to it, just an orange peel flat paint job with purple tint coming off the windows. It took all of 5 seconds to then realize all of the door jams along the driver side were out of alignment from previous accidents and put back together terribly. Come to find out the reason why the car was dead was due to a sensor showing the trunk was ajar causing the battery to drain after about 10-15 minutes. The trunk was ajar because the alignment wasn't even close to being correct causing the right side of the trunk to be too tight thus creating a huge gap on the left side which triggered the sensor. I then realized that the dealership had to jump this car just for the transporter to even get it into the trailer. So they knew the whole time but didn't even say anything. I texted them and explained the situation to them, I told them they really mis-represented this vehicle's condition, they explained again that it might need some cosmetic work but that I was warned before hand. A better explanation from them would have been, "This car is really rough cosmetically, the alignment is off in the body panels but mechanically appears to run out well. And you're going to have a dead battery on arrival." But they knew they wouldn't have been able to sell it if they were honest about it's condition. Long story short they knew exactly what they were doing and knew the car was being transported across country so it wasn't going to have any direct repercussions to them locally. I asked the dealership if they would replace the battery and they didn't respond. I asked them if they were going to do anything about any part of this transaction and the answer was "No, it was sold below book already and we didn't charge you our $500 dealer doc fee". Nothing like knowing your selling junk to people. If you read past reviews, you'll see others have had very similar experiences. *****Unless you can physically walk around the vehicle at Miami Imports in person to inspect it, you should really just buy somewhere else***** Miami Imports is the exact reason why used car dealerships get a bad reputation. No matter what the vehicle is that you might be interested in that they have, It isn't worth it. Go Somewhere Else. P.S. The Radio/Head-unit didn't even work either.

Stand up business!!! If you are looking for that high end car and are in the Miami area, then this is your place. Victor is probably one of the most stand up guys that you will meet in the car business. Took a trip from GA to Miami to purchase a car, Victor stayed in constant contact and even offered to pick me up from airport. The best car buying experience I've ever had...looking forward to doing business with these guys again!!

Yelp
I bought a ford fusion from them not even a day later It overheated and I needed road side assistance, they gave me a lemon car and kept trying to make me trade the car for another one of there crappy cars. Don't buy from them they are crooked!

Yelp
We had a fabulous experience here. The staff are friendly and willing to work with you. They have a really good inventory of vehicles and we bought a car that we went specifically to see. Overall our experience was first class and I am quite sure we will be back for future business.

Yelp
I bought my Scion frs from this dealership. Amazing car, it was well kept and maintained. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great deal for a good condition car. Owner has a lot collection of old performance car, Corvette, E46, E92, C63 etc. Owner is really nice, go and get your dream car!!
